961  Economy / Speculation / Re: BUY or SELL bitcoins ? What you prefer ? on: June 15, 2016, 12:43:31 PM
I think that I would prefer to sell coins because it always feels better if you are earning money instead of giving it away. So buying bitcoins is never a pleasure.

This is not the right time to sell, as price is below $700 now so I think we should wait for next couple of days and if reaches to $800 then we can afford to sell some coins.

not worth to sell? how so? the price has reached a 2 year high a few days ago. this is the perfect time for people that managed to buy months ago to cash out some coins.

Price is high for sure and many people will prefer to sell at current price, but majority of people are hoping for much higher price and that is the reason they are still holding.

yes, even at these prices people are holding their coins. that's also the reason why the price managed to stay at these levels and not fall down sharply. i am also holding my coins, but i have secured some profits just to be on the safe side. it doesn't feel good if you don't sell and see the price go down significantly, while you had the great opportunity to sell at these prices.
962  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 15, 2016, 12:37:05 PM
Be ready for correct, pump was fast,i hope Bitcoin will defend 640$ and rise to 780$ after, lets see,Brexit play important role in btc price rise

why $640? i don't see any special support at that level. i am already happy if we can maintain the $600 level till the block halving day. i never expected the price to climb to these levels in such a short time. bitcoin is full of surprises.
963  Economy / Speculation / Re: I locked the profit - SOLD ALL COINS on: June 15, 2016, 12:08:10 PM
I hope you're happy with your worthless fiat.

meanwhile we are getting ready to leave with the rocket, and laugh at all your inflation and the corruption of banks.
But I feel those who are thinking holding till moon they are in dream. They think using their 1 BTC they will buy whole earth. If you want to take more profit hold your bitcoin. Remember 2013 or later and now only bitcoin make fun again. We lost 3 years to bitcoin to reproduce it's faith again.

well, some people seriously believe one bitcoin to become worth like $100,000-$1,000,000 in the far future. and yes, this is a far fetched dream that most likely never becomes reality.

965  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: June 15, 2016, 10:54:51 AM
Why would you be panicking to buy Bitcoin. You should just wait for the right time and not be so stressed when you buy the coins. It makes you do stupid things.

because some people always wait till the last moment with buying or selling. if they see the price is going up or tanking heavily, they don't know what to do anymore. so they make a split second decision to buy or sell. and it mostly turns out the be a wrong move.
966  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: June 15, 2016, 10:46:20 AM
It will only take someone to dump all the coins that are kept in Satoshi's wallets. For all we know he has more than a million coins. So, if he dumps at least half the price of bitcoin will be down to the slums followed by a lot of panic sellers who will push the price down even further.

people just suppose satoshi has close to a million coins. this has never been proved. beside that, if a dump of even 100,000 coins happen at one exchange, the price will fall below $50 instantly. maybe even lower as stop loss orders will add another wave of coins getting sold after each other. with that many coins you can cause a lot damage to the market.
It is bad if you are in panic now and you have just choose and look for the right moment to sell it and that is really important otherwise you are making some mistakes.
But maybe the sell moment will be indeed soon because the value of Bitcoin is becoming higher and that is perfect.

right now is already a fantastic price to sell at for people that bought their coins around $400-$450 not long ago. it's just important that you secure your profits before the price goes down again. but the main point is that we don't know when the price will start to come down. i always say 'better safe than sorry'. that's why i secured some profits at these prices.
967  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: June 14, 2016, 09:45:15 PM
im not selling any of my bitcoins at the moment to be honest and i will never do that because i want to earn some money with my investment

how will you make money if you will never sell your coins. whether you lose or gain profit, it only counts when you start selling your coins. but i think you mean that you will hold your coins for many many years before selling them. am i right?
968  Economy / Speculation / Re: how much gonna be 1 BTC in a year? on: June 14, 2016, 09:19:41 PM
After one year the Bitcoin price has to be at least one thousand Dollar if not it would surprise me. After one year am looking forward to the price so that I can sell some of my coins.

One year from now the price should be at least be $1000/coin imo.
Anything else would really surprise me. But in the end we all don't know and don't really have the financial power to have any major influence on that while others have.
$1k is an realistic value to achieve in next 1 year the only fact is that we want that it should  remain stable there for a long time which can attract many new users to join it.

from the current price today it may not seem very difficult to reach the $1000 price level, but what if there is a huge correction taking the price back to $500's, or maybe even below that. it's quite a realistic scenario to happen after the block halving. nothing goes only up in value. at some point large traders will start shorting making the price tank heavily. it's just a matter of time.
969  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: June 14, 2016, 08:46:39 PM
The best move that anyone got in was before this halving scenario, which was around $430ish.

