601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: August 27, 2023, 06:56:15 PM
I find it really surprising that the Republicans keep holding on to Trump given all these lawsuits against him. It's true that it feels like a witch hunt right now and it could rally more of his followers to close the ranks and support him more. But the real question is how many of the swing candidates are being convinced to join the Republican or Democratic vote. In the case of Trump losing his lawsuits I think that it would lead to more people abandoning him than following him. For the Republican party it seems as abet on the lawsuits and hoping that Trump won't lose them. In the end all it would take is one bad selected Jury and the dream of Trump winning another election is over. For the Democrats it doesn't seem any better though, with Biden being so old all it takes is a few medical issues and he couldn't a second time. It's hard to place any serious bet right now on the next president, because so many things could happen that change the picture completely.
They lack leadership, that's the problem. Think of Republicans like a cult, they do not care about "who" at the top could be, they do not have ideology (do not talk to me about family values, they elected a president who paid a pornstar a silence money from campaign money and stole nuclear information of his own nation) they have nothing but a cult system who worship whoever is at the top.

It doesn't have to be Trump, tomorrow it could be someone else and they will worship that, the idea is "whoever is not democrat, is a god" and they keep voting for the person who is the republican candidate no matter how terrible that person can be, you can put in OJ Simpson as the Republican candidate and he will get 60+ million votes just because he is the republican candidate.
602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is copy trading a legit way of income for beginners or just a marketing tactic? on: August 27, 2023, 05:49:30 PM
Theres are a lot of platforms offering a copy trading, one of the major benefits of it is the less hassle for the traders to make a position and let other people make a trade to them so they don't need to wait for most of the time commit a trade they just need to wait for the outcome, they are offering of course the win rate and list of active traders so the copy-traders can copy those trades of high win rates but of course if the trader makes a position you will set a position too it depends if you have still the balance to continue the trade not as always the traders win their position, the question here now is are you willing to risk other people make a trade to you or base on your knowledge still.
It is true that you are trusting someone else, and that is not really normal when it is something you could also do. I am not saying that it is a bad idea, all I am saying is that we shouldn't really trusting someone else to make these decisions for us when we can do it ourselves. I think it is quite important to just make it work, and as long as we could make it work, it should be fine.

I get that it is tough to start when you are a newbie, but as long as you do the right thing, you should be making a good profit one way or another, and you need that. I get that you are not going to make profit right away neither, and you will wish that you copied someone else who did profit, and those are all natural feelings, but you will get better with time.
603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What could be the problem here? on: August 27, 2023, 05:52:14 AM
If a person is experiencing one day win and another day loss then I think trading is not beneficial for him because the loss and profit become balance and a person remains at that stage.

In my opinion an experienced trader do not face such situation because he knows how to manage the circumstances that are against his hopes and he learned all the things before taking step into trading so if a person is facing such situations then main thing is that he does not understand the market completely so he should stop trading here.

Trading is for getting success and work to handle every situations so if one is not able to maximize his profit then pausing trading for some durations and learn again will be suited good.
Just because they made a profit and made a loss doesn't mean it was equal numbers neither. I mean you could make 5k profit and 3k loss, which means you are in 2k profit and that's the important part, you should be making as much profit as you possibly could from it.

You can still continue to make a loss time to time, like you can go one profit and one loss back to back, but as long as you profit more than you lose then it's fine and nothing is wrong with that. I get that it will not be simple, but it will at least exist to a point and you should be hoping that it will work for you in the end. I understand that some people worry about it, because they do not like to check the results of it, but it will happen without a doubt.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Appromixly how much time needs to recover BNB $310 price on: August 26, 2023, 12:49:06 PM
Nobody can tell you a definite answer even when you want approximations, unless if they are time travellers from the future. These are markets and worse still crypto markets. A coin can literally go from thousands of dollars to cents in a matter of days. It's why people are always supposed to invest only what they can afford to lose

That being said, since you already entered the trade, you are going to practice patience. Coins and even the worst of tokens usually pump in price during bull markets. We are looking at 2024-2025 if conditions remain constant. All I am saying is just hold if you can.
Such a good thing to say, it is 100% true and I agree with it without a doubt. If we are looking at something that is into the future, we will not be able to know what it will do, we are going to just have some sort of guess, but we will not know about it. We should be considering the situation to be a lot more important to just predict the direction, if you can predict the direction that is more than enough, no need to try to predict the exact price.

