3601  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: July 24, 2018, 12:37:58 AM
Nearly one billion dollars has entered bitcoin today according to cryptonic news item. This week has seen btc doing very well and all are excited.I know most people have individual plans for a moment like this, let's hear yours.

It is really a start of something new and a breath of fresh air for hodlers who are waiting for the bull market. I believe that as the market recovers, many people would go wild and would hodl longer to reach the best market value. As for me, we should wait a little more and let's all gain better.
3602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just RELAX, it will be OK! on: July 23, 2018, 10:07:11 PM
Why are people panic selling right now? Scared of a little regulation? That is bull! G20? All they might do is AML prevention. If you are not laundering money, nothing will happen to you!! And we don't want money launders in our midst anyway! Chillax, it will be OK!

There is nothing to fear about the dip because as we have our hodlings and as we wait for the right time to sell, we'll surely get a good profit in time. Better have a little more patience and don't feel disappointed about uncertain losses because as the market recovers, you'll still have a good gain.
3603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Starts To Rise on: July 23, 2018, 09:42:45 PM
Long-term investors can buy ETH while it is relatively cheap.

Read Bokka Crypto Technical Analysis ETH/USD 05.06.18: https://bokka.com/cryptocurrency-news-ethereum-starts-to-rise/

Ethereum is good for long term investment so I bet it is really advisable to buy this early as long as the prices are low. As the bull market comes, ethereum would surely give us a good profit. Better wait because all our patience would have a good result. Patience is a key no matter what coin are we hodling.
3604  Economy / Economics / Re: why the state does not print a lot of money? on: July 23, 2018, 08:58:58 PM
why the state does not print a lot of money? than debt to other countries. is not it easier to make money than debt and ultimately burdens the state?

whether if printing money will have an impact on the money itself? or will it impact the value of the money in the eyes of the world?

Everything has it's limit and it is also stated in the law of money that there should such control for it. If US would print a lot of money, I think the supply and demand would have a trouble. There should always be a limit to balance everything specially in the world market.
3605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost over 80k because i sold too early (newbie mistake) on: July 23, 2018, 08:31:21 PM
A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.

i learned my lesson in the hard way..

We could really learn though our mistakes and experience. It is still better that we'll commit mistakes in the beginning so that we can do better afterwards. Don't lose hope becsuse of your mistakes but rather take it as a lesson and a challenge to do better on your next trading.
3606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for guides on Cryptocurrency Trading on: July 23, 2018, 08:08:07 PM

Anyone have any personal experience with these types of guides would be highly appreciated as I have started traded a decent volume over at bitfinex

Thanks everyone in advance, best regards, Dean.

It is a good thing that you show an eagerness to learn trading. There are lots of ways to learn the basics and fundamentals of  trading here in cypto world. You could try reading threads about it or watch videos in youtube but I also advise you to try trading because I've learn through experience as well.
3607  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: July 23, 2018, 07:51:21 PM
I'm not one who would invest in precious metals, but I have noticed that a good amount of the older generations are pretty keen in investing in these metals. They see it as a way to bet against the market, and a security that will always be safe -- even in the times of a market downturn/country failure as a whole.

I personally wouldn't even want to buy these metals in those events, as I don't see the reason to. I'd rather invest in securities that go up when the market shits itself (Payroll lending companies and so on and so forth)

Does anyone here know the reason behind people loving precious metals?

Old people are not aware or don't have enough knowledge about the advanced technology that's why they also don't know the use of digital money. They choose to invest in gold and silver because it is a well known investment for decades already. They would choose to invest in a tested one.
3608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Failure of trading on: July 23, 2018, 06:16:01 PM
share experiences, Buying and Selling Bitcoin when prices are high is risky. surely a bitcoin trader has experienced the name of loss on bitcoin so how big is your nominal loss in bitcoin trading in your life? and is there any suggestion to reduce or avoid loss on bitcoin Huh?

I know that trading is risky and I had that not so good experience about it. I bought a coin durinv the ico and sold it after being listed in an exchange without knowing that it would rise higher. I didn't have a good profit because I didn't wait for the right time to sell.
3609  Economy / Economics / Re: Now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition on: July 23, 2018, 05:43:14 PM
Eight months ago, my financial situation was not good at all,
I work that way, My income was about 45 to 50 dollars in the month,
I was disappointed with my income
Than a friend of mine suggested me to work with cryptocurrency. But I had no idea about cryptocurrency. Gradually, I learned to understand a lot about cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency gave me success in life, Now my income is 800 to 1500 dollars per month. Now I am very happy and now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition

We almost have the same story and it is amazing to look back in time in how bitcoin has changed our lives. I was also having a hard time and bad experience with my previous job when bitcoin came and change everything. Things got better and my financial status also became better than before.
3610  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning Crypto trading as a beginner on: July 22, 2018, 07:09:00 PM
So many persons learn Crypto trading through the hard way, with no guidance from any angle and I happen to be among these categories of persons... And one thing I understand is that, those that learn through hard ways always do best!

