2006  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: U1 antminer USB sticks 0.08 unit (500/500 sold) COMPLETE on: January 09, 2014, 09:00:55 AM
Received my 2 ants yesterday evening.
I had no problem with tracking, for some reason I have found http://www.trackitonline.ru/ to work quite well for general tracking.
Sadly I didn't have time to recompile cgminer in ubuntu, so only around 800MH/s at the moment.
Today I shall do it.

Thank you for the tip, the tracking info is at least a little more detailed

Anyone still waiting i suggest tracking using the above mentioned site. http://www.trackitonline.ru/

Okay, my antminers are now hashing well with my raspberry pi! Yay!

Thank you to the seller for providing a legitimate, reasonably priced product in good time. The only thing that could have improved is your choice of courier Tongue

Also, one last thing, did you check the receipt and cost for the packaging and post fee?

postage reciepts actually contain no valur just tracking details.

i just get one giant long reciept for each transaction cost from the clerk, so its hard/impossibke to tell without sitting down and going over things.

PostNL have shown me no problems in the past when sending all over the world.

My guess would be the busy mail season made the UK handler pass deliveries onto a third party..... the dreaded yodel.

i have another 4 VRM board, when i run it from my jupiter control board(along with 4 others 8 VRM) i generally get 110-130gh/s and it draws 170w
when i hook it up to my merc control board, it only gives about 80-90gh/s and ony draws about 120w, which is a shame as it means i can't overclock it with the 8VRM boards  Undecided Huh

2012  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: January 08, 2014, 07:36:47 PM
I've heard to keep them below 50A, 65A, or 200A total. No way I can get mine stable under 50A so I assume the safe limit is higher...

My merc is currently doing 160gh/s, but reading the above i am wondering if my Amps are too high?

eddit: reduced the volt on each Die to 0.1135, now its more in line with being bellow 200a total, still getting about 160gh/s

2013  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: January 08, 2014, 06:10:03 PM
trying the above method, but after changing and pushing escape, nothing happens?

Don't forget this part:
Quote
then hit the COLON which is ":"

then type

wq

then

<enter>

Hitting escape just exits edit mode so you can enter those commands...

I do this, but when i start to type it still edits. It's like Esc is not doing anything

edit: it tells me 'q' is not implemented

Don't know if it has been done, but here is a google spreadsheet for victims to fill in.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1RnXR9W19092PpTrhOnns8PCYc8zAXM0U_Hs4udRfEAA/viewform

I can possibly pass the data on to a criminal legal team in Scotland depending, I have family in this sector.

tired to scam me  i guess in a private sale of 4 KNC miners at 20BTC each, insisted he was trust worthy and had never needed to use escrow in the past. He told me it was no escrow or no deal, so it was no deal. Shady F*cker!
