681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think shops should accept bitcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 02:42:37 AM
If you are the seller who will start accepting bitcoin payments then of course you should not be bothered in the first place because you are already aware of crypto's volatility. Also, don't worry about the pricing. As long as the buyer transfer you a $10 worth of btc for $10 worth of goods then you're good. So don't hesitate to do it because any kind of adoption, whether big or small, can help to grow our community Smiley. Just post "We accept Bitcoin" to your store today and wait for the right customer.

1) Laborers             :   Reply just for the sake of increasing signature campaign posts. They will jumble words and consciously stretch the
sentences. They do not care about the quality of argument.
Well, some are guilty and some are not. It is already up to your point of view whether it is necessary to report them. Hmm, my advice I guess is to be more considerate and meticulous before reporting because not all posts from megathreads (where most of "laborers" can be seen) are trash, there are mediocre posts that looks so generic up to extent of making no contributions to the discussion at all.

Quote
2) Overcomplicaters :   They will test any argument on Cartesian certainty, no matter how sound your argument may be but they will oppose it
                                   with tooth and nail.
All of us got our own different opinions so learn to respect it as long as it is not yet hitting below the belt. Enlightening them would be a nice move as well Smiley.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Choice To Stay Longer Online Or Casinos on: May 27, 2020, 10:32:46 AM
Where do you play longer hours online casinos or casinos?
You know what, if we are living on the early '90s right now I might say I will go with casinos. But since higher technology (gambling sites) is existin already, I'll go with it. I am not saying that I will not go to casino anymore because the level of intensity and excitement that casinos could bring can't be found online. What I mean is I prefer playing at my home more often.

Another thing, yeah freebies in casinos are good but do you think it is 100% safe? What if they're putting ingredients which boosts the secretion of dopamine on your food that makes you hyper which sooner leads to unwise spending? Just a What If lol Grin.
684  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you think carefully, you can’t do a lot of thing in life on: May 27, 2020, 07:42:11 AM
I looked down on your list and I found out that some of it can't do simply because of our law and few of them are maybe just a product of frustration. But what is your main point? Of course you can't do everything you wanted at once and that's okay. Dude wake up to reality! You can't be a Superman who can do anything. Always remember that we're al all human, having limitations and capacities. And besides, I guess that's how our life goes. Each one of us got their own different roles, just fulfill it and that's already enough Smiley.
685  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you use "report" button during posting ? on: May 27, 2020, 05:17:40 AM
[snip]
I have few bad reports, but still accuracy is 100% so you don't have to worry too much about some bad reports. After all, it is even stated in the report dialog : "Do not worry about your accuracy too much; one accurate report is worth many inaccurate reports."
Yeah I know, I'm not worrying at all even if my accuracy fall down (but I admit that it will be quite sad if ever). Imbalanced judging is normal, we will inevitably come to that point sometimes Grin.

Nonetheless, I will continue reporting all the misconducts I see here. Though I'm not as active like the others, but at least I was able to help to clean our forum through my own little ways. It is the effort that counts, right? I'm already proud of what I'm doing.

I comment first asking op to move thread to appropriate section, then come back after 24 hrs delete my previous post, if post was moved to relevant section then ok otherwise i report it myself.
Oh yes! I'm also doing the same thing on such case. But when it comes to trolling, necroposting and inappropriate advertising; no warnings for him. I report it right away.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: May 26, 2020, 11:35:55 PM
as soon as possible move your crypto to usdt or other stable coins mate
then buy again in the lower price
What a witty move mate Grin. Well, I can say that it makes sense for me. Usdt can somehow be a safe haven since it was a well known stablecoin. It's graph pattern is a little bit different with the others. As you may noticed, if btc falls then almost the rest of alts fall as well but not in the case of usdt. It remains stabilized (just my own observation).
687  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign on: May 26, 2020, 01:21:17 PM
Done updating as well. Just waiting for the avatar to appear.

