It was not a good time to list on the exchanges because cryptomarket was in correction. Soon the price will definitely recover Yup I think so. Particularly if they release a top notch exchange with liquidity pool and other functionality that doesn't exist on other exchanges. Then who knows, could be a binance coin sceanrio  |

Siacoin is in the running to be listed on Binance as part of their 'community coin of the month'.
With all the news around Siafunds this is a great opportunity to expand Siacoin's exposure further by being listed on such a large exchange. I for one will be voting for Siacoin to be listed!

I remember Vitalik wearing a t-shirt with a unicorn on it. Is this in any way inspired by his action?  I think this is one of the symbols of the cryptocurrency world. I thought it's a symbol of the business world in general for business that cross a billion dollar evaluation or something like that. Yea I think that's right. I remember reading something about Binance becoming the fastest unicorn company ever. Pretty great outcome. |

I'm trying to understand the front oage which shows the development fund of zcash, zencash and so on. Is this saying where the funds are coming from? Is this a fork of one of those chains?

Agreed. Lots of talk about the price, but no discussion on what impacts the price going up and down! Anyway, I think TIO will become more popular and recognised once liquidity pool is up and running and the exchange starts in April. There are a shortage of good exchanges out there right now (cryptopia having all sorts of problems) and creating a good quality exchange that attracts decent volumes can only be a good thing for TIO. |

Can someone explain to me why zencash is so ridiculously over mined right now? Difficulty has skyrocketed over the last day and hasn't come back down, despite there being more profitable coins to mine. I hate swapping what I mine too much when everything is running stable but this is a huge difference.
new to mining ? Difficulty goes up and down with multipool (MPH, Nicehash, etc) and farms switching from one coin to another. Nothing new here. In fact, difficulty is actually low now. Yeah it dropped back down. Not new to mining but the difficulty skyrocketed for a while to point where it was almost twice as profitable to mine something else. Usually there is some fluctuation up and down but that amount of fluctuation I hadn't seen before on zencash. |

Where did you get your magical eightball from? And are you sure you're not just FUDing to benefit from the BTC rise? Still might rollout before 13 March. I think the reason some people are losing confidence is based on the last Q&A, where a direct question was asked if 'cards would rollout by 13 March' (or something similar) and the response from Kris was 'we are working on it'. This was much less committal than previous statements from him that there would be 'no point' to sponsor money2020 without a product in the field. Most people considered this statement to mean a broader rollout, not just something to do with maybe a few beta testers (if that). |

Haha that actually made me lol. Remember guys - crypto and smoking, you gotta be joking. At the very least people will move their coins out of cryptopia, so even if they don't sell them right away, I doubt people will just start buying on cryptopia and the price shoot up - particularly since this isn't the first time there have been issues with cryptopia. |

cryptopia doesnt have any issues, at $200,000 a listing you hire people and in a couple of hours things are fixed. They cant scream poverty.
just today a new coin was promoting master nodes and a new cryptopia listing, you have to wonder who in their right minds would blindly give cryptopia 200,000 after everything going on
and the fact that some people defend cryptopia saying things like give them more time, or they are working on it, let me tell you something....they are not working on anything, they are taking the money and running

Yeah the only way new coins are getting 200k to get a cryptopia exchange listing is by 'selling' early masternodes, or airdropping their tokens in return for exchange listing contributions - usually in eth or bitcoin. The people buying these masternodes are taking a huge risk, as lots of these coins go absolutely nowhere. So many clone 'masternode privacy asic resistant' coins out there right now, and if your contribution to a project is just going into the pockets of an underperforming exchange like cryptopia, you have to wonder about the longevity of the project. |

For a price of 25 BTC this is a pretty pathetic performance... have they offered a partial return of funds to the straks team?
What are HitBTC problems? Why did you lose your belief in them? HitBTC trying to pitch itself as a competitor to the likes of Binance. They'll have to do a lot better if they are to reach those kind of levels! Hopefully problems will be resolved soon and we can have Straks trading on this relatively large platform. |

I think signature campaigns tend to get more of an upswing when people have a better idea of what the market rate is for a coin.
So through ICO's, you can tell what the starting rate is based on the ICO price. With other new coins, you don't really have much of an idea until it hits the market and trades consistently enough to appear on coinmarketcap. Will Muncoin be trading on any large enough exchanges soon to get an idea of value? Even a smaller exchange like yobit would be fine.

is it easy to get hold of your tokens? In many ICOs there is often a nerve wracking period of time after you send in your contribution when you are waiting to claim your tokens. the quicker and easier this process is, the better it is.
The tokens I received through the bounty campaign were provided after the developers overcame an initial few hurdles of incorrect amounts being sent to wallet addresses. I've heard that people who invested in the ICO also received their tokens to their wallet. Easiest way to access tokens through ICO's is probably through MEW (my ether wallet) in my experience. |

Yea probably worth not trying to catch a falling knife and predict a bottom. Reckon just wait and see how these exchange issues play out. I'll still be mining bulwark if the difficulty is low enough could try and be greedy when others are fearful! |

Yea if you invested at ico you'll have to stick around for the long haul. May as well wait until exchange and Liquidity pool is launched and hope momentum keeps going from there. I think price can bounce back once some of these goals are met. |
