701  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: richy.casino delayed withdrawal on: December 04, 2023, 11:52:19 AM
May I know the exact wording you use in the email to ask them about the license? Did you ask for Richy.Casino or New Wave Infotech? In all sense of fairness, I think there could be a simple case of miscommunication. I think Richy.Casino is not the name they're registered under, much like other more-established casino that's registered with Curacao does not exactly list the brand of their casino.
Yes, here's my exact words using their contact page, the email below is the auto respond from them with my query.

"Hello, Can you confirm if this URL https://richy.casino is pagcor licensed? They said they are under "New Wave Infotech Limited" which i saw on your list of licensed offshore gaming but i'm so (*not) sure of the URL. Thanks"

The red text (*not) is corrected in my next email to them.

Hey @theymos can we at least extend this decision to maybe 2-3 months instead of 1? Cheesy Why, just because, it's bitter pill hard to swallow (just like what had mentioned) and it's a new year to be celebrated of not to mourn lol

704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos after the shutdowns of mixers on: December 04, 2023, 01:46:11 AM
Now, you may be wondering about the connection between mixers related issues and casinos. The thing lies in casinos capability to facilitate untraceable transactions, enabling scenarios like depositing and withdrawing without a trace, potentially leading to money laundering.

The important question here: how will casinos respond to this new landscape, and what measures will they take and implement to face the challenges posed by recent developments? Probably many users will join casinos for an alternative of mixer.
Unless people who wants to launder in casino approved their KYC. To be frank, casino's KYC procedure are more strict than exchanges to be precise and is really against to money laundering due to it's strict regulations.

Well, unless these launderers use unlicensed casinos who are more riskier to lost their funds after depositing there.
705  Economy / Gambling / Re: Richy.casino - iGaming & Sports Betting. 💰up to $20k deposit bonus, free spins on: December 04, 2023, 01:37:27 AM
Let me post it here the same post i replied to the scam accusation against to this casino.

Response of PAGCOR related to this casino...

This confirm that their license is fake, PAGCOR accredited service providers and licensed casino can only be seen here https://www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/accredited-service-providers.php. Those who claim they are licenced that wasn't include on this list have fake license.

So i'll be wary using this casino until they respond and fix their license.

Here is the response of PAGCOR related to this casino as i message them through their support email/page as i mentioned on my earlier reply.

707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transactions - are we living in stone age? :( on: December 03, 2023, 05:20:08 PM
Don't blame bitcoin, blame the wallet that user used, or do be exact blame the user. A recommended fee as of the moment to have 1 confirmation doesn't reach 10 usd paying much is nonsense. Even the user doesn't use lightning if he understand how transaction size and fees works he could not been paying so much fees.
708  Economy / Reputation / Re: After Sinbad, which mixer is Next To Be Shutdown? on: December 03, 2023, 03:47:42 PM
There should be something to replace mixers. Because legal authorities are trying hard to shut down all the mixers, I don't think someone has taken the risk of opening a mixing service lately.
I think decentralized hosting service is one of the solution for mixers to avoid getting shutdown by the authorities, but there are still chances though especially if authorities force and threaten the hosting service.

Mixers should block known hacker address or those labeled address to avoid authorities finding its way to shut these mixers. Because it risks their business even though mixers are pro privacy but if they are pro criminals too then they deserve to get shut.
709  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Crypto Payment Gateways? on: December 03, 2023, 02:55:38 PM
If you want an easy and ready to go payment processor with the use of api in your site's cart page i'll go in bitpay and coinbase commerce, but you should consider that they ask KYC like your business details and docs. On the other hand btcpayserver is good too as they have already api integration[1], much easier and cheaper than hosting it on your own. But take note it's only for bitcoin payments unlike the other two which has multiple coins for payments.

710  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Btcaccelerator.info - fake transaction accelerator on: December 03, 2023, 01:10:48 PM
Binance has a mining pool also and they provide acceleraion service. Mempool.space is also having acceleration service but not a mining pool. Just only the site that is not a mining pool that is legit as of now.
Just heard about these two. You mean about mempool.space is working to accelerate transactions for free? Is there any limit for transaction submission? I check the page[1] and there's no enough information.

