741  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This bitcoin bull market isn't over yet ! on: April 02, 2024, 11:56:29 PM
I agree on this, because if it does lowering prices then it just constitute with some kind  of retracement or market correction. Because what happen is that price will be manipulated so that it will create fear again and investors won't buy. But instead price will rally again, once the price is too high or premium enough, then those who bought on lower prices is expected of course to take their profits.

With that large amount taken from the market, price will drop. And if the buying volume cannot compensate with the selling pressure, then price going lower will be expected. But otherwise until it hasn't happened yet, you should be expecting higher prices on bitcoin.
As long as we're done with the halving, it's expected to see the price increase and we don't know when exactly it will be. But as for the manipulation, they might come through the news, FUDs or some statements from these "market experts" that will play the emotion of everybody.

Before? Usually, the ATH happens after the halving and that's why despite that there's a new ATH before the halving for this cycle, I don't think we're on the peak yet.

Well, technically if something happens 1 year after the halving it will also happen 3 years before the other halving, so as usually with all the charts where people try their best to find patterns you can cling to every detail to enforce your theory.
That makes sense and it's a continuous basis for most of us. So that's right and thank you for that as every detail based on someone's theory on how he reads the patterns could be right as well.

Before? Usually, the ATH happens after the halving and that's why despite that there's a new ATH before the halving for this cycle, I don't think we're on the peak yet.
You are right. OP also stated it, the Rainbow Graph also pointed that the next ATH may be in the end of this year or in the early of 2025.
Regarding the new ATH, sure we already have a new ATH, it is $73,750. The newest ATH was reached in Mar 14, 2024. The next ATH is predicted to be achieved in this month, when we have Bitcoin halving.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/
Hopefully, that we'll reach and see that before this year happens but as for the holders that have been set and believes that the next ATH will cross by 2025. But either way, all of us are wanting to see it soon.

I think that I have never seen a stable coin like this that you're not going to depeg and as you start deploying that in the market, you're lesser than of the value of dollar and eventually will be in line with how much a dollar is and will be more than that.

I've seen stable coins that just moving from $1.01 down to $0.9998 but not with the one that you're proposing which is from the start of being low and then moving close to the dollar value.

Because if this is the kind of volatility that you want, I don't think that you'll have control over this and at the same time you have to prove that you've got funds as proof of reserve that's the same to the supply that you'll make.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO NOT BRAG ABOUT YOUR BITCOIN on: April 02, 2024, 10:57:19 PM
I am not too vocal with it but you know that every bull run comes, I am having more friends again but I am expecting that.

I am not blabbering about Bitcoin anymore and they're the ones that gets close to me asking this and that about the market. It's fine for me but I wouldn't be too vocal with them anymore of how much I've got but usually, I'd just say that I am still holding a bit and hoping that I can get some good gains about it.

Other than that, I am not talking to random stranger in real life if they happen to ask about me and my personal holdings.

Also @boyptc thank you for the info on the next tournaments Navi qualify for.
No problemo.  Wink

Congratulations to Navi for winning PGL major Copenhagen and not only that, they're automatically qualified to two another grand major and great event and tournament.
On top of that, they rose four spots from the world ranking. It's still unreal that this iteration of Navi would take home the trophy and beat them one-sidedly on the decider map.
They've been sleeping for a long time. With that I mean, I am sure that you understand what that really means. Yuragi is so good and has been consistently good even with OG.

A trivia for that grand finals, sanctity was playing with 100+ ping during that time. What an incredible player.

Sometimes I feel all this casino games are actually cheat and they never want you win and that's why am only good with roulette atleast with it you can actually presume the sequence at which the colour or odd or even number that can be displayed but as for others I don't even want to there talk more of involving myself in it. There are casino games that will frustrate you to the fullest especially if you keep chasing after them to get a win.
It's because they are made to give a few wins to the gamblers but most wins to the casinos. So, if it's like this then it is not surprising at all to see if someone complains as if they're betrayed by these games.

They have been there for so long and made the pockets of the casinos richer because that's how they're programmed to work. Don't feel bad when you're losing because that should be anticipated before you even step in or log in with your account.

Gambling is a business and they are no charity that will distribute their wealth to their customers, we as gamblers are only considered by as customers loyal or not.

Example  l was called that my Ac catched fire as NEPA brought light, this was a great shock unknown to me is prank I was unrest because I stayed in rented apartment even if it's personal building what fire does to building is not worth experienced. please tell yours as we make fun of it.
This isn't a good prank.

Tell whoever ployed that prank to you it is not a good joke. If they like to prank people, please choose a prank that's not going to hurt your feelings or your mind at that state upon seeing or hearing that prank done to you.

