Does anyone remember when was s1, s2, s3, s4, s5 released? What's the average time in between releases?
Would like to know when the next gen chips are released. Before s7 launch I saw a lot of news regarding next gen chips from different developers. Also do you guys think that the guys, who bough s7@ 7.5 bitcoins will ever roi on this product. The price has fallen a bit too much, don't you think?
I know that s7 just launched, but i'm just curious.
part of the reply that i got from BMT, that they are going to release another batch "soon" that's all ig ot but no dates or any other info given but at least for now there will be another batch. |

had some small issue with my order, opened up a ticket to BMT ... how long do they take to reply normally ? anyone have any experience with support response ?
I will let you know once they respond to my ticket from over a month ago. they replied me within 24 hrs. surprised & impressed. it was just a simple issue though but got a respond. hope you will get a respond soon too. |

Normaly 1T and 1.5Th are same drivers...
I put in custom miner 2 cgminer
One is directly from dragon original firmare (set by defaut in my image file)
The other one is last cgminer with bitmine_A1 driver, almost same as dragon use...
(but option are differents, so you have to check them)

just got my batch 3 s7, took me abt 20 mins or so to set everything up & to figure some other stuff out. running good for now.
fan set at 60%. fan 1 4080 rpm - fan 3 3840 rpm
chip freq set at 606
temps - 59-60-61
so far it has been running great.
compared to stock fans are around 4000-4200 rpm
it's a 600M sticker model v1.8
temps are 2 deg C cooler
with new 606 on the chips, 0 hw error hashrate is barely noticeable but a tad more. 600 on the chips (stock) 0.0001% hw error
1 thing i do notice that the hash rate does fluctuate quite abit regardless of chip freq settings. same on miner & poolside (antpool)
have 2 more batch 5 coming & hope that i can hook all 3 up but so far only 2 is reported successful. (darn should've ordered 1 more batch 5) so i can run 2 controllers - 4 miners - 6 blades each
gotta pm j4b to get the cables, psu and more pcie cables. i saw somewhere some guy power only 2 of 3 per board here in bct forum but i saw outside the forum , only powered 1 out of 3 pcie & it's working all week long. initially had some issues but when he moved the the pcie to the center instead of the sides & has been working flawlessly.

couple of pages up there were some miners using only 2 pcie instead of 3 per hash board ?

Shipping may start between Nov. 23 ~ Dec. 3 (if shipped out 10 days later than it, it won't be considered as delay ).
Dec3rd +10 days = Dec 13th + shipping time to door is roughly 5 working days excluding weekends so make it 7 days
= Dec 13th + 7 days
= Dec 20th excluding any "unexpected/unforeseen" delays
= if anything more than that then expect to get miner AFTER 1st Jan 2016 due to peak/holiday/busy season

tbh, I would humbly advise not to even think about Nov 23rd delivery, always expect the worse as it is clearly stated "Shipping MAY start"

Towards the end of this week for oct17 and oct21 I ordered 10/25 batch 3. Shipped out 10/30, set for arrival tomorrow. did you receive an email from bmt informing you that it has shipped or how did you know ? grrr, guess i just gotta be a little more patient. |
