Hi DZ, I saw the mistake, That was my payment for 2 upgrade shares. I see that the transaction was unsigned now  Sorry about that ! Hey Dave, no worries. I knew this one would be easy to figure out. It was this R3/R4 transaction for 2 separate groups of shares, involving multiple wallets with 2 unsigned transactions & notification of only 1 payment and 1 Tx ID given. Now I like a good challenge but this was dang hard. Was driving me nuts because I'm not psychic. Thomas helped me figure it out. I think I may have gone insane by now if it wasn't for him helping to fill in pieces of the puzzle I was missing. |

I had hoped to work on spreadsheets updating wallet address for this November delivery, but as Thomas can attest I've been spending hours playing detective with R3/R4 shares!
It would be really nice if people followed the payment directions that we take the time to clearly spell out.
How the hell do they expect us to keep track of their payments if they don't PM us, custom sign their Blockchain Tx, or even list their Tx ID publicly, like we ask them to?
All 3 is preferable but if you can even do *1* of these 3 that would really help when you're spending hours trying to track down people's payments during a freakin' Flash Sale. You can't tell me that you paid for X number of shares as proof, unless you PM me and Thomas the Tx ID or list the details publicly. Sorry, that shizz ain't good enough. Anyone can claim a random unsigned Tx ID, that's why we're supposed to sign 'em or include a PM!

I saw a PM that came in from you the last day but I have a whole day's worth of PMs missing (20-40?) that I'm worried has important info in there regarding GB payments or wallet addresses. Your PM was one of the ones that ended up not making the restoration.  What about you? Any missing messages? Seem to be missing hours worth of messages. |

I understand sale conditions and will sell shares to original share owners if they want to buy them... 9 shares paid, 1 remaining share will by paid when my bitcoins are out of escrow on exchange  Cool! Thanks baros008! I'll keep an eye out for it. Tracking down shares paid & the owners behind them at the moment. That moves you up to 14 paid R2 shares, or over a third of the 2nd Chip's hashrate, once you finish payment on the last 1. |

Well I was proposing Elgius as primary, but I was open to failover pools. What do you guys think: are the higher fees of the "giants of mining" (50 & BTCGuild) worth the higher likelihood of winning ASIC lottery tickets?Awesome job -R-! BTW: Do you have a magic paper clip that helps to keep magic smoke inside the box? I when I saw that's basically part of the instructions. |

Just wondering how my brethren and sisteren handled the forum outage. I know that Thomas, -Redacted-, and I were nearly stopped in our tracks trying to finish selling out KnC Jupiter GB shares. Fortunately we had a new site that went up because Thomas had the bandwidth/time/hosting availability to put up a barebones site. We contacted folks via email for Group Buyers from whom we had addresses. We used that new site to communicate initially with our customers. www.dzminerscoop.comWe sent approx. 150+ emails to one another to try to co-ordinate w/out the forum and without our customers. We then set up a subreddit that is now a backup means of communications and I hope will continue to be a benefit and sidebar/backup means of communications without slowing down Group Buy threads with extraneous stuff (says the master of OT blather) that albeit funny, could probably take place in a separate thread or subreddit. www.reddit.com/r/dzminercoop== Humans evolve and adapt quickly. It's what we do as the Apex Predators of this planet. During this outage: I'm proud of the other Group Buy Coordinators in my Co-op and also our customers for finding us outside of the forums, and for being adaptable themselves. yes got tracking today for it Woohoo! Right on Phoenix! I ended up getting involved with KnC via Group Buy shares for Rounds 5 & 6 in my Miners Cooperative. Our miners just arrived and -Redacted- is busy trying to keep the magic smoke contained *inside* of the box. Too expensive to host on Kauai, these 2 Jupiters are going to be colocated in Missouri near Google Fiber with bobsag3. |

Figures that I chose another BFL.
Ha! I'm hardware neutral and I've dealt with both companies. One (BFL) is permanently banned from my at-cost Miners Cooperative Group Buys, and the other one has about $30K of our Co-op's BTC for 2 Baby Jets and 2 Sierras thanks to the MPP and pricing. HashFast has been *nothing* like BFL in all of my dealings with them. John S. doesn't go out of his way to belittle or berate his paid customers on forums, and I've found him & their Customer Service to be professional (if a bit slow, at times, due to their small team size). Please don't toss HF into the same boat as BFL and Avalon until they've actually done something, anything, that intentionally hurts the miner community like BFL and Avalon. |

Any updates? We are 2 weeks out.
There's definitely a few BFL jokes there... I talked to Cara on the phone a week ago regarding the details of several HF Group Buy orders for our Miners Cooperative. She said that they're still on track for shipping out the last week of October. My understanding is that the first Batch chips will be hand carried and personally flown over from Asia by one of the HF team members. |

Bump, for R1 gents wondering where their thread went.  I will likely open up the additional R1/R2 HF Baby Jet upgrade shares officially tonight when I get back home (that is: if thomas_s and -Redacted- don't buy the rest of the shares outright). We keep asking but you don't tell us where our money goes lol... Hey, I set up the wallet for R1 upgrades on Page 1 of this thread.
