961  Economy / Reputation / Re: Are the campaign managers doing the job correctly? on: November 15, 2019, 04:04:36 PM
I think OP is referring to Negotiation who is right above my name in Bitvest Signature Campaign list managed by Hhampuz(most trusted campaign manager).

If this is the case, the Signature Campaign Terms are set by lightlord, who is the owner of BitVest(if I am not wrong). Hhampuz is just managing the campaign for lightlord. As per the campaign terms, Negotiation has not broken any rules, so he is eligible to be paid.

BTW, all reputed campaign managers know perfectly well how to manage a campaign.

Am i making sense to anyone or its just my mind rambling  Grin?
Makes perfect sense that's why mentioned that nobody will be ready to predict on 7/10. But I didn't think of how unfair it would be for Royse in 3/10 option.

@Royse 3/4 for 5x, 5/7 for 10x and 7/10 for 20x seems to be evenly matched for the better and the bookie.

By the way, for 3 selection 5x is very high in my opinion. It should be 3x maximum, it's up to you although. Anyway, I will bet of course.
I don't think that 5x for 3 selection is high. I would say it's optimal because this is fully based on luck almost no skill needed. You can say that India will win over Bangladesh in test match based on your understanding of the team but you can't predict whether a batsmen will score over 4 runs or below 4 runs in the next over.

-snip-
I will bet on all 10 market places and if i win any 3 of them i will be eligible for 5x profits
Allowing to bet 3 out of 10 options itself is risky enough for the bookie. If Royse let you bet on all 10 and pay you based on your correct prediction, Royse will get rekt in no time for sure.

Yeah, there is an inconsistency between the local rules and thread description. Member ranks can create new topics and reply in serious discussion but not in Ivory Tower. However, in Ivory Tower, member ranks can make a vote in polls, read, watch and get notified of posts.
964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏏🏏 Mutual betting & MutiBet IN SAME MATCH discussion & active Markets 🏆 on: November 14, 2019, 02:16:12 PM
There will be 9 to 10 markets to chose from. You will have options to make a selection of 3, 5 and 7 selections.
For 3 selection outcome will be 5x
For 5 selection outcome will be 10x
For 7 selection outcome will be 20x
There will be one market which you will have to pick a must like on the match#1 we had a Compulsory selection which was market #2

This sounds very reasonable to me  Smiley But I doubt anyone would go for seven selections.
So when are we having this next one? Just make sure that we atleast have a day before the bet time closes.

^ Now it's 60 for Bangladesh Tongue
Bangladesh has fixed a target of 151 runs in the first innings. They posted a better targets for India in T20s  Tongue
967  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 14, 2019, 04:44:44 AM
Looks like a batting disaster for Bangladesh after they won the toss and chose to bat first. Bangladesh are 12/2 after 8 overs
968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket 🏏 Mutual betting discussion and active betting pools 🏆 on: November 14, 2019, 04:33:45 AM
^ Thanks for answering this. Don't mind the off topic as long as one learnt something useful related to bitcoin.

By the way guys, as discussed with some of you - here is the topic for Bangladesh vs India 1st Test: 💰WIN 20x!💰 Multibet in the same match#1: India Vs Bangladesh 1st Test

Feel free to try your luck.

This was closed very early in my opinion (4-5 hours) Embarrassed
I see that the offers are for 1st innings. How about we try second innings? I think Little Mouse also missed the closing time. And picking up 8 out of 9 is a bit too much imho.
969  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trolls, delusions, dramas and a lot more in Indian local board on: November 14, 2019, 02:10:32 AM
Lmao drama over choosing a white man as an escrow? Could it get any more logical for the selection criteria of an escrow?  I thought only the reputation mattered but today I learned, skin color does!

So Darkstar is White? I didn't know, I thought Canada has both Blacks and Whites. See, racists are spread across the globe. In India, the stupid caste discrimination is predominant, but there is no discrimination based on skin colour as in other parts of the world. Wiki page says that because of the British colonization, Indians favour fair-skinned people. So, I see no racists thoughts here.

I got notified about the overlapping of my prediction price with someone else, by Heisenberg_Hunter on telegram. Nothing else trigged me to do so.

So did HH allow you to edit the post after the deadline? It's funny how you dance around the key issue.

Heisenberg informed about the price overlap openly to hacker1001101001 in the telegram group, where almost all the reputed Indian forum members are present. Nobody raised a concern regarding that in the telegram group. I am sure that most of the participants are aware of the case. So I don't see a problem here unless one of the participants raises a concern regarding this, not by some troll.

Feel free to check the reputation thread on Rotten Egg
Edit: I just saw that you have already checked the thread. Maybe it will be helpful for the others.

