No matter what you think of BTC, he has every right to file complaints.  They don't anwser anything.  They will make another announcement, but honestly who would trust them again?  And paypal.... even if they want to use it thier account has to look horrible with all the disputes.

They had a lot of promise at the beginning far back.  They have made so many false claims, and announcements it's sad.  The good news is once the cash is gone I don't think Amir will ever be able to work in the Bitcoin hardware industry again.  I hope not to many lose money I feel sorry for the ones who trusted TH with wire transfers and BTC orders.

You are wrong!

It's called having standing. You can't/shouldn't file a complaint with anyone if you were not wronged.

If BTCEIC filed a claim with the BBB after he got his refund then he filed a false claim, which is slander and/or fraud.

On top of that, after he got his refund he promised never to come back to this thread and say a word, so he is a lying, dishonest, slandering douche with an axe to grind for NO REASON.

CASE CLOSED

You are quite wrong, here is what I promised:

If they gave me a refund that day I would not come back to this thread, they didn't, so I haven't.

Although "we" have a policy here to not feed the trolls, but I will try to put this discussion to rest:

1. Knightlife did call in advance that day, but that was the first time he had called and "we" had no idea what his number is, in case you think we avoided his call on purpose. I was expecting him here today (Thursday), and his visit a day earlier was a surprise. And yes, that meeting WAS very important for the timely success of this whole project.

2. Knightlife saw at least one other person (Ricky, who is on our team), who came to pick me up. He can confirm this. Ricky and another team member were already at the meeting place, and they called me while Knightlife was still here, and I asked them to send Ricky to pick me up. Maybe Knightlife remembers this call and can confirm it.

3. We will invite Knightlife again soon, once the board is hashing better, and we will show him the evidence of all the 4 orders that we have directly placed with Avalon.

4. This point is irrelevant, as long as everyone gets the evidence that we are making progress.

why can't you show us the evidence now?
why can't you send me my refund now?
I would expect you to want me to stfu.

Let's try this another way, please can I have my refund?

I btceic do hereby promise that I will leave this thread never to return, if you hit the refund button at paypal.

Regarding my slander/fraud BBB claim against terrahash, I posted the BB claim on 07/16/2013, my forced transaction reversal came through on 07/17/2013.

Unlike Amir and or Justin at TerraHash I will send proof of the two above claims.

btw, joe,
I insist on you resorting to violent outbursts and tourettes like cursing and calling me and others names, this just shows everybody else, the types of people that TerraHash has recruited to speak on their behalf.

I would also like to point out the hypocrisy of your entire stance, when you yourself are doing the exact same thing to Josh at BFL.

Yeah Terrahash has recruited me!  That's a good one!! Where do you buy your tinfoil hats?

I am doing it to Josh because (wait for it genius) I AM A CUSTOMER OF BFL and they screwed me, and I have yet to get my money or my items. I have standing, you are just a person who got their money back and still want to stamp your feet and cry.

I am still waiting for PP to refund my Terrahash money, so technically I am still a customer yet I don't see my way clear to fuss and cry like you.

These are not violent outbursts, this is you hearing the truth. GROW UP

1506  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 04, 2013, 11:40:31 PM
endgame is clear - TH will drag & bullsh** until 180GH miners market price becomes pennies on dollars in term of original price all the buyers paid (given current situation, we not that far off), they will then just purchase and deliver those near worthless hardware to the poor saps who paid with btc/wire transfer and consider it complete, pocketing rest of the $ and walk away clean.

and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

if anyone who paid with paypal or credit card and still have not filed for a chargeback at this point, you deserve to lose your money. Sorry to be mean spirited but it's the truth.

Anybody that is defending them at this point is complicit in the theft of your BTC, I would be surprised to learn that bargraphics and the rest are not sock puppets or paid shills.

