Live from the BFL Shitbox

*fine print

[06:33 PM]   Bitdude : your talking shipping to a "real" customer and not some "golden boy" type right?
[06:33 PM]   LibreCoin : "see there, we shipped!"
[06:33 PM]   BFL_Jonathon : Bitdude, there is no such distinction.

He doesn't speak for BFL, He is betting a BTC to stir the pot.

I didn't put anything aside. There simply isn't anything more to say about Bargraphics, it's as clear cut as it comes. Also, I simply enjoy tracking down scammers. Does anyone know how long it would take for a business record to be updated in the California company registry? I want to make sure that I understand how quickly they would be shown as no longer active.

If these knuckleheads are getting any decent advise, they will NOT dissolve the corporation until the company is "wound down"

Bankruptcy filed,
Payments made,
all business matters brought to a close.

THEN you dissolve the corporation.

1247  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [FAILED]Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 27, 2013, 09:27:47 PM
Your estimates appear pretty close. Glad to see they are shipping lots of units though. It was definitely a huge backlog. At this rate they may actually catch up by the end of October, aside from the minirigs.

I would consider this good news for the bitcoin community in general, as people can soon focus their energies on productive endeavors as opposed to being mired in muck writing tirades over late preorders. Glad to see this chapter in asic developments coming to a close. It is tough to create an entire industry from scratch. BFL was not the first to run into problems, and they won't be the last. But I doubt any others will ever garner this much negative attention.

Here is one more prediction for you,

See how they are banging out those singles at the rate of like 13-15 pay dates everyday?

Now you figure "Hey I ordered in March or April I should have my order shipped next week!"

WRONG!

In 2, no more than 3 working days the shipping of singles will hit a wall and it will be June 23rd all over again. We will get to the first week of March by Monday/Tuesday time frame then it will take 2 months to get to the end of April.

Stay tuned!!

Josh and Yifu...

I actually laughed out loud!

Just received this:

Quote
Federal Express informs us that Terrahash has moved without giving a forwarding address.   Do you have any alternative addresses?

If anyone has any good information on where to serve Terrahash, that would be very helpful right now Smiley

They aren't hard to track down. I'm sure your Lawyer can do it.
These are the only additional addresses I have found that may relate to Terrahash

366 S MARY AVE
SUNNYVALE CA 94086

853 AMES AV
PALO ALTO CA 94303

If anyone has anything additional to offer that would be great Smiley

366 S MARY AVE
SUNNYVALE CA 94086

is Amir Khans home.

Serve him there.

1251  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: KNCMiner REfusing refunds on: September 27, 2013, 04:38:08 PM

Trust me! When BFL rids their backlog by the end of the year, give or take, they'll be free to dedicate their entire resources to only one line--the Monarch. And since they have learned from all pass mistakes, they're be no problem when them getting all the units pre-sold into the hands of their customs no later then the end of February as promised projected.

Umm, Weren't the current products one line? The SC force?

Or are you saying because they came in different sizes they are seven different lines?

Right now the Monarch comes in 300Gh and 600GH

I am pretty sure that is one line with two sizes,

compared to the SC Force Line with 7 sizes.

Website still says:  January / February    Bulk Shipping

not End of February.

You do realize that you can spin the term "Bulk Shipping" so many ways that if I ship one Monarch a day, then next week I ship 10 a day I am BULK shipping?

The weasel words, the weasel words.
1252  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 27, 2013, 04:22:50 PM
Does anyone think BKK and TH were in on this together?

Terrahash probably would have made more money by staying in Business.

I think BKK just got fed up with Yifu, probably took couldn't handle the stress and decided to call it quits.

Agree with both of these.

If stupid fucking Josh can keep BFL afloat, anyone with a college degree could have salvaged Terrahash as long as they got their YiFu refunds they would have been able to convert everyone else over to something better.
1253  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 27, 2013, 04:17:11 PM
Even if you don't like btceic ..... you have to admit he was right.

Like hell I do.

His position has been all along that this was a scam. (i.e. they never had any intention of delivering)
Which makes him 100% wrong.

Yifu is 90% responsible for the failure of this endeavor. Plain and simple.
I lay the other 10% at Terrahash feet for being fuckheads for not being smart enough to communicate with their customers on a very regular basis. Good, honest, regular communication would have salvaged their reputation. However I believe culturally and educationally they were never up for the task.

All these companies are formed and run by people who have NO business dealing with the public.

Amir, Josh, Yifu all fall in the same basket of socially inept, non-customer focused boobs.

None of those named above have ANY business running a business. Period.

Every Steve Wozniak, needs a Steve Jobs.
1254  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 27, 2013, 03:38:40 PM
With Bargraphic's recent apology, I think we want to make sure he doesn't regret deleting all his messages here, so here's all his messages up until August in this thread. If Google cache ever changes, I have them available for anyone interested. To not overwhelm everyone, I'll post his August / September messages in a separate message.

Who gives a shit.

I am still a Bar fan, and wouldn't piss on btceic if he was on fire, unless I had just drank a gallon of Premium unleaded.

I am sure TH is smiling watching all the infighting as it takes the focus off of them,
Get refocused and let's grow up.

Have a nice day.

With 3 days left looks like it going to be:

Jalapenos:  3/6/2013  (outsourcers are real sloooow starters)  (miss by 54 days)

Little Singles: 1/25/2012  (Must have ran out of parts..........again)  (miss by 118 days)

Singles: 2/21/2013  (I was close on this one) (miss by 68 days)

MiniRig: 8/1/2012  (Also close on this one)  (miss by 274 days)

Only going to miss it by over 500 days Josh!!   Good thing you didn't promise.

The COO title is clearly honorary. You clearly don't have a clue about the Operations of your company otherwise you would not have missed this goal by so much!

Timer removed. End time: 2013-10-01+05:00:59UTC

Risk is too great for BFL products.

They are already 45-60 days behind what they published.

Sorry
