Actually I'll announce it Thursday as we have a team meeting on Wednesday, because then I will have a detailed feature release schedule. So everybody knows where we are standing.
I'd avoid deadlines, people tend to take them by heart. I think a roadmap that just shows which Quarter of 2017 each step would be released would be better. Crypto world and deadlines don't seem to play nice. |

I just can not waste time! What can happen if they postpone? Doubt they will postpone, I think they won't announce a release date till they are 100% ready. Yeah Xtrata, you have a valid point, those 15M should be a public knowing because there was an ICO involved. But think about it: Possibility 1: They sold some of their coins once they were released on exchange at overvalued prices. Possibility 2: They haven't sold anything and don't wanna publish teir adresses because they don't want people know when they sell. - Anyway, does it fucking matter at all to be generating all this FUD? If they have sold and only have 5M now, what happens? Nothing, they have more $$ in their pockets and whales and investors have more NXC in them. I don't thing it's a good move to sell NXC now, because in some months they will be worth more and the team already had $$, but if they want they can do it. As long as they release the game and keep improving it when it's released, who the fuck cares where are the DEV personal coins? Vitalik sold their official ETH share at the higest point when Ethereum was rocking. Ovbiously nobody complaint because everyone was having nice profits in ETH. Here everyone complains simply because they are losing money temporary and are not able to hold their assets for months. They want profit, and they want it NOW. Go to the fucking casino then, you'll have instant profits... & instant losses.  I repeat, if they continue the development in a hard way, nothing to worry about. If they don't deliver the product, don't worry, I'll be the first one to complain and ask for responsabilities, but I don't thing that this will be necessary.  Yes, yes. They said they haven't sold any. Trust their word. They said they will develop the game, have some faith. Privacy is important for focused development. That's why anonymous devs are popular here in BTCtalk. They can develop coins without having to reveal anything except the whitepapers. What right do you have demanding to know what their coin balances are? Show me yours first.  Which anonymous devs started an ICO and collected as much as NXC devs did. I do believe transparency is a must, people invested into this project would like to see exactly what happens with their funds. I work at a big assets management company, managing over 90 Billion in assets. We release annual reports that include details of what we invested in and P/L from every investment. Full Transparency...how do you know funds aren't being spent on personal things or if it's all gone? Sorry but "just trust the devs" is idiotic and ignorant, if you're going to trust every dev here then you're going to be homeless and broke really soon. I am not fudding or hating on NXC so don't come in guns blazing calling names. If the devs don't have anything to hide, why not post full details of the addresses they hold all coins, expense reports...etc I also would jump really quick if they sold their shares in NXC that just shows me they don't believe in the project. If they indeed dumped part of the 15M NXC without letting everyone know I would also be worried. Trust me, no FUD here that is bullshit affects the price at the moment. Most buyers are at a 5x or more loss (me included) which isn't worth selling anymore so easy on screaming FUD everytime someone questions the devs actions, they aren't always right. |

Nice shot at 44! New ATH  That was me, sold a few weeks ago after the news. Traded BTC on margin Profits made along with my initial ICN investment put me right where I bought ICN at which was at the ICO. BTC dumping was great for profit making...easiest trading to be honest. Hopefully 40k should be the new floor. PS. Trading on Kraken is cancer...if you're going to day trade I wouldn't recommend Kraken. UI for trading is terrible... |

I wonder if that is a right time to buy in. With Btc moves, it's hard to make choices.
If you have BTC and you plan long ruin with ICN then maybe wait a bit. Or divide your investment into part like 5x20% and buy every week. Trend in ICN is obvious uptrend so try catch in deep. ICN price can hard crash only on some fatal error with platform. During BTC rise ICN holded strong ~30k sat so i don't belive in much more opportunity for you to get them lower than 30k before platforms. Holding onto ICN since the ICO and during this BTC push would of made you more profit then just holding BTC unless you had a leveraged long on BTC before it pushed up and got out before it dropped from the ATH. Keep holding onto your ICN, ignore BTC movements, if ICN were like other alts that drop during the BTC push it would of been sub 20k but BTC movement seems to have little effect on the ICN price movement. |

What I meant is: we couldn't know the final percentages before the ICO finished and we distribute the Nexium bonus from the backer ranks. The backers were aware of this.
We burned the remaining unsold Nexium yesterday, and only now we have the new repartition percentages.
But you knew very well that you kept 30% of 100M from the start and knew that this would be a huge amount because you even stated a few days ago that around 35M would get burned. Yet, you still didn't include those extra coins you got from the 100M into it. It is all fine if you think that this is fair a thing to do although I think you should have told that openly that you will hold almost half of the supply. I really like what you(the team) are trying to do here and Im not here trying to bash on you or the project but I have a hard time understanding the decision making behind this. What you could do is provide the wallets with the founders tokens/coins, if it is as you say, that you have no interest in selling. And also provide information about how many coins you spent on promotion and plan to spend on different things. If you are going to have market with investors, people should know when new supply will be available. Agreed, personally I have nothing against the devs but after the shit show with AMP and Arcade. Devs holding a large amount of the supply keeps me distant and at a very very small investment into NXC. I was suggesting the devs adjust the 15% of the coins they have for promotions to be 15% of the new supply. The shares they took I understand is a stake in the company for their work as they aren't getting paid salaries, but the 15M for promotions is a tad too much. Unless there's plans for a second round of investing. |

Devs hold 50% of the supply after burning. Should their holdings count towards the new supply and not the old one...holding 50% of the supply is way too much. Their 30% should adjust on the new supply and the extra coins should be burnt also. |

When has any alt met their deadline, prices drop due to delays but projects don't die just because of a delay. Alpha test is here for a reason, to test out the platform and fix what needs fixing and other feedback. They received more feedback and suggestions then expected, realized the platform isn't as good as they expected so their improving, that's the point of alpha testing.
The only thing they did wrong was set a deadline, crypto hates deadlines. With regards to the dumping and claims of insider trading well that is something we need to hear from the team which am sure it will be posted soon.
Guessing 99% of the retard trolls here haven't been in crypto that long...

If you know the release date ( which means "price growing" ) no one will sell such a huge amount .. Those people knew about the postpone, they got the information from inside! Unfortunately those actions are unfair for all of us, ICN investors. I don't like those kind of actions ( it reminds me of blog posting, when friends of Iconomi team got the maximum stake even if those articles were much worse than others ) Simple way of finding out if it was insider trading...check the time stamps when the big dump happened and when the ICN team posted the announcement on their blog...if it's after the announcement then it's not insider trading just someone that acted fast, if it was before then that proves it was insider trading. |
