3581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 07, 2018, 01:50:58 PM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?

You're not actually the only one with the same situation. There are lots of people havig the same case as you. You are not actually losing it but rather the prices are just dropping down. If you would be strong enough to hodl until the market of the value ofbyour hodlings recovers, you would be able to gain higher than your losses.
3582  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: August 07, 2018, 12:54:49 PM
When you have got other sources of income then you can trade for emotional satisfaction. But, I am trading for money, as I don't have other sources of income. At this young age, I need a lot of money to support my family. So, If I can some, It would be good for my family.

I am a person who is actually trading to earn not just for emotional satisfaction but also to save something for the future. Yes, crypto trading has a big impact in an individual's life because it could be a help in sustaining our daily necessities. Through earning, we would be able to have an emotional satisfaction.
3583  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: August 07, 2018, 11:47:44 AM
The risk in the virtual currency market is the risk of losing some or all of its capital when the investor performs the investment or virtual currency transaction. Identify the risks before conducting a transaction, helping them to know the specific loss rate in each case of investment will be how to, minimum and maximum how to decide the scale of investment, the first time investment, time of investment completion, and other relevant factors.

The risk is necessary for us to take in order for us to gain the profit that we want. It is hard to invest if we'll limit our belief and our trust in the investment itself. We should be willing and be brave enough to take the risks if we would want to invest and earn. There is no easy way to success until we sacrifice something.
3584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to pick best signature campaign on: August 07, 2018, 11:09:47 AM
What criteria do you guys use to pick your signature campaigns.  With some of them lasting 2-3 months it seems like a critical decision and I'm not quite sure how to go about it.  With all the scams out there I am fearful of picking a junker which not only hurts me but the people looking at my promotions.  I would like to have one picked out for when I switch over to Jr Member.

It is really hard to find a good signature campaigns these days. The best thing to do is to do some series of research first  before joining a certain campaign. Make sure that you chose a campaign with a good ico and good platforms in future because the future of a token also depends in it.
3585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think, will BTC again jump in December? on: August 07, 2018, 10:18:55 AM
Hello Guys
I think, that will a BTC in next one or two months going down but, no so much, and then coming next jump. But this time, I think it will take longer and maybe will come also a new record resault. I will appreciate an expert comment.

I believe that bitcoin would repeat it's history and I believe that it could still go more. It didn't fail us before and I believe that it would never fail us again. As for me, bitcoin has proven us a lot and has the ability to break it's own record so trust it and I am so patience with my hodlings.
3586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward? on: August 07, 2018, 08:36:24 AM
Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

Bounty hunters sell their tokens early because they're afraid that they might lose or the token might drop down to lower value which may result to uncertain losses. I believe that it is important that they'll know the platform and the flow of an ico so that they won't regret anything when the value of their token rises up.
3587  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning day trading on: August 07, 2018, 07:38:59 AM
Recently I asked about day trading tips on this forum and got really nice response. Some one introduced me to Voodoo day trading community where I found perfect atmosphere to learn day trading and technical analysis: https://discord.gg/yBmNzRm  I have spent last whole week in the free channel in the group and learnt some interesting tricks and earned a decent amount of money.

Although free channel has helped me immensely so far but it feels like to reach the next level, I have to join paid channel. I wanted to ask that is it worth to pay for learning day trading or I could found free stuff instead? This forum has been a great help to me in past. I hope I will get some valuable feedback this time too.

There are ways to learn about day trading and it's for us to explore and find ways to learn about day trading. We should be willing to learn all the basics of trading so that we'll have enough knowledge when we do it in actual. Day trading is a great way to have a pasaive income so we must also try it.
3588  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government really scary? on: August 07, 2018, 02:58:38 AM
Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit
crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. But this world is not as simple as you think. They can kill you if you are demonstrating.
You can ask any vietnamese that : Do you support your government ? I bet 99% answer is never. 1% remaining I'm sure they are goverment employee or their family. Wink

The government is not actually really scary because I believe that they couldn't manipulate or control cryptocurrency. The government might have a big impact in the flow of the market or in every investors decision in every country but crypto will be crypto and the government can't control it.
3589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SLeepless nights doing bounty campaign is it worth it? on: August 06, 2018, 11:56:53 PM
I know that there are other members here working day and night doing bounty campaigns. But i think that doing bounty campaigns is not worth it especially if you had a lot of work during the day. Some are just boasting on their bounty campaign earning wherein fact maybe because they are lucky to receive those awards but somehow do not wish that you could be like them because some of the ICO project that you will going to work will not give bounty rewards and some of it will fail, or just pause. So no reason for sleeping late at night.

