581  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea Nuclear Missiles Bad Quality - What To Do, If They Fail During Test on: April 24, 2017, 09:53:44 PM
According to Wikipedia, North Korea have around 35 nuclear missiles with range up to 3000 km, see link here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Korea#Military. I think North Korea manufacturing quality is much lower than Chinese, so nuclear missiles bad quality can lead to wrong direction during test flights. What will do US warships in the region, if North Korea missile go in wrong direction because of manufacturing mistake ?

Blow them the fuck up. They are sovereign, but we are too, so, let's exercise that sovereignty. No civilians, just remove the launcher and the surrounding three miles of earth .

People like you are the reason why american servicemen died in vain for Iraqis and Afghanis - making both of countries worse off still.

Why would "you" blow "them" up? Do you even know, IF those crazy Koreans managed to miniaturize nuclear payloads to the point that they would fit ballistic missiles?

Do you think WW2 era US bombs like Fatman could be mounted on a missile? The answer is obvious no.

Then there is another fact. Missiles are ALWAYS tested without payload both because international relations and the possibility, that they fail.

Youve just said, it would be good idea to nuke people you never met, because one day, maybe, they could do something stupid on their own soil. I wouldnt want to be your neighbour, mate.

Bitcoin Has “Lost the Innovation of the Future” Says Balaji http://www.trustnodes.com/2017/04/23/bitcoin-lost-innovation-future-says-balaji

Ive just noticed, Afrikoin, that you bought back in on Bit-Simulator. So did your count change or? Should we seek 1500 like York mentioned earlier?

depends on which exchange Smiley

The simulator is my way to control my emotions. make nothing of it.

Thanks for clarifying  Smiley Yeah, I noticed, youve made quite alot of trades either way and it made me curious, why would your risk (even if its a game) your top position in the simulator.
583  Other / Politics & Society / Re: More government = More homeless? on: April 24, 2017, 09:34:04 PM
I don't think that it's the government's fault why they are homeless. Maybe a part of it (not being able to accommodate everyone). The more at fault is the person himself or herself because they won't land there if it weren't probably for their bad decisions. If you grew up being in poverty, it would be hard to get away with it, but if you do good to people, you would eventually get out of it.

Yes, the government can not be guilty of the fact that a person is lazy. For example, in the countryside you can build a house with firewood yourself and have a small garden around it, but you need to work for it. It's easier to say that the state does not want to provide a chic mansion with a swimming pool.

In first world countries the opposite happens  Grin when poor person starts to chop down wood for self-made house, state employees arrive to send him to prison. I am not even kidding. Unless, you buy permit to build a house of pre-agreed dimensions and buy PRE-CHOPPED certified wood, you willl pay fine and get the house torn down on your expense. Or go to jail and pay for it later. Europe these days...

So government refuses you the option to take care for yourself by both repression and taxation, so you might think - if I just stay in line and work hard, Ill get my chance. No you wont, since government is run like a family bussiness - even in western countries, its ranks are pretty much closed to lower classes. And the ever increasing taxes along with artifical inflation will crush any possibility that you will just save for the future.

Class war has not ended. It is waged from above by both right and LEFT elitists against working class people.
584  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial intelligence. on: April 24, 2017, 08:30:39 PM
I'm with both hands for the idea of maximum automatization of routine work operations. But people must work to avoid depression and bad mood. But why must we work for a 8-12 hours a day? We already have intelligent and efficient machines that make food and clothes in enough quantity. We have problem in society organization, we do not need terminators, except of working in uranium mines.

You actually make a great point.

Working hours have increased in the west since the seventies, meanwhile benefits were cut and real wages stagnate.

All the while robots are more and more prominent. Automatization is not at fault, but it doesnt help wealth distribution either, since robots are owned by governments and corporations.

Robots are not doing work for you, they are doing it instead of you for the capital holder. Which of course means, that you wont get any benefits, since you are not participant of wealth creation anymore.
585  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitfinex is trading with ATH on: April 24, 2017, 04:00:29 AM
I am not sure about the reasons why bitstamp prices are lagging with bitfinex and preev rates. But interestingly bitfinex prices are just breaking $1350 levels (I believe the previous recorded higher price of bitcoin is $1350 just on the day when winklevoless's etf application got rejected ).

