421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Pay for Odd Jobs With Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2019, 07:33:25 PM
An unemployed dude comes to your house to ask for off jobs, say to throw away your thrash and mow the lawn. You had no cash but he owns a bitcoin wallet and asks to be paid in bitcoins. Would you pay in bitcoin?

Why not? The sole aim of Bitcoin creation is to be spent as currency and not just to hold it. Why many of us are holding Bitcoin is because of the gain there. Bitcoin should be treated as a money that it is.
So far, the guy knows about Bitcoin and how and where to spend it. I will pay him with that.
422  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict Bitcoin! on: November 19, 2019, 11:47:32 PM
As you known, the price of Bitcoin have been reached up 12K$ in June.
And with your experience, could you share the opinion about the price of Bitcoin in November or 2019Y?
I think it is 9K in this month and reach 10K in last month of this year  Grin Grin Grin

The price is around $8k dollars now however the unexpected can happen as the year come to an end. We should not expect any thing higher than $10k.
Even if it reach 10k it will tremendous and interesting but looking at it I see 9k though.
423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest based on the "telegram community" on: November 15, 2019, 11:43:37 PM
Do people still do that? Invest in Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency base on what some people state in a telegram group?
I don't think anyone who have been into cryptocurrency since 2017 would do that but instead those who just started out recently.
Telegram is a great platform but 'never' you trust any community there. Especially those of the trading signals.
424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Counted Or Estimate All Your Losses And.... on: November 15, 2019, 10:57:15 PM
I don’t think it’s realistic, I gamble from a small age and spend a lot. I had a lot of gambling hits this year, but I think I just equalized what I gave. For the past five years, I have been spending $ 800 a year on a yearly basis, with accrued profits (the bigger ones, I can't remember small). which is only about $ 4,500 over five years and I don't know the other years because I had a break and didn't have a good income.
It might be bigger than you calculated but you may not remember all.
I personally don't think it wise calculating all that you have spent in gambling as you will end up been heart breaking. For some people it can even lead to addiction as they can gamble more, trying to recover all they have lost.
425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust bitcoin related services? on: November 15, 2019, 10:12:55 PM
I feel this question should be directed to the gambling section though, but never the less, that a service deployed Bitcoin as their payment do not make them trustworthy or truthful.
No matter how nice they seems to be, you have to check up the website online and most importantly read reviews about them from other users. Also bringing them to the forum is another way to go.
426  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitgoin is going to moon 1.5.2021 it will hit 236K on: November 15, 2019, 09:38:27 PM

long term
https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/SBqOc6b2-BTC-will-resume-bull-trend-and-TP-266K/

Cheesy Cheesy I can't help but laugh at this your prediction. How possible can that be?! I'm guessing you want to be the next John MAcfee...lol
I don't even think the price of Bitcoin will close at 20k mot to talk of 16k-20.
No matter how bad majority of us want the price of Bitcoin to be like that of 2017, it can't be so soon cause it's unhealthy for the market.
427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Concerns You Have For Bitcoin on: November 15, 2019, 08:49:15 PM
My main concern for Bitcoin is that if it ever become popular it will be centralised by the government especially when it is finally been accepted by the governments as part of the country currency.
Another concern is that after this adoption, many people will hodl it, monopolizing it, and it will become a thing for the rich only.
428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Crypto Marketet Is Dumping Drastically !! on: November 15, 2019, 08:19:04 PM
To me crypto world market nowadays is taken another dimension and most investors trying to caution themselves  because no one ready to lost his or her resources again and the interest is getting down everyday.
If you look at it in the long term, you will know that the short term price reduction will have a drastic change in the next years to come.
For those who are entering into this market to make quick money, what they will keep on experiencing is totally fall or complaining is price loss.
429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't react to the fluctuations on: November 15, 2019, 07:11:19 PM
As long as the reaction is done on time and on target I don't think it's a problem because however when fluctuations occur there will be at least the right time for you to buy and sell, so it doesn't matter to react to the fluctuations that occur, because it is an opportunity for you to get a quick profit or maybe for other purposes which in my opinion will still benefit you if in the end you are able to be patient and not for FOMO.

