2981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade + study = great combination on: March 16, 2021, 04:42:57 PM
I came across this article and definately want to share it with you: https://techbullion.com/best-5-crypto-social-trading-platforms/

It's worth reading if you would like to start crypto trading and don’t know from what and where to start.

Just imagine, “you simply let someone else develop the trading strategy for you by directly copying the exact same trades they make”. In addition, you can analyze and study the crypto market and strategies you followed, and interact with the traders.

I agree with the author's choice. Those platforms are interesting in their own way, and traders of different levels and with different goals can find the right platform.

Coinmatics is a new and fast-growing platform that will be good for beginners since it has a user-friendly UI and intuitive tools. I think almost everyone knows about eToro, and it is the best match for advanced users (just check their multi-functional platform). Zulutrade has a huge education base in addition to forex and copy trading. The fans of cloud-based systems will like Zagnaly and Shrimpy. I am fascinated by this discovery in our crypto world. What do you think about such crypto copy trading platforms? If you ised some of them I want to hear your experince.

It's true that trading and studying would work but I'm not familiar with the platforms that you have mentioned. Copy-trading I think is a risky thing to try. If we're really studying hard to know more about trading then we should have enough knowledge on how to make our own strategy and how to handle our funds. Copying wouldn't work well because the market movement isn't uniform. Trading is a long process of learning but we shouldn't always rely on other's techniques and decisions.
2983  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 16, 2021, 01:32:16 PM
The bigger the risk, the higher the profit. Trading is almost like gambling and the only difference is, skill is necessary for trading. As long have we're holding and trading a potential coin, we should be brave enough to take the risk in trading especially if our funds aren't big enough. Huge funds aren't necessary when we're just beginning because it's important that we'll familiarize the basics of trading first but if you're aiming for a higher profit, you could take the risk and add more capital.
2984  Economy / Economics / Re: holding bitcoin from early 2010 till today on: March 14, 2021, 06:32:29 PM
is there someone holding  bitcoin from early 2010   when the price is around 0.01 and still not selling today?    just wondering?

One of this is the creator Satoshi Nakamoto, no one are claiming and posting their wallets that they are one of the pioneer, the temptation to sell at 1000% profit is very high, if there are people besides Nakamoto who is still part of the early holders, it's either they forgot they have it, or forgot their keys or loss it.

I'm sure that wherever he is, he has lots of Bitcoin holdings and since he's the creator, he knows its capability and potential to strike higher in the future. There were holders who bought BTC last 2010 but sold it last 2017's bull run and we can't blame them because that's already a huge profit. There are also holders who bought in 2010 and still holding it right now. They're lucky enough to get a huge profit but I guess they wouldn't expose themselves publicly.
2985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: March 14, 2021, 04:52:24 PM
That's actually one of the lessons that I have learned in crypto trading especially when I have sold my holdings at a lower price due to panicking. Sometimes, we really have to trust the potential and capability of our coins and we should also learn how to handle our emotions. There are actually instances where unexpected coin could boom in time so patience is really important.
2986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: March 14, 2021, 04:16:23 PM
Some gambling sites will always do advertising strategies like this to attract more players which I think its part of the business but it doesn't mean that they aren't reputable. Using paid influencers are part of the game. It's just like promoting a certain product by a popular celebrity which could attract more users and consumers. It's still for us which to trust. Being skeptical is still important on our end.
2987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do I need to pay Tax on my Crypto Gambling Winnings? A guide on: March 14, 2021, 03:39:18 PM
Uhh, I'm not sure that question is asked 'that much' here to  be discussed in its own right. Still, if you're the real BitEdge then thanks for it anyway. To answer the general questions of the people when it comes to taxation and gambling, you have to understand that it depends on case per case, usually country of operation being the biggest factor and licenses as well.

Some countries don't regulate the taxation in a gambling platform that well so it always depends on your location.

We all know that some countries are prohibiting all forms of gambling, online or physical, fiat or crypto, it doesn't matter as long as there will be no gambling happens.

So it is much better if you will use a licensed gambling platform and it is okay even if you need to pay for taxes with your winnings so that you can continue playing with it.

Taxes are normal and it is needed for the country's economic situation.

Lucky are those countries that don't regulate taxation. In our country, even a small lottery is being taxed. Our government is always looking for ways to collect tax and they will surely let gambling escape being taxed. They legalize gambling for the benefit of getting taxes.
2988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: March 14, 2021, 10:00:05 AM
Some used to pacify themselves with the term it is their fate to loss in gambling. Some say it is the lack of control that makes them loss big. Here I'm taking this into discussion relative to the game - Dice.

Same as this some used to mention winning as fate and some term the same as luck. I believe win out of dice is trick, and right exit strategy.