Those wire transfer problems of bitfinex made them isolated from rest of exchanges ? What is actually happening ?
Some traders might still be doing arbitrage by moving those premium BTC dollars into altcoins for moving them out into fresh BTC supply conversion.

These toppics are growing booring. Everybody knows what a Mt.Gox situation looks alike.

I am afraid you are right. Lack of information or firm timeline on Finex part is only confirming this.

The good part is, that after shock dumps, market perhaps clears itself enough for another run at ATH, but then we are talking about 12+ months outlook. Masterluc awhile back predicted that bitcoin will eventually reach about 9k. Around 2020 that is.
586  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bitfinex situation - how long will it take? on: April 24, 2017, 03:43:28 AM
So do we have any worthy official information? Either from Finex, insiders or Feds?  Grin

So far, you guys are busy trying to make first class dinner out of murky water. Is Finex insolvent or not? If its forming new bank ties and if so then with who? When?

I dont see how anybody would trust their savings that company at this time. Used cars salesmen offer more information on their product, than these guys do now.

I voted we will see "even later", but I wouldnt be surprised by Karpeles 2.0 the way this is going.
587  Other / Politics & Society / Re: French election 1st round results on: April 24, 2017, 03:35:31 AM
CNN came out with it saying that it was all tied up around 23 percent for both Le Pen and Macaron and other report came out saying that Le Pen was in first, gosh all these fucking different news companies and their bullshit.

Though, I'd like to ask ya why you'd be supporting Macaron over Le Pen just to see what you think about him? I personally am a supported of Le Pen but It's always nice to hear what the other-side has to say about their candidate.

Thanks bud.

I am afraid everybody that supports Macron - that is mainstream liberal left media and academia aswell as millions of muslims living in France and EU establishment, do so because his name is not Le Pen. She is patriotic, he is not. She represents change of status quo, he does not. She wants to lead France from EU and force recovery of all outsourced jobs back to France, he does not.

He is status quo candidate and since France is socialist country (with possibly highest taxation of all developed countries) with bloated state/ngo apparatus, I strongly assume he is going to win on basis of that.

Remarkably, though, majority of police officers and soldiers even though they are state employees, even though many of them are of muslim background - voted Le Pen. That gives me some hope, since there still armed people in France  that do not want to see it become western Europes Yugoslavia.
588  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial intelligence. on: April 24, 2017, 03:25:44 AM
Even if the development of AI leads to the Terminator events, I seriously doubt that the creators of that AI wouldn't implement some manual "off switch" in order to prevent things like that if they ever occur... Just a thought tho.. Also, emp?

Heard about Faraday cage? And no, Terminator movies will not happen, even if only for the fact, that Einstein already proved in his equations that you cannot turn back clock on time. Time in universe is flexible but only forwards  Wink

Manual off switch, while common sense is problematic. If you can use it, the "evil guys" can too. Even North Korea has cybernetic experts in its military. The best fail safe against AI is and is going to be the fact, that its development and eventual infrastructure is still dependant on human factor. Even though 90% of humankind is already expendable from purely cold, logical standpointof machine.

Karel Capek, my compatriot, already wrote that in book, that coined the word "robot" for western audience  Wink machine cannot replace inteligent life and vice versa, making cooperation most beneficial for both.

The worst possible thing to do, would be try to humanize the robots, ie. they would retain their immortality and other various advantages while insisiting on human (or rather postmodern western?) values, feelings and god forbid religion. You would basically end up with futuristic version of Aryan race. And yes, that could and would lead to quite nasty war.

There doesnt have to be conflict, if machines keep complementing humans - not replacing them in the process. And thats our responsibility, not of our tools.

I mean terminator movies in way that AI will become  self aware and start plotting against humans. Well Bill Gates stated that 32bit systems  are not possible but look now what happened... You can never know what will can/cannot happen, we can just speculate and guess. Just because it seems illogical and probably impossible, doesn't mean it can/will never happen.

Thank you for clarification. I outlined above what would lead to that - trying to humanize your tools, creating direct competition out of them in the process  Wink

Lets be honest with ourselves. Terminators themselves, while insanely cool and inspiring are mere drones, slightly more advanced than what our government already use already. What made the apocalypse possible was creation of artifical self-aware super-brain, that still had quite human fear of death. Putting its interests in front of those of humanity. Logically.

