Edward Miroslav or Stunna  back my 1.68 btc. I don't want to lose for you fucking scamming sites. give back my money. primedice take my all money, i want to back it.
can not return, you've lost because of a bet,Your useless temper temper here.
I guess this is your first gambling so you are not accustomed to accepting defeat

This is not my fist gambling. Your sites have problem. Check my screenshoots. It's too funny when you see some make few profit then primedice made him poor just in few second.

It is called gambling for a reason.

You can not expect to play on 99% chance and win 100% of the time.

And as it was explained to you many times you can verify every single bet from that screenshot.

You can read and try to understand provably fair here www.dicesites.com

If you find any not matching bets then you can come to us and here and accuse us of scamming.

Hey there.

Had 2FA with my account but I lost my phone so I can't login anymore.
My account is "Terrakiumm" on pd.

Could you help me getting it back? Just disable the 2FA thing, I know my password.

Thanks in advance!

Hey,

Can you please send ticket about that?
563  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com fooled it's customers with 'Hufflepluff' story on: January 12, 2017, 05:54:00 PM
Your use of the word 'Stunningly' has reminded me of another word to replace it with ,'Cunningly'.

Nah, it was just a play on "stunna"  Tongue

Quote
I dont want to mix Bitfinex with PD story . Like i said txids are not evidence. Anyone could be owning multiple bitcoin address and just transferring back and forth to make it look like an evidence.

Again, they don't owe you any evidence. And I'm not sure what exactly you think happens in a hack? A hack doesn't leave some cryptographically verifiable evidence of a hack.

If you choose to believe it was a publicity stunt, then fine. But if you're going to call someone out for lying with zero evidence of your own, you just look like a douche (which I guess explains why you're using a new account).

I refuse to agree with 'they dont owe us any evidence'. They mentioned in their article not only once, multiple times that them giving out this higher payouts are living proof of how dedicated they are towards their integrity. I believe this whole article are a way of attracting High rollers who are already playing on other sites or prospective high rollers who, after reading this story will be convinced enough to bet higher.

And ..I have never had a bitcointalk account. I have always been an unregistered reader

Haha... Well take my word for it. Stunna and Edward would very very very much like you are correct and that they are hufflepuff they would have 2000+ btc more now Cheesy .

Unfortunately that is not the case.

Hufflepuff was very real and he or she or them took huge chunk of bitcoins.

It was very expensive lesson for the Primedice team.
564  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: January 12, 2017, 05:31:44 PM
Did anyone who joined in facebook giveaway with 0,01 per person receive the free BTC?

Yes, it has been paid out .. 98 users in total .. 2 players submitted the wrong username though .. remaining entries will be credited later/tomorrow .. and the 0.001 giveaway will be credited around the same time probably

is there any list with the users who filled wrong their username?

maybe i am one of them Cheesy

Hey,

Just check your facebook post if you entered it incorrectly i might be able to accept that.

Thanks for the withdrawal ! good luck !

They gave you the withdrawal after you just lost a good bit on primedice? Well that's nice of them. Cheesy
No he just ran with the rest of the coins he deposited and the profits and with the initial hick ups he won 2.41 bitcoin if you did not notice.Either way good played and good luck moka555.

We credited his withdrawal as soon as it was possible. It was when he was around 6 btc in profit.

I also included a bonus of 0.1 btc for the inconvenience.

Are my support tickets and messages ever going to get a response?

Their support should be a little faster now that the holidays are over. But in general sometimes the only way to get your ticket answered is to open up another ticket or complain in this thread until the mods notice and finally get it resolved.

They really need to hire extra staff. Just don't understand. One of the richest BTC on the web and they can't hire a few low level tech support guys to handle these issues.

Why they should hire any support if they can manage it just with slow respond. With extra staff they need to pay some cost to them too and it is not that easy hire some staff with high loyalty to their site. So if they still can handle things here, i dont think that they really need one though. Unless there is something that they can't even handle it may be that is the time to get a new member

We are actually working on getting 24/7 support ready. We already have people in training and everything should be ready very soon.

What about the giveaway? Cheesy

We still do not have 500 peeps and it takes a lot of checking.
568  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: January 06, 2017, 02:13:39 PM
i sent a support tiket but i din't receive an answer, so i post here. Can you unban my account "11111111" from chat and faucet? I'll not spam on chat.

We will check that with mods.

Ahahah! It's like staying on a mine field and saying "why haven't I exploded yet?"
Well because you're lucky ^^

I mean it's all about the password you're using. And how you can get hacked. That's not what I would call "security"...

You will never ever have any problems on pd with security if you use STRONG password and 2fA.

And nothing else.

If you go around trying thirdparty bots and trying bots with strategy to beat primedice and all others then you are just asking for it and waiting when it will happen.

The most recent case of somebody losing theirs balance was from the guy who was "just trying out new bot that has great strategy to beat primedice but i had to deposit 0.5 btc and that deposit got stolen"...

I mean... If you believe in that there is not much we can do with security.

