Afghanistan played extremely good last night. If they can perform today as well, Bangladesh may lose too.
I have a little doubt for this match since Afghanistan is looking in better shape than Bangladesh but mind the home ground advantage. I am sure Bangladesh will perform batter than the last match.

I got ticket managed by my cousin. He will also join me. Hopefully it will be a lot of fun and will observe a winning Bangladesh.
Great thing for you. I hope you will enjoy your time there. Don't hesitate to share your experience with us.

Are you seriously expecting Smith to help chase down a mammoth total of 400 runs on his own? He is still human and he cannot achieve everything on his own guys. He needs 2 partners to help him and I doubt that will happen.
I have not lost faith yet :-P
Yeah, I know someone will need to help him by staying in the pitch with him. Let's hope that it's Wade but I am not liking him coming down to the pitch and try hitting Leach.

Odd for Australia is @ 9.20 LOL

Edit:
We have Launch break. Australia 68/3 and 5 full session left in this test match to score another 331 runs (I know my expectation is crazy LOL).

Yep, on the women's side it's very unpredictable.
This unpredictable women Tennis actually lost me lol
There was a time for Hingis, Henin, Williams sister. They performed consistently.

These days I only know few faces: Bencic, Andreescu, Osaka and few more :-P

Labuschagne could be a bit more careful. The foot was very wide in the air and Bairstow did the rest. Australia lost their 3rd wicket. As usual Warner failed. Early two wickets fall and Labuschagne - Smith small partnership but it was just broken.

Good thing is that Smith is still in the pitch and as long as he is there nothing is guaranteed for England.

Warner's Score in The Ashes :  2, 8 ,3 , 5, 61, 0 , 0 ,0 ,5,11
10 innings total = 95 LOL

Warner really needs to sit back and think about his future move.
6325  Other / Meta / Re: Should we have an anti-scam board? on: September 15, 2019, 08:43:04 AM
What do you think if I have intention to keep that thread lively updated over time?
Scam burster club (since September 2019)
Question:
Should I move that thread to Beginners & Help board?
If I was the author of the post then first thing I would think to post it in Scam accusations. But again scam accusations board is for an accusation topic not for any educational topic or list.

In this topic you are basically giving credits to the users. I think this topic will be another example that an anti-scam board under scam accusations board will make more sense.

You can check out the remaining schedule here:

https://www.espn.com/tennis/schedule

We don't know what tournament Medvedev is going to enter.

But definitely there's a lot of room for him to play and be able to do catch up with Federer here.
This was my usual Tennis following personals:
Novak Djokovic
Rafael Nadal
Roger Federer
Dominic Thiem

But very recently Daniil Medvedev was added to the list.

Hope he continues and become one of the top contestant in Tennis ranking with Djokovic and Nadal (considering Federer will retire soon).

By the way, do you guys follow any specific Women Tennis player?

Surprising to see that you still expect Warner to perform, after he failed to even make a total of 100 runs during his past 9 innings. Anyway, even if Australia is not serious about this test (they have already retained the Ashes), the 4th innings is going to be extremely crucial for Warner. It is his last chance. If he fails this time as well, then I expect the selectors to kick him out of the test side (and given his age, any chances of a comeback looks slim).
After this Ashes if Aussie management decides to give retirement to Warner then no one will say a single word. Warner got unbelievable support from the board. So far 9 innings and flop in one after another innings in a row. It seems he turned to be a liability for the team. Whenever Australia starts their innings we know that they will lose a quick wicket and will start from behind. How long?

Warner's performance is not even close to his usual since the World cup if I am not wrong.

What a pitty! Cheesy
What a pitty that you always disrespectful to others and wish harm for others because you were unable to gain some benefits from them.

It's not anyone's fault that you do not get any respect from the community (do you even realize it?). You are/were responsible for your name. Shame again GP. At least have some self respect or what's the point to be alive!

If you respect yourself, be genuinely truthful to yourself and learn how to value others then you will see things will start to change. It may take long time but remember we human are always forgivable. It's in our nature. I highly doubt about your living quality in real life. Poor you. Really sorry for your wasted life. May be you will do some favor to your life to change the mindset towards other that you have currently.

If you have not already, just put the fool above on ignore and let him ramble on in eternity with nobody to listen.
The fool is in my ignore list from long time however he is so much entertaining and painful character that I can not help myself to use the show/hide button whenever I see him to make a new posts in the topics I follow.