You would expect a treason from a person, that feels threatened by you or must compete for the same resources and you would not put loaded gun in his hand, right? To expect any different from smart machine that puts its own survival as number one priority is foolish.
589  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Human Rights aka New Church? on: April 24, 2017, 03:13:53 AM
It crossed my mind recently, that (trans)human/animal rights in certain regions have long ago ceased to be aimed at defending interests of common men and nature. Instead they became increasingly selfserving and often work side by side with corporations and governments as their "soft power" appendage.

May it be possible, that indeed, NGOs are turning into sort of Church, with Karl Marx their Saint and cultural marxism their doctrine?

Corporations as the new aristocracy, NGOs as the new Church, population enslaved by guilt shaming and ever rising taxes and work hours.

Maybe you are referring to different communist countries. They are the only ones who don't care about human rights and all they care is power over the population. In Sweden for example working hours are only 6 and they are very productive there while in Russia ,China and other communist countries they work from Monday to Saturday and have only one day off work. I thank God I live in the USA.

In Sweden, taxation is effectively 70% once you take into account income tax, social and health insurance and all the value added taxes aswell as various "ecological" fees  Wink

Sure, health care is then formally "free" (why the hell it shouldnt be, when your state just made you US equivalent of trailer park trash), yet, when you need dentist or psychologist, youll have to wait in line. For six months at a time  Wink and its going to get much worse, since new arrivals from Arabia and Africa are net consumers of welfare with support of added NGOs (which are like wise interested in keeping the bubble growing), thus ever smaller minority of workers pays majority of the income to keep living standarts of everybody else above water level.

Of course you can claim, even useless migrant is better than nobody. Banksters aligned with this will tell you, that even useless scum needs his NGO worker (creating jobs), housing (creating jobs) and health care. Boosting GDP on paper in the process. But guess, who will pay for that pyramid scheme? You, the tax payer.

Sure, work week can be as short as 6 hours a day, to meet the end needs of your household you are "free" then to go and find another job  Wink Tax rate is still 70%, remember that.

Hilarious, that you mentioned China, since that country has far lower taxation and no such thing as retirement age. Real wages in China had nearly tripled in the past ten years. Can you claim the same?

I grew up in communist country, unfortunately. I recognize it, when I see it and wrath of Marx these days doesnt walk around eastern steppes. It is firmly based where it originally came from - western universities and media. With support of armies of NGO workers, that are either paid by state directly or via oligarch foundations such as those of George Soros.
590  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: April 24, 2017, 02:52:32 AM
In this day and age that would be considered schizophrenia.

Of course I would.

Only if i'm certain that the god is legitimate, and not someone random posing as god.

If God controls everything there must be a meaning of his command.

Obviously, it's sad to see yoru children go but again, it's what has created you said.

Dude, I have bad news for you. If you seriously think like this, you should be in a mental hospital. Even the thought of killing your own child just because god told you to is sad...

Quote
Obviously, it's sad to see yoru children go but again, it's what has created you said

lol "Obviously"... like that's a normal everyday thing. It's sad that you'd kill your own child. Well you created your child so does that make you his god?

And you can join him in the same ward, if you even take this question seriously  Wink

The only God that ever wanted parents to sacrifice their children and vice versa was communism as practiced by Soviet Union, later China and nowadays left liberals ruling western Europe.

All abrahamic religions respect family unit as untouchable, basically promising hell to those who would disturb it from the outside.
591  Other / Politics & Society / Re: More government = More homeless? on: April 24, 2017, 01:53:32 AM
Basically, yes.

The moment government expands its powers beyond certain degree, it stops being tool and start to be master and parasite on its host population.

The worst thing is, that now emasculated people demand that problems created by government be corrected by even more government. You can see where that leads on countries such as Sweden or France, which used to be rich but nowadays resemble more and more third world. Vast majority of establishment energy is focused on redistributing even more capital from working class (ie. in those two countries taxation actually exceeded 50% long time ago) and fighting each other for the nutriet rich carcass.