Shit if I'm getting paid then where's that money at?  Yeah TH is dragging this out..... THEY DON'T HAVE CHIPS FROM AVALON YET!  How can they drag something out if they don't have the stuff to do the dragging?  Your bitch is with Yifu not TH.

Don't argue with btceic, just a sad kid with a vendetta.

BTCEIC ^^^^ Won't anyone agree with me about Terrahash?

1508  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL MiniRig Line:Concerned on: September 04, 2013, 08:53:51 PM
Just wanted to let you know that MiniRig line was not slowed down in any way, we were just waiting for new boards to arrive to the facility.

Kinda contradicting yourself there  Shocked Roll Eyes

They haven't slowed down except for the part where they came to a full and complete stop when the parts ran out for a week or two.

Its BFL speak. They train them.

BFL Trainer: Hello new recruit, do you know what time it is?

New Recruit: Yes I do.

BFL Trainer: Well done!   Let's try another.....   Has the assembly line slowed down?

New Recruit: No

BFL Trainer: Very Good.... One More question.....  I have a customer that says they are losing money because you haven't shipped his item. What do you say?

New Recruit: Butterfly Labs has shipped more than anyone else therefore we control the change in difficulty.

BFL Trainer: Well done, go to the shoutbox and make Ascii Art.

1509  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [21.5Th] Eligius: ASIC, no registration, no fee CPPSRB BTC + 105% PPS NMC, 877 # on: September 04, 2013, 06:42:37 PM
My fault, I admit.  I should have specified simple manual more clearly.

Simple configuration instructions for various hardwares:
* Avalon
* BFL
* ASICMINER
* ...

And configuration information for each major mining software (bfgminer, cgminer, guiminer?).

The reader of the document is probably someone who may or may not know much about bitcoin, so it should be basic, "Push Here Dummy" instructions.

Ideally, another Chinese reader will agree that these instructions are error-free, for verification.

Ok I understand now. If you would like all that, the price is BTC4.0

Eligius is the easiest pool on the planet.

I gave you instructions for BFL or any USB based miner for BFGminer

Instructions same for cgminer just change URL to:
cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -u YourAddress -p x -I 9

You should send me something

Eligius是非常简单易用。
首先创建一个地址,你希望收到你的比特币钱包付款。
如果您使用BFGminer那么你命令来启动BFGminer的将是:
bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -O YourAddress (您的地址)

看你去的哈希结果:
http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/Your Address   (您的地址)

Please send my BTC0.5 to:

Wanting to promote Chinese use, I offer a 1.0 BTC bounty for a complete Chinese translation of Eligius, or 0.5 BTC for a simple document in Chinese that describes how to mine using Eligius.

Ditto for Russian, though at lower bounty prices:  0.25 BTC for simple "Eligius User Manual" in Russian.

What miner are you using?

BFGminer??
1512  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 04, 2013, 05:45:53 PM

- 365GH vs. 60GH.
- Silent vs. loud as fuck
- Waiting for 13 months after payment vs. waiting for one month after payment
- Both units are around $60/GH. Both use ~270W when mining. They are almost the same size.

^^This makes it more likely that BFL will clear their order backlog.
Everyone wants to cancel their BFL order and use the refund to buy Bitfury!

You'd need a lot of Singles refunds ( 8 ) to buy one 365Gh BF unit

can i suggest a new feature?

idle miner notification.

so when the miner stops contributing for x mins,  it sends out a tweet or email to users?

That's a great suggestion!

What are you willing to contribute to get that setup?

1514  Economy / Auctions / Re: [WTS] Terrahash 18g/h board - reasonable offers accepted on: September 04, 2013, 03:21:10 PM
BTC3.5 when delivered.
1515  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 04, 2013, 01:19:04 PM

So if you believe the customer order breakdown at:

http://bfl.ptz.ro/

is even remotely accurate (obviously it has to be on the low side)

Just to get to April 1st 2013 the minimum volume of products has to be shipped by the end of September:

Jalapenos:  568

Little Singles: 452

Singles:  1374

Mini-Rigs: 85 (x1.5)

So just to get to April 1st they need to ship 2479 products.

