621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 11, 2023, 07:34:26 PM
And that is the bad side of boxing and negotiations, the B-side will also take the small pie and the disadvantage unless he pulls an upset win. And in this case, Garcia will be the obvious underdog, but for sure he will be a live underdog as what they say, meaning he has a good chance to win as well.

"In general", that's not a considered bad side for me but rather just makes sense to happen especially weighing in terms of popularity or maybe tickets and PPV sales history. Referring to the mega bout between Davis and Garcia, I do think that anything related to the purse split isn't really a big concern. There is just part of the contract, outside the purse split concerns, that Garcia didn't want especially making some adjustments just for the fight to happen.

Regardless though, the boxing community should be thankful to both for pushing their fight and not taking another bout with other boxers even if "their surroundings" are telling them not to do that instead. One of the anticipated big fights this year will now be witnessed.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 10, 2023, 08:27:51 PM
Given that the fight's outcome was close and Donaire was defeated, they should make the rematch on this very same year as every time goes

That's the big reason already for Donaire to retire if:

- the fight went close in favor of Santiago
- the fight went landslide in favor of Santiago

No need for rematch but rather hang the gloves. Santiago is not even on the contender list but was just given a chance for a title shot. Again, as I previously said, if Donaire can't keep up with Santiago, there's no way he can keep up now with those top-ranked boxers at 118.
623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 10, 2023, 08:21:28 PM
It looks like Paul Lee's 3-point shooting has improved a lot,

There is no improvement but rather that really his usual. He was just able to keep the consistency even now entering his veteran period and post-prime.

Won't be called a "Leethal (lethal) Weapon" for nothing. Smiley

However, referring to his performance this past conference seems the Lethal Weapon is now getting rusty during the crucial game of the post-elimination games. But still, when needed, they can rely on him as always.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 10, 2023, 08:12:00 PM

Kevin Durant won't likely sit out for months. He will surely return to the playoffs.

Playoffs will start on April 15th. The Suns do have 16 games remaining this season. Still over a month to go and more time for Durant's rehabilitation process. Even without Durant, the chances for them to avoid the play-in tournament are possible. It's not that it's a painful blow for the Suns already where in fact, we are not even in the playoffs.

Although, the question is if Durant will be in his 100% once able to play again. But knowing Durant, still explosive as always even after coming back from an injury. Don't worry about the Suns this remaining of the season as they can manage without KD. The real problem is if Durant will be out during playoffs.
625  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it legal for our kids to learn trade? on: March 10, 2023, 07:35:08 PM
I want to know if it right for children that are of 10-15years go in to trade or not because I have a kid friend of about 14years and very eager to learn trading but am scared of the lost and how long it will take him to understand what his doing, because it hasn't been very easy for me. So what your opinion please I need help? because I think is too risky for them to go in to trade for now.

There's no set legal age to "learn" trading, bro. Anyone, at any age, can learn to trade whenever they want or the eagerness is really there. However, on the technical side, these minors might not be able to experience the actual trading yet with their own respective trading account since KYC is a real deal. Should be of legal age where a person can provide Valid IDs and documents and related things.

But if the goal is to really teach children to do trade, experienced ones can provide some test or demo accounts just for these youngsters to familiarize the trading interface. After all, what can we do if these youngsters really want to learn trades rather than play outside with the usual kid's game?
626  Economy / Gambling / Re: No bet is a waste on: March 10, 2023, 07:28:40 PM

So another thread of supposed daily tips and picks which in most cases, turns into an abandoned thread due to the fact that there's no spice at those picks to attract the lurkers here on the gambling board. There are lots of users here before who also did the same but the consistency doesn't even build.

Here in the gambling section, the most reliable tipsters are those who also joined discussions at some sports events that make sense to talk.

OP. you can freely post your picks here and show the community what you have got.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about stop gambling services issued by gambling platforms? on: March 10, 2023, 07:23:48 PM
In this case is it possible for gambling platforms to provide stop gambling services to help gamblers reduce their desire to gamble, as in the context of cigarettes, every tobacco company always provides smoking cessation services either by telephone, clients who want to quit smoking can be given counseling and guidance, as well as referrals if you need follow up.
I think how if the Platform/gambling company has a stop gambling service that is very good and helps gamblers who want to stop.

Alright, so you want gambling platforms to adjust on those who become addicted because of gambling?

