881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin less evil than PayPal? on: June 26, 2016, 10:25:34 PM
bitcoin is the freedom people have been waiting for. whether it is paypal or a bank, as long as they have full control over my money, i consider them to be somewhat of a dictator. bitcoin gives the control over our wealth back to us.
882  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think the price will rise again above $400 on: June 26, 2016, 10:15:16 PM
I have already bought 1 coin when the price was 250$ and i sold it now Smiley , but i can feel that the price is going to be more than 1k$ in the end of this year, i know you are thinking why i havent hold ma coin till the end of year this is because i hate greediness, and its a crypto coin no one knows what is going to happen.

You should have sold it a few days ago. But we did not expect the price to drop more than 100 dollars in the last few days.

The price dropped to around $500 now. It seems the recent correction is very severe. I hope it willl recover soon.
Bitcoin is stable at 560-580 this day, hope it will  be the last downtrend.,if there will be some changes that will be made for tomorrow,
There will two options if bitcoin pass the 600$ marked tomorrow it will the start of recovery,if bitcoin falls below 550,then say goobye to 500 and hello 400

The price has just recovered to $670. I think it will stay around that level for about a month, then it will go to $800.

the price went back down to $614 on bitfinex today. it will be difficult to get the price to stay above $600 as the buy support gets weaker and weaker. it could also be a trick to make the market look bad in order to get people to sell their coins. everything that gets sold at the current levels will not cause much problems for the whales when they continue their pump.
883  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will one BTC ever reach the value of 50k? on: June 26, 2016, 06:09:43 PM
don't think we'll ever see the price go up that much. maybe that we can reach an ultimate ath of $10,000 at some point in the far future. but for that to happen we need wall street level traders to jump into bitcoin with their money.

To even reach 10k we would have to assume that all the whales with 1000s of coins have already dumped and spread out their coins to other individuals. I think for that kind of money we couldnt have any whales with crazy amounts of bitcoin or else it would be too easy to crash the market. Therefore to get to that high a price we need to wait over time and hope that the coins can diversify a bit. Id assume this would take at least 10 years, probably more though by which time bitcoin will be obsolete anyway.

whether the future whales are the current btc whales, or possibly wall street traders, it doesn't change anything. there will always be people with large amounts of coins. just look at the stock market. no difference at all when it comes to large holders.

885  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to wake up people. on: June 26, 2016, 05:46:07 PM
not matter what is happening with the price, the majority of my coins are stored in a secure manner for the long term. with long term i mean at least 5-10 years. in the meanwhile i entertain myself whilst trading. that allows me to accumulate even more coins. beside that, shills were here from the very beginning, and they will stay here till the very last day. people should just skip through all their fud and focus on what's real important.
886  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: June 25, 2016, 03:35:34 PM
Wait for the halving to end before you sell all your bitcoin..
This time halving is our only hope to make a good and high profit, because halving will drive the price of.bitcoin to the moon.

if the price will reach a top price due to the block halving, then it will be just before the block halving. once the block halving is over i expect the price to go down significantly. beside that, it's never a good idea to sell all your coins at once. till now people have always regret selling all their coins. it's bad because you don't get to benefit from the price going up even further.
887  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: June 25, 2016, 03:15:26 PM
yesterday the price touched $ 550 back. I've been giving a warning to people to purchase bitcoin. because it will provide a great advantage because this is the time to buy before prices go up. so do not waste it when prices go down.
yeah I've also said that while it is a very appropriate time to buy bitcoin. I'm sure the prices will definitely go up and proved you could see today. prices rose back to $650. in case prices fall again before halving. Maximize that opportunity dude by buy it Cheesy

Price is around $688 at a moment, so I don't think this is a good time to buy, as price has gone higher now and if you want to buy then you should wait for next few days and see whether price goes down or not.

of course it's better to be a holder at these prices, but some people have not bought yet, or they are not happy with the amount of coins that they have. at this point literally anything can happen with the price. it can go down again to very low $500's, or it can shoot up as a rocket to +$800 prices in a very short time. i am more a believer of the second part as we have the block halving infront of us.
888  Economy / Speculation / Re: British exit from the European Union How is this going to effect Bitcoin on: June 25, 2016, 03:06:28 PM
there is no indication that the $90-$100 surge in the price was due to the brexit. it's just the well known volatile market action as we are very close to the block halving. whaleplay.
889  Economy / Speculation / Re: 626 $ what!?!? Halving incoming.. on: June 25, 2016, 03:01:19 PM
When will be the next halving after the one we are having now?

