Hello everyone. Recently I was thinking about starting to mine BNB. I began to study this issue and found an article that contains different public leaders' opinions that this coin will confidently grow in price over the next five years. What do you think, what future awaits this coin? Is it worth it now to engage in its mine? I doubt if BNB can be mined because it isn't a Proof-of-Work (PoW) coin and anyone telling you it will be mined needs to be checked twice because you might end up getting scammed. On the other hand, yes with the eagerness of the team to ensure their platform remains number 1 exchange platform I can say investing or holding BNB is a good decision. Also, absolutely no one can predict the future of BNB not even next year let alone in the next 5 years don't be carried away; BNB is a good coin quite alright but no one knows tomorrow thus invest what you can afford. |

Since 2018 I have seen many new projects that come into crypto space with half plan and got the rest on roadmap, developers should stop this bad habit of introducing projects that aren't finished yet because many of them only get abandoned in the end, some have bad intent of grabbing money from ICO or fundraising and run away
To all investors out there think twice before you invest your money on projects that have promising future but haven't reached half way of production already, they are mostly red flags
You said it all, that's the trend they normally use, start the development of a product then stop and start seeking for funding and once gotten, excuses will be the order of the day from which the project will be abandoned. Some will even rearrange the roadmap, extend it or remove one or two things because they have gotten what the wanted which is money. I think the best way is always going for projects with at least a working MVP, which is proved to be working before investors can consider such projects else, this issue of coming up with half plan, beautiful whitepaper etc then abandoning the project after public sale will continue. |

I will start hating altcoins only when bitcoin raise up to 20,000$ and altcoins fail to move up as well, many people are putting blames on altcoins today as if bitcoin is not in loss itself, the ATH of btc was 20k and now it's trading for 7,000+ thats like 12,000$ lost please how will this not affect other altcoins as well? Top altcoins will surely lose value as well, to me this present loss of altcoins are positive, look at coins like LTC, EOS, BNB, these coins are doing fine. You will only have problem if you invest in crap altcoins
Bear market affect all coins but there is something that makes others to stand out and that is, their ability to regain its value when the market changes positively. Also, i will tend to be a bit specific, nothing is wrong with few altcoins but a whole lot is wrong with majority of altcoins. Talking about few altcoins, am referring to those top or major altcoins like Eth and few others which are showing signs of development with proofs to back it up. On the other hand, majority of altcoins are not worth it, it's either the team will give excuses why the project will be suspended or excuses as to why the roadmap needs to change and so forth. Some will even delay development with no good reason as to why the development is being suspended, hence all these leads to one thing, a token with no value. Therefore let's endeavour to stick to those altcoins which are working and it's evident for all to see. |

Becareful fellas, new projects are now showing up just because of the Bitcoin hype growing around the internet, the FOMO is alive and no one wants to miss out, now new projects are joining the train as well, behold 'its all about money making' ,do not entirely put your trust in new projects, even new bounties are showing up too, I pity you if you don't know how to patiently do some research
Indeed one everyone needs to be careful, when the market was struggling most projects were on the low but now the market is showing signs of recovery they are all popping up with one unrealistic ideas or the other, although there are few which have genuine ideas. Most people which held various altcoins that are now in profit should endeavour to make adequate and proper research about any project whatsoever irrespective of any news or hype surrounding the project; we are responsible for our own investments thus appropriate care needs to be taken and if in doubt it won't hurt to stick to top altcoins. |

Don't hold some good but random altcoins for a long time. If you still want to hold then don't leave their telegram group or other social accounts, check updates on a regular basis. Because if you just hold and keep it in a wallet for 2 years then who knows after 2 years your coin's value may turn into zero value, because of the swap!
I lost many coins because of swap things! Recently Insolar is swapping their token, I did not know about it, because I have been holding for two years but did not care enough as the price was very low! Today I was checking the Coinmarketap android app and saw Insolar coin increased by 530% but their ticker is XNS when I knew it was INS! So, I joined their telegram and get the updates about the swap! Unfortunately, If I fail to swap on time then all of the value of my holding coins will be zero! So, except Bitcoin, Ethereum, don't trust any coin for just buy and hold for a long time, rather keep updating yourself!
On a sincere note, swapping of tokens has dealt with many investors who wishes to hold for long term, and the worst thing is, after swapping is done there is nothing that can be done about it. This also justifies the fact or the reason why most investors or users who wishes to hold long term tends to go for projects that are already on their own blockchain or preferably top altcoins. On the other hand, Information is also powerful which is why no matter the type of altcoin you are holding, visiting the group of the said altcoins once in a while matters or if possible setting your email to always receive notifications from them. I believe this will go a long way in reducing sad aftermath stories. |