I think if you try to guess the exact price, there is a bigger chance that you will be wrong, but if you want to predict the direction that means you have 50% chance, it will either go up or down. I think in the next 3 months we will see higher prices, but don't know how much.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you go about realizing gains? If you opt not to, what is your reason? on: August 26, 2023, 10:28:23 AM
We're currently experiencing a bear market phase. How do you intend to secure profits once the market undergoes a turnaround? What proves to be the most formidable obstacle in executing this strategy? If your intention isn't to convert profits back to fiat, kindly explain your philosophy regarding this choice. Newbies in this platform like me could gain insight from your past experiences.
My primary approach to this is to increase my portfolio value in terms of BTC rather than dollar ($) value. So if the price goes up (and we're in a full blown market) then I just take  profits and buy when the market bias has flipped from bullish to bearish. In my earlier days, I didn't take profit and left money on the table so when the market bias flipped to bearish, I ended up regretting not taking some profits. In hindsight, I ended with same value in BTC when I could have probably gotten more.
That is the possible way for a lot of people, me included. We like to get as much crypto as we possibly could, without caring about how much it worths right now. That is a great method for people who are interested in long term and should be considered as one of the best ways to make money as well.

I think it should be considered a way of making money whenever you can, and should be a great deal. I get that not a lot of people can do it right now, but it could be quite important to do it that way. I get that some people are worried about it, but in the end there is no need to be worried about it neither, you are going to make a good profit in any case. Hopefully you will realize that getting more coins will be greater for you on the long run.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - when to sell? on: August 26, 2023, 09:05:53 AM
the right time to sell XRP is during the bull run and now is the right time for DCA XRP, because the price of XRP has not yet reached its ATH price, so I believe that by investing in XRP at this time, then the price of XRP will definitely increase very high and reach or even made a new ATH price at the time of the bull run, so you definitely won't regret to invest and DCA XRP right now, because you will get a big profit from investing in XRP.
Do not do that, please do not do that. XRP is a shady one that a company named Ripple is scamming you, you should stay away from it as much as you possibly could. I understand that it is not going to be easy to do that but what if you could possibly stay away from it as much as you possibly could? I get that it will not be simple and you are not going to make that much money from it, but you could possibly make that profit back one way or another.

I think it is important to realize that XRP is a scam, maybe not the traditional "I stole your money" type of scam, but it is still a scam and I think it should be important to realize that you are going to make some mistakes if you still trust it with your money after all that has happened.
607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin Helped Create Big Changes In Your Life? on: August 25, 2023, 12:24:42 PM
It's actually really nice to have you here and you're free to communicate with anyone as well. First, you don't need to compare yourself to others since we all have different pace and situation before joining and learning BTC. Bitcoin has helped a lot of people already but of course some also loss a lot. For me, bitcoin has helped me to save my money from inflation not only that I could get extra money or profit by just simply investing my spare money but also getting some funds for emergency cause why not right? I'm not even too greedy to aim for a high value of profit as long as I could buy my essential needs. So I could buy my needs plus having extra money so I could say that I'm financially free due to BTC.
Investing into bitcoin with the saved money would mean that there is going to be something much better for you on the long run no matter what you use it on. You could jus be richer, you could just pay for something, no matter what you are going to end up with more money. Obviously some people made bad bets and they lost money and that could be considered a big change too, losing money but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with that all the time.

We should remember that it is not going to be similar for all the people. For me personally it went for personal emergencies, I paid for them all with bitcoin and without bitcoin I would have been a bankrupted person right now with too much debt and troubles.
608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This Will give you motivation to learn finances and market the right ways on: August 24, 2023, 05:35:58 AM
These type of topics makes me want to see a psychologist. It must be a great feeling to have this much confidence, I think it should be important to have some sort of return where you are going to make as much profit as you possibly could, and that should be the important difference.

I get that it will not be that simple, like it will not be just get confidence and then profit, but I love it when fools have this confidence. Dude basically said nothing, just that it will be close to 19k at the bottom and 40k at the top and he said it with so much confidence that he actually believes him saying this WILL! give us motivation to learn finances. Like what the hell is the connection there? It makes absolutely no sense at all.
As you can see it is a newbie account, if you want to check you will see that there are a lot of people who are newbies and started a new topic recently, which means that there is someone farming some new accounts and if you keep following them you will see that they are going to grow and grow and continue to grow and then suddenly stop.