Akhjob is moving up as well. just hang on bro
Yeah bro. Considering that I have got 70+ merits in almost 3-4 months from 0 is good. Not great, but good  Cheesy I would say thanks to maggidromo bot. Speaking of which, usage of capital A in my username, didn't trigger maggidromo  Huh

By the way, will it be the first match with PINK color ball?
Congrats on your rank up buddy  Smiley BTW, this will not be first pink ball test played. It's the first for both India and Bangladesh. But the first international Pink Ball Test was played by Australia and New Zealand in Adelaide from 27 Nov to 1 Dec 2015. I think I had mentioned it earlier in this thread but with wrong dates.
972  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trolls, delusions, dramas and a lot more in Indian local board on: November 13, 2019, 10:06:23 AM
Hence we conducted the poll and many of them voted for DarkStar_ (probably we trusted DarkStar_ more with the money since they were very much experienced in handling escrows). There was a tie between DarkStar_ and legendster and since even legendster himself has favored DarkStar_ we went for DarkStar_ to be the escrow.

Actually, there is no tie between Darkstar_ bad legendster. Darkstar_ and legendster had 10 votes each. But I made a vote on don't use MultiSig and suggesting Darkstar_ to be the escrow. So, Darkstar_ is the winner of the poll with 11 votes.

No need for MultiSig considering the small amount of funds. Since, the vote is limited to one. I'll chose Darkstar, as he is trusted and volunteered for our initiative without any issues. I don't mind Chronicsky or stedsm holding the aswell.

Now I get the feeling that nobody considered my vote  Undecided

Everyone's opinion is accepted and you are welcome to do so.
He he just kidding. I have no hard feelings  Tongue
973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 12, 2019, 04:06:49 AM

sorry if it is a novice question but in the last India Bangladesh match the odds were really low for India and hence i did not participate in the betting pool.

Actually, the odds for India in the mutual betting for the 3rd T20 is the best, ~1.9 (mainly because of Royse's 1.5 mbtc bet on Bangladesh)  compared to other sportbooks which offered ~1.1 to 1.3. For Bangladesh, its was ~2 here, while sportbooks offered around 5 - 6. So, if you had made a bet on India here and made a bet on Bangladesh on other sportbooks, you would have had profit irrespective of who ever wins  Smiley

And the image posted by Royse, is how the current betting pools work and ofcourse without the commission, which Royse didn't take, didn't check though  Tongue

Guys, correct me if I'm wrong.

@Royse, your current idea, seems interesting let's see how many are interested and how it unravels. I'm interested for sure.

Oh I'm already using 1 sat/byte only  Grin Once again thanks for the help Smiley

977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 10, 2019, 04:38:38 PM
Lol. This is easily one of the silliest statements I have read recently. When it comes to current performance levels, India is one of the top contenders in every format of Cricket. Everyone seems to be forgetting the fact that India is experimenting with youngsters currently.

Once Bumrah, Kohli, Jadeja, Shami, MSD etc get back into the squad, they will obviously be far stronger and a force to reckon with. New Zealand are riding on luck majority of the time while England is the only team that poses a serious threat to them in the upcoming World Cup in my opinion.

Kohli, Bumrah, Shami, Jadeja and Dhoni are undoubtedly great players. But can they make a big difference when it comes to T20s? I don't think so.

When I was thinking that India is going to lose this match for sure due to Naim's innings, there goes 2 wickets. Rahim and Mithun gone. Naim still in crease. BAN need 65 of 41 balls. There is still a slight chance for BAN to win this match.
978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 10, 2019, 02:39:41 PM
I think you are missing out Australia and India here. Both are equally strong contender for the T20 worldcup. Secondly in T20, a slightly weaker teams also have the chance because it only 20 overs a side. That's why no one can be sure so early on who will win the T20 world cup.
Tbh, Australia yeah ok, but I wouldn't consider India in that league when it comes to T20s. India lacks hard hitters imho. In ODI and Tests, India has the perfect combo. And yeah, even an underling can outperform in T20s if luck favours them.

So, Rahul gone after scoring 52, excellent innings. He lost his wicket after changing his bat. Am I being superstitious  Huh
Shreyas Iyer giving me hope that India will cross 160, back to back sixes and fifty
IND 128/3 in 14.5 overs.
979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 10, 2019, 02:13:53 PM
Just checked the highlights of NZ vs ENG and have to say both teams are way ahead of other cricket playing nations in the T-20 format or ( they both are equally bad which i don't believe) the only team comes close to them is the Australian team, rest of the teams are just pure shit as far as fighting spirit and attitude are concern in the shorter format.

So true, Both NZ and ENG are far beyond other teams. I am expecting the T20 WorldCup finals to be played between the two teams unless other teams improve their current form.

Coming to the IND vs BAN T20 match, India already lost Rohit and Dhawan. Shreyas was dropped when he was at 0. All the wickets from Shaiful Islam. I still hope that India can post a good target of 160+ runs. Let's see how it goes  Smiley

Edit: IND 71/2 in 10 overs.
980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Mutual betting pool] India vs Bangladesh 3rd T20I on: November 10, 2019, 07:17:37 AM
Nice to see you. I thought no one else will be here. By the way, please add your receiving address here as well so that Royse can send the rewards without further interruption.
The pool is now quite equal for both the party.
Oh, I would have made a bet on the other matches too, but completely forgot about them when the match started. But I am glad that I didn't bet on the NZ vs ENG match otherwise I would have started with a loss  Grin. Moreover, I hope Royse will be the one conducting these mutual bettings, so I plan on keeping the funds with Royse and make bets until I lose everything Tongue That's why I didn't add my receiving address. Hope he is ok with that   Smiley
