@ Skaia - Wouldn't mind seeing ANC on a less laggy exchange.  I don't hate cryptsy, it just is slow and clunky to navigate!!!
Not sure why they are taking so long with their wallet.   It is kinda annoying to update tho, have to start I2P network, wait 5 mins, start anoncoin wallet, close anoncoin wallet, then open anoncoin wallet again.

What a rigmarole for I2P.   Maybe I should try the other networks see if they are easier?
use bleutrade Wink
you dont HAVE to use i2p, you can use it in clearnet too

Quark is added to our wiki.

if you feel like there's something needed to be added to their page like some facts and links, feel free to add it.

can you stop spamming your wiki? you even failed to copy paste the correct link. aside from all the wrong information.
a wiki isnt something you can just pump with (wrong) informations. it needs time to create good articles

Unlock.mk.. try to set shaders and thread-concurrency

"thread-concurrency" : "5760,5760,6400,6400",
"shaders" : "1440,1440,1600,1600",

and how that 1st 5850 gives you 1300kH/s?
especially with memclock 350MHz ?
Posted from Bitcointa.lk - #1ZBifIpNHRUtT11q
please dont give advices that are fundamentally wrong!
shaders wont be used if tc is set and TC is irrelevant for x1{1,3}
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Datacoin] Datacoin blockchain start announcement (Minor code upd + logo) on: June 03, 2014, 06:06:37 PM
Do you think the one day the entire internet could be hosted on datacoin?  I know there will be a limited amount of space on the datacoin blockchain, but if you create like a megadatacoin fork that can store 1000x as much data per coin that can only be created by combining 1000 datacoins for a fee that goes back to the miners, could you extend datacoin storage capacity to infinity while keeping the strict limits in place for mining them?  You could create gigadatacoins and teradatacoins along the same 1000x protocol too.  How big of a fee could there have to be for such a datacoin 1000x upgrade to sustain the storage capacity of all data on the internet today?
No. The "Internet" cant be stored and this will never be possible.

2 Questions

Does staking not work if the wallet is closed? My wallet was closed and the last stake I received was on 5/12  Angry

Additionally I am using the most current version and it is using a version of openSSL that is listed on the vulnerable list...can anyone confirm this and will there an updated wallet with an updated version of openSSL?

1. If the wallet is closed it can not stake, because you closed it.
2. No future releases are scheduled. No need to fix what is not broken.

1. true

2.
a.SSL heartbleed vulnerability is not seen in your stake blocks, obviously. Its a separate issue.
      b. Although larger amounts may stake fine, this release includes broken stake rounding for small amounts therefore needs to be patched.
2. your not affected aslong you didnt enable rpcssl

To give everyone a heads up be careful buying on cryptsy the dumper just put up his own fake buy walls on cryptsy and jumped everything up hate to see people get taken like yesterdays epic bitcoin pump and dump he's trying to do the samething Roll Eyes Everything from .00000512 up too .0000576 right now is his artificial buy walls  and he'll pull them away at a opportune moment along with the price  down short selling if there is not enough low buy support to stop him!! just seen it happen and him put them all up after taking  his last sell wall @.0000504 from him and you can tell it's him or them?Very easily when you see Buy or Sell orders for 116.25 or 232.50 those have been their trademark Buy and sell orders those are them all day long so make sure you put your own buy walls low so he doesn't short sell and take advantage and take your bitcoin  from you as he will just short sell and bring the price down again and make you pay more if there isn't enough real buy support there Wink He's running out of coin to keep on reBuying though not much in circulation for him to keep short sell Buying and ReSelling like he used too...... So keep HODL!! we'll be up to the moon in no time and Stake will pay us out more in the long run Grin
holy shit! why dont you use punctuation? lots of gibberish text, unreadable Tongue

I have installed https://github.com/lasybear/sph-sgminer_x11mod on all my rigs (7950, 7970, R9 280X and R9 270). All rigs with 7950, 7970 and R9 280x work perfectly, but rigs with R9 270 hangs out very often from 15 min to 2 hours. But if I set in config
"kernel" : "darkcoin" instead of "kernel" : "x11mod"
rigs work perfectly and stable, but hashrate is more low. Can you fix this?
I have use BAMT 1.3, 1.6.2 and PiMP 1.4.2.

Additional comment: 25 stakes paid yesterday..........truly incredible coin......stakes below is proof and these are all stakes of stakes.....sure they are small but every day is 20-40 stakes now and keeps getting larger and larger! Some say the coin is dead but for me it is thriving!

530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EmerCoin - PoW&PoS - SHA-256 on: June 01, 2014, 04:57:06 AM
Found a solution.

exchange will be semiautomatic.

During the day, the exchanger will collect coins and addresses, and one hour to send to the address on PayPal funds

So, as almost everything is ready, it remains a bit of code change. A couple of days will already!
PayPal will close your account and steal all your funds on it if they find out you traded for cryptocurrencies. it happend enough times in the past.
As example, Inaba/Josh (beside him being a scammer) had on his old pool EclipseMC (sold to BFL) a PayPal payout option. Once PP figured it out, they froze all the funds on the PP account for unlimited time.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EmerCoin - PoW&PoS - SHA-256 on: June 01, 2014, 04:55:36 AM
PayPal generally doesn't like Bitcoin (it's their competitor.) While they're 'banning' Bitcoin, I am sure PayPal very carefully considers what they will do with Bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies). But currently they do freeze accounts who use PP in bitcoin<->fiat trades.

Funny situation because eBay owns Paypal, and eBay has started to allow sales of crypto in some ways, even opening a "virtual currency" category on some eBay sites. My guess is they will eventually allow it when they feel it is safe for their customers. There are probably some better informed threads and better places on this forum to discuss this. But I think it's great for Fixx to try it. Even if it fails, it's good to try.

I personally think BTC is a better trading partner with Emercoin.. but whatever. Fixx says "I do not want contact with BTC". I still do not understand why Smiley
If they allow ebay selling of "virtual currency" they make a nice profit with it.
If they allow cryptocoins/paypal, paypal would sooner or later get useless.

no wonder they only allow it on ebay Wink

BBQcoin.org bought out from previous owner for a few reasons but the main one is to invest a portion of my own capital into the promotion of this wonderfully stubborn coin.

New thread here for ease of communication and to support community growth.

You see, I'd be much more inclined to extending the deadline if I had seen some interest from those who could benefit from my offer.

A potential $10,000 reward (best case if the community donated $5,000) isn't negligible but apart from saying "I accept your offer" there was no further post, indicator of interest, or milestone achieved.

I don't know if Gnosis will ever finish ZC (hope he does as he seems a knowledgeable guy), but being a superior technical product is far from being sufficient for having a winning product/big market share. History is full of examples: betamax versus VHS, Windows versus Linux and so on.
I, once again, dropped them a message they should write something here.

I don;t know what is going on with this project, are the devs still working on it? do they still plan on implementing zerocoin? any time frames?
Yes
Yes
I cant give you an ETA, ask Gnosis. Also this would only be a rough guestimate.
