I tried it and I voted for Groestlcoin, and it did work over here. - - It would be great if GuldenCoin ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=554412.0) is added to the app. This coin gets better and better, everyday new Merchants (both online and offline) are added and the active community gets bigger and bigger. In my opinion it's better than many of the other coins in the "voting list". Thanks in advance! |

as I said multiple times I don't want to pay someone to make a coin, I want to learn how to make alt coins of course, I have something good in mind but I'm currently just getting introduced with the process  Alright. Well, what I wanted to say is that you might can get some help from these guys from these companies. This might not be free, but hey, I'm sure they can learn you how to make one (if they're able to create one by theirself). Unfortunately I don't have any relevant knowledge about creating new coins, but I want to wish you success with your project! |

i cant connect to server to solo. also get errors on rpcport that it is not good etc. time for a wallet update? on linux i cant connect my miners and qt in windows dont even start. gets error message and terminate. looks almost if rpc port is not right. is it 12378?  ? I'm not familiar with solomining this great coin, but according to the first post of this topic it really is 12378. I don't have added any extra addnodes or something, and my wallet did synch a few days ago. I can't try it now cuz I'm not at home now, but I don't have any troubles with synching it. Can't you find an active pool for mining GrandCoin? |

I've been mining this coin for a while and have always been impressed with the continued dedication of the devs and community support.
Well, I think there's a bit of a lack of this dedication. Allthough, Mark / TagBond was really active in the early days and early period of TagCoin. Then the problems with the blockchain appeared and when the coin lost much of its Original value, I think the dedication of him / the devs / the team behind became worse. I still own a nice amount of TagCoins, but I think a big part of the Original community left this coin / became inactive.. However, it would be great to see this coin as popular as before again. |

Mocht je nog met GPU's willen minen kun je inderdaad voor een algortime kiezen waar de ASICs nog niet aan kunnen komen. Tenminste, dat is mijn mening momenteel. En nogmaals, deze topic started is al bijna 2 maanden foetsie ( niet eens online geweest ^^ ) we stoppen volgens mij energie in niks  Klopt . Echter zie je veel "nieuwkomers" met soortgelijke vragen. Aangezien dit topic een duidelijke topictitel heeft en al diverse goede reacties, kan dit wellicht hen op weg helpen die dezelfde vragen hebben. |

Geld verdienen met minen is een illusie (niet met eigen materiaal en zeker niet met mine contracten). Je kan het doen als hobby om iets bij te leren.
Ik raad je aan om een okkasie Antminer S1 op de kop te tikken (<= 100 €) en daar wat mee te spelen. Undervolten als je kan en zo kan je dat geld terugverdienen.
Als je wil speculeren op de stijging van bitcoins, koop dan gewoon bitcoins en leer dingen zoals cold wallets, ...
Nou wil ik niet lastig doen maar ik heb een klein jaar geleden 8 R9290's aangekocht en op dit moment heb ik die kost er al uit hoor. Dus als je het goed aanpakt en de scene een beetje op volgt dan is er zeker geld mee te verdienen. Hangt er gewoon van af hoe je het aanpakt. Groeten Klopt, maar dan dien je niet met bitcoins te gaan beginnen, maar ALT coins. En dan geluk hebben dat er een coin uitkomt en je er gelijk inspringt ( low diff ) en dan geluk hebben dat het een succes word. ( Dat geluk ben ik aan het zoeken, waarmee Darkcoin ( vanaf dag 1 erbij ), nu bluecoin, navajocoin en cannabiscoin voor een leuke winstmarge zorgen. Bitcoins minen, nah die zou ik gewoon kopen, vandaag de dag is de prijs een beetje gezakt.. Minen zou ik dus op altcoins doen met gpu's. Maar ik zou eerst een aantal dagen/weken dit forum volgen bij alternative currency, kijken wat daar allemaal gebeurt voordat je geld erin gaat steken. Bitcoins minen is leuk, maar je gaat je stroom rekening niet eruit halen, laat staan je apparatuur kosten ( wellicht over een aantal jaar, maar niet binnen 1 jaar ). Een betere investering op dit moment zou zijn: zon energie. Zodra je dat bij elkaar gespaard hebt, daarna gaan minen, puur op de zon. Maar goed,,, zo te zien is de topic started al bijna 2 maanden niet meer hier xd Minen met GPU's is héél lastig voor ROI tegenwoordig. Je hebt nu ook Scrypt ASIC apparatuur, waarmee je dus Scrypt altcoins (zoals Litecoin, Digitalcoin, Feathercoin, GrandCoin, GuldenCoin etc) kunt minen. Deze verbruiken véél minder stroom en worden steeds betaalbaarder. Daarnaast kun je er gauw een mooie hashrate mee behalen, in tegenstelling tot een gebouwde minder van GPU's (videokaarten / grafische kaarten). Ik heb jouw tactiek ook lang uitgevoerd; zoveel mogelijk nieuwe coins minen direct bij de lancering (voordat een forse verhoging van de difficulty plaatsvond) en gewoon coins die tijdelijk op een lage difficulty stonden. In de meeste gevallen grijp je naast de grote winst, echter is dit mij wel een aantal keer gelukt. Bijvoorbeeld met ene AppleCoin. Ik heb deze een paar avondjes gemined met één GPU toen er nog maar zeer weinig miners waren in de beginfase van deze coin. Deze werden later behoorlijk wat waard, en ik heb er behoorlijk wat LTC's voor terug gekregen. Ik had er nog véél meer voor terug kunnen krijgen als ik ze op het juiste moment had verkocht, maar dat is achteraf. Overigens ben ik er ook een hoop verloren op een Chinese exchange die ineens offline ging. |

Godammit I just realized I missed payment for last month, is there a possibility to get contact Stunna and get paid for it, even if it is over 400? It would help me and Collider's situation alot.
Just tell him in the next term end (17th) and you will probably get paid only for 400 for that month and also for this month posts. So you think I can post more than 400 this term, and get paid for 600+ posts for the last two months? Argh this is why we need him online more. Just PM him and wait for a response. Sometimes I do experience such problems with Bitcointalk, but mostly it end up waiting and then you get a message that you're unable to connect to the website.
However, currently (and also recentely) it's working fine for me. It isn't slow here, it works like it should. Indeed, you might need to check your own PC / internet connection.

Als ik jou was, zou ik mezelf eerst beter inlezen.
Het is maar de vraag of het minen van Bitcoins direct nog wel echt winstgevend is. Indien je dergelijke ASIC apparatuur nu nog nieuw moet aanschaffen, is het in mijn ogen best lastig om je investering terug te verdienen. (Hier kun je natuurlijk uitzonderingen voor verzinnen, bijvoorbeeld dat de Bitcoin over 2 jaar goed €2000,- waard kan zijn waardoor je investering wél rendabel was, maar ik heb het over de huidige koers).
Veel mensen zijn het met mij eens dat het direct kopen van Bitcoins wellicht een betere investering is. Wellicht kun je daarmee wat short term traden met andere coins om zo je winst te vergroten. Ook het kopen en verkopen van Bitcoins zelf op exchanges kan je een leuke winst opleveren, maar dit vergt enige ervaring (en geluk).

deze app heb ik al, zeer aan te raden  Agree! Ik gebruik hem meerdere keren per dag. Sinds de laatste update (of eentje daarvoor) kun je ook zien of de prijs van een bepaalde coin gestegen of gedaald is t.o.v. de vorige keer dat je keek volgens mij, aangezien sommige waardes nu rood gekleurd zijn of juist groen gekleurd.
