841  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Never say your recovery seed or private key out loud! on: November 08, 2023, 03:15:09 PM
They say theres eyes and ears everywhere. But technically if this kind of situation persist then werent safw anymore. Technology nowadays are so advanced that they can even get your file or information through series of luring tech that interact with us which is very dangerous. Also we dont know if our friend chatting with us dont have hidden agenda at all so better to speak less regarding crypto related especially about private keys and seed phrase.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: November 08, 2023, 02:19:57 PM
This turned out to be the announcement for Binance's own Web3 wallet https://twitter.com/binance/status/1722154485928317010. So not related to LayerZero at all Cheesy
Yeah so that was a rumor of rumor. I thought were gonna have some party again due to layerzero hype. Means the farming continue and go back to normal voluming. Anyway I think its better to leave it out for while and dont think too much of it and focus on some grinding instead. Surely they will launch this year as per screenshots of latest series of their investment which indicated a potential q4 launch of 2023.
843  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Feeling more comfortable while integrating into the forum community on: November 07, 2023, 04:39:00 PM
I was just sharing my own observations and experience, and based on it, I can claim that there are some unwritten "rules" and "behaviour patterns" which could put a lot of pressure not only on newbies, but also higher ranks. Counter productivity of such discussion is a questionable issue and it is up to a particular person to decide if it is helpful or not.
Nice thread btw. Its really good that someone might open up about their opinion, and others should read it and see what they think about. Its not like you are totally on the opposite side but you are more broad when it comes to explaining things. It might be confusion to others but if we reread the thread we could something valuable in good terms. Keep it up, and I do hope newbies find your post as "meant to guide" and not to intimidate them.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: November 07, 2023, 04:05:59 PM
These hunters were flooding the channel. I don't even think if it's related to the layer zero. My feels said that's related to the a new product from binance.
Yes and its quite noisy already everything is related now to layerzero. Probably it will drop on the least expected date. But Im also curious if the Binance announcement is somehow related or just a new product that binance will launch.

Anyway what if Layer Zero wants to use Binance as a sort of filter for their airdrop to fight botting.  I guess the only way to fight cheats is to get the airdrop KYC'd.
Thats a great idea btw. Also its not impossible especially when they are invested also on layerzero.

845  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the steps and Ways to Write post Gambling into a good Quality ? on: November 06, 2023, 04:56:19 PM
For none gambling habit or idea its quite hard. So if you are gonna join in campaign that involves posting on gambling its quite not appropriate unless you are prolly into gambling sites. Its absurd that some posting on gambling just to get the required quota on signature even though they dont have knowledge on this field. For me stick to non gambling signature if you are not really into that cause youll pressure yourself too much.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: November 06, 2023, 04:09:48 PM
I can only hope that I got in too and get some of that free maniiieess!  Now's the time to have some extra dough to buy into alts while everybody is busy getting into BTC and the other majors.
Thats right mate everyone is hoping for one too. But maybe will get some even though the farmers at layerzero are too huge. They should really filter bots or sybil here to protect real users.

Btw guys have you seen this? Not sure if this is a layerzero related case but it seems it is.

https://twitter.com/binance/status/1721513080100622756?t=Z4CvsASO8LyRpMgt3lQmPA&s=19

https://twitter.com/leshka_eth/status/1721522053851893837?t=D5I7vQCNYkOREQ5oFrzNdA&s=19

Speculations but cant seem to be ignore especially layerzero is quite noisy now.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a copy of friend tech? T2T2 on: November 06, 2023, 03:11:59 PM
Since they had their IEO on Bitget that gives a negative impression. The exchange itself is in question because of its KYC policies. They earlier made KYC non mandatory but now they have again made it mandatory. I personally won't recommend any projects that are being launched on that exchange as they tend to change their policies quite frequently.
I wont consider legit if their prime exchange to choose is bitget since that platform is full of suspicious listing projects. Probably they have a lot of agents that find projects or listing with a fee on their pocket or commisions that why there are lot of listing. Not into fud but Ive seen some exchanges works like that and now they are dead.
848  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Q&A] Questions and Answers All About the Forum on: November 05, 2023, 04:39:36 PM
Often the threads I create are considered useless by other members, if this one also seems useless then I will lock it  Cheesy
Its not that its useless mught probably have another topic with the others. Try to use search function before doing your topic to see if there are other ones already existed. Yes locked it since it will be considered as spam due to redundancy with other topics which have the same content.

