Ok. Since everyone is saying that toss is the hardest to crack.. I'm going to experiment in the upcoming T20 matches between IND and NZ. Let's see how it goes.

1st Test between SL and Zimbabwe has started in Zimbabwe and batting first Zimbabwe had scored 358 runs . Top order played well and just that they could not capitalise it for the long innings. SL started their innings and are now 42/1 . SL would like to take some lead in the first innings to put pressure on Zimbabwe.
Zimbabwe played really well to get to 358 runs, they were taking a lot of time to score these runs and it is a good approach and if they are able to pick wickets then it will be interesting to see how the Sri Lankan players will cope to the pressure and who will be rising and perform better, if they are able to bat till the third day then Zimbabwe can look for a draw, i know this is just the second day and it all depends upon how the Sri Lankan players are going to approach the game.
I am sure that Zimbabwe is looking for a draw at the moment, nothing more. They took their sweet time while batting and managed to putup 350+ runs on board. And while bowling, they avoided bowling few overs by not opting spin. Currently SL are batting well at 113/2. The only chance for SL to get a result is to post a big lead something around 250+ for ZIM and try to wrap them up within a days play which will be a tough task considering how they batted in the first innings.

There is also the fact that you can disable signatures using a forum option, but not the avatars.

You can disable both actually. Avatar's right above signature.
Oh, didn't remember seeing one. But some of the most recognised users are identified by their Avatars like vod. Only when they use identical avatars we look at their names like LoyceV and Suchmoon. So I guess that almost noone will disable avatars, but I know quite a few have disabled the signatures. Even I had them disabled for quite some time.

Yeah, Avatar is the only and first thing that gains my attention while reading through the forum. I'm also of the opinion that Avatars are a better way of gaining exposure for a new campaign apart from the fact that you can't use clickable links in avatars. There is also the fact that you can disable signatures using a forum option, but not the avatars. And some members use script to block Sig ads.

Btw, when it comes to Signature campaigns paying Bitcoin, I believe only Bustadice and Chipmixer doesn't require you to wear an avatar, all other campaigns already force you to wear an avatar. I don't know about the altcoin bounties though.

Got it. I will send it to deadly's address once it got confirmed.

I also have sent my due but instead of the pool address I sent it directly to deadly's address. Tx: ea7d7115d16dce71f004c146449ab3af68d2411066b07ae3c17808b78d1471c2

(This saves some of the fees LOL)

I thought of sending it directly to deadley too. But didn't want to mess with the rules  Tongue I'll keep this in mind then. If we have a sole winner or two winners sharing my loss. I'll send it directly to the winners myself and will inform here. In cases where there are uneven bet amounts which require calculation, I'll send the funds to the pool address. Hope that's ok.

This doesn't mean he is a consistent player, it just proves that he is in a fantastic form right now. A consistent player is one we can always look up to when the team needs him the most throughout his career. Maybe if we give him more time, who knows, we might find him to be a consistent player for India.
Apart from Kohli and Rohit tell me 2 other players in the Indian team we can say that, take Australia other than Steve Smith and Labuschagne who else is consistent, in England other than Ben Stokes who is the other player who is consistent, what about South Africa tell me one player who is consistent and that is the case with the rest of the teams. Form translates to consistency and you cannot differentiate that. Wink

You can't find a team full of consistent players. One or two consistent players are more than enough for the team to excel. If a team is filled with consistent players, then that team will be undefeatable. Take Sachin for example, he was a consistent player during his career. Let's not talk about his consistency dropped down a lot at the later stages of his career. The same goes with Dravid and Ganguly, they were consistent. But you can't say that to Shewag, he is a bit or miss type player. But that doesn't keep him away from the team and he was one of players who single handedly won several matches for India. Likewise, only time can tell if KL Rahul will mould out to be consistent player or not. You can't judge him to be consistent player with his recent show.

-skipped-
Let him to play more matches and he will show his consistency as well. Smiley
Yeah maybe. He is capable.

I am going with Australia. Have placed a bet of BTC0.01
~ 90$ gone, I guess. The odds weren't that great to make a bet on AUS. In India, India is really strong against every other team. I made a bet on AUS here, just for fun, but when playing with serious money, I would be more cautious. Atleast, did you get a chance to preclose your bet? I missed yesterday's match completely because of travel   Undecided

I believe in JSRAW's insights  Tongue So I'm betting on AUS once again.

It looks like the "JSRAW insight" will make you lose today's bet.