So many persons sees trading as one big thing that requires a lot of time to learn, the fact is that anything that involves money requires an attention and sometimes we often get scared of losing our money.
But the truth is that Crypto trading is very easy compared to forex/stock-market.

You can learn Crypto trading on your own without any help from anyone, but you can't do this with forex/stock-market.

The best way to learn about Crypto trading is to play around with the market with a small amount of money.

Or if you have any altcoin, you can spare some unit, take it to the market, do some buying and  selling, do it over and over again, it doesn't necessarily mean you must buy the same altcoin. Buy other altcoins.
If  you can keep up with this within a 2weeks, You will see results.

Contributions from other Crypto Trader is higher welcome but please avoid spamming.

Having an eagerness and willingness to learn all the basics and diferrent strategies of trading would be an effective thing for us to learn. It is important that we'll search for an effective tool to learn. Reading topics about trading here would be an effective way to learn more. You could also try watching videos in youtube about cryptocurrency.
3611  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: July 22, 2018, 06:21:07 PM
A lot of people in recent days have started to look into digital currency, but here is the question — where and how can you possibly spend your bitcoins and altcoins?BTC

I am honestly still hodling my bitcoin and altcoins for I believe that the bullmarket is coming and I don't want to regret anything when that time comes. If ever I'll have a good profit in bitcoin , I would want to reinvest hald of it again and I would save the other half for our expences and necessities.
3612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why are people afraid to invest in cryptocurrency? on: July 17, 2018, 04:55:37 PM
Some times I usually think of the reason people are afraid of investing in cryptocurrency, despite the its value and durability, cryptocurrency is a standards investment that will always give the investor the chance of becoming a millionaire due to its appreciative nature, people fail to understand the fact behind cryptocurrency investment, most times the people trying to invest may not have a maximum knowledge of cryptocurrency.

People are not actually afraid to invest in crypto, in fact , if they will get to know that it is profitable, a lot of them would definitely decide to invest in it. However, since people lack in knowledge and information about crypto, they will surely doubt about it. Knowledge and understanding about crypto is what people really need.
3613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign are wastage of time? on: July 17, 2018, 03:39:15 PM
Guys do you think bounty are campaign wastage of time because of we take particiapate in bounty campaign it take 2 to 4 month time the end up and after end the bounty campain it would distribute the token after more 1 to 2 months.
So isn't wastage of time? After taking token you dont know what is the value of token or it is available in exchange or not.

It depends upon the campaign that you have joined. There are really unsuccessful projects around us and we can't do anything about it. However, that doesn't necessarily means that bounty campaigns are just waste of time because some projects and bounties are paying too much.
3614  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: July 17, 2018, 03:00:37 PM
Our brain is hardwired to go into a fight or flight mode under stress, resulting in emotional responses like greed (taking too large risks), anger, fear (panic-closing) or fear of missing out. While this is a good thing when fighting lions in the savannah, it is a horrible thing when trading, and you need to make smart decisions and keep to your plan to keep making profits.
This topic will focus on how to get rid of emotions while trading, or at least make the best decisions which are not based on emotional responses of our ape brain. So how can we achieve that?

1 with good preparation
2 with checklists
3 with process orientation
4 with active emotional detachment

Good preparation:
If you watch a Football game or a Boxing match usually the team or player wins that has done the better preparation. The same goes with trading. Accumulate knowledge about the subjects of trading as much as possible. Start with small amounts and small leverages until you really know what you are doing. Be consistent, create good habits early on and keep them up. Make sure that you are mentally fit, live healthy, eat well, sleep enough and regularly, and exercise enough. Have a schedule. Track your preparation, track your results and analyse them. What were mistakes you could avoid in the future?

Checklists:
When things go down and away, it is always good to have a checklist. For example: surgeons usually have checklists that prevent them to go off the rails while performing a complicated procedure. Their checklists makes it absolutely clear in which order they need to perform what step, which frees up mental brain power for the actual process. So from your past make checklists what made your trades profitable and focus on those kind of trades that have done well in your past.

Process Orientation:
With the checklist, we should be able to make good trades more often than not. All we need to do now is focus our metal brain power on the process and not on the outcome. As we have built enough expertise and a checklist that we follow, we focus on rules and our discipline, not on the outcome of a single trade, because as we all know one trade can always be good or bad, independent of how well it was thought out.

