661  Economy / Reputation / Re: Why does Redtrust give without any data proof ? on: January 14, 2024, 10:55:48 AM
I didn't quite understand everything in your thread in Turkish, but I see that you have already received explanations of what you are doing wrong. Now it is questionable why you pretend to be naive, then insist that you are right and do not want to accept what other members told you in that thread.
So, if it's a mistake with CMC, that doesn't mean you should abuse it with other people. It's okay if you didn't know and asked, but if someone explained the essence of the whole thing to you, then there's no need to hide behind ignorance and wonder why someone considers you an attempted fraud.

I would ask gospodin or/and Kalemder to present the whole case here in English to make it clearer. I am also willing to leave a negative tag if this is a real scenario.
662  Other / Meta / Re: I wonder if the forum would be much better without signatue campaigns on: January 14, 2024, 10:35:29 AM
Of course it works that way. If you create a forum today and get the traffic
That's the thing: I don't expect the traffic to work that way. If users only join to earn money, you'll miss the basis that made Bitcointalk a valuable place to advertise in the first place.

Yobit tried to start a forum, where everyone was paid for every post. (At least as far as I know). However, it was not sustainable in the long term. I think that this is because only one entity paid for the activity on the forum, unlike Bitcointalk, where each campaign has a different owner, so the "cost" of paying for writing posts is shared. A much more sustainable solution.
This only confirms that without paid posts, the forum would hardly survive, at least not in this strength.

As for whether paid campaigns are needed or not, the answer is more than obvious, yes. Certainly, without campaigns, there would be much less spam, but over time there would also be significantly fewer active members. For the high authority of this forum, the most important and only resource is the members. Without activity, many things would begin to slowly disappear from here.
Starting with campaign managers, designers, escrow services... I believe that even LoyceV at one moment would not do his statistics for the 50 most active users out of all 100.

If nothing else can be improved, I would not touch the current system on this forum with further restrictions. Many have brought here some of their knowledge, skills or services and contributed to the "good" statistics of bitcointalk.org, and it's perfectly fine to return some of that to them through earnings.

I expect that would end all campaigns that pay useless tokens, some campaigns that pay in Bitcoin but at very low rates (I can think of 2 old online casinos) and it would end the biggest Bitcoin paying spam campaign Stake (check the top 20 posters and see who pays most of them).
I think there are worse spam campaigns here, for example Bitvest, but are you trying to create new/old enemy?

I would agree with Loyce here, Stake is probably the worst campaign, because as far as I know, they have the biggest weekly budget, considering the number of acceptable posts and participants, but still they decided on the lowest quality and spam. What is even more absurd, I have seen over time at least 4 or 5 users who present themselves as managers of this campaign.
663  Other / Meta / Re: The effect the mixer ban has had on the forum. on: January 14, 2024, 09:58:49 AM
Altcoinstalks Global Rank: #540,599 Worldwide

This is the stats for December.
In October before Mixer Drama's global rank for Altcoinstalks was #1,546,457. I would say there is significant growth. However, it is still early for any analyses and conclusions.

Altcoinstalks is at a severe disadvantage in every relevant metric. No way its going to take a measurable traffic share from Bitcointalk. Did all the posters you mention "defect" from here to there? If they want to post over there as well, good for them, but I'd be very surprised if they stopped posting here.

Sig campaigns are the result of Bitcointalk's traffic, prestige & reputation; not the other way around.

Guess I just fail to understand what the problem here is.

At some point Altt admin himself confirmed that these two forums cannot be compared. Simply, BTT is No. 1 not only as a forum but for the Bitcoin ecosystem itself. Altt is there as a supplement and is more dedicated to other cryptocurrencies. About Bitcoin itself and the services related to it, there is certainly a much better discussion here with many more relevant participants and information.

Certainly, this whole mixer ban will change some things.

OP isn't criticizing theymos decision to ban mixers.

Even if he criticizes, it is not forbidden.
As far as I know, this forum is still open for everyone to express their opinion. I criticized that decision and I still have the same opinion, but if it is the admin's decision for the long-term protection of the forum, I understand it. In the end, the only choice I have is to accept such a decision.

664  Economy / Reputation / Re: Would you tag these users? on: January 13, 2024, 01:54:43 PM
Where is the AI-generated content? It's been days and no one has come out yet, and the mentioned post JollyGood tagged me for is 100% human, so I think that's why he hasn't come out yet.