I think we can all agree that choosing England to win(Draw no bet) has a 99% win percentile rate at this point.
That's what everyone is thinking. Mind that there are still a long way to go for this Test. Australia needs two good sessions and they have done this thousand times. Considering the recent psychological battle between England and Australia, I will still side for Australia. Of course Smith will need to perform and few of the batsmen will need to support him.

Australia to win odd @ 6.00!

Anyone dare to risk some money?
My problem is that if I start gambling then I will not stop again unless I lose a large amount. I know my habit very well.

Afghanistan is currently ranked 7th in the ICC Twenty20 Rankings and they need to win this tournament in order to be in the top 8 and thereby directly qualify for the T20 world cup. On the other hand, Bangladesh is currently ranked 10th and they will be trying hard to get included in the top 8. The difference is not much. Afghanistan is currently having 241 points, while Bangladesh is having 220.
I think Bangladesh is the favorite team in this series and they will win the series despite having fairy bad performance against Zimbabwe in their first match. In their first match their top and middle order failed and I am sure they will recover and perform well. We have a chance to see their performance today.

In the other series, India and South Africa are facing each others for the first T20 in between them. Most of the cricket lover's eyes will be in that match.

Here is a tip from me...
Bangladesh vs Afghanistan : Bangladesh
India vs South Africa : India
Combined odd @ 2.45

PS: I am not placing any bet however good luck everyone.

I thought they would reach 450 easily when Butler was still present at the crease but after his wicket, no hope left.
England were looking very good before they were losing their 5th wicket. Quickly losing Woakes especially Buttler, slowed the run scoring and also the dream to give big target to Aussies. But around 400ish target will not be bad at all. Quite safe unless Smith snitch the dream from English.

Again this test will be between Smith and England.

Rashid khan got his first win as a captain and this is the best start for this captaincy.
Good for Rashid. I just learnt that he is the captain. Afghanistan is better team than Zimbabwe right now. I think the series winner will be Bangladesh.

Tomorrow is Sunday and we have two good matches to enjoy. Firstly the Ashes is getting interesting again and Aussie will get around 400 runs to win the match and Smith will ......Tongue
Second match between Ind and SA, No doubt India is better team but the match will be played in Dharamsala, SA and therefore do not take south African team easy in their home grounds.
Yeah, hopefully it turns out to be a good day for Australia and also Smith. I am sure Smith will play a good innings again, may be another 150 or 200 runs knock but some batsmen will need to give him companion.

About the Ind vs SA T20? I am waiting for that with all my interest. Will watch the match without missing any balls.

Don't you think that there is a difference between winning a cup and retaining a cup by drawing/leveling a series  Wink I don't think points alone are a motivation
Yeah you got me, after all it's Ashes :-D
6336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 14, 2019, 06:02:17 PM
Australia will have a 400+ runs to chase for sure if England's last two wickets last for at least half an hour, tomorrow morning. After that Australia will have around two days to chase down the target. The only motivation for Australia will be to get points for Test Championship since the Ashes has already retained by Aussies.

Can we see a good innings from Warner? Dude really needs some run.

But still  Zimbabwe may not win this match easily at Dhaka. They are already three down for 30  in the third over with massive 198 runs to win this match. Even though Zimbabwe spinners did a good job but their fast bowlers disappointed. Chatara and Jarvis were too much expensive.
Did not watch the match because of not much excitement however India vs SA from tomorrow, excitement will be 100%. The South African team was in their worse shape in the World cup. Can they recover some of the reputation in this series? De Villiers will be missed.

I am looking an alternative to YOLOdice...

330 runs lead for England so far.
5 wickets in hand.
Buttler is still batting.
More than two days in hand.

Everything is looking good for England in this Test. However if they can not win this Test from here (except rain interrupt) then it will be unfortunate for entire English team.
6340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 14, 2019, 07:50:57 AM
Trofo is right.

Grand Slam winners = 2,000 points
Runner-up  = 1,000 points
Semi finals = 720 points
QF = 360 points

Masters 1000

Masters 1000 winners = 1,000 points
Runner-up  = 5,000 points
Semi finals = 360 points
QF = 180 points

Master 500, 250 same point system just cut it in half.

So Medvedev can still catch up Roger Federer at the end of the year if he landed at last into the semis, runner up or winner to gain more points, so a 1,000 point lead is not enough.
Owe you here and thanks to both of you.

I was thinking about the huge gap between top two and third/fourth rank. But it seems like a good planning in a GS and executing it properly can rank up a player very quickly. It's much easier for a good player when their opponent (in the point table) eliminates early from a tournament. Like that happened with Novak Djokovic in the US Open.