But I say everyone is in profit technically because if the prices reach to a higher mark like $1k then its still consider profit.

that's assuming the price will go up that high. we don't know that yet. maybe the price will start to fall back down to $500's in a matter of days.
970  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: June 14, 2016, 08:14:55 PM
Holding is just saving money but to earn some money you have to sell it and that is also the most risky thing but you dont even know what will happen later in the future.
But you can already see now that the halving is becoming more worth and the price of Bitcoin started already to rise so that is perfect.

certain prices are simply too cheap as for example when the price was sitting below the $300 price level. that was the perfect time to buy yourself as many coins as possible. and people have had enough time to buy below $300 prices, so there are no excuses. i invested at that time and secured profits at todays prices. that's the perfect example of successful holding. no risk involved. if you buy at the price today, then it's completely different. we don't know whether or not todays price is the peak.
971  Economy / Speculation / Re: +$20 in the last 24hrs... on: June 14, 2016, 08:05:40 PM
The value of Bitcoin is now rising slowly and that is really nice for people who already have Bitcoin so that is really nice.
The only thing that people have to do with Bitcoin is that have to sell it on the right moment and that should be perfect.

I will only sell when the bitcoin is very overvalued. If it rises gradually and I think it is reasonably valued, I will not sell.

whatever you do, make sure you don't wait too long with securing profits. some people tend to wait too long before securing profits as they have the feeling the price will go higher. don't be one of them. just out of interest, what is the price you bought your coins for?
972  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: June 14, 2016, 08:01:33 PM
I dont know why he cant hit the 800 this year to my opnion he willl reach the 1000 at the end of the year of 2016 for sure and if you dont believe me think about it at the end Wink
Bitcoin price will go above $800 maybe before this month's end if it continues rising like recently.  Grin

I think it will reach there before that as now anything is possible, price is moving up very sharply so we may see this price by the end of this week.

the market and the traders need to calm down at this point to let the price settle at todays price levels. otherwise there will be too much pressure on the already pumped up price. if we can stay at current levels for at least a week, then we can focus on another rally.
973  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If prices crash after halving, what would you do? on: June 13, 2016, 12:50:59 PM
i do expect a serious dump to happen just after the block halving is done. right now i have secured some profits at $700 just to be on the safe side. once the price starts to drop after the block halving, i will use that situation in my advantage to buy back the coins i sold. that's for me the best thing to do.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: If u don't buy now you will regret it for your entire life on: June 13, 2016, 12:34:27 PM
I also realized that, we should have to buy now as each time when I come to preev i see that a big increase has taken place in bitcoin value.

the simple fact is that people should have bought when the price was around $500, but people were thinking it was too high to buy at. look now what happened. waiting makes people miss out on serious profits as you can see. the million dollar question right now is till what price will it increase before going down again. buying right now requires steel balls at these $700 prices.
975  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is $704.51 on CNBC.com on: June 13, 2016, 12:25:29 PM
bitfinex was on the edge of reaching $700 but it got dumped down to $660 after touching $699 some hours ago. but it finally touched $700!!!!
976  Economy / Speculation / Re: Block Reward Halfening 2016 ---> New ATH on: June 13, 2016, 11:15:51 AM
if we were still hovering around the $450 price level i would say no, but at this point literally anything can happen with the massive price increases that we are seeing. i say let it happen! Grin
977  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: June 13, 2016, 11:04:01 AM
I definitely lost faith in fiat a few years ago, simply because I learned that the government was using it as a tool to manipulate the economy. The US is running into debt more and more to import more from its trading partners.

This will not sustain, and fiat will collapse.

i think governments will simply keep creating billions of new money to keep delaying their eventual collapse. this will only add more pressure on the already weakening value of fiat currencies around the world. i am glad i took precautions by converting 25% of my € savings into $ when €1 was still worth around $1.35 back then. i kept waiting till the bitcoin price crashed significantly, and that happened in 2015, and i used all that fiat to buy bitcoin. very smart move.
978  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good time to buy bitcoin now? on: June 12, 2016, 02:58:55 PM
i have been seeing threads like these pop up when the price was just around $250!! stop asking yourself this question and get yourself some coins right now in order to not miss out on potential profits. if i was you i would buy right now with 50% of the money that you have for investment purposes, and keep the other 50% for when the price goes down as it will allow you to buy more coins at lower rates. this way you'll benefit if the price goes up, because your coins go up in value. and you'll benefit when the price goes down as it gives you the opportunity to decrease your average buying price by buying at lower rates.
979  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400$ was the top on: June 12, 2016, 02:39:41 PM
What goes up, must come down....

Right, guys? Right??

Since the price is gradually pumping up the price will fix around 800-900$ on this September. About your speculation i think the price not going down until next year.Maybe it will happen randomly on the year 2017.

I think it is possible for the price to be around $800 in September. Then the price will be $1000 by year end.

if the price keeps increasing at current rates, then we might even hit $800 before the block halving. the price is really going crazy now. i did not expect another part of the rally to happen untill we reach july. it's just another pleasant surprise from bitcoin.
980  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we crack the ATH very soon? on: June 12, 2016, 01:55:06 PM
the all time high of $1200 is very far away at this point. but who knows what will happen till we reach the halving date. if the price keeps pumping as it did already, maybe that we'll get to see a price very close to the magical $1000 barrier again. that would be great. till that time i prefer to focus on reaching $700, and then $800, and then $900, and then i hope finally $1000!!
