Never take Australia too easily. They can change situation in any moment. Why would you contact them there? Contact them through the contact number in their website or chat with them from there directly. In my long years of experience with them I never even visited their social media, contacting them from there comes later.

Check your account billing area. You will find every possible invoices there.
