601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 2 Year Old Video About the Bitcoin Price on: June 28, 2019, 08:05:52 PM
Well the people that are shown in the video are some of the most successful people in the world, and when they say that bitcoin is interesting and have potential you should really take their word for it, not that you are supposed to invest without doing your own research and do what you personally believe in, but we all can agree that bitcoin is a great and valuable asset that anyone who really wants to get some profit should invest in it, and this was back when bitcoin was 1k and today its is 10k so for anyone that haven't invested in it yet should do be fore it is too late when the price goes to 100k.
602  Economy / Economics / Re: CEO - WIREX: "GOODBYE Banknotes... Payments will be DIGITAL" - Cryptonites on: June 28, 2019, 07:51:09 PM
Wirex was really a good virtual credit card company back in 2017, it really allowed me and many of us to use bitcoin anywhere on the internet with the bitcoin debit card that they had, but then they shut it down when the support was ended by master card and visa, and it is good to see them getting back and trying to provide the same quality of service that they had a couple of years ago, and i can't wait to see what they are going to do this time.

I want to die today...
I really feel sorry for you man, when you are dealing with that amount of money you should really be sure and check not twice but multiple time that everything is alright, but i think that somethings are really hard to avoid, and sometimes you need to get a wake up call to start checking and being careful , but your wake up call had a really high price.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Attack on Bitcoin on: June 28, 2019, 05:04:01 PM
Somewhere, a group is preparing an attack on Bitcoin. It will come around the next big pump. The attackers will have an exponentially large advantage of computing power. If the network isn't compromised, it will be severely damaged.
What you are saying is not an easy thing to do, none can really launch an attack on the bitcoin network it self, and even they will they would need a tremendous amount of computing power, some time ago i read a post on how many computers does it take to mine 1 btc and the answer was 50 billion slandered cups, so imagine how much more to crak the whole network, if there is someone who is able to do such thing is the government and that is in order to take it down and remove its threat on the fiat situation.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain average confirmation time on: June 28, 2019, 03:26:26 PM
Hey.

What was the average confirmation time for you guys in last 7 days?
It really depends on the fees that you set for the transactions, it usally takes between 30 min to 1h with the standard ed fees, but you can get it in 10min if you up the fees a bit, but lately i have seen the transactions taking more time than the usual, and fees are progressively getting higher, i don't know if this is an issue with my transactions or its a global thing.
606  Economy / Speculation / Re: John McAfee Says- If Bitcoin Breaks 100k you can bet it will break a million on: June 23, 2019, 12:13:10 AM
John McAfee, the future presidential candidate says that If Bitcoin Breaks 100k you can bet it will break a million.

What's your point of view on this, let me know!
Well he is for once right about that, if bitcoin really does well and the prices go up to a high level we can see the price continue to rise dramatically, and more peephole will join the party to get some of the profit and i am sure that bitcoin will take the world by storm again like it did back in 2017 and this time there will be no laws or anything that could stop it from going forward, and this is just because i support McAfee or believe that anyone says it is just based on what i am witnessing.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump is not always a good idea on: June 22, 2019, 11:13:42 PM
The fact is its always a bad idea to dump all your tokens you get from bounties unless you promoted a not too good project ,I've seen few bounty projects that hunters dumped and later the token price surge in value for example Gowithme bounty ,so how many of you dump gowithme token? The token did 10x already
Well honestly it all depends on how the bounty and how the project that your working with is doing, you have to treat bounty the way you treat ICO, if you think the project will do good than you support it and invest in it and with bounty you invest effort and time, but mid way if you are seeing that it is not going too well you can deicide and make a decision on whether to dump all your coin or just stay with it.
608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Price Increase Market is good again. on: June 22, 2019, 10:12:30 PM
The market has started to be good again. Bitcoin prices have increased a lot. Bitcoin was only worth 3,000 dollars in the past few months. Then the exchange of Bitcoin and other cryptos in the market was very low. Not only that, many traders retired from the market. Most traders hold their crypto, so the market volume has dropped a lot. But now the price has increased to $ 10,000. And experts believe that the price of bittacquena will increase further. If you notice, the market volume is moving upwards as the price increases. Traders are back to the market. The traders are coming to the fire and their holding crypto is leaving the market, so the exchange is increasing. The main reason for the market being look good is the increase in Bitcoin prices.