But its good thing if everyone uses search feature first before creating a new one to avoid this.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tricky situation for Altcoin investment on: November 05, 2023, 03:44:45 PM
Have a point! So making sure that if you buy an altcoin you could see the possibility of reaching its potential marketcap and upside chance. Well even though its low mcap it doesnt mean it will reach to other level. Of course that depend on the quality of that altcoin in orurder to enjoy the bull run. But if its not the right pick then likely youll just burn your money.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoin by 9gag on Binance on: November 05, 2023, 03:16:56 PM
Hahaha  Grin. I mean its just a coin with no use case to me. I understand that you want me to describe it in full. But No. Thanks for the definition anyways. I purchased little.. I might sell at loss cos the loss is bearable.
We are entering a possible bull phase scenario isnt it too pessimistic to say that loss is bearable. If I were you Id be positive cause it might give you a profit when it explode in a bull run. I know its a meme project but isnt a typical one since the project lead is known for their meme platform. Thats why Binance listing is imminent and its not impossible.
851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most profitable Node coin in altcoins now on: November 04, 2023, 05:54:25 PM
Hi yes ive been in the project for 2 years since 2021 its soon to be listed on MEXC actually setting up the node is very easy and straightforward but please not that you need a node collateral of 10500 noso but they are working on shared nodes and you can participate by as little as 105 noso
to setup a node you can check docs here and there is even a video tutorial on there https://docs.nosocoin.com/noso-documentation/how-to-earn-noso/earn-noso-running-a-node
10500 nosocoin is needed to run a node? So you are running using this figure or you doing the shared 105noso for running the node. Thanks for sharing links, Im not into nodes or havent tried yet but I wanted to learn so im not sure if beginners like me can handle this. Anyway gotta take a look on this.
852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most profitable Node coin in altcoins now on: November 04, 2023, 05:23:30 PM
Interesting coin. But I dont like the exchange they are listed as those are quite unknown platform. Maybe if mexc is on the list this could be worth it. Can I ask about setting up node on this project? Experiences and feedback on your end. How long youve been doing this btw?

Setting up node has payment and with the earning does it suit well?
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to tell what address is on what Network on: November 04, 2023, 10:32:00 AM
Hi Can you tell from a wallet address what network it is on?

Is there a difference between the Ethereum Network and the BNB Network,  if so how can you tell?
Based on the prefixes of address. I am familiar with L1 and if its looks like eth then its likely from group of L1 networks like avalanche, fantom, bsc, polygon, arbitrum, optimism, and many more that uses that kind of address. Of course if its a coin with own chain its quite different from normal L1 project. Cosmos on the other hand have unique per blockchain but usually tip with start of the name of the tokens, like celestia with ces*** like sei network with sei*** something like that.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE TOP 5 CRYPTO NARRATIVES on: November 04, 2023, 07:56:00 AM
Well for me lsdfi, bot tokens, and AI tokens have been resurfacing a lot of times in the market. Well Im not sure what would trigger the market but you lack in the list the always on the go memecoins which always come back at different forms. Even though they arent that much theres always a leader on the lead that will comes out that helps in the growth of market.
855  Other / Meta / Re: A small merit-sending UI tweak on: November 04, 2023, 07:26:59 AM

I also recommend adding an up/down or plus/minus button so people on mobile wouldn't need to manually type in the numbers.
Good idea but still can implement both of this suggestion and the ability to input manually too. Some people still like to shortcut merit points especially if they giving up so much points to a post.

For me I prefer manually input though. But nice recommendation very convenient too.
856  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are there any companys offering insurance policys for crypto exchanges ? on: November 04, 2023, 06:44:11 AM
Using centralized exchange is already a risk for everyone. But there are some exchanges that have their own emergency fund like Binance called Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU)
Where they have their own insurance which comes from a portion of trading fees generated by their exchange.
Yeah see this but this does mean that they got a tight insurance privilege to users or just a fund in case theres a hack or breach on their exchange and got some loss on the users. But we are talking about insurance like a sure money back guaranteed which differs right? Cause what if the safu funds exceeds the loss so theres anyone who will not be reimburse? What do you think mate?
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoin by 9gag on Binance on: November 03, 2023, 07:34:36 PM
Meme coins are just like the regular crypto projects that had been in the market for long now and we don't have to be sentimental about them even though their are lots of weak meme projects in the market but we can still find good ones we can hold and maximize the opportunity of earning from them.
Yes indeed. Once you gain profit then go out of it. Find another one to gain again. I doubt people who believed in technical ptojrcts would be fan of this instead buying more worth it and useful one to be safe and thats totally fine cause I also do that. But these memecoins are also post potential gain if you knew how to enter and exit with it.
858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Massive rise on bitcoin price, Is this a bullish Sign or ETF hype? on: November 03, 2023, 04:54:43 PM
Ordinarily if the SEC approve the bitcoin spot ETF,  it will spiked the price of bitcoin,  also there will be drop in price if SEC decline the approval. Most of us are analysing the market and are still hopeful about the approval, a lot are still holding on for the halving that it's been predicted.
Well fundamentals really matter isnt it. Imagine if the news of approval pump it, well the declined might also drop it. Simple as that, it works the PnD on the market excluded the technical analaysis the traders analyzed. So watching from the new might really help the potentisl market flow in your advantage.
859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Memecoin by 9gag on Binance on: November 03, 2023, 04:05:41 PM
Binance usually buys thousands of these tokens and then they charge listing fees. Therefore, the project that may bring them the highest profit and the chance of dying in the slow term will be Binance’s choice, which may apply to 9gag, but this does not mean that it is a good investment.
Well Im not sure they are buying coins before the listing thats probably not disclose but surely this kind of listing isnt paid as Im aware that they list it with a binance launchpool. Theres no need to charge if they are gonna benefited from yhr trading fees itself.  Its a win win to those using launchpool since they could get a lot of tokens for free by doing staking.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Charges Crypto Company SafeMoon and its Executive Team for Fraud on: November 02, 2023, 07:30:30 PM
Im not into safemoon shitcoin I didnt know that its founder is doxxed and identified? It seems they are caught in the fire badly. Well what can we expect if a lot of people got toast by the project while some happily spending their money cause of a pump and dump.

But seriously? The founder isnt anon? Then theres a chance that they will get really arrested for this.
