3181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you expect the Altcoin rally? on: January 09, 2021, 05:26:33 PM
If we'll look at the past bull run, the altcoin rally started after the Bitcoin dominance but it doesn't mean that it isn't the best time to invest with altcoins yet. It's actually a reasonable time to accumulate more because anything could happen anytime soon especially when the Bitcoin correction starts.
3182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tips to find new gem on: January 09, 2021, 04:09:32 PM
hey folks, i'm new in crypto and want learn more about this. As BTC has already pump a lot i'm trying to find a new gem with a low marketcap which can have a decent run in the following years. I can read sometimes some people picked some coins and did a lot of profit, and i was wondering how they can do to detect a coin with a lot of potentiel. I started to search but to be honest i don't know where to start. I was wondering if some people could share their experiences and how to be able to detect a coin Smiley

Welcome to Bitcoin world, Op. If you're looking for a long term investment, it's better if you'll choose coins with a strong foundation and top coins would be the best choice. You can check which coins have shown good potential for years. It's better to do research about your choice of coin before investing so you'll be able to analyze its possible market movements.
3183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Attention: Biden has officially won, make sure your sportsbook pay you. on: January 09, 2021, 02:59:24 PM
I don’t know who needs to see this but hey it’s finally over as Biden has officially won, and now your sports book can no longer hide or make any excuses about not releasing your payment if you had wagered on Biden. It’s been a long stressful waiting period for you’ll, but now make sure that you’re paid, or post here if the casinos don’t pay so we all can know that they’re a scam site, and we all can then stay away from them.

It has been a long agony of waiting for Biden betters and they honestly deserve to get paid accordingly. The results have been released and although bad things happened, Trump and his supporters should accept their defeat. Our local sportsbook has released the payments a few days ago and that's a good thing. I hope that everyone who bet for Biden would get their rewards as well.
3184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler who manages to beat the casino on: January 09, 2021, 01:58:48 PM
Awesome!! Placing those people who manages to beat and break a casino and win every huge amount of money was really awesome and quite inspirational for those people who are aspiring to become a professional gamblers someday.
Don Johnson was really one of the gods that I am idolizing since day 1 because his ability and skills are pure and how he manage every round whenever he plays was superb.

I don't think they're inspirational because they've won for cheating and that has negative consequences. We could be charged for that. I guess they did an effective strategy but I guess it wasn't fair that casinos have caught them doing it. It's better to win in casinos fairly than to face charges by cheating.
3185  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ❗ Security Reminder on: January 08, 2021, 03:56:17 PM

At least have some portion of our BTCs na nakatabi sa mga non-custodial wallets.

3186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't want to be found; stop searching. on: January 08, 2021, 02:45:53 PM
He's keeping his identity in private and that needs respect. It is given that we're all curious about him but it seems like he wants a private life and we should all accept that. He should've shown up in the beginning if he really wants to be exposed. He has his own reason and whatever it is, I'm sure that it's for his own safety.
3187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are your Bitcoins safe? on: January 07, 2021, 05:47:59 PM
Our wealth or even Bitcoin investments would be nothing if we'll not be mindful or careful of our wallet passwords. There are ways to store our earnings safer such as using a hardware wallet which I have been doing for years. Entrust your private keys with a trusted person only or keep them well by at least writing it down on a piece of paper and secure it in a safe place so you won't have regrets in the future.
3188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Do Some People Still Ask For The Best altcoins? on: January 07, 2021, 04:15:32 PM
Some people want assurance so they're asking for other people's thoughts and opinions about potential coins and it's just the same as doing a simple survey and I don't see anything wrong with it. It will be another way for them to know what other coins they should trust. Seeking advice especially from market pros would be a good help in making decisions in the crypto world.
3189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I was not wrong to bought bitcoin. on: January 07, 2021, 02:28:49 PM
Congratulations to you and it only proves that brave people could gain a good profit when it comes to Bitcoin investment. It was really risky but as long as you trust the capability of Bitcoin, you'll surely earn something. Let's all hope that Bitcoin could reach more than $40k these coming days. BTC movement is unpredictable and it's making things more exciting.
3190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember when ETH was $1400 a few years ago then crashed to $70 as BTC crashed? on: January 07, 2021, 01:23:34 PM
ETH really is a shitcoin with no intrinsic value. Its not a store of value since when bitcoin crashes 20% then ETH crashes 50%. When Bitcoin rises ETH barely follows, ETH is still 65% down compared to the recent BTC rise.

2018: Bitcoin $19000, ETH $1400
2021: Bitcoin $32000, ETH $1000

If you stayed in ETH you have lost more money than Enron. ETH is a scam.

There is alot of new projects that do everything better than ETH or will in the future. Let us find something better than ETH that we can all buy for cheap now have a giant distribution for everyone and then go to the moon! No need to make ETH devs and people owning 50000 ETH rich for sucking $20 transaction fees out of us.