Props to elmanchez' effort and Best_Change's permission for making this possible. Now I can feel that I finally belong to the elite group of our forum lol (if you remembered, wearing a hat once became a trend on higher ranked members). I love it a lot! It is more appealing due to its vibrant color Cheesy.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 26, 2020, 09:45:52 AM
they are good in team work but they don't have a star player who can carry a team, James is a star player but he has age, and he only has a limited playing time lately.
You are right. Yap is no longer in his optimum level, Norwood seems having a struggle on carrying the team also. I guess their hope right now are the youngsters like Rey Nambatac and the who compared with Yap due to having similar gameplays — Javee Mocon. For me they are now the future of RoS, I just hope they step up even more and show their improvements next conference. Definitely a team you can look forward Smiley.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is just a brand name :( on: May 26, 2020, 05:59:27 AM
in fact we already have better coins than it but we chose to live with its brand name.
Well, that's normal in my opinion. Since Bitcoin is the pioneer in the field of cryptocurrency, of course it can have the most number of supporters than the rest. I guess the saying "First impression lasts" is true Cheesy. Anyway, don't be surprise if all of us seems sticking on the branding dude because the same thing applies in the outside world. Like in fashion, we prefer Nike, Gucci, Lacoste and so many more than simple clothing. Most of us are getting crazy to have these things not mainly because of the quality but because of branding (let's admit it). It is now becoming a norm.
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stop calling it DICE. on: May 26, 2020, 03:00:58 AM
I think they only used the term dice to represent the game's mechanics. If you will imagine, it is really the same as a dice. Your click on the mouse serve as the roll and the numbers are still present just only got bigger of course in order to decrease the probability of winning. Okay, let me ask you, if you can have a chance to rename the game then what would it be? Do you think "Random Number Game" will fit? (nyeh  Tongue)
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Crypto Idea to Explore. on: May 25, 2020, 04:41:49 PM
trading and exchange ? sounds like both of them are the same  .
Yup, they are correlated to each other. I'm wondering what he really want to say Grin.
other good business to own or start is gambling site and of course were gonna be using crypto    .   cant think of other good business but i see these two are booming among other cryprto business out there
Hmm, yeah it wad good but it requires a huge capital for sure. You must have a lot of money first in order to establish it. Plus, there is no guarantee that it will boom since the level of competition in such industry is very close. Everything depends on how you advertise it.

Aside from that, why don't we put crypto into real life business. Just make a small start like a prepaid load business solely accepting btc. I know that would be a lot of risk but at least you got nothing to lose because you can use it for your own just in case your business failed lol. Good for you if it succeed, now you can have an estimated number of btc holders in your area and this will help you on your nexr step of on expanding your business Smiley.
692  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you use "report" button during posting ? on: May 25, 2020, 10:29:57 AM
Perhaps this should be bumped every couple of months -
1. To remind all members to use this report to mod function whenever they see an off topic, spam or nonsense post.
Well, I can say that it was effective lol. Honestly, I very seldom reporting sh*tty posts these past couple of months maybe because of being busy. But this thread reminded me to be more active on reporting once again hehe. I don't know if you feel this as well but I really feel good every time I report and maintaining a 100% accuracy at the same time. For me it represents that I've got a fair judgement as a person Cheesy.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling hiding, rules ignored. on: May 25, 2020, 05:31:00 AM

you cant expect such discipline to be followed by all gamblers out there. many will break the rule just to fulfil their cravings in gambling. since you have no say about the action of others, just make sure you are following the protocol and taking care of your own. whatever consequences they may face, it's all on them. plain and simple!
Nah no offense but that's a wrong mindset. If you already saw someone violating a significant protocols like this, don't hesitate to report it on the authorities. Hmm, maybe witnessing it once could be ignored but if you already saw it multiple times then you ought to report it already. That's a part of your responsibility as a law abiding citizen. If you are worried about your security then just give a tip on the police anonymously. After that, let them do the rest.

Choosing to be silent only makes your conscience feels heavier so spill it out Cheesy. Besides, doing it will benefit you in return because it avoids the possible spreading of the virus thus shortening the time of community quarantines.
694  Economy / Economics / Re: Continuous Printing Of Money Out Of Thin Air Has Never Being The Answer on: May 25, 2020, 02:51:56 AM
This may not be the solution but we can’t stop the government from printing money and they need more funds to fight the virus especially those small countries.
I will say that printing even more money is not the right solution in this crisis. Yeah maybe it can help to relieve each and everyone's hunger for the meantime but the cons we can feel in the long run could be unbearable. Actually there is no problem with the physical supply of money so printing more of it is unnecessary. What I think is happening is that the circulation is greatly interrupted that's why most of us especially the poor suffers. I believe that there are other ways to fight this. Government could encourage private organizations or rich citizens to reach out for the needy Smiley.
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about coronacoin COVID? on: May 24, 2020, 09:44:46 AM
but im new to crypto investment
Yeah that was pretty obvious Grin. I say so not because I saw your rank but because of your mind set. Most of the newbies tend to just go with what's hot and do mot analyze first the situation. Well, good for you because your fear of losing saved you from the misery.

