Scammers are scammers, they are suppose to pose as legit before the upset. I'm not saying they are scammers I'm saying look around BFL and others.

"Ohh they didn't keep all my money" doesn't make them not scammers. Scams are made to pull the most money out the quickest way possible and if they can keep face while doing it they will.

See yeah when your holding the bag and crying on bitcoinscammers.com

How about waiting another month please. It's too early to tell. Most people are just going crazy from no response.

It's way more then no response, please do some research on what has transpired.

Post your detailed list of what has transpired and I will post mine jelly belly

In any case if people mass refund before the 45 days are up, you could kill a potentially legitimate company and subsequently cause them to fail and force others that did not pay by Paypal to loose their money.

Help me understand this statement...

You are saying that we should keep quiet about a possible scam?

You can't possibly be saying this.....?

The entire pre-order group should be up in arms about the total lack of respect that terrahash has shown us. You should be demanding your BTC back, you should be emailing Amir night and day about more information, you should be calling them day and night to get this fixed.

You should not be telling others what to do, I believe you are a plant from a competitor trying to destroy this deal.

Your evidence that TH is a scam is "You don't have the stomach for the risk"

1883  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: July 08, 2013, 11:53:10 PM
Start a Terrahash refund thread and GTFO!!!

no thanks, I think I will stick to this one, so that other people don't get scammed by TerraHash.

Yes because another thread focusing on that would not serve your purpose.

BTCEIC is claiming that this is a scam based on no evidence.

What he has is fear, uncertainty and doubt.

We have evidence of chip orders, evidence of prototype, forthcoming evidence of working prototype,
evidence of money spent on cases and PCB manufacturing.

What BTCEIC has is loss of confidence in TH because they have crap customer service and no other tangible evidence so ignore him as he now has no skin in this game.

Ask someone who has an order with TH and not lost their stomach for the process and is cashing out.

Never take risk advice from someone not willing to take a risk.

If each chip does 4ghs. Why does my jalapeno use 2 for 5ghs?

On 5Gh/s Jal got 2 chip on it and one is dummy chip for balance heat sink.

please someone check your 5Gh/s Jal chips if 1 or 2 is working.

I believe I will have my June 2013 Terrahash order before I have my March 2013 BFL order.

How is that for confidence?

How can so many people not know how Paypal works?

You have 20 days from the date the dispute was opened to escalate a dispute to a PayPal claim.
Once you open the Claim, Paypal will decide the claim usually in 30 Days.

Generally buyers must wait at least seven days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
If you don’t resolve or escalate a dispute within 20 days it will be closed. When this deadline is approaching, we will remind you by email
A closed dispute cannot be reopened or escalated to a PayPal claim
Only one dispute may be opened for each PayPal payment
Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute, you have up to 45 days from the day of transaction to do this.

So like others have said, in 50 days you will have your refund and we will all be screwed or we will all have our hardware.

Can I ask that you mention the order numbers you are asking for refunds on?

Wait a minute...Does anybody know anything about this guy?...cryptoin does he have these orders?....sorry just don't recall seeing him in here before??? he sounds to good to be true. Please correct me if I'm wrong....and I don't see him on the chip list? Sounds like to me he's a plant by terrahash?...and all this crap about spreading his orders around? huh? and a Jr member with a low stat.... I ain't buying it...sorry,,, and we all know about all the other asic miner company's and their status in the world, we don't need a recap! sounds like a bunch of BS to me...ok, hope I'm wrong,,, but I wasn't wrong about NOT getting a follow up video on a hashing board.... that's all we were looking for! Once again, nothing more is expected than what they tell to expect! PS: knightlife,,,anything short of a video of the front of their office with displayed address and a video of you and Amir and all the techs working on the boards and hashing" and a video of the new case we saw on the floor they ordered a hundred of ....then maybe I will be sold on this so called visit. we shouldn't even need anything like this! they just need to be straight up with us....where is the video we were told to EXPECT.. again, ridiculous!

Hey Minerman. My order numbers are 565 and 1304. When I added my orders to the queue, I did not list my username. I have been watching these boards for months and am thoroughly invested in bitcoin mining. Joe Ventura knows I'm legitimate and we are working together on my mining operation.

Check!!!

Confirmed

Hey guys. I wanted to weigh in on the discussion. I have 35 K16s on order with Terrahash. I live in the Bay Area and work in SF. I'm planning on stopping by TH/s office to say hello and see how things are going. I am planning on giving a full report after I make the visit. I'm not worried. I bought through Paypal, and am satisfied that I have buyer protection. I have not called Terrahash in the past week, but every time I have called (3 times so far) they have answered the phone and given me satisfactory answers. They have also replied to my emails in the past. I think they are making a good faith effort to fulfill their obligations to us. I am not a shill, and I understand everyone's frustration. I think that with what we have been through in the waiting game with BFL and Avalon everyone is on edge. I have 1.3 TH/s of miners on order with BFL, Bitmine, Avalon, Terrahash, and KNC. It's been depressing (at times VERY depressing) to think of how long we have had to wait for our pre-orders. I'm going to be patient. They are only 30 minutes away from where I work. I have a good feeling that we will get our miners as promised in August. I'm not necessarily expecting anything miraculous out of BFL or Avalon before then. Maybe we'll get those orders or maybe they'll be pushed back to September or October. As for KNC, who knows. Maybe we'll get the most awesome miners in the world to date, or maybe not. All of these purchases are a risk related investment. That's why I spread my funds between 5 companies. I still feel that Terrahash will very likely get our products to us before the other companies. Let them work and get our boards ready. I'll keep you guys posted regarding my upcoming visit.

I'd be happy to kick in a few bucks for gas so you can make these trips

Yes we want to make you proud!

Listen knucklehead, those of us who sent them are hard earned money want to hear from them at least once a week. Think thats reasonable and fair.

If you want to spend your money to hear from someone, maybe you should try a phone sex experience.

I can't you disconnected your phone.

Question to all those who need constant updates and affirmation:

Do you require the same constant affirmation in your personal relationships?
Do you think women find this attractive?

Man up and grow a pair...

Yes there is risk but this comes with the possibility of reward.  Make me proud of this BTC community.

Stand strong and breathe down deep to your root.  That chakra handles your sex and your money.  Mas macho por favor.

Yes we want to make you proud!

This is what $1200 worth of aluminum looks like I guess

1895  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: July 05, 2013, 05:22:58 PM
If you look at the board carefully it is clearly a newer board, with just one quadrant populated.

No reason to solder Avalons onto a board until its working right with just a chip or two.