That's the type of topic this is, it is not really created for this, probably taken somewhere else too, it is just here so that the newbie would have some higher return and some posts under it's belt to keep on growing. It's a tough one but it could be done and I think it is important to realize that we are giving them a reason to keep doing this on the long run as well, not really a good idea.
609  Economy / Economics / Re: It ain't meant to be easy on: August 23, 2023, 06:26:39 PM
Even if you're good at analysis, there will be a point when you will face losses it depends on how much more you have to keep up, some will be frustrated and just give up, and some will take it slow but continue to move on, because of the very high volatility there is no such thing as a perfect investor, we all have our share of ups and downs its the achievement of others are what will aspire us to move on.
He learned our lessons from others who made it they are an example of keeping your focus on your goal.
In this case you are right, there are no traders who, if they enter the market, traders will always get full profits. Yes. as you said there are always ups and downs too and according to the saying why they can and are able to get some profits in trading, it's because they are used to it and understand how the market works.
That is the natural part of the crypto trading world, nobody could make profit constantly and that's fine, there is nothing wrong with that. I get that people want to make as much profit as they possibly could but that doesn't mean that they will, some people will and some people will not.

You should be trying to make it work as much as possible without trying to have any wrong results on the long run. I get that it will not be simple but you should be considering it as something on the back of your mind. Just make as much profit as possible and learn from your losses and mistakes, that way you will make less mistakes because you will be unlikely the repeat same mistakes again and again, it will be very helpful.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: August 23, 2023, 05:20:25 AM
This week I saw bad news for Manchester City and it seems their coach pep Guardiola, had back surgery and that's why he will be absent in the next two games of Manchester City. the games against Sheffield United and Fulham are not hard for Manchester City but still, they won't have their coach and this can decrease their performance.
It is very unfortunate for Man City, even though the opponent is not the big four team, still the presence of the coach is very important. We know that sometimes the top teams find it difficult to win against teams they can actually beat. In such a difficult position, the coach can give instructions and change the playing strategy. Even though there is an assistant to handle, I'm sure it will have a different impact on the players. GWS Pep!
I do not think that they will be missing him all that much in these two games, they mean absolutely nothing at all and simple games to win. Obviously I am not saying that there is no way that they will not lose, it's football and anything could happen but by that logic they could have lost those games even if Pep was there.

The important thing is whatever Pep is going through, whatever trouble he has with his back, I hope that the surgery will help him and he will do better, I do hope that we are going to end up seeing him do well enough that it will be something that will get him to a better place over course of some time. I think it will be important to keep him going for a while longer and if they can, they should rest him whenever they can.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another red day on: August 22, 2023, 03:21:50 PM
XRP, ADA, SOL, TRX, MATIC, LTC DOT, AVAX are all down today, this is normal, as long as the market remains in a bear market, it will continue to happen.  Because the price of altcoins fluctuates all the time. When the price of altcoins goes down, it keeps going down.  If we look at Bitcoin we can see that Bitcoin has gone from 26k to now 29k which is really great.  Altacoins are in the red day after day, there is not much change in the market price going up.But many people are disappointed by the red market, because they lose a lot of capital due to the market going down.  But some people hold coins by investing huge amount of money in this red market.
Indeed, and most of them are on this position even before. I think it was only XRP who are performing well last time but now maybe XRP have also dumped. I think that is because of the said company of Musk who sold 300 million dollar worth of Bitcon. Cryptos are known to be volatile but there are times where they can became stagnant in either in a dump or pump position. Now it was in a dumped position.

I think that is because we are not yet fully out of the bear (as you stated). Fluctuations is when the price goes up and down, not when it moves on one direction. Those who are disappointed are maybe newbies who are not used to these market conditions but if they only take their time to research before they enter, maybe their views and actions will change.
612  Economy / Speculation / Re: what a surprise dip on: August 22, 2023, 04:16:23 AM
The two sides that you mean can also be likened to profits and losses because the only ones who are not profitable or detrimental are those who survived because their capital did not decrease or increase. But occasionally it is also necessary to discuss neutral ground for a while even though what is more discussed are the two market conditions that are very often seen, namely bear and bull.

And for people who don't know the market or understand any market, I think those who are like that will only be spectators at any moment because they don't know how to take advantage of the moment or still don't dare to enter the market because they consider too much risk. Although these considerations are also a part that should not be forgotten by anyone when they want to enter the market for something.
I agree that people who are new to the market could end up making some losses as well but if they are careful they could make a profit too. The point of trading is not to be profiting with every single trade, it is to end up with a profit at the end of the day.

