I guess it's more like it's flying into the sun because it's going to get regulated to death.
Individual governments can only regulate exchanges, payment processors, etc. They can't regulate Bitcoin. They can regulate exchanges and payment processors, they can pass laws that the average person will follow, and they can set up firewalls so only tech saavy users will be able to get around. Any of these will significantly lower the value. Right now at the current value we are here due to expecting massive fiat channels and big financial players with the full blessing of governments. Bitcoin will still exist without government approval, but not at this price - not for a while at least. Of course, it's normal for things to get very cheap on the black market once they become illegal. |

It's easy to deposit money on Kraken but it's impossible to withdraw... This is a definition of the scam.

You may wish to walk back a bit from those kind of statements. An apology is in order as well. (Yes, you should apologize.) Well you may also wish to take a step back and not ask for apologies from people who are clearly acting out of justifiable outrage. Some get carried away. It happens. While I would never accuse you of outright scam I do question your competence and business ethics. I don't think I have to explain the competence part. The status page and this thread among others give more than enough proof. Your utter lack of business ethics is the other thing. You have been aware of performance issues for quite some time. And instead of limiting the influx of new users until the issues are resolved, you kept buying up exchanges only to get new and new customers while you were increasingly incapable to service the existing ones. So you took a questionable gamble that most people would forgive you as soon as the issues were fixed and you would end up with a lot more customers compared to the scenario where you would seriously limit the influx of new users about 6 months ago. |

The Pre-Sale seems like have a good run. I can't say that the team will do good jobs but as they promised good things will happen. I couldn't understand what they exactly wanna do. But when its about a big organization, everybody looking at the raised amount so that would be easy to get attention of the other investers with that money. Nicely done.

Why do all tokens have such high minimum buy amounts? I would love to support some projects, but am ready to give around 10€, not 50ETH.
I'm right here with you. While I understand that this is a pre-sale where there are usually larger minimum buy amounts. Still 50 ETH is pushing it. I know people that would invest 1-2 ETH, but not 50. $10 however is definitely something that is only for the crowdsale. |