Hello, I've done dumbest thing I could ever do. I left Cloud2.0 to and send assetets newly created wallet ImToken, i supposed to receive my ETH in 7-14 days. However something distracted me when creating account and didn't save file with written mnemonic phrases. My question is " Will i need these to send crypto to another wallet/binance ? "
You don't need mnemonic phrases to send asset from a wallet to another, depending on the wallet you only need a password which is set by you on the onset. I presume the wallet is still in your phone, go to your settings right away and save your mnemonic phrases, it is your security over the wallet and should not be taken for granted; in fact it is the first thing you should save or written down before sending assets or crypto the wallet. Mnemonic phrases is used to import wallet should the need arises. |

Are coins and tokens that have good value like 0.02 or even 0.2cent on exchanges with no volume the same bad news as coins that haven't made it to an exchange yet? what do you guys have to say about this? i am currently holding two different tokens with good value but no trading volume, any hope for such projects?
No volume means no one want it or want to buy it, and when no one want something it means it doesn't have value thus it can be likened to a dead coin. There are many projects or coins like that, had a good public sale, listed on exchange and then everything changes or to be more specific the true nature of the project becomes known. The question is, those coins with good volume what differentiates them from those without good volume? It all comes down to the team. So lastly, a dead coin is a coin from neglected project which results to no volume on exchange. |

Actually Coinbase is a good exchange at least from the reviews and stories I have heard about it from friends, but I haven't used it though. Secondly, the first exchange I was associated with is Binance exchange and ever since then it hasn't failed rather keeps re-strategizing and applying different things so as to remain efficient and reliable. Even when hit with unfortunate event, it is still waxing strong. Other exchanges I use is, Okex of course, Houbi, Kucoin, Bitfinex and BitMax. Therefore if am to rate them starting with the best; Binance, Okex, Bitfinex, BitMax, Huobi, Kucoin and Coinbase.

Since last few months almost majority of trader/Investor are seems like hopeless or bored from this dead marked, Expect whales or manipulator. Here are many are at safe side by making some decent moves during a little recovery season, But still a majority of peoples are in extreme loss or average loss. Here is many aspect behind the all scenario. A few are following:
a) We always expect a big hit and don't trade according plan.
b) Many strong projects are effected due to shitcoins performance.
c) Altcoin will still remain dead due to Bitcoin's FOMO
d) Worst reasoning why Alt market will not be bounce back at the position where it was before all this mess is
Most project dump their whole supply in market on its investors.
The truth of the matter is, most of these projects are cunning and dishonest. During the early days, they will be humble but once they get the money they needed they come up with excuses to either exit the project or delay development. Also on the other hand, during this bear market most projects focused on developments so that once there is a change in the market they won't be seen as those who aren't serious, reason why during an uptrend in the market, most projects or altcoins will boom and some won't. Also, the market is unpredictable thus it is necessary to apply caution all the time, in the same way, any project being affected by shitcoin performance is missing something important, check such projects. About a project dumping it's supply on investors are just looking for a way to exit the project and that's all, as it makes no sense doing that. |

Every year new exchanges are coming. Though most of them are shit or created to deceive traders but some are good too! I haven't seen any catchy potential exchange in these two months of 2020, but Hydax the new exchange which came in 2019 is looking great to me! Their user interface, chart, tradingview looks perfect, though the volume is still low and their bounty reward is shit but the exchange seems good. What do you think about it? Or is there any new exchange you like?
Actually one of the things which attracts users to any exchange is the user interface, the ability for users to easily navigate around the platform means alot. Another is easy accessibility which might come in the form of mobile app and so on. As for me, am yet to see a new exchange which will make me patronize it more, as top exchanges are still increasing their games through brining more amazing features and services. Nevertheless, there is nor crime for trying something new, I will try the Hydax to see what attracted you to it and also know what they intend to do differently. |