I also think price will drop dramatically after the halving and there will be an opportunity to buy and wait for the next pump, which very well may be before the next halving. I just need to be sure when it hits "the real bottom."

No one exactly knows what is the real bottom, we cannot predict that as if price drops to $400 we may feel its a bottom, but the very next day it may go to $300.

The bottom price for the trading in the next few months will be around $550. It will not drop below that.
i hope it is just as low as today price around $650 no lower than that.

just bull , bull and bull until august. people around me already panic and sell their bitcoin at $670 or so. i still holding and keep buying sometimes. the $1,200 value are not reached yet and i believe it will hit in august.

Halving is in July so the price should hit $1000 in July right at the time of halving. As per your views how will it hit the all time high of $1200 in august ? there is no special event in august which can make this happen.

it's definitely possible for the price to touch the $1000 just before the block halving, or exact at the halving day. but my guess is that we will stay just under $900 as there are just 2 weeks left. another pump close to $800 will trigger a lot people to sell their coins. i expect the price to recover, and then head to around $900 where the dumps will be too severe to stop with buy orders. $1000 is a better target for later this year.
890  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: June 25, 2016, 02:40:46 PM
In the last months the BTC price is increasing, how much u guys think the price gonna be in one year?

Price of bitcoin is increasing day by da because it become popular and accepted by many countries  so the price will be 900$ to 1000$ in end of 2016... value should be dropped but it will reach 900$ by the end of this year !!

My prediction would be $1,000. Yes it is quite high I know, but with the constant use of the people that could be possible. My turning factor here is the upcoming halving, many have expected an abrupt increase in value of bitcoins as it will be hard to mine that time comes and of course the demand is increasing so it is high. Basing on the law of supply and demand, that would be close to my projection.

$1000 is quite a possible price target for this year, but the thing is that after the block halving i expect the price to go down quite hard. that's mainly because of the hype and speculation around the block halving. if the price doesn't go down a lot after the block halving, then who knows what the top will be this year. all depends on what china is up to.
891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin have lost more than $100 in a day... on: June 24, 2016, 11:15:22 AM
And after few days it regain those $100. Once the painc sellers finished their excessive selling, the market returns to its original trend

they sold at the bottom, and the price directly went up like $100 again. they must feel horrible seeing the price somewhat recovered again. that's why you should never trade with emotions. it mostly ends up in something bad.
892  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 24, 2016, 10:09:36 AM
What do you guys think?
Since the price keeps going lower the whole day.

Also why is it going lower ?

I think it's the time to buy few bitcoin before the halving, because I think the bitcoin price will go near 1000 dollars.
Price of bitcoin is unpredictable and i think 1k value it takes a long time before you can hit this goal and my prediction after block halving is around 700-800 value this is i think the best price will happen in block halving or after block halving..

Yeah of course it's not predictable but I think 1000 dollars is more probable by the end of the year, have you seen the brexit referendum ? This is one of the various things good for bitcoin.
The repeatable nature of the emergent behavior in BTC markets is the very source of the potential for profit. Now it is deja vu 2013!

It's not real at all, back in the 2013 there was that 'bot'  : willy managed on mt.gox in this case there isn't it.

whether it's mtgox bot willy, or wealthy chinese gamblers aiming for quick profits, it doesn't really matter that much. the result at the end will be quite the same. and that is that massive dumps will take the price down significantly.
893  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: June 24, 2016, 09:59:39 AM
I think at that time the world will be a more modern and the people of it will prefer advanced technology and will prefer digital system of business so at that time we can say that everywhere there will be the use of bitcoin.

2022 is just 6 years from now. First of all some countries in the list of third world countries even for decades, they cant much improved their technology in just a short period due to major factors and that will include the use of blockchain technology which bitcoin is using.

Of course not gonna happen, 2022 to get massive adoption was just too unrealistic. We need to help more spread the good news of bitcoins to attract more users and we know that not all are comfortable in using computer to transact so it would be a hard time to educate them and to convince them.

a very important thing to why people still are somewhat hesitating to give bitcoin a chance, is the fact that you need to verify yourself with many documents in order to make use of an exchange. the average people see this as a big hassle, and also they don't really feel comfortable handing over all important information about themselves to exchanges. and that's just one of the several reasons.
894  Economy / Speculation / Re: I AM HODLING on: June 24, 2016, 03:09:37 AM
best time to invest in bitcoin was when the price was last year below $300 till $400 this year.

