3661  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A successful trader must be an educated trader? on: June 19, 2018, 04:07:41 PM
Is it true to state that every successful trader is an educated trader. We know how trading is tedious, reading of chart, analysing the market and making a decisive decision. Do you agree any successful trader must be an educated?

Education and deeper understanding is a must in this business. There are parts and aspects of crypto that would be needing enough knowledge as well. We might not need a degree here but we need enough education to cope up and adopt all the changes that we might encounter here.
3662  Other / Off-topic / Re: Backup is important on: June 19, 2018, 02:41:36 PM
Good day, just want to share my experience,
I am using 2fa as my security in my emails and exchange accounts, so one day I nearly lost my phone and that phone holds majority of my pins, 2fa, etc. so I thought I lost all, luckily I found the phone. So now I'm thinking of buying an extra phone for backup. What else do you recommend for backup?

I am using the same as well. I believe that it is really important that we have backups for our important files and accounts. I am also using another phone to secure some of my files. It is risky if we'll not secure our accounts and private keys so we better handle it properly and appropriately.
3663  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade or HODL? on: June 19, 2018, 01:48:32 PM
Hi guys, I have a couple of alts in my wallet right now and I want to gain profit.

I want to earn a profit while waiting for a better market value. Should I enter trading(where I don't have an idea on how to and where to start) or should I stick on HODLing my coins?

Looking at the market movement, is it a good time to start trading?

Is it risky or not an ideal move if I start to study trading using some of my holdings/alts?

I am eager to learn how to do trading(short-term or day-trading).

Any thoughts? TIA

At this moment, I think it is an advantage if we'll just hodl and wait for the right time to sell because I believe that we'll might just have losses if we'll sell this early. It is important that we'll have more patience and enough idea on when to sell and when to hodl at the right time. Patience is still a virtue.
3664  Economy / Speculation / Re: Perfect Time to Buy! on: June 19, 2018, 12:34:41 PM
With all the good news coming out in favor of bitcoin like Expedia accepting bitcoin etc it's time to buy with the price going down. You will not be so lucky next week. I strongly believe it's going to reach $700 by end of next week!

Yes , it os actually the best time to purchase bitcoin and other altcoins. As for me, there's a big possibility that the market could fully recover soon so we must not waste time but to take advantage of the market now and buy as early as we could. Better buy this early than to have future regrets.
3665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: June 19, 2018, 07:22:31 AM
Hi all,
I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.
Thanks

I remain calm and steadfast during the market fall because I believe that panicking might just result to wrong decisions and mistakes that might also lead to serious losses. It is better that we'll just wait for the right time. We should just have patience so that we'll have a chance to maximize our gain.
3666  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: June 19, 2018, 06:11:57 AM
An economy is a zone of the production, appropriation, or exchange, and utilization of merchandise and enterprises by various operators. Comprehended in its broadest sense, 'The economy is characterized as a social area that underlines the practices, talks, and material articulations related with the production, utilize, and administration of assets'. Monetary specialists can be people, organizations, associations, or governments.

The economy in our country needs proper handling and attention because despite of it's growth, the means of living is getting high here as well and poor people are getting poorer. I think it os important that as the economy grows, the people must always live a lighter way of living.
3667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why do altcoins follow bitcoin? on: June 19, 2018, 04:47:57 AM
Why is it that the moment BTC starts to sway, the other coins follow suit. It would be hard for everyone to sell that much at the same time. It seems beyond just panic selling. They seemed to be directly linked. Inf-fact, BTC going down should increase and encourage altoins as they raise in value compared to BTC as it falls so why this uniform sell off? Something seems weird about that to me. Any real theories, or explanations?

Knowing bitcoin as the father of all coins, it is just normal to follow it's value. It is known to be the first cryptocurrency and it's at the top of all coins so it is just normal for altcoins to follow it. Bitcoin has a big impact in the flow of the market of all the altcoins.
3668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: June 18, 2018, 07:10:08 PM
It is needful to say that before the completion of a magnificent building, it starts from the foundation, therefore, to excel as a crypto enthusiast you must start from the foundation, which is through the acquisition of knowledge.
I will not deny the fact that learning is a continuous process, but whoever is coming newly into crypto, should try as much as possible to learn first the rudiments before venturing into any aspect of crypo in order to avoid making costly mistakes.
What you already know cannot be taken away from you...
So, start from the foundation today and get the best from the crypto space.

Knowledge is our number one capital in this kind of business. It is important that we'll have an enough idea of what we are doing first before we proceed to a certain process. We must also learn through our experience specially in trading where experience is a means of  learning.
3669  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you spend less bitcoin/alts now? on: June 18, 2018, 06:19:09 PM
I hold bitcoin and I was thinking if it was going up I would spend some, just a little bit, as a way to cash in my profits. But with the current market I just hold, I don’t want to spend my coins at such a cheap price because it will feel like a loss to me.

Do you feel the same way? What are your thoughts?