All that said I agree that we should add an option to be asked for 2fA on withdrawal.
And i will try to persuade developers and Admins to add that.
It would help in those cases when you would be like WTF i do not want to withdraw. But then we will need to have to ask for 2fA on tips also and that will become huge pain in the...

But still we should have an option.

edit: somebody is also selling fake primedice account scraper which is pure bs it is made just to steal balances from people that are actually trying it.
I wont post links for obvious reasons but STAY AWAY FROM THOSE FAKE HACKS AND BOTS.

If you fall for that stuff there is nothing we can do about it.

Sorry but I can't agree with you as I used a freaking strong password and never got any bot of any kind and still saw around half a bitcoin just leave my balance last time I deposited on PD xD

So I don't know, maybe I got hacked somewhere maybe it's a very uncommon event. Glad to know you don't have too much of those issues! But I can't say it's safe without 2fA on withdrawals for me ^^
And yeah it's a bit strange to not see it on PD because that's an old trusted site with huge development undergoing so something as obvious as 2fA security is expected from the users (or at least from me!)

Though I agree that anyone falling for a bot claiming to beat the site if you deposit 0.5 btc just deserves to see his money disappear...

Unfortunately there is no way for us to know where player went wrong and got his account compromised.

I talked to devs and we should have that option pretty soon. Even thou its not much requested feature i do agree with you that it would help in some cases and that it should be an option for a player.

Pesonally if this option is added I will leave your site and look for another one with easy withdrawals system.

One of the PrimeDice best features since the beginning was the possiblity of the fast withdrawals.
For years it wasn't changed.

So you'd rather have less security? For your kinds it could perhaps be optional but I don't know how it's such a big effort to type in the 2FA.

I prefer to withdraw fast my money. Never had problems with PD. Such options look suspicious, what happens If I don't rememeber  2FA or I lost it? There wil be delay or even the loss of my money without ID provided? No, thanks.  One should care about securtiy of his PC, that's all.

Hey,

If we add this it will be an option.

It will also be turned off by default. But players that want more security can turn it on.

Does the time arrive then users will be asked email confirmation/2fa then making withdrawals, just now 1 poor user got its btc stolen.

Is that really so much to ask from you ?

Yeah I lost 0.3 BTC thanks to that... I never came back with huge amounts after that.
Problem is that they refuse to refund such loss, which I perfectly understand, but they don't put security tools for us to use.
Putting your money on PD is dangerous, that's all. You got no way to secure your funds, once they're on the website you can get robbed at any moment! Don't put real money here, just some fun funds you don't mind losing in a split second!

I've lost around 4.6 coins while having a blockchain.info wallet .. While on primedice, I've never lost a single satoshi. IMHO, the site is safe and most will agree with that.

Use strong passwords .. Don't use random scripts that wd your balance .. Use multi factor login .. basic stuff really

You can't say a site not using anything but a password security is strong man.

Sorry for your 4.6 btc loss but no, PD isn't safe!

no worries about that, I'm glad I lost them tbh .. I learnt about not losing/forgetting passwords the hard way .. won't ever forget it ..

...but if PD isn't safe, then why have my coins never been stolen?

Ahahah! It's like staying on a mine field and saying "why haven't I exploded yet?"

I have long been not access my account on primedice and withdraw, only slightly asked no one could explain why there is a change of at least 0.002 BTC withdrawal, happy to get an answer from a user here

Hey,

That change was mostly made due to bigger fee being set so if we take 20k fee on 100k its pretty big %.

Happy hour within the next few hours!

When it will happen or already over before looking over this post. Anybody have information about this happy hour?

I'm not sure if Happy Hour already happened or not. I tried asking in chat but no one gave an answer if it had already happened.

It has not happened yet....could happen anytime in the next 9999999 hours .. lol

14 hours ago Micro came to the chat box and said he will credit the giveaways "soon" and now stunna said Happy hour within the next "few hours". Those two words become more interesting since every person has their own interpretation. Patience is something that needs to be taken when dealing with this kind of thing.

Hehe, idk what happened to stunna, maybe he got kidnapped by the aliens.

But for the giveaway I am waiting for some more input from btctalk users that are checking for alts. There were quite a bit abusers.

As soon as we give bigger prizes like 0.01 here they come in hoards Cheesy .

So yeah sorry for waiting but please be a little bit more patient.

Sorry guys for slow withdrawals, I am waiting for admins to come online and they will sort it out asap.

We will also try to include nice bonus for everybody who was waiting.

Really surprised that you guys didn't select your admins and support from different time zones since Bitcoin is international and if you guys are USA based then you only work during the 9-5 EST hours while the entire world is either sleeping or working.

We are working on that. We should soon have 24/7 support with live chat and much more on primedice and on ours future projects.

when are you going to confirm the transactions micro ? there's some users are waiting for hours

We can not confirm transactions. That is up to bitcoin network.

do you guys know why the site shutdown?
I just looked into the post and saw really great reviews on the first page.
Was curious how it shutdown.

I do not think it was profitable for them.

They did not offer anything new or better than primedice and primedice was already well established site.