711  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Btcaccelerator.info - fake transaction accelerator on: December 03, 2023, 12:37:45 PM
All "bitcoin accelerators" that were not offered by any mining pool is obviously scam. What i know about accelerators offered by mining pool are viabtc, antpool (free), and btc.com, but unfortunately the two of them stop their service.
Sadly, google prioritize those sites who are SEO optimized and newbie people are tend to believe these results and get scammed at the end.

713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Keeping Numbers Or You Allow The Machine To Pick Your Numbers To Bet on: December 02, 2023, 11:44:26 PM
I’m wondering if this is still a lottery because everyday there’s always a winner, I don’t think its still luck maybe something is going on that we don’t know.
For those smaller number combinations, yes. But not everyday though especially the 6/45 up to 6/49 and so on, that's why it reaches in 9 digits of hot pot because no one wins everyday. Although there are cases of 2-3 consecutive days of wins but not everyday.
714  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMS To Be Aware letsexchange [RESOLVED] on: December 02, 2023, 11:06:47 PM
I don't know why you guys suddenly decided to bump this thread! Did someone recently post a reply to bump it then deleted it? (I've no time to check this on ninjastic or Loyce archives).
There's no response on this thread until it was bumped the first time on 29th. Upon checking the exchange's transaction id it was already refunded good thing it was resolved already as you mentioned. Here's the response btw https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5321206.msg63098182#msg63098182

Mods should lock this thread.

That name is hilarious, let's see what are the future names of your casino games too.
But honestly speaking a thread like this without any to discuss should be lock first, and unlock it when the launching date is near or after when it's launch
716  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: A scammer selling Bitcoin for $1000 on: December 02, 2023, 04:18:10 PM
one scammer offered to buy my telegram account by sending USDT first i almost believed it but when i tried swapping the amount, it said the tether was not real.
In what blockchain it is? I think you can see it's legitimacy first based on it's coin logo/icon, and of course, with the contract address.

I once scammed before after i lent my btc to a fake coin too, that was when ICO was a hit back then. It was a huge lesson to take.
717  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What I would do if I owned a bitcoin mixing service on: December 01, 2023, 03:43:36 PM
If I owned a bitcoin mixing service, and since Bitcoin mixing services have been banned from being promoted on this forum, in other to keep promoting my service on this forum, I would build a really good  bitcoin wallet with lots of features, and include bitcoin mixing service as one of the features, but this particular feature will be hidden in the wallet, and to access it, I will come up with a trick.
Looks like you didn't understand fully what theymos had mentioned. What you mentioned of particular feature that is hidden and needed a trick to access it will be publicized, and will be known to the public, and it will fall to this category mentioned by theymos

b. If a site is not primarily a mixer but has a mixer function, such as a mixer function on a gambling website, then the whole site is considered a mixer.
So it will still be useless, and promoting such service will get you banned here.
718  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where the mixers will promote their projects? on: December 01, 2023, 02:51:40 PM
I mentioned in on other thread, that they could at least make a PR, blog posts, vlogs, and other crypto-related websites that accepts ad posting on their sites. Since there is no paying signature campaign in other forums, say darknet forums, so i don't think they will keep promoting there like pay per post.

There are social medias whic everyone uses. Plus, a person who knows what a mixer is, definitely knows how to google search a legitimate mixing service.
They can create an account there for regular posting but there's no way they will be accepted to create ads for promotions.
719  Economy / Services / Re: 🚧[CFNP] [banned mixer] | Bitcoin Mixer | Signature Campaign ~ Up to $130/week on: December 01, 2023, 02:31:41 PM
@julerz12,
Dear Manager Is November our last month in this great signature campaign?
The set date by theymos is after Jan. 1, so running with the whole month december won't opposed to that new rules.

Either way it's the management's decision because after this, there will be no platform where to promote this kind of service. We will only see this kind of service's promotions on PRs, blog posts, vlogs, ads on crypto-related sites.
720  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC Game shady scamsite? on: December 01, 2023, 07:05:07 AM
Recently, many new complaints were getting public about BC Game site.
Many crypto sites like Blockchair have BC Game ads.
They recently resolving user's complain/accusation against them though the opposite of your post, at least 2 of them on the very first page of this board. What you see are old complains as i don't see any new scam accusation against them, at least for now.

Although, right now, i can't access the site, idk what's wrong.

EDIT: It's not really working, but they have lots of mirror site here https://bcgame.com/