Well, they can help but don't expect that they will focus on those. They make gambling a business therefore the target is for people to do gambling on their platforms. We can't blame them if one of their users got addicted to the process since in the first place, we are the ones who should do the necessary adjustment not to fall into the trap of negative gambling effects.

Fortunately, there are gambling sites that do have self-exclusion features. However, that doesn't stop the problem of addiction as that self-exclusion only applies to that specific gambling site, and looking at how big the gambling industry is, you can almost see gambling sites everywhere even just by simply walking in the park. The temptation is always there and that's the reality.
628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too harsh on user? on: March 10, 2023, 07:17:01 PM
Is it right to call a gambling platform a scam for confiscating users account with the deposited balance because you use more than one SIM card to access the platform? The SIM cards aren't from same network provider, so their IP addresses are different from one another.

This happened to someone I know very well, but I found this to be too cruel,  different IPs on the same device shouldn't cause this ban, what do you think?

There are some gambling platforms that pray that users make this mistake and use the opportunity to sit down on their money.

It depends on what is stated in their Terms and Service. If such a case can lead a user account to be put on ban, no choice but to accept the terms. However, that should be clearly detailed to all parties. However, if we take a look at that case that can lead to confiscating the user's deposited balanced, it does not seem fair.

Aside from that, with that simple situation you have mentioned, it should not lead to banhammer and confiscation of the money right away. Maybe there are other parts of the story that you didn't know and just stated the thing you understand well.

Is this for real? Is there really a case like that happened?
629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling using chip in money? on: March 09, 2023, 11:57:51 PM
We already did this before with my friends but don't have success doing it. It's a good way to increase our bankroll and as usual, bets should always be planned carefully as everyone on-board will really have their own analysis.

Sometimes we end up arguing about who's going to bet so in the end, the focus is not there.

I'd rather do solo betting now for my own good. Cheesy
630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 09, 2023, 11:55:46 PM
Nothing is unusual here, that's what the major bodies have been doing for decades now. And it's a win-win for them, so it just make sense.

For those who are not aware, they take it as a big deal lol. Should be nothing unusual in the first place.

Aside from that, if that's not the usual procedure, I don't see anyone from 122 that can be a good match for Inoue.

Moving forward, if those critics thinks that Inoue is having a shortcut then they don't trust Fulton to beat the so-called Japanese monster.
631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you Bet on a Fight that is Scripted? on: March 09, 2023, 11:54:00 PM
Definitely no regardless of whether the source is legit or not. It's just that, I don't want to patronize betting on the scripted match as there are lots of "what if" there. Aside from that, I don't want to add more risk to my gambling activity by relying on those scripts.

I will continue my usual way of betting and depend on my own analysis instead of betting on a supposed sure win.

Specifically to WWE, I won't a risk every single bucks on it for an obvious reason that everything here is just for entertainment.
632  Economy / Gambling / Re: they are scamming us? on: March 06, 2023, 09:04:10 PM

You have to get out of that state where you think most gambling sites are sh*t.

If you are really serious about exploring everything about gambling, especially choosing a gambling site, you should realize later on that there are lots of sites where you can put your trust.

For a start, always head to the discussion community of that gambling site, if there is one, and just try to lurk there until you can now assume that the said gambling site is worth putting your trust in. Gambling sites especially popular and active in marketing will always do their best to satisfy their customers while attracting new users to their sites.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 06, 2023, 08:55:16 PM
Looking forward to good adjustment if they decided to keep the import and let him play to chase for a win.

Seems likely he will be replaced but a damn thing to consider doing it in the middle of the upcoming quarterfinals.

However, if the import will keep his ego, then no reason now to move forward with the team. Taking that coach's advice personally to the point that he will change his gameplay in the actual game is something unprofessional and regardless if the import is good or not, they need to let it go.

Converge is the only independent team that I'm hoping to move forward with this conference but it seems like the last conference, they are again considered a team that can be called an "intro boys" due to some issues and dramas.
634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: March 06, 2023, 08:46:44 PM
Anyway, time to move on and wait for the next fight of Magsayo, hopefully his camp will take priority of the stamina issue and fix it.

He even performed well against Rey Vargas who is far tougher I think than Figueroa.

