There is another thread on here called "100% primedice win rate" and in the video the guy keeps betting on 98% and he keeps getting 98.0 as the result and wins, is this a bug?

Yes it is a bug on how to give your coins away to a scammer. Its easy to change scroll bar animation client side to land on any number . DO NOT FALL FOR THIS STUFF. Also please remove link from your comment so people dont looks at it and fall for it.

I had in the passed issues also where I emailed them because I forgot my password or my 2FA and in the end, I basically had to get a brand new account. I was lucky because there was no balance there however.
Hey, You need to understand that when people try to recover accounts we need very strong proof before we give that account.

"unauthorized" error again .. I was logged into my main account using firefox .. logged out, tried to log into chrome .. "unauthorized" .. Tried to log back into firefox seeing as though for some reason it only works there .. "unauthorized" there too ..
Dev was working on it yesterday , looks like some accounts still have that issue appear sometimes. I notified him and it should be fixed today.

They tell you to make a new ticket after 48 hours without any response but now they just block you to make a new one.
Clearly you pissed them off enough to not care anymore. Good luck with getting any kind of response. Well I do exactly what Micro told me, so why pissed off. We never block anybody from sending a ticket. If that is an issue you can pm me here instead of sending a ticket. Please explain the movie i posted. It's now for two days i cant make a ticket with my primaire mail address but everyone mail address works. Today and yesterday I got the same message something went wrong on two difference places so it can't be the computer or network i was on. lol why i got a reaction from support on the test and not of my other tickets? I told you on chat, you explained the issue and we are working on this now. It should not take more than 1-2 hours. And i will include big bonus for your waiting. So clearly my posts are being ignored for whatever reason. This was "marked as solved" but I never received any emails about it and logging in still shows "unauthorized". Any updates or ETA on what's going on? Ticket: 15670.

I got back access to my account, but the stats are gone. Now I have a brand new account, while it was 1.5 years old (which is often required for giveaways) with a few million bets. It now has 0 bets. Wagered went up a lot, but that doesn't do me any good unless I use faucet. I'm still curious what happened to the database, did all account data disappear entirely?
Hey, We will work on getting stats back from backups when we finish up fixing all affected accounts. It wont be to much of a problem for you since we know which accounts were affected. So we will take that into consideration if needed for giveaways or whatever.

The support is usually slow but it shouldn't be over 11 days. Maybe they missed your ticket. So like the others suggested just submit another ticket.
We had first response time under 3 hours which is better than 95% of the other sites that use zendesk . Industry average is 19 hours. But yes support was a lot slower with this issues since we had huge amount of tickets and every single one required a lot of time to be sorted out. We are almost done with all the tickets and then support will resume to be one of the fastest supports in the market. MICRO, I have access to my account again, but the stats are still wrong .. will this be fixed or is this the end product and the ticket closed? Atm we are focusing on fixing people accounts so they can login . When we finish with this we will see what we can do about stats , get them from backup or what we can do to get them as accurate as possible.

I don't understand. My issue still exists, but this user had his issue resolved (and a bonus) because he asked about it multiple times in an aggressive manner? Please assist me with the ticket #(15670) I've provided or at least let me know what more I could possibly do to have it resolved in a more expedited manner.