Best time to buy was 6 years ago when a bitcoin was worth less than a penny. 4 years ago when bitcoins cost less than $10 wasn't too bad either.

Last August when coins cost less than $200 was still a great time to stock up. Hopefully we all did.

For those who didn't discover Bitcoin until recently, it's a great time to buy. Any appreciable dip is a great time to buy. Yes, the price may dip further but that's just another buying opportunity and if you hold long enough the value of your coins will multiply.

6 years ago it was the best ever time to buy yourself as many coins as possible, that's right. with $300-$400 i was aiming more at the recent possibility of entering the market at such a price. investing at such prices is one thing. holding the coins from $300 all the way to $700 some days ago, is a completely other level. a lot people get tempted to secure profits as soon as they see they made 10-20% profit.
895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: June 24, 2016, 02:48:35 AM
The biggest problem for me in bitcoin right now is less store are accepting bitcoin as payment.. unlike paypal.. this is i thin the best problem about bitcoin.. but i know in the future bitcoin will be popular in some coutries.

you can choose to use a bitcoin related debit card which will allow you to pay everywhere in the world. you can even use it to withdraw money via an atm if you so wish. the only down side of withdrawing money from atm's with such a debit card, is that the fee is very high.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: June 24, 2016, 02:32:32 AM
Because they can transfer money around the world more easily, faster and with very low transaction fees. Also because it is decentralized so it isn't controlled by one central authority. Also transactions are non-refundable. There are many other reasons like the blockchain applicability in business and other industries, bitcoin price volatility speculation, etc.

No not in around the world. You can only transfer bitcoin to those countries that can touch bitcoin, of course.

Also blockchain transactions can only be done virtually so a connection is a must before someone can send or use bitcoins.

yeah, bitcoin is limited to those areas where internet is available, but still we cannot say that bitcoin access is limited as it is not the problem of bitcoin that in areas internet is not available.

well, nowadays even countries that we consider to be third world countries get a much better internet experience compared to how it was before. if the people there buy themselves a cheap smartphone that will allow them to run a light version of a bitcoin wallet, then look at how quick the nr of active users will grow. no more excuses. start using bitcoin to make a change in the world.
897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: June 24, 2016, 02:09:44 AM
can't see the bitcoin price go up to such a price level this year. i think it's better to put our focus and aim on reaching the $1000 price level this year. that alone will be a very difficult achievement.

We need to see if the $ 750 surge was the crest of a wave or if it can be maintained.

People need to start using BitCoin for purchases instead of playing the money markets.

it's a fact that people aren't really using bitcoin as currency as much as they do as investment option, but i don't see this change any time soon. can't really blame them for that. everyone likes to make some profits while trading.
898  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy cheap coins on: June 24, 2016, 01:51:02 AM
If someone bought yesterday on the lowest point the price reached $530, he would earn today $100 in each BTC. so If I had funds I would buy more because the price may go up in the next weeks again

that's indeed easy money in just 24 hours time. this shows that bitcoin is full of surprises. it's amazing using this volatility in my advantage as trader. where else can you make that much money in such a short time? a lot people were waiting to enter the market at $700 prices, but they didn't buy because they felt it was a bit too high. yesterday was the ideal moment to grab themselves a nice seat in the bitcoin train. chooo chooo!!

900  Economy / Speculation / Re: I AM HODLING on: June 23, 2016, 03:21:57 PM
I'm always watching the price fluctuations. In 2015-december I bought bitcoins for $ 350 some people called me crazy. But I'm happy. Now the bitcoin was the $ 750 and fell (today) to $ 563. I'm thinking of buying a little (not much).

If you are looking for additional profits then I think you should go for it, as price is low now so you can buy some good amount of bitcoins  that can benefit you at halving.

The price has dropped to $200 in last 3 days. So if anyone wants to invest and get profits at halving this is a good time (if not the best time).  At halving the price will be over 1000$ surely.

it's definity not the best time to buy right now. best time to invest in bitcoin was when the price was last year below $300 till $400 this year. plenty enough time for people to accumulate as many coins as possible at great prices. those who did invest back then have done very well. that doesn't mean right now is not a good moment to enter the market, but not as good as when i mentioned.
