Good evening.

If you remove Netflix from FAANG, you're left with FAAG.

That is all.

$40k is nothing.

$50k is nothing.

$60k is nothing.

I want to see $70k before I'm impressed again.

Ah fuck. Prepare for pain.

Hello there.

"Who’s your money on?"
On you and BLB?  Cool

Not gonna happen. It's beyond the scope of any rationality for me to blow my entire stack at this point.

I still purpose-sell when needed for major projects, or other reinvestments, but... yeah.

Bet on someone else.

I'm too heavily invested into corn to pull a Mindrust.

I'll ride corn down to absolute $0.0 USD.

What to know why?

Because I'll be buying all that shit up before it hits $0.0 USD.

Ya dig?

Actually seriously considering liquidating a fiat portfolio to buy more corn if it hangs below $39k for much longer. Still have tax due in a few days; and have some left-over dues, so... I'm tapped out of reasonable extra liquidity entirely for at least the rest of the week.

<words>

My takeaway, FTA: "all signs point to the vaccinated bearing the brunt of repeat Covid infections and the immune deficits"

"Anyway... nice talking to you as always".

I really dislike this stupid space rock RN, with an intense passion I wish I could productively redirect elsewhere.

That I cannot productively redirect my frustration, is starting to become a serious concern for me.

Fuck.

Screw this, my lightning node sucks.

Clearing up some liquidity. I recognized the sausage was not throbbing in your direction.

Will makes sure to rectify that by EOD. I hope... Have guests arriving to stay with us for a week, and shit is gonna get crazy soon with our nephew running around driving us batty - making sure little dude doesn't get himself into any trouble.

Little dude is gonna inherit 1/3'd of the ranch after we pass, so, yeah, really looking forward to spending some down time with extended family.

Have a super weekend, frens.

EDIT: Honestly not sure how much of a qualitative difference you are going to have, running a baremetal node over TOR. Only way to improve performance, is to get off of TOR entirely, and onto the main net, IMO.

I swear if we end up back in the 3x,xxx zone, I'm going to slap someone.

I'm waiting for the Retro-Punk-Metal-Dubstep version.  Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes

I was actually toying around with the idea of creating a 130bpm driving/peak-time techno track of the Bayaktar Drone song... Split out the stems via Spectralayers and everything to isolate just the vocals.

Meatspace is hella busy lately. Not sure I'll ever realize that fantasy...

So you sold your bitcoin and you are scared of science.
Finally admitted u an asshole lol

It's not just that, it's his callous flaunting of just the most basic humanity homo sapiens is capable of altruistically behaving, and it's pretty damn stunning and brave, NGL.

The bell curve needs people at the left-most extents. It's important to identify these folk and ignore them utterly.

I got the damn coof.

Sorry. Hope you recover quickly and feel better soon.

I merited you 3 merits, because the number 3 is the gayest of all the numbers, and that's how I feel about COVID.

It's pretty fucking gay.

Don't much like things gayer than myself.

... earlier ITT: Using Bitcoin-collateralized loans to buy more Bitcoin.

Risky AF. Given how lucky I have been in life, I'm not sure I have the fortitude (even with the plate-training) to handle a strategy like that - even with 5%-10% of my stash.

Seems like the down-side risk is way too high IMO.

Ultimately, I get that NGU on a long-enough timeline, but the short-term volatility might fuck you hard without lube, and that's never fun.

Especially if they haven't enema'd and showered beforehand, if you catch my meaning...

having messed up REM sleep is no joke.

I had a sleep study to treat my sleep apnea.

Never entered REM sleep before they woke me up to let me go, after getting the data they needed.

I never had the chance to enter REM sleep. Imagined if allowed to spend the entire night, they would throw money at me for a REM Sleep Disorder lab monkey. Whee!!!

Also they're not publishing they're own losses for some reason...

You are absolutely correct they are not publishing losses on the UKR side.

Having said that, I am following many telegram groups related to the event, and am indeed seeing independent reporting of UKR losses.

The fact I saw Chechen forces fighting for Ukraine, blowing up RUS tanks while expounding "Allah Akbar" is some absolute next-level, brain-pretzeling shit.

The facts are, however, UKR is dishing out way more costly pain than RUS anticipated, and they are admirably holding their own against a superior force.

It does not appear RUS will be able to take Kyiv.

Provided that UKR survives this invasion, is allowed to rebuild, and manifest their own destiny, it will have been at a great cost of RUS arrogance.

It's arguable RUS is presently set back about 30 years geo-politically, but that's another thread entirely.

Apologies for the derail.

EDIT: cAPSLOCK. IKYK. Will likely officially break opsec with you at some point in the near future. Expecting that the barn will be up in time to celebrate 4th of July.

I'm sure some pseudo-genius PHD psychologist character could come up with deep meaning...

I suffer with REM Sleep Disorder. We should definitely talk in meatspace if the opportunity ever presents itself. I know exactly what you mean, about your "weird" dreams. Some of mine tend toward themes of being "lost" and unable to "find my way home/the destination I'm seeking". Crazy stuff, and the REM Sleep Disorder vocalizations and parasomnic-limbic actions are pretty fucking amazing, I'm told.

tl;dr: Holy shit, if you build it, they will come is all I can meaningfully say at the moment.

Learning to use the lndg fee management interface, using their suggestions for modifications as a guide. Learning to use the lndg auto rebalancer for specific channels.

Learning to use "rebalance-lnd" and setting up building exclusion lists as I work to rebalance wonky channels (So I don't drain from another peer more than once). Also watching "rebalance-lnd" do it's thing, looking for low fee nodes, and comparing stats vs 1ML for peering consideration.

Still manually managing everything, but with the larger amounts, there's much less stress of getting completely drained before I'm able to act on things, and I'm starting to get a pretty good handle on zero-base-fees - Did away with base fees altogether, and think I will keep it this way moving forward.

Back to doing 2 x S9's in routing fees per day after a slow start.

Sold 25% of my stash that I held since 2014. I now never have to work again, I’m mid 30’s. I don’t regret selling that 25% one bit.

My sincerest congratulations to you and yours.

Now you have the next 5 years of looking forward to having nightmares of being a wage-slave, and waking up in a cold sweat, realizing "Oh, wow, that was just a dream. I made it."

Cheers, fren.