It depends on how you manage your time appropriately. As for me, doing bounty is all worth it specially if we're too patient to comply with the requested tasks. I believe that bounty campaign is a great way for us to earn better and save for a sustainbale future. It is all worth the effort because we could still recieve a reward for working for it.
3590  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you think its the right time to sell Bitcoin ? on: August 06, 2018, 11:22:02 PM
Do you think it will be the best time to sell as there are two kind of speculations one says the value of bitcoin will reach $20,000 by 2018 and there are also speculations that the bitcoin might go through a dump in upcoming days but i know we cannot believe into random predictions by random users due to the volatility of bitcoin but i need some suggestions whether to hold on to bitcoin or sell it out and invest some of it into altcoins and then wait for the price drop to reinvest into bitcoin which i am not sure will happen or not.

I think it would be risky to sell bitcoin now because as we can see, the valuenof bitcoin has been so unstable and shakey these days. It is important that we'll know when to sell and when to hodl. Selling in this kind of situation might just lead to uncertain losses.
3591  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the reasons you prefer investment in Bitcoin over other Cryptos? on: July 31, 2018, 08:26:15 PM
I believe investments in Cryptos are the priority for beginners. But most people like Bitcoin since it’s obvious, so are you like that? And if so then what’s the reason for your investment? My reason is that the potential is huge in this as compared to some others, but I do know that higher amount is required to gain more.

Here are some reasons by experts, and I agree most of these but like to see how many of you guys agree with. https://www.asiacryptotoday.com/reasons-you-should-invest-in-bitcoin/

I chose to invest in bitcoin over any other coins because it has passed all the tests of time and has proven me a lot. I know that bitcoin would never ever fail me so there is nothing to fear upon investing in it. I know that there are still lots of things that bitcoin might show us and we just have to be patient.
3592  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: July 31, 2018, 07:53:16 PM
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.

Bitcoin is the best coin I've known for years now and I am so happy to say that it has passed all the tests of time and has proven me a lot. It could really change lives and I could say that it's all worth our trust and time. If you would want to earn with bitcoins then yoi need to exert your time and effort for it.
3593  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do in this Dip on: July 31, 2018, 05:20:10 PM
At moment i have a large list of coins. most i had bought at prices low, while some i am taking a loss at moment.
with recent dips going on. some are below, as its now a buyers market
should i still eventually invest in more BTC? ETH and LTC

should i sell off some alt coins and re buy at a lower price, since everything is still falling?
thoughts?
thanks

The best thing that we could do during this dip when the prices are dropping down is just to hodl and wait for the market to recover. It may take a lot of time but it isn't hard though it would really test your patience. Wait and relax and just wait for your best profit.
3594  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: July 31, 2018, 05:07:48 PM
Bitcoin prices plunged from $4900 to $3300 withing pan of few days. Now some news-points from bitcoin world are claiming this price plunge was planned. Check following links:

https://news.bitcoin.com/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/

Now without going into whether above claims are true or not, my concern is "Isn't this is the right time to enter the bitcoin market or purchase few more". There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.
What do you think, is this is right time to buy some more bitcoins or wait and watch?

If it isn't now, then when? We should be wise and we should know how and when to buy bitcoins to have something to hodl. It is important that we'll maximize our gain through it. We should take advantage of the dip and just buy while we are waiting for the best situation of the market.
3595  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you should do when you lose most of money? on: July 31, 2018, 11:21:27 AM
Hello guys, there are always financial losses in the field of trading and this is a normal thing, but unfortunately there is a  category of traders does not accept these losses.  Plus, the not acceptance of the truth may affect them negatively like, psychological problems, stress .. and even on the next choices in trading, but this leads to a multiple and consecutive losses.

In fact,  the first and most essential thing to surpass the loss is "The acceptance of the truth"  and then you have to  " deal with it " in a good way.

Trust me, if you learn from your mistakes, then you will earn what you want.

I learned something very useful and I want to share it with all.