It is true that Bitcoin is very much influenced the volume of exchange market by the Bitcoin value up and down.
In my opinion bitcoin has shifted the way the market moves and how the whole crypto trading and investment overall based on its price, we all can agree that when it comes to choosing if you are to chose investing 1000$ in bitcoin or 1000$ in altcoin, you would all probably agree on bitcoin, but slowly since bitcoin has grow larger and higher in terms of price, it has became for small investors wand normal people to make a very large profit so what they do is switch to trading and investing altcoins with low price and in large volumes, in hope to hit the jackpot.
609  Economy / Economics / Re: The Blockchain technologies on: June 22, 2019, 09:52:44 PM
One of the biggest and the most promising things about the blockchain technology is that it is public and controlled by everyone and the data that is on it ca not be touched or modified, this opens up the window on many things that may be able resolve many problems in our systems, for instance official documents and crucial personal data could be preserved, so lets say i own a land and the document is stored on the blockchain i suddenly die  without giving that land to my children, in real life it could become a government land but if the document is on the blockhain my children would be able to get it.
610  Economy / Speculation / Re: what is the prediction BTC as per now on: June 22, 2019, 09:04:35 PM
AS per my experience of 3-4 years. we can expect 25000-30000$ per btc maximum. what is yours?
But do not invest your all money to btc , only invest what you can afford to loose. Do not put all the eggs to one bucket , diversify it.  if you have 100$

50% put to btc others to alt coins.
If we are talking about investing in one coin than bitcoin is definitely not a risk, if you are investing in other coins other than bitcoin only than we talk about that risk, bitcoin has showed us an still shows us to this day how reliable it is and how safe it is for us to put our time effort and money into it, if you really want to invest only in bitcoin than you would never find any regret in doing so, the only reason why most people trade and invest in other coins is only when bitcoin reach a high price point where the little investors are not able to make much profit, so altcoins with low price is better for them.
611  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries that economically and bitcoin friendly on: June 22, 2019, 07:20:34 PM
There are probably more than that, friendly does not have to mean that bitcoin is legal, just it being neutral is enough to make that country a place where you can freely use bitcoin and you can find a lot of people and a lot of businesses that accept it, for example in France bitcoin is not regulated and it is not banned but you can find a lot of places where you can buy things for bitcoin if you search for them and i am sure all of the eu countries as well have the same state.
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CEO of Bank of America: “We Want a Cashless Society” on: June 22, 2019, 01:41:12 PM
Banks have never stated they are against crypto, they don't hate it and they don't like it either, they say these things just to leave things open, because in both cases either crypto takes over and a cashless society gets established or they crypto dies out, they would be in a position where they follow what is going on, i am a sure as soon as the opportunity of switching to crypt they would support it, but either way if crypto takes over banks even if they don't support it they would still survive since a bunch of people would still prefer fiat.
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Exchanges track how you spend btc! on: June 22, 2019, 01:11:02 PM
Apparently this guy sent it to multiple different wallets before gambling with it, but coinmama found out and has banned him

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/bdr9nw/coinmama_is_a_nosey_bitch_tracking_your_coin/

Makes me wonder if Monero or some other privacy coin is the future. I realize he can go to an atm, buy from local bitcoin etc, but a lot of people don't have access to ATMs or don't feel comfortable with P2P. Anyway, what do you think about this? Privacy coins are the way to go, or are their privacy features just waiting to be unravelled?
Well this guy said that he moved his coins from wallet to wallet, in this situation we can't blame Coinmama for taking actions since it is stated in their Tos, their tos is related to the country where they are located and that  means that all transaction need to be traced, even though that this guy didn't do a good job in hiding his tracks by using mixers this is still absurd and really shocking to see that this is came to be, because crypto was supposed to be anonymous and break you free from the laws and do whatever you want with your money, and this defies everything the crypto stands for.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is slow in price? on: June 22, 2019, 10:21:30 AM
What makes the Ethereum price a little slow to experience an increase, in the current crypto market conditions. If the price of bitcoin continues to experience rapid growth almost close to $ 10k. I think the price of ethereum will be good if it is above $ 300.
In order to understand how the price of ethereum goes up and how the price of all the other crypto goes up, is to understand the mentality of people and how they approach the crypto market, right now with the bitcoin going in the 10k region people are still confident that they are able to profit from it while it is still at a reasonable price, but once it like goes over the 15k or probably a bit less than that, they will start looking for alternatives and that means that will switch to ethereum since it is the second coin in the market, that is what happend last time and i am pretty sure that this will happen this time again.
615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: need help is YoBit.Net scam on: June 21, 2019, 09:42:33 PM
let me tell  you a story a man come to me in telegram and was so nice ask to help me as iam new in trading and offer to help me not asking for any thing just want help