In many developed countries, truly rich, industrial men that used to be seen as paramounts and ideals are these days legally "homeless" to prevent state officials from taking away their earned possesions. And majority of people still dont have problem with that, since they were conditioned, that it doesnt matter they are dependant on government hand outs (paid for by them ironically with drakonian taxes), it only matters that their neighbour is better off.

TL,DR. Government is good minion, but terrible master. World of Bernie Sanders is quite dark place.

Just look at Molochs post history. Very low quality, spammy, sometimes consisting of only linked pictures or walls of quoted text that somebody else made for him.

I swear a whore from Palm beach knows more about proper research and argumentation, than this beta cuck.

Not really sure, why most militant atheists have reasoning capacity of average Islamic State member. They even dress the same.

Whats with the personal attacks?

Did I forget to pay your mother for sex again? (tell her I'm sorry about the herpes)

I just assumed everyone had heard about the March for Science... the one that happened in hundreds of cities around the planet... attended by millions of people

I don't see how someone could claim to love science, but didn't hear about the march for science... doesn't compute

Because people, who understand science, support it by any other way than by emulating medieval church  Wink because science is based around fact checking, data accumulation, research and collaboration. Not on irrational hatred targeting anybody, that steps out of the party line.

Now, go back to cuckold porn watching in your mama hotel and stop polluting this forum with your nonsense. Here on Bitcointalk, you, so far gave nothing back to either politics, society or economics. Go work at McDonalds for God sake. Thats atleast a job.

Your post history would make even Mark Zuckerberg cringe, Bill turn the swith off on windows and Elon Musk selfdestruct his space program. You sir, are bipedal brain tumor that knows about science about as much, as muslim next door knows about LGBT issues. Blow off.

I would expect more rational perspective from seasoned member like you, Ted.

Unless we break 1250, 800 is in the play.

We've seen 1250. Are we rich yet?

And did we break it or stay there? While bad news keep mounting up and volume dried up?  Smiley Ah, screw it, I am betting meager 50 dollars I have right now on Okcoin, just to prove you, I mean bussiness. Maximum leverage on shorting.

I have rest of the funds off exchanges for the time being.

I are now gonna do me some science on Pornhub. Keep up da gud job, niggas.
598  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III ? on: April 24, 2017, 12:20:22 AM
world war III will be full of EMP, Internet Down, also blockchain will go down..people will use Bow and sword to kill each other.

Or you know... guns  Smiley

On a side note, I doubt WW3 possibility, while often mentioned and fashionable, is on the table. Everyone playing this game of thrones still have far more to lose, than to gain.

We will see many regional conflicts in the future where powers that be test their opponents and compete over depleting resources. But that doesnt constitute world war, even though victims of such conflict could aswell see apocalypse. It will make no difference from their perspective.

Stable value of bitcoin for days... I don't like it! Roll Eyes

Either get a big pump or a little dump, but at least lets have something. But of course, I prefer a big pump! Grin

Tell me private,

how do you define "little dump". 1000? 800? Lower?  Grin

It is remotely possible, that we will overshoot to 1500 in this move. Yet, why should we? There was no market capitulation, scaling wasnt really resolved, chinese are still paralyzed and bitfinex is close to insolvency.

Bitcoin while performing quite well in all those year is not exempt from the laws of physics.
600  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial intelligence. on: April 23, 2017, 11:59:23 PM
It has long been the development of artificial intelligence. We've all seen the movie "Terminator" and we know where it may lead. On the other hand for a person is very attractive to shift all the work to robots. You for which option?

Tell me, where it may lead? Machine has very precise thinking with very little space for "abstraction", feelings etc. Ive read fiction where AI absolutely logically assumed, that commandment "you shall prevent human harm" actually means "gas everybody and save them the pain of living in rotting flesh".

Giving power over your life and death to a tool you have no means of controlling is worth a Darwins price.

And no, not all work is going to go to robots. Look how the west turned NGOs (pretty much modern day church) and state apparatus into armies ever increasing taxation in the process. We already have robots doing most of the work. At no point in history did so few people - engineers, scientists, technicians and doctors, feed so many others. With assistance of robots.

You really believe that situation, where most of the population is expendable will lead to something good?  Smiley With all seeing AI none the less...
