561  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Motivates you in crypto on: April 11, 2020, 03:57:33 PM
The first and foremost thing would be that it keeps me busy, I lose track of my time when I am in crypto. The second would be the upcoming monetary revolution and the empowerment associated with Bitcoin in future, I see Bitcoin as an opportunity for me to retire early. Apart from that, the reasons would be, you have control and the freedom to use your funds, its decentralized quality, anonymity, cheap borderless transfers etc.

563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 10, 2020, 04:28:19 PM
Yeah First striker + Selfless partner (Dravid)... Hypothetical scenario so nothing could go wrong here, we already got world record.  Smiley
May be we form a bitcointalk cricket team, me and akhjob will open the innings after winning the toss, JSRAW will bowl, I will be in the striking end and akhjob will be the selfless batting partner who will let me take 3 runs in the last ball of every overs :-P

Who else wants to join the showdown? :-D

The venue could be somewhere in Middle East.

Bowlers are modern day labourers in this scenario so yeah can do all the manual job like a slave Cheesy
Ah Dravid, definitely a selfless player. If Royse and you are ready for creating history, I can also be a selfless partner because that's the easiest job comparatively Tongue

Not really that tough as you are thinking. Long before the 200 from Sachin, it was also said to be impossible and Rohit made it 263/264. Watson was the player may be who made 176 from 76 balls in ODI. As an opener, it is possible to get 350 and I believe after couple of year we will have a name for that.
You do understand that for scoring 350 runs, the opener has to face something around 200 balls with a strike rate of 175+. I highly doubt a player will have an opportunity to face 2/3rd of the balls being bowled and scoring without getting out at a strike rate of 175 is definitely not easy.

Just a heads up that user Baby Dragon is without a negative tag from a DT member. Currently his profile looks clean expect for the flag. Maybe it's because   Baby Dragon is wrongly linked to Predator25 in Lauda's flag list.

Are you asking about FLASH? If you are looking for details regarding the project, it looks like a dead project to me.
567  Economy / Speculation / Re: Globb0 BTC charts on: April 09, 2020, 04:54:02 PM
Sorry it was ages ago I kept adding any free well rated courses.

I got a few on BTC and trading.

I have an alert setup for when they have deals usually free (for a day or 2) courses. Add as many as you like.

by way of an example here is a list from yesterday

https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/free-best-sellers-highest-rated-udemy-courses-video-production-bootcamp-python-javascript-photoshop-digital-marketing-masterclass-3437263

Topics are a bit hit and miss, but over time you see what you want free. Not too bad.

Oh.. From your conversation with LFC, I thought you started recently and excelled at a miraculous speed  Cheesy
So my friend was right about the "patience" needed for trading after all  Smiley Anyways thanks for the link, hope the codes are not (UK) region-specific.
568  Economy / Speculation / Re: Globb0 BTC charts on: April 09, 2020, 10:17:45 AM
I did a udemy course to get me started, it was focussed on resistance and reversal/confirmation indicators. I plan to learn more.

Will be good to get back zoomed out to the daily then for your purposes.

Hopefully something good to see soon as idling atm.

I hope you started learning a few days back because of the lockdown. If so can you please share the course link? Because I myself started to reading a book suggested by my friend recently and having a hard time figuring out the patterns. Considering how fast you learnt, if you could share the link, it would be very helpful. Thanks.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For newbies only on: April 09, 2020, 07:37:09 AM
I'm sure that those who are into crypto since last year knew that downloading new mobile wallet from play store can be dangerous, well this is for newbies who just entered crypto space this year, most top popular mobile wallets have fakes built by scammers too, before you download any wallet find its website and download through the link instead
oh i think its better to have a hardware wallet because most of the people here said that its safe from thieves.

Hardware wallets do support most of the major cryptocurrencies and tokens, but there are also some coins which don't have a hardware wallet support, take for example MB8coin. For such coins, if you need to hold them you'll need to go for a desktop/mobile wallet which supports it. So when looking for Desktop/Mobile wallets, it's always better to go to the official website and then download it from there than randomly shared download links.

571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 09, 2020, 06:36:10 AM
During these isolation times, there is a whatsapp forward message which is about cricket and I thought it would be good if I share here so that you people may kill your boredom somewhat.

Here you go: How many number of runs an opener will be able to score maximum in an ODI match (in 50 overs or 300 balls) given that there is no wide or no-balls is bowled. (It is all about the maximum possible runs for a player in ODI by assuming a power hitter like Chris Gayle or Rohit Sharma is a player).

It would be fun reading if you guys share your thoughts along with logical explanation rather than just stating some numbers Smiley.

Well...

1 over has 6 balls

so 5 sixes in first 5 ball and 3 runs in the last ball so that he can keep strike. ( 5*6 + 3 =33 runs in one over)

Repeat this process for 49th overs.