There is almost no way for people to react without it affecting the price.
Whether they want to earn quick or they are late to it. The truth is that those who are quick to sell will believe they are late an same goes to those who are late to sell.
When everyone is struggling to sell to gain out they indirectly cause FOMO.
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: November 15, 2019, 06:31:20 PM
14 million  Shocked that is sooo huge.
They keep saying it but they won't listen, gambling is not for everyone, because many gamblers can't handle it addiction.
The only part where gambling addiction almost got me was when I used the money for an important stuff to gamble and I was prone to gambling everyday. I worked hard to recover the money but I can't be foolish enough to use millions for it. I'm glad I am free now.
431  Economy / Economics / Re: ‘Bullish for Bitcoin’ — China Scraps Plans to Ban Cryptocurrency Mining on: November 15, 2019, 05:08:07 PM
China is slowly turning the table around. They were once against cryptocurrency and now they slowly took back their grudges against btc. This is a serious indicator about their plan to build their own cryptocurrency run by their own blockchain also.
We can't be took quick to conclude now till it start taking into place and most especially seeing the effect. It might turn out good and at the same time, it might turn out the opposite. They are seriously, finding a means surpress Bitcoin for their own cryptocurreny, i just hope people don't spread more FUD through this.
432  Economy / Economics / Re: Malaysia to Limit Cash Transactions in 2020 on: November 15, 2019, 12:37:13 PM
Why bitcoiners are sure that people will use crypto instead cash there?
It's a matter of time before the adoption is circulated, thus people will have no option than to adopt and use BTC.
If the government wants to limit cash flow, there should be a substitute for it which resort to it been cryptocurrency. Moreover, the said policy is weird though, its more like telling people not to have or spend money (their money). Whereas, they need money for daily activities.
433  Economy / Economics / Re: Does China Control Bitcoin? on: November 15, 2019, 07:16:43 AM
China control bitcoin by means of banning and promoting bitcoin. It manipulates the price because they know that if they will create news dealing with bitcoin FOMO or FUD, they can. Since many Chinese hold bitcoin, they can easily manipulate the market. However, if ever the market ignores their news from China, they cannot control the price. Specially that most of real supporters of bitcoin came from US and Europe.

It's more like what people created because of the high population of the Chinese and the high percent of them holding Bitcoin (like you mentioned).
If people could ignore every threat and sanction the Chinese government makes regarding on Bitcoin, they will  know that the threat will reduces and see how it doesn't affect Bitcoin. Instead people panic on every little thing.
434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: November 14, 2019, 10:30:01 PM
I can advise every gambler to make a paper wallet and wd anytime a part of the winnings to it.

A wallet where you can lock funds for a X time should also be great but don't know if that exists.

Addicted gamblers wont lock their own funds into a paper wallet, even if they do it then they will always have other coins on other wallet to gamble. No matter what kind of tools they use to avoid greedy after winning, it wont work for such addicted gamblers. The only way to avoid greedy is self-control but of course it is almost impossible for addicted gamblers as they wont be addicted to gambling if they have good self-control lol.

Same thing I thought also.
For most addicted gamblers, it's easier said than done. If they can willingly get a loan to gamble or use their feeding money to gamble then then getting a paper wallet is nothing less
Though only a few or even lesser will set their mind to it and actually stick to it.
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For new people, when they go on the journey to bitcoin. on: November 14, 2019, 09:40:41 PM
Interesting.
It's more like saying when you don't work, you don't eat. Thus, no food for a lazy man.
Putting it into earning Bitcoin, whether one is working or earning it through obligation or motivation, to have Bitcoin still results in having something to give in return.
You can either give out a service to have it or buy it to have it.
436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Loan app on: November 14, 2019, 02:35:11 PM
I'm so sad for today I have many loan,to play primedice.com,but I'm not lucky I'll loss everything.....I thing I comet suicide,,,,

If you could please take heed to all the information and suggestion given to you here by many members; please never commit suicide because its never the best way to go.
This is life and shit usually happens, moreover, its just money and its payable and has nothing to do with life. I will advise you to quit gambling and find a reasonable offline job(s) to pay off your loan. After paying off, never come back to gambling, you are the type that shouldn't be gambling in the first place. Just think of those you will be leaving behind if you ever kill yourself, seriously, its not worth it.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid falling into a FOMO trap on: November 14, 2019, 09:38:26 AM
It  is simple and practical of avoiding falling into FOMO.
Simply, do not follow the trend but do your own things your own way. Being trendy or following the trend has made a lot of people to fall into wrong direction.
And moreover, buy when the price is convenient for you and not when you see everyone rushing into it.
438  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2019, 11:57:14 PM
there is no specific time to buy bitcoin, every the dip is good to buy. all depends on the goal, if for the long term anytime is good time to buy, because sooner or later bitcoin will move higher for the future.

We are not even experiencing any dip or price dip because judging from the price of Bitcoin from 3k to it present price. There are lots of changes. Many people are always waiting for a particular price 'dip' and end up losing. I think now is the best time to buy, sooner price might be unaffordable.
439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your most common superstitions? on: November 12, 2019, 11:33:34 PM
I don't think any superstitions when gambling but I am aware with how much balance I have that will make me stop gambling in order to save some money to gamble again tomorrow to have fun if you still don't have extra money to deposit. When gambling I only want to have fun and win.
Reading what you wrote, I think what you meant is been skeptical of your pocket and how much you own. That's a good strategy on how to prevent been broke.
But from what OP meant, You would be surprised how people believe in superstition, by attaching gambling to stuffs and it actually work out for them. Afterall, what you believe in affects you.