If you believe that they get 400 out the door every day they should be at April 1st in 6 business days.  Wink

if you believe that http://bfl.ptz.ro/ is off by 100% (numbers are twice what is reported) then almost 5000 units would take about 12 business days. (at 400 units a day)

Again since BFL provides NO DATA except the date they are shipping, one is forced to use http://bfl.ptz.ro/ as the only source of truth (which is still a sad data source)

In my opinion, these numbers validate (given the data available) that there still is not 400 units going out the door each day.

Your thoughts?

1516  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs 30 day countdown to the end of September on: September 04, 2013, 02:58:53 AM
Well 72 more hours has passed since BFLs last update.

In those 72 hours they shipped almost no Jalapenos. Absolutely no Little Singles,
4 days of Singles, and 5 days of Mini-Rigs

Tuesday, September 3, 2013 Shipping Update
by BFL_Jody  , 09-03-2013 at 09:24 PM
Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: Feb 12-14, 2013 very few shipped

Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s: Nov. 5, 2012 none shipped

Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: July 27, 2012 pay date Many Singles shipped

MiniRigs: All June orders (2nd 500gh/s unit), all July orders 1st 500 gh/s
August 1st for 1st 500 g/s units

A little more than 26 days to go for their 55 employees utilizing the sea of parts that were supposed to arrive to knock out 9-13 months (depending on what you believe based on Joshs comments) of undelivered orders.

1517  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Which USB hub to use with Block Erupters or K1? A List. on: September 04, 2013, 02:00:48 AM
wow. Orico hubs are now perfect copies of the Anker hub.

It is a good hub. Behave exactly as the Anker maybe even a little bit better.

I have 1 Anker and 2 Oricos (not the same model than the one on your picture).

Maximum BEs for stability:

Anker: 8
Orico: 9

No idea why it seems I am the only one not being able to use the 10 ports

I have 10 running on the Orico with the 4 amp power supply.

Sometimes you have to shut off the hub with the push button switch and power it back on, it works perfect once you get the 10th one recognized.

oh yea, sorry guys, next time I should keep my mouth shut.... like I have something personal against the operators..... all I said that I am having problems and I raised my concerns to the pool operators and I think that they didn't get upset like you did guys...... I don't know why why you cant chill out, if this pool is so good like you say it is just because that there were allot of people like me (yea pain in the ass but this is how things works).

BTW still not working for me ......

The pool is working flawlessly.

What is not working for you is the Website that gives you stats.

So what is the problem? You can't live without the stats for a day?

I am still getting deposits into my wallet so I know its working.

If you have to see the stats every second of every day, this is not the pool for you.
1519  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [21.5Th] Eligius: ASIC, no registration, no fee CPPSRB BTC + 105% PPS NMC, 877 # on: September 03, 2013, 07:44:30 PM
I joined this pool few days ago, and it is having problems since then, and I am even experiencing lower payments than usual (this pool suppose to have 0% fees)... I think I will wait another day then just leave if this doesn't get fixed

No-one is forcing you to stay....  You probably have some shelved shares if you're not getting as much as you expect.

I know, my post meant fix your shit or new comers like me will start leaving the pool, got it ? and I know exactly what are shelved shares, and no I didn't have any.
Seriously...??  This is one of the best pools around - and the community/operators (LukeJr & wk) are on top of their "shit"... Show me a pool with an 800# you can call, or a response rate on the forums like wizkid and/or LukeJr give...

Just damn, man. Be nice and mine. Or go. Who cares...

Truer words have not been spoken.

Great pool. No fees, responsive owners.

What else do you want?

If you want 100% uptime on stats what portion of your earnings are you willing to pay???
yeah that's what I thought!

It's not working now.  Sad

I think it's knackered.

Out at the moment.  I will check it out when I get home (shortly).

thank you!!!
