A Study of Long-Term Holders
A deep dive analysis into the market psychology and fractals associated with Bitcoin Long-Term Holders.

Saw this noted earlier on Twitter. Great catch posting it here!

Also there is a bounty if you can convince somebody else to bite the bullet, you get 50 bucks for everybody who refers to you as your "vaccination convincer" upon getting the shot.
It's not really "biting the bullet" so much as demonstrating that you're not a selfish pussy paralyzed by fear.
Calling people that exercise a basic human right selfish pussy paralyzed by fear says a lot more about you than the pussies.
This kind of thinking is probably way more dangerous to human society and democracy than Corona ever can be.

Not sure I'm clearly following this argument here.

Is the argument being made that people who *DO NOT WANT THE EXPERIMENTAL GENE THERAPY INJECTIONS* are selfish pussies, paralyzed by fear?

Hardware wallet?
I prefer separate offline addresses. The only thing I use a wallet for is for sweeping addresses and immediately transferring the coins to new addresses.

I an absolute retard and use a locked-down/encrypted Mac Mini for my hardware wallet, running Bitcoin Core.

That's right.

I'm clearly banana bread in the head.

Yeehaw!

Would've been even funnier if, in that exact moment, you both simultaneously pulled out masks and put them on. Lol. (not that I think masks actually do shit)

Absolutely NGL, Rick made the same joke shortly afterwards. Very funny.

So, interesting storytime earlier today.

Starting to enjoy this whole retirement deal with Rick, and we ended up in a bar before noon, somehow.

Sat down, ordered us some drinks, and struck up a generally friendly conversation with the bartender.

Anyway, Rick and I were talking back-and-forth, and Rick sorta stopped me after my sentence, in a hushed whisper (Dude is WAY WAY MORE sensitive of others than I am. I simply DGAF when out and about in meatspace), and said "Dude, you just said the C word?".

Confused? "Uhh, dude, I'm pretty sure I didn't say 'cunt' in the last 30 seconds", to which Rick responded, "No man, COVID".

I boisterously, and much to Rick's chagrin, retorted in a hyper-animated fashion "So what if I'm saying the word COVID out loud?", when - right on cue - bartender returns back into hearing range of our discussion, and responded to us with "Oh yeah. Don't worry about COVID-19. I'm vaxxed."

The fucking look Rick and I gave each other at that exact moment, was just so... <CHEFS-KISS>

Fucking hilarious.

Oh yeah, no masks, cuz Texas, so... I hate this goddamn planet.

EDIT: ... and here Rick and I were thinking to ourselves "Oh Jesus Fucking Christ... What sort of mRNA-derived mutant-strain-madness is this guy cooking in his upper nasal tract that is going to kill us all..."

Aside of the PUMP, did you all see this coming by looking at the hourly "world computer" (aka Vitalik's coin) chart?
Seems like ETH harvests are flowing back into BTC, finally

I saw some passing activity on Whalecalls on ETH liquidations and transfers that I was largely dismissive of (Need to add "ETH" to banned words, damnit, thought I did that...) earlier, but nice to see a correlation being noted.

OMG mindrust is back and quite active in that thread! He has become an anti-vaxxer and a conspiracy theorist...   Grin  something tells me he will be wrong also this time...  Grin

 He's absolutely NGMI.

Just gotta sit back and laugh, TBH.

 DEF GONNA HFSP YO.

Will sell some more at 57k

TBH, I have some corn ready on the exchange, to quickly realize low 7 digits USD fiat if need-be - Have been loaded since last time we tested $50k. Thought about taking some profit now just to take some "pressure" off, and recognize when I need to airquote the word pressure, it's probably because of the pressure I'm placing against myself to take some profits right now, knowing the upside is well back within the S2F projections, which are honestly starting to scare the shit out of me.

At this rate, it's worth it to ride out the volatility for another couple months before deciding on any action.

Very strange position to be in. Locked and loaded, but not wanting to pull the trigger.

I should not complain too loudly. Very blessed.

boys and girls please hold your pants

What pants? Rick is in the other room watching lectures on AI, in his pajamas.

I'm laying in bed naked, playing video games, after doing some tree trimming out in the front yard, and being nice and freshly showered.

Gonna take a nap in a bit, mebbe.

Sup?

"Does anyone have any reading about how covid vaccines affect people who already have antibodies from their bodies beating the virus?"
Someone already successfully argued for their natural immunity in court.

Can you comment or share any information with respect to how the jab can impact those who have already gained natural antibodies?

@Spartacus

A couple of my pilot friends, received word that their airlines are mandating all staff be vaccinated, irrespective of natural immunity status - that both pilots have, as they have both contracted and recovered from COVID19.

They are currently having their union reps going to bat for them, and are individually looking into religious exemptions, but one of them did pose this question, that I wanted to pass along, here.

Would greatly appreciate any helpful anecdotes or insight you may be willing to share.

Thank you.

Does Bitcoin desensitize us to risk?

I would argue, based on personal experience: No. It does not desensitize you to risk. May have the opposite effect and make you more risk averse.

Lightning node operators need to patch some vulnerabilities ... now  Cry
https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/lightning-dev/2021-October/003264.html

FTCVE:

> Lightning commitment transaction with one of its outputs below the dust
> limit would fail to relay and thus jeopardizes funds safety.

* BobLawblaw looks through his routing logs
* BobLawblaw begins cursing like a fucking sailor
* BobLawblaw shakes angry fist at the fucker that pulled me back into this shit

EDIT: At least Umbrel released a patch. Updating now.
EDIT2: ... and yes, sounding like a melodramatic bitch, my logs show many transfers below the dust limit, FWIW. Not sure what this means to my balance, as everything in the Lightning channels seems to be in some fucked up quantum state.