he told me about YoBit.Net  and    try its ico it can earn me a 280% in mints

i see a lot of vides his word is right

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQDTG5jQBCw

i dont know what do you think i know nothing come easy in this world

my money in other exchange this YoBit.Net  ask to get to in ico put 1800 usd min in invest box
Yobit is not that trust worthy of an exchange they have had multiple complains from users who lost thier coin and withdraws stuck and most importantly they have one of the highest fees, compared to others, if you are talking about investing in the Yobit IEO that they have been promoting and runing for some time now, than i would advise you otherwise, because as i said they have a bad reputation so the coin won't do that well and don't trust anyone who is promoting them especially on YouTube because they are paid to say so.
616  Economy / Economics / Re: Repeating of all time high has begun on: June 21, 2019, 09:25:18 PM
Just thinking that a couple of month ago in march to be specific we were at a 3k price point and now we are on the verge of hitting 10k, i just amazing and reassuring that we have never made the wrong choice by trusting in the potential of bitcoin, and i am pretty sure that this is just the beginning and we might see bitcoin hit 20k again and even it all time highest this year, and when that happens i am pretty sure there will be no stooping it this time especially since next year we will be seeing the halving.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra VS Bitcoin (2 Coins Enter 1 Coin Leaves????) on: June 21, 2019, 09:06:42 PM
Libra VS Bitcoin  (2 Coins Enter 1 Coin Leaves???)

Bitcoin Created by Satoshi
VS
LIBRA Created by Corporations

Libra Specs are still not confirmed, but faster transactions speeds and lower transactions fees to gain market share seem likely.

Libra is Centralized Control and Bitcoin currently is not.

Libra value per coin should be stable since the Corps are backing it with fiat reserves, while Bitcoin price can rise or fall quickly.

My thoughts are merchants will flock to it because of price stability , plus a little corporate nudging.

Bitcoin will still be harder to censor than Libra and its price won't be as stable,
but investors and traders don't want stability, they make money with the market swings.

So Investors and traders will still favor Bitcoin,
While Merchants will favor Libra.

So what is everyone's else thoughts?

Will one defeat the other or are they fighting in different rings and never shall they actually face off.

People are really overestimating the Libra coin, it is like any other crypto that is released out there maybe even worse since it is stablecoin, the only thing that is giving people the idea that it is going to be good is Facebook having a large user base, Libra won't be that good and it may be popular at first but than it will die out, so there is no fear from it and bitcoin will just stay the way it is, however what i am hoping is that more major companies take the step that facebook is taking to take cryptocurrency and make it the new way of life.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB Finally On KuCoin!! on: June 21, 2019, 08:39:37 PM
Well lately binance has been really going hard at work, with adding features to their exchange and launching their coin which has been really successful and making some quite large trading volumes which leads to their exchange having more attention, and for KuCoin to compete with that is hard, they can't make their own coin so all they can do is accept BNB in order not lose trading volumes.
619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling strategy on: June 21, 2019, 05:14:57 PM
People talk about investing in Bitcoin all the time, and by investing they mean buying, but selling is another part of investing, and just as important one. There are many strategies for buying, like buying dips, cost-averaging, buying once in few years and so on - but what about selling?

What's a good selling strategy that maximizes profits and minimizes risks? How to sell as close to ATH as possible?
The selling strategy is all up to you and to your preferences, because it depends on when and to what amount you bought, meaning preferences vary, meaning someone who bought bitcoin back when it was 3k he would say i would sell once its 3 times, and one who bought it a 10k would do the same seems a bit hard, so you should set your own preferences and be sure not to sell all of your coins cause that is the safest option to prevent regretting if the price goes up after selling.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins removes face to face cash trades on: June 21, 2019, 10:29:05 AM
I think that this is the straw that broke the camel's back, localbitcoin has been already struggling to keep up with all the other exchanging platforms, and the only thing that was keeping it alive was the hand to hand or face to face exchange, because that was the only trustworthy method that you could use between tow individuals without any risk of your money being scammed, and with that gone i think it is going to be a matter of time before localbitcoin shuts down, and it does not matter whether they were sharing info with government because transactions made on money transfer like Moneygram and western union and other methods where a dead giveaway.