This is why most companies take a look at quarterly results and they also take a look at yearly results as well. That means you do not have to make a profit with every trade, all you have to do is make sure you are profiting as much as you possibly can, while keeping the losses to the minimum. You can still make a loss, but as long as it is not common and frequent then it will not be an issue, it will get you a good result without a trouble and should be great result.
613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC go above $30,000? on: August 22, 2023, 02:41:49 AM
Important decisions will be announced in September. Fed rate decision, unemployment data and producer price data. The fact that all these data indicate that inflation is not improving and unemployment is still strong may cause the Fed to increase the interest rate decision. In this case, the Bitcoin price may decline further with the declines that will be experienced. It is also worth mentioning. Pricing for these data and situations is often priced by the market days or weeks in advance. When the situation itself occurs, there is a short term positive reaction. I think this is due to buybacks to cover short positions. Finally, according to the course of global economic data, the pricing of Bitcoin will be more evident in September.
I feel like that will definitely change the price a lot but I can't guarantee if it will go higher or lower after that. I mean if it is as expected then maybe it could take it higher, or maybe if it is not what we assume it will be then it could go lower. It's hard to make distinctions between them but apparently the market thinks that it will go down, maybe they are selling it because of that. In the end, we are going to end up with a movement that much is certain.

These type of periods do matter for the time when it happens but to be fair they do not matter at all on the long run and will not matter, we need to make sure that it is not going to any different situation anytime soon, we will go higher eventually no matter what happens.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 21, 2023, 07:19:31 PM
even though yesterday I lost my bet for Roma but I am very satisfied to see the match between Juventus and Udinese and Juventus performance made me feel much better after my bet won. even though Juventus forced them to compete with ordinary players without star players, in the match against Udinese they had a maximum performance and this is good news for Juventus fans because their worries have been paid off by Juventus victory.

It seems that Allegri is a little more confident in bringing his team to the best place until the end of the season because he also knows what to do with the current players.
Juventus managed to start the new season with a promising victory over Udinese, Juventus performance in this match deserved praise from fans or other parties who placed bets on Juventus victory. It was not easy to score three goals against Udinese at once, but the Juventus players were able to do so in the first half. After entering the second half, Juventus were more careful and seemed to play it safe to secure victory. The performance shown by the Juventus players indicates that they are ready to compete for the Scudetto this season.

Allegri can take advantage of Juventus lack of schedule this season to stay focused on Serie A, he has managed to leave a good impression in the first match, Juventus will aim for first place all season in order to maintain the chance of winning the title race.
Juventus will be playing with a lot of hatred in them all year long. They are going to try to get the revenge of last season on all the teams this year. They may or may not be the winners in the end, but I know that they will be the one that tries the most, no other team could want that title as much as Juventus could want, and I do not mean just owners or anything, I mean from fans to players and from staff to equipment people, every single Juventus related person would want it.

This is why we are not going to see them play lowly ever, we are going to see them play with anger in them and they will beat everyone they can. Obviously it's football, we see teams end up losing everywhere, so it's possible they may get some bad results too.
615  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: binance vs decentralized exchange on: August 21, 2023, 09:09:23 AM
I have been meaning to get back into trading and futures for a while. I left binance do with KYC but thinking of sucking it up and excepting it. Looking at alternatives though dydx came to my attention. What are they like and is there any other good Perpetual exchanges that are non KYC
For me it is a clear choice and I would rather deal with binance over the decentralized ones easily because that is what I believe to be the better option and should be the case for most people. This isn't a jab at the decentralized exchange idea, if there is a single one that is a lot better than binance one day then I would be glad to use it and that will not be a problem for me at all, I would very much rather use whatever is the best one out there.

However, right now there are none of them that are better than the one that we have, Binance is the best one out of them all, and this isn't even just decentralized ones, I can easily say that Binance is the best one out of all the centralized ones as well.
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have betted 100$ on this token [BSC CHAIN] and I explain why on: August 21, 2023, 05:40:59 AM
To be honest, if you were wanna writing crappy article about your token and this is not the right place. You just found your own token, and that's it. Your main intention was to promoting your shit scam meme token and no more.
You have been introducing the crappy token that can be easily identified as the scam token with no interest from the crypto users.

You shall withdraw your own liquidity that already added to your crappy token.  Cheesy
Yeah, a newbie account that says it is not theirs and do not control it neither... hmmm how about we can say that they are being paid to shill it? It is obvious that nothing called "bitcoin meme" will be growing at all, it is a terrible one and hasn't seen any attention and will stay low.