Can we interpret this as an admission that sometimes you still use AI to write posts, but the one JollyGood accuses you of was 100% written by a human?

I went through a little history of your posts, and I have to agree with most of the previous comments directed at you. What you have written so far is pure spam and shitposting. I wouldn't be surprised if someone found AI-generated posts in your history.
What is interesting to me is that reading what you write in this thread and the one in Meta that you opened about the same thing, you seem to know how to write meaningful posts. So I ask the question, why did you spam so wildly with meaningless posts (ok, I know the signature rewards) and why you didn't write in your own words opinion on the topic even then?

It's been days now and he hasn't come out clean. I don't need his apology I just want him to remove those notes and put my account on ignore for the sake of his sanity.

Maybe we should ask him to give you his forum account password, so you can change his feedback yourself, the way you think is appropriate.

Regarding Jollygood's feedback on @borovichok, if there is not enough evidence, then there should not be a negative tag.
Also, to return to the main of this thread, it seems that negative feedback on all four cases is excessive. It's just my opinion.
665  Economy / Exchanges / Re: onyxchange.com is legit? on: January 13, 2024, 01:17:59 PM
Are you promoting this exchange indirectly or did anyone actually point you to this exchange?
It's more that he's not going to reply back and that proves that he probably owns this little exchange and he's shilling it easily.

This is the most likely scenario.
There are no single reviews on their Trustpilot page https://www.trustpilot.com/review/onyxchange.com (maybe after this he will buy a few 5 star reviews)
They wear the Bestchange partner logo on their home page although they are not official partners with Bestchange. They may be in the process of approving the listing on this platform but judging by the web archive from 29 April 2021, it has been going on for quite a long time.
666  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI |SPORTS & CASINO| SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: January 13, 2024, 12:52:32 PM
OK, I entered random data and activated the bonus, played the 50x aviator game, and won something from there.
But where are those wins now?
I can't find it, I still have some funds that I had on my account from before, but I can't see wins from bonus games anywhere in my account.

CFNP means Closed For New Participants.

It's a little crazy that one of the first accounts registered here doesn't know some basic things about the forum. Registered on 5/14/2011 (id=12610).
Positive trade history with green feedback, I might even suspect that the account changed its original owner because I see that he spammed some other CFNP campaigns. Unusual behaviour for senior members.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mempool Observer Topic on: January 11, 2024, 11:57:50 PM
Yes, this data will help. Thanks.  Wink
Now I just have to find a way to download them. But, I will find some way.

If you are familiar with API & things, you have complete documentation with them https://dune.com/docs/

Or perhaps Bitmover can help  Cool
669  Economy / Reputation / Re: I will not ask for any loan. on: January 11, 2024, 11:48:26 PM
I say it clearly. I, tjtonmoy will never ask for any kind of loan from anyone! If you see me asking for loan, that's not me! Do not provide any kind of loan to me.

Will quote this for reference.
I'm not sure that this is the best way, considering everything that happened with this account. However, this serves as a reference for a neutral tag
670  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI |SPORTS & CASINO| SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: January 11, 2024, 11:40:20 PM
Dear All!
Sorry for confusion about the promo -  I have now added the promo code to the post which you can apply in your account or on the registration page.
You dont need to deposit for this one, however the winnings should be wagered from the main balance.
Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!

But for this promo, we have to pass KYC. At some point today, I had too many attempts to enter the promo code, so I was disabled for a few hours. Now when I tried again, the message repeated itself "To activate the promo code, you need to complete your account profile" The only unfilled fields left are ID, ID card number, address...
There is no way that I will do it for promotion, and it is not clear to me why filling out a profile is a requirement for promotion at all.
671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mempool Observer Topic on: January 11, 2024, 04:06:36 PM
Is there any place where it would be possible to obtain historical information on the average value of block fees?
I'm here trying to do some kind of analysis, and that could be useful.