I think the stamina is just fine but that extra work to burn the extra weight seems to play a big role. It's exhausting to do that burn, especially if it's about .8 lbs within just a matter of 2 hours and the fight will take place several few hours after that.

It's the first time also for Magsayo to done that thing that's why he's not used to that. The result ended up not fully at his best aside from the fact that Brandon Figueroa is really considered a tough boxer.
635  Economy / Gambling / Re: I got frusted please help? on: March 06, 2023, 08:41:47 PM
Finding best casino is very hard for me
I want to play with small amount but i am not getting a best casino
requirements:
1. minimum withdraw amount should be less than 10$ or 10$
2. no wager requirement before withdrawing
2. no min deposit amount
4. provably fair or live casino

Maybe the best thing you can do is to find a local online casino. In that way, you will deal with your own currency and not with crypto. The withdrawal amount of crypto-casino mostly depends on what crypto you are trying to do and it just makes sense to have a wagering requirement, around x1 in most cases.

Expect also a minimum deposit amount at any gambling sites and that was usual. On the other hand, the lowest minimum withdrawal allowed should meet your criteria by most online gambling sites.

As an online gambler, you should already accept that regarding minimum, it's always present at most sites.
636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Build your Own Casino(online/offline) If You Know You Can? on: March 06, 2023, 08:30:07 PM
So this evening, I was thinking within myself, Businesses I could start if I made good money, I mean money large enough that I could start any business comfortably(no matter the cost) without going through any financial crises before, during or after starting the business.

There is no doubt that the gambling industry proves that it can withstand a global crisis, specifically during the global pandemic when almost entire stocks and businesses are kissing the floor. A good business to consider and worth taking a shot at as long we understand all the aspects of how to run such a business that not just requires money but also knowledge.

If you made a billion dollars or even more, as someone who love gambling/betting and have been doing this on several other casinos for many years now, would you rather start your own casino?
Or would you prefer to keep gambling, doing your sports betting on other casinos even when you know you have more than enough money to start your own casinos and make the casino as big as you want it to be??

Since you talk about having a billion dollars in my account, I might not consider doing such business because I'm already a billionaire. Instead, I'd rather just enjoy being a gambler and continue being a sports bettor or regular casino player which is my usual.

In case my goal is to really own a gambling business to expand my revenue, and not reaching in a point where I'm not a billionaire already, then I will consider any business and investment aside from having a gambling business.
637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 06, 2023, 08:23:19 PM
Not sure if this is just the beginning for Morant or he might serve longer suspension because of that video.

As far as the latest information regarding Morant's issue is concerned, I will assume already that Ja Morant might not return to action in the remainder of the season until in the latter part of the playoffs if they will able to advance. There's no room in NBA to do such an act. I might be wrong though.

Should serve a lesson now for him. What an unfortunate thing happen to him in just the early period of his career.

With what happened, the whole Memphis Grizzlies now need to do some adjustments to fill Morant's absence.
638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Figueroa vs Magsayo WBC Interim Featherweight Title (March 4) on: March 05, 2023, 11:55:19 PM

Really an unfortunate thing happened not just for Magsayo but for the PH as well. The fight is not even close. The scores are really a gap in favor of Figueroa. Magsayo just tried to survive while he can until the final bell rang.

Brandon Figueroa deserves that win and congratulations to him.

With that loss, seems that Magsayo needs to start from scratch as not eligible for now to fight in a title match.
639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 05, 2023, 11:53:20 PM
I don't like teams who are reliant on theor outside shooting.

But that was the thing now in the NBA that even big man is having a good outside shooting percentage.

It's not like before when "defense is the best offense".

However, comparing Bucks and Celtics, the former has the upper hand in terms of inside scoring and it's obvious that Giannis Antetoukoumpo's main forte' is always in the paint. Unlike in Boston Celtics, that mostly, their field goal always came from perimeter and rainbow area shooting. Now depends on how they will execute their respective strategy if they will faced each other in the playoffs.
640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling earn someone a living on: March 05, 2023, 11:49:17 PM

At some point, there are no doubt gamblers that actually can make a living with gambling.

However, don't expect that all gamblers are capable of doing that. These gamblers are really professional and build their career for years. On the other side though, it doesn't mean we can't be like that but if someone is really serious to make gambling a living, expect lots of big challenges on the way.

Better to just find a stable source of income aside from gambling.