Hmm.. Maybe I should start making my own decisions from now on.

pff i missed the pool
Hope it's bad that you missed it. I know that irrespective of your insights, you'll bet on India ;p

I do agree that consistency is the key factor and Rahul is definitely not the most consistent player out there, but he is much better than many other players like Pant and Samson these days and he has the experience to back it up.
If you are looking at the past few series KL Rahul is performing really well and that too consistently. If someone is able to score 91, 102, 77, 45, 54, 47 and 80 in his last 8 matches and you do not consider it as a consistent performance then who is the most consistent player in world right now. He is really consistent and he is performing extraordinary well and he impressed me with his wicket keeping skills as well and he should be in the team for a really long time as he is really young too.
This doesn't mean he is a consistent player, it just proves that he is in a fantastic form right now. A consistent player is one we can always look up to when the team needs him the most throughout his career. Maybe if we give him more time, who knows, we might find him to be a consistent player for India.

Just checked the scores, looks like the overnight partnership between Stokes and Pope went strong today and a nice addition of ~100 runs from Curran and Wood. With 499 runs in the 1st innings, ENG will be happy but I highly doubt if we will get a result in this match. Though Curran is available, Jofra Archer is missing, so I think SA will somehow manage to get something around 350+ and somehow bat towards a draw.

Why do you think that South Africa will get to 350, when they failed to cross 300 in any of their innings so far? My guess is that South Africa will follow on, and England will win by an innings (despite rain interruption). The morale of the South African team is not good right now, especially after all the controversy surrounding the omission of Bavuma. I would be surprised if they manage a score above 250. Archer was not in great form, and therefore his absence is not going to have much of an impact.
When you place your bets on a draw, you should believe both the teams will outperform each other or atleast give a tough fight. So when ENG has already put up 499 runs on board, SA eventually has to fight back by scoring at atleast 300 runs and avoid a follow. Moreover, I have some belief in the SA lower-order batsmen  Tongue Remember Philander and Maharaj knock against India during the last series? Today Nortje did a fantastic job, Philander is also doing great.

Bangalore match is really going to be more high scoring than this because it was the smallest ground of India and highly assist batsmen.

Yeah most definitely. If IND hadn't won this match, it wouldn't be much interesting to watch the final match at Chinnaswamy Stadium. It's where Rohit hit his double ton and Kohli's IPL home ground, so we can expect some fireworks

@Royse, Paid my lost bet

South Africa is in deep trouble now. England already built a big partnership for 5th wicket, 185 runs and counting.. 333/4 score atm and they are clearly heading towards 450+ as @juggy777 mentioned before.

Edit : 1st session finished and England is standing strong. Ben stokes proving his worth once again...

Things are getting interesting in this run chase, run rate is going up to 8 but Australia got wickets in the bank and 2 best Test player in the world building a good partnership for Australia.

They still need 170 runs in 20 overs and both batsmen not taking any risk, Indians need a wicket.

Missed 1st half of the game  Sad Aussies are currently building a nice partnership, if this partnership continues, there is still a chance for AUS to win this match thereby winning this series.

Edit: While I'm typing Jadeja gives the required breakthrough, Labuschagne gone for 46. AUS still need 163 runs in 19 overs
2 more quick wickets, Carey and Smith gone. Aus 222/5

OP, being a newbie, I would suggest the following -
1. Purchase a copper membership, for posting pics of your artwork. You can purchase it here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote
2. If you are offering a custom art service, you can post it here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0. If you are planning to sell your artworks/goods/collectibles, post it here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0
3. Since you are a newbie, almost noone will pay you half the payment upfront. Use a trusted forum escrow while making deals, you can find the trusted escrow list here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0. The reputed escrows will help you further in the transactions.
4. Make sure to deliver the service/goods on time and in good condition, so that you could gain your reputation in the forum.
Good luck.

I really don't want a whitewash from them
Whitewash? I don't think so. India is still in this tournament even after such a humiliating defeat, but don't count them out just because of a single loss. They will bounce back though it will definitely not be easy against such a powerful Australian side.
Let's hope the best for India. But, as you can see, this is the fourth consecutive loss for India against the Aussies in India. In the 2019 series, India was leading the series and went on to lose the last three matches losing the series. The Aussies have become accustomed to Indian pitches because of the IPL, so it will really be a tough task for India to win the next two matches in this series.

My horse has very good chance to win :-D

Well, looks like you have been lucky lately because of my absence for the past week  Tongue Congrats

Anyway, didn't expect such a thrashing from the Aussies. It's really a disappointing start for India, let's hope they'll come back in the next match at Rajkot on 17th. I really don't want a whitewash from them

Wasted the time checking for updates. Should have sticked to the SA vs ENG test match, missed the wicket balls while checking for the updates.