Active emotional detachment:
There is something called Tilt in Poker. Some players will actively try to insult players after bad beats to make the go tilt, or "emotional". This will result in very bad decision making. Maybe you remember Zinedine Zidane in his very last World Cup Game, head butting the italian player and getting sent of the pitch with a red card. The worst possible outcome. TILT.
If you still feel like you get emotional about trades, there are a few things you can do: Lowering your margins, lowering your leverage, take a break, breathing exercises, watch your favorite series or listen to music. Get a little distance to your trades, before continuing. NEVER trade on TILT.

How are you dealing with your emotions? Anything to add or to take away from this?

It is important that we know how to control and handle our emotions durimg trading because panicking or having a negative mind won't help us earn a good profit but might lead us to uncertain decisions. We should know how to keep calm during trading for us to make right things right.
3615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be calm when the market falls on: July 17, 2018, 11:47:30 AM
One strategy that works best in times of fall in the market is to remain calm, and not allow yourself to be blown by panic. Just hold the tokens with large caps and even if possible, buy more tokens and hold. For some coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum, it is always certain that whenever there is a fall, there is definitely going to be a rise.

What will you do when the market falls?

I agree with you. The market is actually starting to recover and it is already a good news for us. The best thing to do right now is just to keep our hodlings safe and have more patience towards it. If we would want to maximize our gain , we better learn to wait for the best time to sell.
3616  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Economy Grow Forever? on: July 17, 2018, 10:50:48 AM
Few people are trying to claim ignorance. They trust that the Earth's assets are boundless and that a bean stalk can develop to the sky. Or on the other hand maybe they know somewhere down in their heart that we are making a course for an ecological and monetary fiasco, one that they think only they will get by through minds, gold, and firearms.
Others accept intensely that innovation will safeguard us out once more, that smart primates will dependably locate another apparatus that will enable us to separate always stuff from the planet.
Up until this point. Changes in horticulture, back, government, assembling and transportation kept pace with the populace development.
The advancement in technology improved economy from past many years but do you think it will grow forever or their will be reduction in resources?

I believe yes but it still depends on the situation of a certain country. Some countries might have different economic situations depending on the contribution of the people and the leadership of the government. However, as an ordinary member of the society, we are all aiming for a good economy.
3617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 17, 2018, 09:58:46 AM

I have also the same experience where I spent a lot of time for the campaign. After doing all the tasks that they have asked me to do , I still got unpaid. I have waited for more than five months because they told us through their announcement that they are still waiting for something but I still got nothing.
3618  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time To Exit Trading on: July 16, 2018, 06:52:49 PM
People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

Accdg. To this site

  (contains also tips on trading)

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

As for me , the best time to leave or exit trading is when you have earned enough to sustain all your lifetime necessities. If you have fully enjoyed and experienced the goodness of the opportunities offered here in crypto world. If you have reached your target goal then it's for you to decide.
3619  Economy / Economics / Re: Does money make you rich? on: July 16, 2018, 06:28:06 PM
To me the answer is No. Money alone doesn't make an individual rich. A lot of people go to work everyday, working for money and making more money, but fail to become richer. Ironically, many only grow deeper in debt.we have all heard stories of lottery winners who are instantly poor again. Also there are cases of real estate going into foreclosure instead of making homeowners richer. We all know of persons who have lost money investing in the stock market. Maybe you are one of those individuals who have lost money investing on cryptocurrency,Bitcoin to be precise. Even investing in gold(real money) can cost the investor money

For all intents and purposes, it is not business, estates, stocks, bitcoin (crypto currency) or money that makes a person rich. It is information, wisdom, knowledge that makes one wealthy.

Yes, money could make us rich. The basis of getting rich these days is through earning a lot of money where we won't be needing to feel tired and helpless. Honestly, we are actually aiming to have a big amount money that could change our way of living that could make things easier for us to buy.
3620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to start buying bitcoins? on: July 16, 2018, 05:04:23 PM
Im a newbie both in this forum and the cryptocurrency subject, so I had been reading a lot and studying in the last couple weeks. But I still have some doubts. I always see people saying that there is a bubble in the bitcoin market and that there are many people who own big ammounts of bitcoins and can manipulate the market, so i dont know if now its a good time for a person who doesnt own any bitcoins yet to start buying then (i planned to hold them for a long time, not trading beetwenn exchanges) or if i should wait more. I also see fear about corrections and dont know well how those work and if they have an specific time to happen. Anyway, sorry for my bad english and thank you for the replies, even though I know im te only one responsable for my money.

For me yes, we must take advantage of the current situation of the market. The market might recover anytime soon and don't wait any linger where you won't be able to afford the value of bitcoin. It is a good thing that we'll all buy this early and just wait and hodl to earn better.