I was looking for it before, but I didn't find many solutions. Here are some suggestions, if I understood correctly what you are looking for
For example
Bitcoin Fee Tracker: https://dune.com/dataalways/bitcoin-fee-tracker
Median tx fee for past 4 years: https://dune.com/queries/3030792/5037433
daily average fee, but expressed in USD https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html#3m

I hope this will help you
672  Economy / Reputation / Re: Buying a TESLA CYBERTRUCK with STOLEN BITCOIN? on: January 11, 2024, 03:55:18 PM
[...] is a bitch move.
Lol. Why are you better? This is not the first time you have sent me a PM urging me to remove this or that participant from the campaign just because you are angry. You continue to add inactive users to your trust list who left you positive feedback and publish crap that has nothing to do with reality.

Your money laundering signature campaign that is paying users making crazy allegations that are clearly not true because their feelings got hurt is pretty shameful. I don’t think it should be advertising here and I think you are a weasel to continuously be paying users engaging in horrible behavior. You are clearly not fit to manage signature campaigns.

Did you really send a PM to the manager asking him to remove someone from the campaign, someone with whom you have a conflict? Do you have any idea how miserable that looks?
673  Economy / Reputation / Re: After 1 year? Why now and what have I done wrong? on: January 11, 2024, 03:44:26 PM
OP, I'm not sure what you're complaining about here. Feedback that you present here as incorrect or whatever, is for different things in different periods. The probability that they are accidental is not very high. I don't see why you took it all as an attack on you and someone's desire to get rid of you from the forum, but accept that your feedback is how other forum members see you.
Consider that all neutral feedback for you is a kind of second chance, so you already have it.
For me, for example, an even more twisted situation was when you appeared here and asked for donations for a sick grandmother. But ok, it's not something that should be on your profile.

If you think that the red tag is a problem here, as far as I can see, Jollygood emphasized that at some point they will revise it and possibly change it. Perhaps it is best to understand the essence of why all this happened and try to influence this change with your future actions.
674  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cashlowinvest.org on: January 11, 2024, 01:21:48 PM
I don't know what the OP is talking about, but this domain was never even registered, and It is currently available for registration. Even with a solid discount on Namecheap.
Maybe he forgot to register it before the start of this discussion or he did something wrong in the whole process, but there is nothing of this.

675  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Novosti on: January 11, 2024, 01:10:42 PM
Zanimljivo mi je kretanje cijene Bitcoina i altcoina (prvenstveno Ethereuma).

676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Concerning Malwares on: January 11, 2024, 12:38:03 PM
And always update your software to the latest version as well as using a hardware wallet to store large amounts of funds.

Software updates can also cause various complications, and I wouldn't recommend it as a "must". I have often seen that a new patch update came out immediately after the last update because a bug crept in. Plus, insisting on a new update can lead to phishing mistakes.

Clipboard malware is a problem, but if someone is careful, they have a chance to recognize it. But I think that keyloggers cause more damage because at some point they enable full access to the wallet, PK, seed phrases, passwords, etc... Plus, it's much harder to detect it with the usual use of devices. So I would recommend the OP to pay attention to this type of malware as well.

It's not a big deal anyone can be a Ph.D.

While getting breakfast this morning I went out and got one:

Everyone here who is dealing with the OP should go out and get their own Ph.D. so we can talk to him on his own level.

https://thunderwoodcollege.com/degrees.php

Or something.

-Dave
Your fake degree that you have posted here is fraudulent.

-cut

Thank you for helping me in my third PhD. Mr. Jones always is a kind hearten man.

Your degree is fraudulent. I am reporting you for your fraudulent degree.

-cut

-Joseph Van Name Ph.D.

I do not know my friend, but their degrees look legit to me. Do you really think that the degrees are fake and that they are fraudulent?
Do we have a chance to prove that these are not real degrees, to expose these fraudsters?

Old habits are hard to change, you forgot to add a Ph.D. in your signature.
From now on, your posts should end like:

680  Other / Meta / Re: Mixer urls are not fully wordfiltered on: January 10, 2024, 01:33:58 PM
I think if those accounts still have their regular website link then all of such accounts should be compiled and reported to theymos either as a PM message or maybe via this thread. It will be much easy for him to manually remove those links if word-filters aren't working the way they were supposed to work.

I don't think that the solution is that theymos or mods go from profile to profile and delete the website link from the profile. I believe that it is possible to do it through the forum administration, I guess maybe directly through the database.
Even if we find all mixer accounts, what prevents them from opening new accounts and adding a link to the site in their profile? And yes, for better SEO, this item certainly matters when it comes from a high DA site like Bitcointalk.