What is the truth in this regard, because users like me are always go lack of control even when luck is on our side. End of the day used to pacify thyself terming it as our fate and move on. Hope you guys don't do this mistake. Cry Cry

Our fate will depend on how we handle things so if we lack discipline, it might result in certain loses. Winning gambling is mostly by luck but having enough control on when to stop and when to continue is an advantage. We should only gamble what we could afford to lose if we don't want to have regrets in the future.
2989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where's the altcoin bull on: March 13, 2021, 03:39:35 PM
Old altcoins have established a good reputation already and that's the reason why most investors chose to invest with them. However, we might not notice their increase during the ath but I'm sure that the altcoin season isn't over yet. There are still lots of things that might happen soon.
2990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new projects/ coins do not have ANN on bitcointalk ? on: March 13, 2021, 02:27:10 PM
It's every project's initiative to post their ann thread on Bitcointalk. Some projects are contented with their social media communities which they're contented with their exposure. Some of crypto projects aren't aware of this crypto site as well. They have their own reasons but as long as we know what project is worth investing with, not having an Ann thread wouldn't be a problem.
2991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Charity for Gamblers on: March 13, 2021, 01:30:08 PM
Myself got lucky several times, but I wasn't able to keep up the winning with proper exit strategy. Another thing, if I've kept all the earnings without gambling now I could've been debt free. Now myself was into big debt, and I've requested the help of different people. None were there to help me. At some point I even thought of ending the life, because it isn't an easy thing for a common man to overcome a debt of $50k. My mind says the life is given by God and you don't have the right to end it. With this philosophy I'm running forward. Even now I'm spending my earnings on gambling and standing empty handed.

Now my mind always thinks of people who are same as me. I need to support them, which means financially. For this what are the ways to collect funds and give it to the right ones in need.

It might sounds strange to encourage gambling through this Charity, but my thinking is to give life and hope to overcome the financial stress which is the major reason behind the depression of gamblers. If someone is found losing $5k on gambling and is in frustration. We can support him financially providing $200. Please putforth your opinions and the right way to help Gamblers financially.

As for me, it's better to help gamblers to know the risks of gambling instead of supporting them with their wrong decisions. Sometimes, people need to face the consequences of their actions for them to learn their lesson. We're always advised to gamble just for entertainment with enough funds that we have. We shouldn't let our lives revolve around gambling because it could take everything from us.
2992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did you earn or get any good money form airdrops? on: March 12, 2021, 10:23:23 PM
I honestly stopped joining airdrops because I don't think it's still worth it. I have joined a couple of airdrops these past few days but ended up getting paid with shitcoins again. It's just so disappointing because they would ask you to do lots of tasks but they won't pay you accordingly. I'm starting to see it as a waste of time. Airdrops these days are too different from the airdrops that we had before.
2993  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after the pandemic on: March 12, 2021, 09:00:24 PM
This pandemic has a positive effect on cryptocurrencies especially on Bitcoin because people have realized the importance of digital currency and online transactions. People have learned to invest in it because they have seen how it could grow as a currency. I'm sure that more adoptions will happen even after the pandemic.
2994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Services of betting on your behalf on: March 12, 2021, 03:15:22 PM
Don't take the risk by entrusting your funds to someone else. You could actually apply personal techniques in gambling which they couldn't do for you so you might only end up losing your money. You could actually enjoy and be entertained if you'll do it yourself. Betting brokers couldn't guarantee you a good winning because gambling will still be gambling no matter who would bet for you.
2995  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ceo ng TNC . Scammas? on: March 11, 2021, 05:46:07 PM
2996  Economy / Economics / Re: In COVID-19 everyone needs motivation on: March 11, 2021, 04:22:48 PM
Spanish flu is not the deadliest pandemic ever reported in human history. That distinction goes to the Black Death (1346–1353). Up to 200 million people died in this pandemic. This pandemic reduced the world population by anywhere from 10% to 40%.

In Europe between 40 and 70% of the population died. Think about that. Entire towns were wiped out. Compared to it, the current epidemic is nothing. Obviously, if someone in your family has died or is affected you need more motivation, but in general what has affected people the most are the restrictions imposed.

This pandemic has taken a lot of things which includes jobs, properties and even lots of lives. In our country, we've been quarantined for more than a year now and we're actually used to it. We normalized the quarantined life and I think that's how everyone should adopt the changes caused by this pandemic. We couldn't survive if we're emotionally weak. There are still positive things that we have to look into. Everything will still get back to normal especially now that we have vaccines against the virus.
2997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fees are sky high on: March 11, 2021, 05:54:48 AM
That's actually one of the struggles that I have been facing these days. Out of 100% of the coins that I'm withdrawing, I'm usually spending 40% on the fees. I tried using lower fees and my funds ended up being stuck and unconfirmed for weeks but we have to deal with it since that's a part of the market growth.
2998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest in BNB now? on: March 10, 2021, 06:16:24 PM
The price is quite high too high right now so I guess you should choose the best time to buy. It's safe to invest with BNB but there's no guarantee that you'll get the profit that you want in time because it's still pumping. However, things will still depend on your willingness to take the risks.
2999  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆⚽| Adkinsbet.com | Sportsbook | In-Play | Powered by Betradar | ⚽🏆 on: March 09, 2021, 05:03:56 PM
I could see transparency and legitimacy in this site and it's a good thing that they do continuous improvements and developments in their site. I will surely look forward to betting on different sports since they almost have the top sports to bet with. I hope that you could do more promotions in the future.
3000  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie traders - Learn from my mistakes on: March 09, 2021, 04:13:54 PM
Trading is a long process of learning. It actually never stops and the more experiences that we have, the more we learn here. It's really important that we'll have the eagerness to learn and adopt new knowledge each day. Knowing how to read the movement of the market and having enough knowledge about technical analysis is a big edge because we can't rely everything on trading gurus. However, committing mistakes is a part of the growth here in crypto world but being wise could still lower the risk of losing.
