Kiwis would definitely be unhappy the way they have just scored 273 runs considering the start they got would like to atleast achieve 325+ runs . Taylor is in superb form and continue his batting from where he left the other day . India if build something partnership should be able to achieve this score easily .

India opt to ball today after winning the toss. Virat always surprise me with his playing XI, he rested shami and filled in Saini as 3rd seamer. I was expecting shardul thakur to sit out today instead of shami as this game is important if Virat wants to level the odi series.
NZ have started really well their innings after putting to bat by India . They are now 71 without any wicket in 13.1 overs . This has being the best start in recent time for Nz and if they can capitalise it they can easily surpass 350+ runs as they have wickets in hand . |

SA are now 38/1 in 6.4 overs before the rain have interrupted the match . Hoping that match is not reduced and we can see witness full 50 overs and it is an exciting contest .
The match is washed out and with the first match won by South Africa and the second one washed out and England need to win the third one to level the series and tie the series and if South Africa is able to win or the third match washed out South Africa will win the ODI series after a disastrous Test series.
New Zealand and India playing their second ODI tomorrow and if New Zealand will be able to win the match then they will win the series so India will be well prepared to win the second one and hence i am confused on what bet to put. This was so unfortunate that match has being washed out and now total depended on third match which is donor due for England as they lose it means they lose the series and just in case if that also get washed out due to rain still they lose it . Now on Sunday we have a World Cup final between India and Bangladesh and would be a real contest to watch . India might just a little stronger then Bangladesh but on that day being a final pressure would be totally different .
I always though New Zealand were a better team than the Bangladesh and I also lot a bet today.  Bangladesh play very well and never let Newzealand settled in the match. Would they be able to keep the same performance level in the finals. I doubt on this. Final of a Would cup is a pressure and India is much better & experienced team. But if you bet on Bangladesh, you will get better odds but the risk will be high. I am not expecting any resistance from Bangladesh as India is much superior in all fields they will win this easily but if Bangladesh have good day then may be we will able to have some good match but until now for me its all about India as all boys giving very good performance in field bowling and batting this is perfect winning combination. Cricket is unpredictable. Undoubtedly India is better than Bangladesh but things can change on the field. I am confident that India will win as of now they have performed like true professionals. That is a good comparison, South Africa too won the match chasing the total but it was a below par total and New Zealand won the match chasing a big total and with the bowlers India had i thought it was a good score to win the match for India but Ross Taylor played an incredible innings to take the team home and i am expecting Kohli will come up with a strategy for the second ODI, but toss will be the major factor as the team chasing might win the matches. It was so worth watching this match as NZ truly played like champions ystd and ensured that they did not end up on losing side despite all the hard efforts they put in and in the end lose the match . Also Ross Taylor ensures that he only will finish the match and come. Overall NZ stopped their losing run and started to win . Things even changed for SA against England as they also started the ODI series on a winning note . |

They will win great chase, i thought they would lose this match after seeing the score they need to chase. Great batting by Taylor and Nicholls. This win will boost their confidence. Even i was expecting the pressure to consume them and make a mess and fail to chase the score as they are not having Williamson in the team. They managed to chase down such a big total with 11 balls to spare proving that they can still win(Sometimes). Kuldeep was pretty bad though he took a couple of important wickets while Bumrah and Jadeja bowled nicely. Lets see if India can bounce back in the 2nd ODI(Most probably will).
The India bowlers were not able to contain the New Zealand batsman even with a good total on the board and India will try their best to bounce back, the odds for New Zealand to win were really high after India scored a huge total and i was not having the confidence to place a bet as i did not expect New Zealand to chase the score so easily. NZ would be most relieved today after breaking the loss jinx and winning the match comfortable in the end. Taylor who stood like a wall helped NZ in this win along with Natham and Nicholls who also played well. Taylor for his brilliant knock of 109 not out was given Player of the match. At one time when Neesham & Grandhomme fall quickly India just could have made comeback if they would have got out Taylor during this time. |

If India can pickup another wicket of Nicholls here who is batting at 59 NZ will start to feel the pressure again and may lose wickets quickly. I am really surprised to see England struggle against South Africa as they lost 6 wickets for 170 runs and Shamsi bowled a really economic spell and picked up 3 crucial wickets, i was expecting England to dominate the match but South Africa bowled really well and if they could pick up the rest of the wickets and fold them to a low score then South Africa can win the match.
How things can take a turn when just few days back SA struggled in test match against same team has started well in the match, though Denley and lower order batsman helped England to pass 250+ runs which at one point was just a thought for them. SA started the chase well and are 76/1 in 16 overs. |

Haider is taking a lead and has played few fantastic shots in the early innings and would like to build the innings so that Pakistan can leverage the last 10 overs when they have wickets in hand.

Indian bowling and fielding has being good so far. The U19 Indian team has got good bowlers, I am sure this partnership won't last long. Few more tight overs and the wickets will start to fall. If India restrict them to score of 200 then Indian can win this match. Really Indian U19 bowlers doing great there because Pakistan U19 already lost their 9 wickets for 172 runs. I think they can give target under 200 runs to India. So it will be very easy target to chase for Indian U19. Indian bowlers really bowled the disciplined line and length and as a result they were able to get the Pakistan team all out under 200 . This is a big blow to team India because he was in form batsman and a good player for ODI matches as he plays those long innings and also can convert 50 into 100 quite fast. Now with his absence this would mean that there would be another new opening pair between Rahul and somebody else. Also would be intertying to see who will open with Rahul now in ODI. Loosing Rohit Sharma is a big blow but they can now give opportunities to other players and Prithvi Shaw might replace Rohit Sharma along with KL Rahul. Just two ODI and i am expecting a much better performance from New Zealand and hopefully they will challenge in the longer format. Sharmaji ka launda is the cutest player to watch in the Indian team with his effortless smile and equally effortless sixes.
Sharmaji plays the shots effortlessly and he can score huge sixes with ease but not sure about the cute part   . Yes now Shaw has a good chance to prove the selectors that he should also be picked if he is able to perform better in the coming matches . I would always want Rohit to be in the team unless he is injured because the way he start his innings and continue is some i g to be learnt by other players . And when he is on pitch he can guide his partners and also the player automatically gets confidence seeing his effortless shorts and the runs he makes latter in his innings . |