I don't want to have any losses this early so no matter how tempted I am, I am still trying not to spend my earnings. I believe that the market would recover soon so I might just have bigger losses if I sell in this dip. I am very much willing to wait and gain better than to sell and gain nothing.
3670  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimum amount to start trading? on: June 18, 2018, 05:42:39 PM
What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?

I don't have even a minimum amount when I started with trading. I just used the rewards I've got from bounty campaigns that I have joined which I find so useful for me to have something to hodl and gain a better profit. Patience and positivity is my capital here.
3671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam coins everywhere. on: June 17, 2018, 04:13:32 PM
It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

I agree, I believe that it is important for us to know about our hodlings well so that we won't regret anything afterwards. However, we can't really get rid of scam coins from unsuccessful ICOs sometimes though it is really disappointing. We should just learn how to deal with these kind of situations.
3672  Economy / Speculation / Re: Right time to buy bitcoin "again" ??? on: June 12, 2018, 04:56:27 PM
Is there first if bitcoin Will incur rise? After a few weeks of downtrend, is this a good time to add investment to bitcoin?

It's right on the dip, or still There will be a second, third or even worse dip?

Give your opinion on this.
Thanks

Yes , it is actually the best time to buy again because the value of bitcoin today is lower than usual which means the we could maximize our gain by purchasing at the right time. It is just important that we always know when to sell and when to buy if we really want to earn better.
3673  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I become a Crypto day trader? on: June 12, 2018, 04:18:58 PM
What tools are you using to manage your daily trading? Which strategies are working best?

There are things that you have to learn in order to do trading successfully. You must have the eagerness and willingness to adopt all the changes here in crypto world. You should learn how to handle your emotions as well since there is no permanent value here in crypto world. Lastly, have patience.
3674  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: June 12, 2018, 01:24:51 PM
What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?

Why not? There are lots of potential coins these days. Most coins nowadays rates under 1$ and I don't see any negative thing about investing in it because most tokens which has grown so much before were also valued below 1$. It just depends on our patience. We should also look for the best token to buy.
3675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I give up earning money from ICO on: June 12, 2018, 12:44:30 PM
I know I have responsibility for my money. It's my choice and I don't hate anybody, I just hate myself

It's just a wrong choice for you but it's not a bad life. You should keep on trying and must not lose hope this early because good things are about to come. Just keep on hoping for the best. We may fail a couple of times but you should still have patience because good things shall come to those who wait.

I don't have any specific strategy these days. I just handle my emotions because it is quite depressing to see the market in red and to see the prices drop down. I just keep calm and trying to get rid of panicking. I keep on buying alts as long as the prices are low and hodl it until I reach the best target.
3677  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: June 12, 2018, 09:33:49 AM
If countries issue their own crypto-exchange system USAcoin, CHINAcoin, ROSSIAcoin, GBcoin, etc. Do you think which of them will initially be expensive and will show growth?

That's a good idea and it would still be useful as well for most of us users and investors to have it in our countries because knowing that cryptocurrency is valuable these days, it is important that we'll have a single representation of digital currency in our country. I would love to have it and it would surely make easier transactions.
3678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: June 12, 2018, 08:54:56 AM
Hello guys. I just want to ask for your opinion or an advice.
I started trading since May 2017. I calculated all my loss, I already lost 50% of my capital  Sad. Some coins are still in hold.
I just want to ask what can you give to me an advice or any learnings  about trading. I'm using bittrex.

I think it is too early for you to be hopeless about it. You aren't the only one who's having the same situation. I think you should just stay positive and just continue hodling because good things would still come soon. Don't lose hope because the market would still recover soon and you could still gain a good profit.
3679  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 11, 2018, 06:46:57 PM
I read this article, but I want to see opinions, would you sell all your alts to have only bitcoin now ? I don't think this is recommended

https://cointelegraph.com/news/buy-bitcoin-sell-your-altcoins-says-pioneering-wall-street-blockchain-analyst

I think it is not advisable knowing that hodling altcoins would also provide us a better profit. Why don't we just invest half for alts and half for bitcoin. Through it, we would be able to maximize our gain. It is important that we know how value alts just like bitcoin because it could also provide us a good earning.
3680  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are common mistakes and problems of the traders? on: June 11, 2018, 05:53:58 PM
Hello traders!

I am new here in this forum I don't have more knowledge about tradings, but I think maybe someday if I will given a chance to do trading I think I should try it. So I always read articles about tradings and also I read threads here in our forum about trading discussion. However I would like to ask all traders here that have more experiences about trading if what was the common problems that encountered of an ordinary traders?  And what was the common mistakes had you ever experienced and how could you manage this problem and mistakes?

Can you share your thoughts and experiences about tradings.

Thank you in advance.

The common mistakes being commited by traders nowadays is being impatience. They are buying and selling at the wrong time. It is important that we know when to sell and when to buy. We should have more patience in hodling while the prices are low or else we'll have losses along the way.