Many people tend to cross boundaries and some have even a hard time finding said boundaries.

They think since it’s because a joke, it’s okay and funny. But some jokes are too much and therefore should be avoided. Typically jokes about health or other serious things must not be taken lightly and joked around. I personally do not like pregnancy jokes aside from that it’s overused, it might really have some repercussions. Even joking about having a serious illness such as cancer would be enough for me to cut off that friend.
They need to understand what are bad jokes and practical jokes. If it's like this, it sounds like they're attracting a real thing and it might happen. I am into jokes but nothing to be kind of harming the thought of the victim.

I can make joke to myself to make people laugh but as I grow older, I'll never do such because it sounds you're wishing it to happen despite of it knowing that it's just a joke.

Really not a good joke to be honest.
747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling excites you ? on: April 02, 2024, 08:55:31 PM
When you've felt the joy as you gamble and they're good experiences because as you've said, being colorful means that you've got a good day from doing it.

While some slips like having bad beats and bad day is part of it. But typically, when you've experienced happy gambling whether got more wins or losses, it doesn't matter to you.

Because that feeling is like a drug that you want to feel again but moving on, if it's done too much can cause addiction.

Addiction depends on how a person treats his gambling, but we agree with what you said in this discussion. after all, gambling is for us to enjoy, not to be something other than that. especially, if it turns into bad things. The point is, excitement is part of what we feel when going to, or when starting a gambling session. a normal thing for us gamblers. On the other hand, just imagine, if we didn't have the enthusiasm when gambling. is it exhilarating, does it make us enjoy every session. of course not at all, that's why we do it with enthusiasm. Moreover, if we have prepared in advance the type of game or bet that we will play. whether it's casino games, such as slots, blackjack and the like. it could also be in sports, and so on.

Almost the average gambler or people who enjoy this hobby have a great sense of enthusiasm when they are about to do or are in gambling mode. The important point is, don't let this pleasure become a problem when the game doesn't match our expectations. Finally, if it does not meet expectations, involve self-control so that other impacts can affect something that is detrimental even though it is something bigger. make enthusiasm and have fun part of the entertainment, the rest don't focus too much on winning. That way, we will enjoy it both in winning sessions and in losing sessions. ideally, know the limits of what we can afford. Well, we agree with what you said in this post.
Well, as someone who is a gambler and you'd feel the excitement is because you want to do it. And it is a normal feeling when a gambler is doing it at all times.

But the sad part there is when you've been losing more and even you're so excited, that's cutting the excitement that you're feeling and you are having hard time to recover those losses.

Most gamblers want to win but it is not going to happen as many of us are going to lose no matter what.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Bets! on: April 02, 2024, 08:26:19 PM
@boyptc. It was only shown by the biased woke mainstream fakenews media that everyone hated Trump, however, how can everyone explain his electoral victory during his first campaign to run as president? It would be impossible to win the presidency if everyone hates a certain candidate.
With my own observation, it is true that he's being liked by the people and those demolishing job by the mainstream media is there.

Also, how can everyone explain why Trump is presently listed as the favorite by the sportsbooks? There are people who hate Trump but there certainly are people who also love Trump.
I agree.

Even the bookies see him as the major candidate in here and they're aware on how citizens are disliking the actions of Biden that can't even take care of its own people.

Well, many would like here that term again "Make America great again".
749  Other / Off-topic / Re: Socials media and crypto feature on: April 02, 2024, 10:34:04 AM
Hi everyone,

Recently, rumors emerged that one of the largest social media is about to introduce the crypto feature as a means of payment and sending gifts, and I am talking here about TikTok.
So this is a rumor? I have never heard of this rumor though.

In theory, this is positive for both sides, whether TikTok or the crypto field, which will expand further, and if TikTok takes this step, I do not rule out that other social media will do the same.

If this happened,  in your opinion, what are the pros and cons of social media relying on crypto?
Where is TikTok based? they say that it has a huge connection to China despite it being based in Singapore. But if it's going to happen then it's better if TikTok goes first into adoption of Bitcoin than X which have been said that they're making a superapp.
750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why technical analysis is not reliable on: April 01, 2024, 11:47:30 PM
In any strategy when you gamble, not all of the strategies are guaranteed. That's why whichever is working for you, that's what you have to make some consistency on it.

But if one strategy doesn't work for you then all you have to do is to dispose and stop that strategy and try to find a better one.

You have to be creative on this market as a trader because not everyone that works with us will also work with the others.
751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Bets! on: April 01, 2024, 06:05:23 PM
When Trump was the POTUS, many hates him. Now that Biden is spreading the money of America in the entire world for startling wars instead of putting that money to their people, now, people hates him.