These are the 5 steps to make a financial profit (especially after a big loss) and even achieve your goal, they will be as the following ( like a plan)  :

Step 1 : What do I want to achieve? (Vision)
For example:
I want to earn 2 BTC within a year.

Step 2 : What is their  importance to me? ( Value )
For example: It is important to me because I am poor and I want to help my family in many things.

Step 3: How will I achieve it? ( Methods )
For example: I must have many strategies in each event ( crisis, pump )
..
..
Step 4 : What prevents me from achieving it? (Obstacles)
For example: time,  unexpected event, the fear , weak of self confidence...

Step 5 : How do I know that I  have achieved the success? (Measurement)
For example: ..
..

When I see 2 BTC in my wallet before one year.

Good luck to everyone . Smiley

Lossing money during an investment is just a part of the risk that we are taking upon investing. However, facing it would be challenging for there are also consequences as well. What we need to do is just to continue being brave  to take the risks and just continue trying until we have a good gain.
3596  Economy / Economics / Re: With Hackers everywhere, How safe is Cryptocurrency? on: July 31, 2018, 10:18:12 AM
Its no longer news that an ICO in Japan has lost over $400 million to hackers. They promised to pay back investors who invested in their ICO. Thsi is a huge loss. After I read that news, I began to wonder. How safe is Bitcoin and Other altcoins? What measures should we take to avoid being hacked ?

By simply keeping your private keys in private, you would be able to secure your earnings and savings. It is risky if we'll get comfortable on sharing our private keys with anybody because honestly, it is the easiest way for hackers to steal our earnings. Be wise and don't trust people who you don't know well.
3597  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will you trade Bitcoin to buy Altcoins? on: July 31, 2018, 08:43:04 AM
I was looking at the possibility of investing in several Altcoins as part of my trading by selling off Bitcoins. I do feel that with proper planning and execution, the profits that could be reaped through these Altcoins by day trading in a week would be far superior to that of Bitcoin.

It is true I am talking in terms of a short term gain. BTC is certainly a long term investment but what about the short term gains? As an example, even if I invest in 1000 coins of IOTA or 10000 coins of NEM, I am assured of greater volatility in the market for these coins compared to that of BTC. If NEM makes a high on a particular day even by 0.05$ USD, I would make 0.05x10000 = 500$ USD in a day if I sell all my coins at that price.

Of course, trading does involve many other practical factors which make things not as simply as I write here. But being a pro I can simplify the complexity and say that it is certainly possible to make it so.

But will this not be a way to make decent income every day? When you invest in cryptocurrency, it is a need for one to continually observe the market trends. When one is able to understand the intricacies of the market then it is better that he takes up (day) trading.

After all it is important we make money on a regular basis apart from the long term investment isn’t it so?

I would if it needed but I would prefer to hodl bitcoins and tradw altcoins to have more of it. However, it still depends on what we are hodling. It still depends on how we handle our hodlings but as much as possible, it is better to hodl until the bull market comes again.
3598  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: July 31, 2018, 06:05:02 AM
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment? I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?

Crypto has imparted and had a great impact in my life since it has been another source of income for me. As for me, cryptocurrency could change lives and it is an advantage to have it because it could sustain our necessities. Having it as a mode of payment could also make things easier.
3599  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: July 30, 2018, 08:48:03 PM
We, as physically and intellectually healthy individuals, strive and survive to achieve our dreams, establish our roles in the society and fulfill our needs and wants. But in order to do this, we are also required to be financially healthy. The lingering fact is that money is not achievable as a single candy you can buy in the store. Sometimes, people risk their lives and reputation just to get a handful. Bitcoins are not officially a currency that you can just see in a certain country, that are being utilized and used. So, is dealing with bitcoins and other things related to it also puts us in a risky gamble?

I believe not. I have been through a lot with bitcoin and I am really thankful for having it. I could say that it is really one of the best things that made things easier in my life. As for me, all kinds of investments are risky and bitcoin is the one who worth all the risks because it could provide us better things in return.
3600  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crash recoveries are not moons on: July 30, 2018, 08:12:08 PM
It's irritating to see people saying that after a 20% crash (which happened a week ago or so), that 1 or 2% daily recoveries is a good sign for the market. It's not.

Most people are mistakingly know a little recovery as a moon when in fact, it is a recovery from a crash. As for me, I think people are just being to postive because they would really want the bull market or the moon to approach faster. Let's just also be hopeful about this as well.
