I can understand you. However, we felt an unmoderated thread is the right thing to do. There is enough censorship in the world already. Please head to our Lisk Chat or Lisk Forum to prevent annoying users. Else you can always just use the ignore function of this forum to hide their posts.

like PRISM, this coin's website domain name registrant is hidden behind WHOISGUARD INC. in Panama.
Why the need to do this?
I think Namecheap has a free whois protection service. If I register a domain, I also take advantage of it. At least it protects against spam, fraudster, phishing, etc. I don't see where the problem is. the incorporated entity identity and its postal address should be published. that would not weaken protection against spam, phishing, et.c. it's an act of good faith. Yes, I just got my office 2 weeks ago and the domain was registered in January. As you can see above there are always some people who just want to damage good effort, and who knows what they might do in the future. Therefore, we hid our private addresses in the domain. We are in the process to incorporate Lisk as a non-profit company (fingers crossed it will be acknowledged). As soon as this is done we will insert the correct address in the domain registrar.  |

I've invested in lisk with btc. I have my address and passphrase etc but I am unable to log into the site to see my transaction again. Says my email is invalid when trying a password reset.... what do I do?

I know this is a small thing, but it reminds me of why I am skeptical of putting money into this. You say "please take a look at MY development progres..." as opposed to "our" (i.e., the lisk team). I feel like there are only 2 guys behind LISK, I just wish there were more. He's talking specifically about the dapp, not the platform which it sounds like he did in his personal time. Simple misunderstanding it sounds like to me. Yes, I'm talking about the dapp. As I say in the video: "I want to show you my new internet of things dapp called BlockData" I did this on my own in the last few weeks, every day a few minutes. With my dapps I want to show a few simple use-cases for the Lisk platform. |

Mal eine technische Frage. Ohne Smart Contracts ist die Entwicklung von Dapps etwas nicht eingeschrenkt?
Es ist eine Definitionssache. Unsere JavaScript Module sind etwas anderes als Ethereum Smart Contracts. Im Endeffekt lassen sich aber sehr ähnliche Dinge damit anstellen. Der Grund ist, dass bei Ethereum ein Smart Contract auch ein Account ist und mehrere Smart Contracts können eine Dapp bilden. Bei Lisk ist es komplett anders. Dort ist eine Dapp eine Sidechain mit Logik, die in JavaScript programmiert wird. |

hey, if I want to send more btc to my exchange, it's better to make a new exchange, and not sent to the same address of my past txi, but then I will have more lisk in my first exchange or I will have 2 exchange and 2 passpharase and 2 lisk address?

I guess it's up to you. Do you want to have all your Lisk on one address or have it spreaded between few different addresses? there's no difference, but since I was reading that it's better to make a new bitcoin address where send btc to buy lisk, I want to know if making that new address I will have my new lisk in a new wallet or in the same. Now there is no difference. Do as you wish. I would split them between 2 or more exchanges. So atm how does it work?How do i keep/access the lisk i bought?I can log in on site with my mail and pass,thats all ?
The ICO website just provide the necessary tool to participate in our ICO. If you initiate an exchange you will receive a passphrase (=key=brain wallet) which will grant you access once the Lisk mainnet launches. People of the Lisk community, In the list you can see the crowdfunding for Lisk Dapp, The think that will determine the value of Lisk will be the adaption and the usage of the coin but thats obvious, im looking to start this crowdfunding platform so we can help dev's to push there Dapp through. Although im not rich and cant fund this all myself and i dont wanna start a crowdfunding for a crowdfunding platform. Thats why im going to try and manage 2 Delegates (and dont think i do that cause im greedy) its 100% to support the community. And i hope the community can help this succeed by voting on those delegates and i was just wondering what all of your views are on this? Would you like the idea and help me with gathering votes reply on this and maybe we can even find better ideas on how to make this work all togheter "dont forget its a community we need to form"! ich hätte da mal eine weitere frage zum fahrplan.
wenn ihr die ICO vorbei ist und anfang april die münzen verteilt werden, wie lange arbeitet ihr mit den eingesammelten BTC bzw. wie lange dauert es ungefähr, bis das hauptnetz online geht. also bei IOTA dauert es knapp 1/2 jahr, bis wohl alles soweit fertig ist (ok die verzögerung mit der wallet ist fies).
ich überlege am wochenende nochmal was nachzuschießen an btc, hab mir das mal gründlich überlegt. meine test btc sind ja alle gut angekommen und bisher gefällt mir alles sehr gut.
Ganz grobe Richtlinie:Anfang April: Wenn die Münzen verteilt werden, ist das Hauptnetz auch online. Es ist schon möglich Dapps zu entwickeln. Halbes Jahr später: Werden wir weit fortgeschritten sein bezüglich Dapps (Dapp updating, Mehr Storage Möglichkeiten, Sidechain sichern auf der Mainchain, Sidechain version scheme..) und Usability (Lite clients, Mobile clients, Redesign, Rebranding). Danach kann es dann so richtig los gehen. Also du solltest Lisk definitiv "long-term" begutachten. Mit dem jetzigen Geld haben wir die Möglichkeit Lisk mehrere Jahre lang zu entwickeln. Reguläre Startups brauchen 3-7 Jahre um ganz groß zu werden. |

You could write below the idea in our Lisk forum and offer funding for the idea. So we now have to pay to make the dapps ? Why can't ICO funds be used for this ? We will use ICO funds to develop some dapps. But gravitate specifically said that he would like to fund some of these dapps himself. |
