Telegram is the paradise of scammers. Often I get different types of airdrop or any tempting message from scammers. Sometimes I see that I have been added to different types of fake groups. To avoid all this, we have to control our greed. You can change the telegram setting if you want so that no one else can add you to the fake group.
Telegram has really been the largest place for scammers because they could simply hide their identities and fake everything there to fool people. I have joined lots of fake groups in Telegram before which has been a lesson to me not to be tricked by fake airdrops. I guess the best thing to do is to avoid joining telegram groups if we don't have an assurance if it's legit. |

current bullrun is very different from 2017. There is way more adoption and acceptance towards btc but it doesn't hurt to be careful. Don't cut your losses because you think its going to be same as 2017, it will not. Considering that KYC is not involved because I and some people prefer being discreet about our identity. So, how can we stop this, and I'd still have my secrecy? The reason why they see it that way is that they don't have enough knowledge about it and how criminals have been using it for their own purpose.