If we'll keep on comparing Bitcoin and Ethereum, we'll surely get lost on the right track. These two are different and they both have good potential. Their movement isn't as uniform as what we expect. Ethereum's price doesn't always rely on Bitcoin. I wouldn't personally look for a coin that is better than Ethereum because as for me, it isn't a scam since its foundation is already firm.
3191  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you'll do when BTC price will go down heavily and fast? on: January 06, 2021, 05:06:55 PM
I'll take it as another opportunity to buy and accumulate more again. We should take every market situation as an opportunity to earn instead of panicking. I'll also buy altcoins since the altcoin season will surely approach right after the ATH of Bitcoin. We shouldn't end things in selling but rather think of new ways to earn through investing again.
3192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling advertising monitored closely on: January 06, 2021, 04:37:02 PM
Gambling advertisements like that should undergo a certain review so it won't affect or even attract young viewers to gamble. However, we should also take full responsibility to teach young people about the bad effects of gambling at an early age. I guess they also didn't mean to advertise for young viewers only. It's just that they couldn't filter every ad for young viewers.
3193  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a good time to get in or not on: January 06, 2021, 05:50:09 AM
Can one still dare to invest in Bitcoin when price is skyrocketing this high? I remember that some invested in Bitcoin at 20,000$ and the whole market started crashing on them, before they could pull out their money it's already too late and till today they haven't recovered their money, is this a good time to get in or it's already too late?
'

It's not too late for you because if you're knowledgeable enough to face the risks of the market, you will still be able to take it as an opportunity to take profit. If you have the guts to trust the coin that you're investing with, then why don't you invest while you could still afford it? Take the risk if you can so you won't have regrets in the future but you have to be mindful of the amount that you're planning to invest. Invest what you could only afford to lose.
3194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: want to invest .. on: January 06, 2021, 05:05:50 AM
Invest with top coins with a strong foundation so you'll never have regrets in the future. Starting with a little amount of capital is better than having a huge capital without enough knowledge. The best thing that you can do before investing is to learn about the risks and advantages of investing in cryptocurrency. You should know when to enter and when to exist in the market. It's actually a long process of learning.
3195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: January 06, 2021, 04:24:20 AM
What would you name yourself, a regular spinner or a high roller?

[/quote]

I'm just a regular spinner and I don't see myself as a high roller because I don't bet more than what I could only afford to lose. I just gamble for entertainment and I don't want to risk everything that I have for the hope of gaining higher than the regular profit that I could gain in gambling. However, there's nothing wrong with being a high better or high roller as long as we could handle it well.
3196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Had you sold your Bitcoins ? on: January 05, 2021, 06:25:28 PM
I already sold out all my Bitcoins, and other crypto.

I don't want to risk. i would buy Bitcoin again when it visits $6000 again, maybe next year.

What about you?

I had sold it when it reached $33k because that's my target price this year and I'm glad that Bitcoin didn't fail my expectations. I have sold my XRP right before the issue involving it has existed but I'm still holding other altcoins because altcoin season is just about to approach so we have to accumulate more as long as we still have the chance to buy.
3197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the point of so many cryptocurrencies? on: January 05, 2021, 05:17:49 PM
Simply because anyone is free to launch their cryptocurrency. Most of them are aiming to reach the achievements of Bitcoin and others are just scams. We also have the freedom to choose what coin to buy and what to ignore so we better not waste our time and attention on inactive coins because they only serve as market distractions.
3198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: January 05, 2021, 04:08:37 PM
You may not believe it but every time I got my weekly payment, I bought at least 1 or 2 books to be added to my mini-library. I started collecting books a few months ago because before that, every time I got the weekly payments I only buy some foods and snacks but now I spent most of it on the books and I have more than 20 books now from my signature earnings.

You're using your funds right and I admire you for that. Signature campaigns aren't forever so we have to be wise. Every time I receive my signature campaign payment, I just use it to buy altcoins and just hold them so I would have holdings and investments in the future. I have tried it in my previous signature campaign earnings and I'm glad that it has grown so far.
3199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH hits $1000 on: January 04, 2021, 04:15:19 PM
Lucky are those people who have invested in ETH. It will surely rise higher in the coming days. It might sound too speculative but we shouldn't underestimate the capability of Ethereum as it's one of the best coins that always exceeds our expectations. It has been a great price since the last Ath last 2017.
3200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Experience As A Bounty Hunter on: January 03, 2021, 06:33:39 PM
That's the spirit of a real bounty hunter. Keep going despite all the failures that you might face because bounty hunting isn't always rewarding and fruitful. We should always expect the possible worst scenario as we join bounty projects and just continue grinding in case we encounter projects that don't pay off our efforts. Failure is always a part of this field but it could teach us lots of lessons that would be beneficial to us in the end.
