Wolfsburg really kept their defense tight because they didn't want Dortmund to embarrass them at home if they lost because Dortmund took 12 shots and 5 were on target but only 1 could be converted into a goal in the early minutes of the match. This season has been different, and a lot of clubs have displayed well in the past few weeks, Even the clubs that started well are now struggling; they have lost consistency. Starting with Brighton, Tottenham, and other clubs, the clubs in the top five are still the ones that made it to the top five last season. and see the way Liverpool won against Brentford it ended 4:1 and Arsenal won 5:0 I was surprised that Manchester City played a drawing game, I was not bothered because I know Manchester City will not agree this league is ours and ours alone and I don't know why we are always drawing Chelsea, in their dream to be able to beat Liverpool, did you see the way Liverpool played yesterday, They did not even give Brentford a chance all they were doing was pressure upon pressure.
And with Manchester United playing against Luton Town, anything about Manchester United can not be predicted because of their condition, and for now, I can make the mistake of even betting on them they are crap and will just spoil my ticket.
Well the EPL has always been fun and very competitive as every week it holds a major surprise. We can see how Tottenham who’re in a chase for Top 4 lost at Home to Wolves. That wasn’t expected or needed at this point especially as they’re in a tight chase with Aston Villa and having Manchester United behind them also. Football is full of surprises which you can never predict, I think nobody saw this coming that Chelsea will be the one to score the first goal to lead the game, and it was unexpected that the game will end in draw. This game was not just a win for Chelsea but also a win for Liverpool and arsenal. Arsenal is all alone chasing the first to be at the top position and Liverpool will have some relief knowing that it is just only arsenal that is close to them.
Honestly Chelsea performed better in their game against Manchester City, it was a big surprise watching them challenging a strong team like Manchester City after many struggles in most of their previous games, but it is still not certain if Chelsea can Continue with a performance like this in other of their games coming up. Chelsea had some interesting game that they performed well but the problem they have is that it is very difficult for them to remain stable with this good performance.
Well the way Chelsea’s game play has improved is worthy of commendation as this is one big factor or change the Chelsea fans have been wanting to see. It was a great result and no one thought this result could ever be. Well this is a win for Poch, Chelsea and her fans and also a relief for Liverpool and Arsenal as the drop in points now give the 3 clubs a level playing field for the title. Now Arsenal can have a good run if they maintain consistency and Liverpool will still remain top even if Man City wins their outstanding later this week. Well the performance of the team was top notch and I’ll love to see them keep maintaining this level of performance as they head to the cup finals later this weekend. With this performance then I think they’ll be able to deliver Pochettino his first major trophy as a manager and would have an European spot next season. They could probably get into the conference League or Europa if they keep up with good performance. |

In this match, a late goal from Lewa managed to get Barcelona a point and avoid an unfavorable fate which of course this is a very good thing for them because at least they did not get another 1 point just like the previous season.
With the 3 points they got in today's match they at least got closer to Girona who still haven't played a game because currently the gap is only 2 points for Barcelona to get close to Girona but Girona still has one game although the current situation seems a little shaky Girona where they can only get 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss in the last 5 matches.
Although this is still positive for Barcelona but still it's not like they were at the beginning of a superior season so Barcelona's chance to be Runner up if Girona continues like this is still there.
Tonight Celta Vigo played host to a very big threat in the Spanish Football league and the game ended fairly because the two sides gave their best even though it was expected that Barcelona would have strived more to net in enough goals but it's understandable that the host wouldn't have let it happen that way. They managed to score themselves and hold onto it up until the end of the game when the second goal from Barcelona came in to leave the game ending with just 1goal margin. Twas a very insightful game for Celta Vigo though and they really gave it their best shot which is the best thing they did in the game generally. Currently they're 2 points behind Girona and I'm quite sure they could overtake them but I doubt if Barcelona could overtake Real Madrid and win the trophy |

Sporting are doing very well, I really enjoyed their game against Young Boys, and in their next game in Portugal they have everything they need to secure their place. Benfica also managed to win, but with a bit of difficulty.
Braga have lost a lot of momentum in both leagues, and in the domestic championship, if Braga can't react, they'll end up losing fourth place to Vitória, who seem to be playing better at the moment, with a good result against Benfica (a draw)

This season, there's been a switch in the dominance that occurs in the German league, the professor Xabi Alonso is one key threat to Bayern Munich who's in time past being the head and leaders of the league. Leverkusen dominated the league from the very beginning to this point and there's a big chance of them winning the title cause they're not giving up very easily. Even though last season, there's been a trail behind from Dortmund, comparing all the years, only Leverkusen have been overtime been able to maintain the difference in standings on the contention battle. Tuchel knows that a serious tussle lies ahead and as the season draws to an end, there's greater chance to create growth opportunities too. I'll love to see how the end of the season will look like for the German clubs as it's highly expected that unlike Dortmund, Leverkusen would make the big difference. |

IMO, for me Paris Saint-Germain is not solid enough for international competitions. The performance from chelsea was totally unpredictable and i must say that if this club was performing so amazing since the first half. I think that you're wrong here mate. Girona is far consistent even compared to the barcelona. Atletico madrid and girona were performing quite bad when they have faced the weak teams in the la liga. This is making the competition become very interesting. The chance owned by these clubs to get UCL spots are the same.
Im only thinking what's gonna happen with girona if some of its key players will leave from there at the end of season. There will be massive decline to happen with girona soon. Even city has been starting to take the good player from girona to be developed on the EPL.

I don't think so. he was just starting his career as a new coach and i think that he will not take a short break. There have been many clubs were targeting him as a new coach. The teams that were interesting to recruit him as a new coach was liverpool and bayern munich. There may be more teams to come in the future.
Liverpool sees him as the most important target to be successor for the club to get a replacemnet for jurgen klopp. I think that xabi will be considering to leave from leverkusen after he will have brought leverkusen to win the bundesliga. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager. Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. |

Another expected result from me. intermilan was too strong to face salernitana and this is also impacting the performance of the club as well. Im not even doubting that if the salernitana was losing against intermilan. The domination from intermilan has been making salernitana played so badly.
It has no good attack coz intermilan was always intercepting it. So, no chance for salernitana even to make a goal attempts against intermilan. I think that we will be seeing consistent performance from intermilan. juventus will get shit at the end of season if intermilan will be continuously to play very well like that.