33 runs * 49 overs = 1617 runs

And in 50th over he can hit 6 sixes (6*6 =36 runs)

1617 + 36 = 1653 runs in an ODI
And that guy has to be in the striking end when they open.
+ The non striker batsmen should also be selfless to let his partner score 3 runs at the end of every over  Tongue He can always stop running after they scored a couple in the last ball causing the opener 33 runs in the successive overs  Tongue

So the maximum possible runs a batsman could score without the help of any others is 36*25=900
572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK outlaws credit card gambling from 14th April on: April 09, 2020, 04:20:01 AM
I have always used Bitcoin for gambling and have never used credit/debit cards for such things. Though you might have personally be affected to some extent, as most mentioned the decision is beneficial for gambling addicts as they would face financial difficulties because of their addiction
573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk PSL T20 Pool and discussion. on: April 08, 2020, 03:23:49 PM
We are nearing a month since the PSL stopped and to some extent, the interest in the tournament is deteriorating. I don't know how many of us would be interested to watch the Playoffs of a tournament after 6-8 months. If conditions improve, I am sure that we'll be busy watching/discussing another important series played at that time. Too much gap between the play kills the excitement, it's better to hand over the trophy to Multan IMO.
No matter after how many months the tournament resumes, if there is no restrictions by the coronavirus, be ready to see the full house stadiums in the last four matches. Maybe you do not know but we as a nation are cricket lovers.  Smiley
Maybe the stadium will be fully packed, but I highly doubt they'll attract the outside audience.

@JSRAW I think Umer is a bit on context here but should have quoted Vishnu though  Grin So, I hereby pardon him for quoting me which resulted in me getting a notification alert while I was busy having dinner Tongue Jk
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking to trade the usdt market on: April 08, 2020, 03:03:18 PM

Which exchange are you talking about? I remember you from the Indian Board so are you talking about WazirX and some other Indian exchanges which charged around 10 USDT until March 30th? If so the withdrawal of USDT has been reduced to 0-1.5 USDT as per this article
So if you are planning to trade, Binance is better to trade when compared to Indian Exchanges. Since WazirX has been directly integrated with Binance, you can move your USDT directly to Binance with 0 fees.

This post provides substantial information about the exchanges charging 10usdt fee for withdrawals. The funny part is that they have only reduced the usdt fee after community notice keeping the fees for other stablecoins same as before.

Haven't traded in WazirX recently, so I don't know if your claim is true and they are still charging 10 USDT as fee. But if you are looking to trade at BTC markets, as I have suggested above, buy Bitcoins or USDT or whatever from WazirX link it with your Binance account. You can transfer your between these exchanges with zero fees. Binance has a reasonable withdrawal fees when compared to other Crypto exchanges

1. I have told him to try and see how I post and reply not just reply by 2 sentences .
2. I do know how to set up an independent wallet but , the one I am holding money in is Zebpay which sends directly to my linked bank account so there is no problem regarding that that way I can send it to anywhere.
3. The addresses I used was of wallets what manager would approve of , but I never found them useful , they always charged a fee.
4. I know Preety much the basic stuff about Bitcoins and I do know how to set up the basic one's
5. I don't think why it might hurt to use a 2 year old address 😅  I gave him that address, to use since I wasn't using it anymore.
6. Just someone good told me that I contacted a scammer not my manager :'))
Contacted fiulpro via TG and I am the one who informed that she contacted someone with the username @PedroBrainbossbot and to whom she gave ID's and stuff I guess. So, I informed her to contact @PedroBrainboss with the infos. Hope she contacted him by now. I sure if CryptopreneurBrainboss had a chat with her, he would understand.
Anyways, In my conversation with her, I see that she is a novice and doesn't know much about Bitcoin Wallets and she is definitely not cheating. Both are separate accounts handled by her(fiulpro) and her brother(Pixyoxx).

577  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Addresses With 1 BTC Are On The Rise, As Bitcoin Exits Exchanges on: April 08, 2020, 10:25:47 AM
So what is actually happening?
We don't get many chances to buy Bitcoin at a price less than 5000$ and those who had the extra funds to buy some Bitcoins grabbed the opportunity, that's how I see it. And I am sure that those who bought below these levels aren't dumb to hold the funds in exchanges unless they are trading with it thus resulting in the rise of the number of wallets.
578  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Bounty and Signature Campaign on: April 08, 2020, 06:47:49 AM
I actually read so because I know today is Wednesday. And like you said TODAY is TODAY.  Kissing asses is okay just don't suck it and mess the rectum.

Yesterday, Best_Change also removed participants which I've read here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5238497 and that I know there are slots available.

Lol. You once again proved that you don't read before posting, because I have clearly quoted in my previous post that the Campaign Manager has stated that there are no open slots despite the removal of the bounty cheaters. And without further announcement, you shouldn't be budging in to join the party  Tongue
There is a colloquial saying in my state "நாய் வால நிமித்த முடியாது" (you can't straighten a dog's tail) and you are acting like a dog's tail. I understand that some things never change and it's better to ignore those like you.
579  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Bounty and Signature Campaign on: April 08, 2020, 01:55:49 AM
@daniahya @fudster Guys, please atleast check the last post of the Campaign manager before applying.

Once again, removing these users does not open new slots as they are already filled. To be announced on Wednesday.

Blindly applying for a campaign only proves that you post without reading the contents of the thread and will eventually lessen your chances for entering the campaign. Wait until there is an announcement regarding open spots. Maybe we can expect some openings today.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Looking to trade the usdt market on: April 07, 2020, 01:14:37 PM
Hi community members,
I have been an active trader of the bitcoin markets for couple of years. Now I want to enter the usdt markets. So basically I'm used to 0.00002-.00003 max withdrawal fee from most exchanges but i see usdt exchanges charge somewhat around 10usdt for withdrawal which Imo is very high to someone who is used to the buy sell Btc on low fee exchanges without many kyc verifications. Could someone point me to such low fee exchanges dealing in usdt?
Which exchange are you talking about? I remember you from the Indian Board so are you talking about WazirX and some other Indian exchanges which charged around 10 USDT until March 30th? If so the withdrawal of USDT has been reduced to 0-1.5 USDT as per this article