You do not need to pick this after months of research neither, go to ANY launchpad out there, pick anything at random and there is no possible way that whatever you picked would be as bad as this one. You should be doing it a lot better and you should be having trouble making a dime out of things like this. Focus on making a profit the way you want to make it, and that way you are going to end up with a greater return for sure, that's how it works.
617  Economy / Economics / Re: How to developed your capital on: August 20, 2023, 07:45:10 PM
But it's too much, we also have to be realistic in managing and enjoying life. Everything that the OP said is very true, but there are some things that must be developed within oneself and that is quite important, namely working hard to be able to apply these things and working hard to try to achieve whatever.
Capital is often a problem, but not for people who have high confidence and innovation in doing positive things.
When I was a kid, they used to tell us to go to school, come out and get a good job that is paying and we are going to have a good lifestyle but now things are changing. There are many persons that have a job but the job is not giving them comfort. The phases of life and how we are going to make it in life is gradually changing. Hard work pays before but not now. There are people that are doing hard work but they are not making it at all which is why we need to do smart work. Life I'd getting worse as a result of the inflation we are facing from the government making life hard for people to bear.
Unfortunately parents raise their kids for the time they lived, not for the time they are going to live. For example, my dads time was a period when English was becoming more important at work, so he wanted me to go to college and learn English, and because of that there were a lot of people who studied English and learned it at my age group, since all our dads wanted to learn but couldn't and was too late, and because of that we did, but because we all did at the same time, speaking English doesn't make anyone a lot of money at all.

I believe that we need to focus on making our kids learn stuff that will benefit them in their own future. A lot of parents are teaching their kids how to code now, but coding is todays job, it won't be as profitable 20+ years later.
618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: August 20, 2023, 06:48:50 PM
I still regret that Saudi Arabia did not bring Messi into their team. We cannot continue to witness the rivalry between the two legends. Let's say they try to convince Messi. Then everyone will have a different view of their league, which is a big step for them. When Messi won the World Cup, Maybe money or titles were no longer essential to him.
On social networking sites, I often read exciting articles. Saudi money can buy all the former top stars. But there's only one World Cup winner that can't be purchased: Lionel Messi.
Money cannot entice every player to join the Saudi team. Kylian Mbappe rejected bids from Saudi, because there's alot he will achieved in Europe. Leo Messi turned down offers from Saudi Arabia because he felt it would be an unwise move, instead accepted offers from Inter Miami, who were struggling in their league. In accordance with Leo Messi's statistics, he had a significant impact on the club. Leo Messi is the undisputed GOAT; he put an end to the GOAT conversation when Argentina won the World Cup in 2022. Presently he's doing exceptionally brilliant in his new club and had help them lifts their first ever league trophy.
I do not think that it's about money but more about personality and cultural difference. I understand that there are some Saudi people who could argue that the life style in Saudi Arabia is just as good and you can do anything there and have fun and all that.

But, a lot of players "think" (or know) that they can't do exactly what they do in Europe or USA which they can't do there, I mean it's just not acceptable according to the culture and they just do not want that risk. Sure maybe it's allowed, but allowed and frowned upon are different. It's a lot easier for them to go to a culture that is closer to theirs and this is why while there are a lot of great footballers who agree to go go here, there are some who just feel not so great about it and reject.
619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is centralized, will other cryptocurrencys survive ?. on: August 20, 2023, 05:45:41 AM
factors like community support, technological advancement, and real -world adoption can contribute to the survival of alternative cryptocurrencies in such a scenario.

Because cryptocurrencies are basically a cryptographic contracts that exist and are running on their individual Blockchains on its own, and it doesn't hold any value. what gives it value is the concept of general acceptability, so the nature of one cryptocurrency can not affect the other if the community behind it so believe or want it so.

with all this put down here, I'm still not convinced. I need your opinions that, if Bitcoin is been centralized can other cryptocurrencies survive .
"if" bitcoin is centralized, others will not survive. Also "if" bitcoin is owned by a single person and nobody else, no other currency will survive, or "if electricity is gone" then bitcoin won't survive, and same as "if the whole world blows up, bitcoin won't survive". We should stop considering these unrealistic stuff and start considering a bit more serious stuff as well.

We are talking about things that will not happen like they will happen but we all know that it is not going to happen at all. So, if we keep on trying to figure out how to do something like this, then we are going to end up with a problem and that's not going to end up being anything good at all. So long story short we should be ignoring all these FOMO stuff.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SpaceX sold $373M worth Bitcoin, reason of current dump on: August 19, 2023, 06:55:04 PM
Have you see how dumping Bitcoin? If not you are missing red chart. Here is the reason why current dump happened.
It is obviously not the reason for the current dump. Dumps do not happen with these small amounts you think of. Selling 373 million doesn't mean anything, the market trades that much daily, we have people buying and selling that much anyway every single day. So believe me, this isn't the main reason. Sure it could play a part in it, there is nothing wrong with saying that this was one part of it, but saying it was the only reason doesn't make sense at all.

Plus, it dropped yesterday or the day before I am not sure, do we have a source that says space X sold it just as it went down? I do not see a source for it, we need exact date of when they sold in order to match that with what has happened as well in order to say it was them.