It is not surprising that people want someone like Trump back, of course not all as the americans don't have that much choice from the others that are on the list.

Anyway, as usual with politics, they're always tricky and always starts a lot of argument.
752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling excites you ? on: April 01, 2024, 04:49:38 PM
So many gamblers have seen gambling as part of what makes their day a colorful one regardless of whether they win or not, gambling already have been seen as a means of having fun, it brings about exciting moments altogether, we gambles and also enjoy doing it because we are best at what we do, some also target special days or seasons for their gambling experience in a new dimension just as we have with the easter season whereby you discovered that some gamblers already planned on this occasion how they could gamble at the course of the celebration.
When you've felt the joy as you gamble and they're good experiences because as you've said, being colorful means that you've got a good day from doing it.

You have to be frank with these people when they're going to this type of prank. I'm telling my fellows that I don't like pranks and if they don't listen to me, I am telling them that be ready to my revenge and impractical jokes that I might throw to them.
754  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do not make gambling the only activity you do for fun. on: April 01, 2024, 02:50:07 PM
Can someone really gamble for the fun of it without having emotions attached to it because money is involved.
At first, possible.

But in the long run, it's very unlikely that someone will gamble without having the emotions. Because every single cent that we spend in gambling, they're all precious and that should be taken seriously by all of us.

We just don't want to gamble and lose but we keep on track with our money and that's why the emotions are high when we gamble especially when we're losing.

Incredible win for NAVI and a well deserve trophy for the entire team but also very well deserved for aleksib who has been in the CS pro scene for a decade now.

Faze played well but couldn't handle the pressure on 3rd map and that made all the calls from Faze to be in doubt because they were losing round after round. I also feel a bit bad for Frozen but he was the best player from Faze today and too bad his team wasn't on the same level.

I can also say that PGL did a fantastic job with this major and the final reached a peak of 500k viewers at some point which is amazing! CS will never die and that is a solid fact.  Cool Cool Cool
Congratulations to Navi for winning PGL major Copenhagen and not only that, they're automatically qualified to two another grand major and great event and tournament.

These are they;

  • Blast Premier World Final
  • Esports WC 2024
756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claw Machines: a category of gambling? on: March 31, 2024, 10:37:43 PM
Do you consider this a category of gambling game?
It is gambling because you have to insert coin which is like the deposit we do in casinos in return to have a chance to win a stuff toy or anything that's inside the claw machine.

What are the chances on long run?
I don't usually win there and it's like 1:100 to me.

Skills matter, or do you have to be lucky, nevertheless?
Both IMHO.

I am not sure with those tiktok videos that they're able to cheat out a claw machine and they were winning like it's a normal day to them for every token they insert.
757  Other / Off-topic / Re: Noticing sign of gambling addiction before it gets worst on: March 31, 2024, 09:44:16 PM
If you have been doing some activities repeatedly then you're into it and that might because you're addicted to it.

You can't get hold of yourself and you just want to gamble all day long without having any troubles of worrying about tomorrow and what will be the amount of loss you'll make.

Too many signs and as long as you're getting back to the casino, whether you just visit them or you actually play, those are signs.
758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This bitcoin bull market isn't over yet ! on: March 31, 2024, 08:29:56 PM
As we can see on previous halving the ATH happen months before the halving so according to previous history of bitcoin which were parabolic bull runs
So its time to HOLD
Before? Usually, the ATH happens after the halving and that's why despite that there's a new ATH before the halving for this cycle, I don't think we're on the peak yet.

Therefore I would like to get some feedback on this do you agree that Bull Market isn't over yet ?
We're just getting started and why people are thinking that it's almost over already? Don't get excited folks, it hasn't peaked yet.
759  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does having children have an influence on gambling habits? on: March 31, 2024, 11:52:34 AM
It is true that as leaders in the family they should look after their family so that their family's needs can be met and if they still have the desire to gamble, of course it will be very difficult for them to be able to fulfill their needs and of course if this continues then family relationships will end.
It won't end quickly but it will shatter if the leader of the family which is the father gambles a lot and starts to ignore his family's need.

Once the children starts to complain that they aren't given time by their pops, that will be remembered by them forever.

Kids are too sharp in their memories as they will always remember on how you've spent your time with them, the same goes if you don't.
760  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's happening to kucoin? on: March 31, 2024, 11:13:11 AM
The news about the founders involved to money laundering is what makes people withdraw money on them. I think they have used the opportunity for being non compliant to kyc from their users is what made them confident to attract more users to deposit on them.

And as they have seen the opportunity for using it as more users deposit on them for being confident of having no kyc, this gave them that moment.

The point here is that no one should trust exchanges if it is about depositing money in the exchanges.