Dude, if I were you I will not invest my money into that alt. It was so nonsense, it was just a future sh*tcoin trying to get attention from the crowd by correlating it to the current situation. Roll Eyes. Much better if you will study first and know the how crypto market works as well as the pros and cons. But if you want to know my suggestion, it will be ethereum or bitcoin cash.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 24, 2020, 06:20:03 AM
Jon Jones is making his intentions clear on moving to the heavyweight division and Dana White is not ready to compensate the demands and it might be mainly due to the lack of live gates but eventually we will see that fight.
There is no problem at all. Let'es just wait everything go back to normal so that Dana can make his pockets full once again and invest on such future mega fight Cheesy. What is more important for now is that we are assured that he will move up to HW soon for him to prove us that he is not only good on sh*tty talks but can be a man of his words. I'm really getting excited for this, I can't wait to see if Jon can cope with the new division.
[snip]
Heavyweight fighters are known for one shot one skill power punches and it ends at that, if the fight goes the distance they will slow down a lot and majority of the fighters know just to strike and have zero ground skills and if a fighter who is technically stronger can pose danger if they can avoid the power punches and moreover Jones is a great wrestler who has even taken down an Olympian like Daniel Cormier.
But take note, we need to consider the adjustments he will do. Of course, Jon will become bigger thus becoming slower. We can't conclude that he can have the same speed and cardio when he finally enter the HW division lol.
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 24, 2020, 02:40:08 AM
Absolutely, and if they are the only league that will resume or will resume first, for sure a lot of people might check PBA out and they will begin loving it.
Most probably Cheesy. Though there are other sport games replays aired in TV these times but live games still feels different. And I think the only advantage of replays is that they have lesser commercials in betwren lol. Besides, most of the Filipinos are not into volleyball, football, MMA etc. Basketball is more of "maka masa" sport.
Betting is also the reason why most of us wants to see the NBA resume again, I have a lot of savings now ready to gamble, lol.  Grin
Yeah right. But in my case, first things first. I need to pay my debts before anything else huhuhu.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi isn't that rich. on: May 23, 2020, 11:47:01 PM
If he wanted to maximised the profit then why he didn't sell in 2017? So let's wait for another all time high and see if he/she/they are going to sell to enrich themselves.  Smiley
Nah, I doubt it. I think Satoshi will remain not selling his holdings. Based on what have you said, we all knew that btc's price is climbing up year by year thus making everytime a good time to exit. So it's really impossible that greed never kicked in most especially during its ATH because you can generate a lot of money from that. Maybe Satoshi really don't care about the money, maybe he is already happy on what he contributed to all of us Smiley.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can develop low cost electric power, what are my options on what to do with it on: May 23, 2020, 10:17:05 AM
That's great mate Cheesy. I'm glad that you can acquire cheaper electricity. That's a lot of advantage for you not only for crypto mining but to any kind of business as a whole. If I were you, I'll go with daytrading instead of mining simply because it was less technical thus easier to understand. If you are only up to money and not the crypto at all then you might lose interest soon.

Aside from those things, why don't you sell electricity. I've heard some rumors here that if you can be off the grid since you can solely sustain your power demands then you can sell excess of it. I'm not sure tho so ask your local electric distribution company out there Smiley.
700  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Survey for thesis paper (topic on the cryptocurrency payment system usage) on: May 23, 2020, 07:52:16 AM
Hello we highly appreciate if you could break down the questionaire here on forum.
Indeed, well I'm not actually bothered with regards to security issues since I know what I should avoid or not. If your survey requires my personal info then I'm out Grin. My main concern is about the hassle lol. I'm lazy enough to open a new tab especially that I don't have a stable internet connection right now. Nonetheless, I'm willing to become part of your study.