Hello guys, having been here for a while now, I feel that having a higher percentage of your portfolio on bitcoin and maybe the rest 30 or 35% on already good and established altcoins like ETH, BCH, Stellar, brave. BNB, Vchain, etc, is a good way of staying away from useless projects. I have come to an understanding that running after new promising projects always leave you heartbroken in 97times, and running after IEO to quickly make up for past losses lead to more havoc on your fund. So stick to the safe zone.
In my own opinion, Bitcoin is and will always remain the best coin to be in our portfolio because it stands a better chance of recovery in cases of bear market than any other coin. Also in term of long term holding it comes first as well. But, however it doesn't mean holding altcoins is a bad decision rather a certain proportion is also good. In terms of altcoins, due diligence is highly recommended for any altcoin because most don't have what it takes to last long term. Also, most IEO tokens aren't worth holding because most are a product of hype. |

What is the top 10 exchanges which all the investors trust it?
Of course there are many exchanges, I might not mention up to 10 but can give account of those I have consistently and they looked satisfactory. Another thing is, we should be responsible of our funds security. The first is Binance exchange, with its mobile app which is constantly updated, it makes the exchange easily accessible not to forget it's trading features. The second would be Okex owing to its strive for remaining relevant and useful. Okex is followed by Gate, Kucoin, BitMax and Huobi. This is my opinion of course. |

Fomo has never been a good thing in this space at all, the funny truth is, almost all if not all crypto traders etc once in a while experienced fomo and learnt the bitter lesson. Before I used to be moved by newly listed coins not just on Binance but in other good exchanges and i learnt, and ever since then I haven't tried it. It's better I miss out on the pump then holding a token which might not reach the buy price again let alone getting gain. We should be careful of all these voting coins because those who are holding already will always cash out immediately, now what about those getting in (fomo), the rest is history.

I've read people asking and posting how to protect their wallet but apart from educating yourself on how to protect your wallet, private keys and passwords, It's also very important that you protect yourself from exposing your portfolio you don't go around telling friends and random people, coins that you are keeping.
And also It's important to have other businesses or jobs and not rely on all your needs to Cryptocurrency, people will notice this and they will think you are making a fortune from Cryptocurrency and they might target you.

You are right and I agree with you. The first thing is to ensure the security of our wallets and for those that writes their keys, backup phrases on paper, it is wise to be careful of those you invite to your home or those you leave the comfort of your home to as most humans are wicked. Secondly, it is very important to lie low on your crypto assets and also mind people you hang out with for fear of jealousy which leads to other hateful things. And lastly, even if you want educate people on crypto, mind the way you go about it make sure they understand what they are getting into so as not to attack you especially during bear market. |

The question is why do some people generalize all Altcoins as bad? considering there are over 3000 of them out there. One would not have the time to go through each project one by one. to analyze the project. team etc everything behind each crypto project.
There has to be some project out there under good intentions. Not all projects could be a scam. I admit I only have a top 4 i consider when it comes to best coins. But yet many should be decent at least honest projects out there. Afterall we do need more projects. more quality projects out there in order for crypto to succeed.

To be sincere, anyone generalizing that all altcoins are bad is certainly wrong. There are thousands of them out there, there are even countless of them coming up everyday, so yes it's wrong to say such. There are projects out there with good use case, working products, working services which everyone is seeing as well as using such as Binance exchange, where different fiats are supported; such as Ethereum blockchain where projects are given the opportunity to launch on, use of smart contracts etc. The only important thing is, one should be careful of what a project says it offer mostly the new projects, in such case a study has to be carried out to be on the safer side. |

Here is my own investment advice but not to be taken very seriously because anything can happen in crypto space...
I think the best altcoins you can invest on in crypto space are bitcoin forks, they are very responsive to bitcoin movement and their All Time High is very good too, one for thing is these coins have their halving coming this very year as well
1. Bitcoin Gold
2. Bitcoin Diamond
3. Bitcoin Cash
4. Lightening Bitcoin
5. Bitcoin Private
These coins have their use cases and they offer better performance compare to their king ( Bitcoin ) and their team are very active as well, looking at the past chart of Jan 2018 these coins ATH are massive, buying now means buying at extremely cheap price, they are jumpy, active , responsive to Bitcoin Movement and their Halving is happening this 2020 as well.
Please do not hesitate to do your own research and go through their whitepapers, these are no new projects, they have proven their existence already, thank you
Well it is indeed right to be sacred at most altcoins when taking into account the number of them that keeps coming up everyday. Contrary to your list, in my own way I find it more welcoming going for other major altcoins like XLM, ETH, BNB and so on than these once you just listed. These major altcoins I referred to, at least to an extent we have seen their ways of aiming for more growth and almost everyone knows or holds them. As these Bitcoin forks hardly have I seen where it is highly discussed and so on. Am not trying to counter your opinion but rather am just stating mine.. |
