541  Economy / Goods / Re: Nike airmax shoes in $100 USD BTC on: May 30, 2016, 09:35:33 PM
If I were you, if they are legit.

Then just sell them on a local ad or ebay then get the fiat and get your btc on some exchange with the profit or money you made.

This is the only logical route.. just my view.
542  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: May 30, 2016, 09:31:27 PM
the easiest way to earn btc is you must start with a small amount of the bitcoins to start trading/cloud mining etc

cloud mining can not play with a small amount, and also cloud mining the current will never be profitable, because use system ponzi is becoming a scam.

Its all dependent based on the operator to maintain a integrity level.

The easiest route to be okay with cloud mining is to ask if they can produce the actual hardware while they sell the cloud mining shares like hashnest does.
543  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reached 450$ today. share your views guys on: May 30, 2016, 09:29:26 PM
My view is that we will reach $500 during the month of May. This is a realistic price for us to accomplish in this month before approaching halving.

I hope that your words came true...The latest news doesn't affect the  price that much... So I think if the price won't go down any lower at $430+ last day, then we are really going for a price rally  up...
I wish that the price is going to reach $500 this month or at least next month because I am a bit tired of waiting. If the halving would come in now that would ruin some things for me.

Have patience bro as it is speculated that we will achieve this value in next couple of weeks or lastly by the end of this month, the only thing now we need is a little patience.
i too losing my patience day by day, heard that there will be no drop in price hereafter and speculations were made that price will be $500 by the end of this month, hoping and waiting eagerly for good results.

I do not suspect that my prediction is correct, and finally we reach $500 when approaching the end of the month of May.
I am more optimistic when halving prices could rise higher, perhaps $600 at least be easy to achieve.

$600 during the halving time is possible. The halving will happen on 10 July, that is about 40 days away.

I think $600 will be achieved before the halving and we may see some higher price at halving, my expectation from halving is to see price around $800.

If the price gets to that range get ready for a small dump lol.

I know some friends who dont know bitcoin just invested just cause of this, based on reddit posts. So I`m pretty much ready to buy once I see it go back around this $500 zone again if it drops.
544  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Electrum Or Bread Wallet on: May 30, 2016, 09:25:31 PM
I`m basically using breadwallet for a cold wallet.

But you can make it officially your cold wallet by knowing the keyphrase itself and delete the current and set new keyphrase to act like a hotwallet.

I dont mess with anything else, since the cold hardware wallet uses the same level of bi38 or 39 I forget for the security setup as trezors.
545  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin crossed 520$... on: May 30, 2016, 09:13:53 PM
Keep dreaming. Bitcoin is going to collapse before the halving, and the price will go below $200 per coin, before stabilizing at $230-240 levels. The recent spike is entirely due to speculation about the halving. The adoption and usage of BTC is declining in the mean time. This bubble is not going to be sustainable. The only question is when it is going to burst.

Hey bryant coleman,

After long back i am seeing you here man. I don't need to explain you about speculation part of bitcoin. Because you are very much aware of halving effect. So don't pass negative vibes here bro. Bitcoin pump will continuous and It will reach its destination as Satoshi expects!

Hes just sharing his experience basically lol.

But in my experience I can see it a different way, although some of his points can be valid "being a bubble".

My case though the way I see why its a reinforced bubble but a legit investment is there is nothing else to go to beside the blockchain technology which he cant deny as well. We need this in order to protect our money regardless.

It may not be used in the form of a merchant approach mainly, but more of a savings mechanism in my view or just kept focus as a money transmitter alone only value.
546  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 5000$ soon on: May 30, 2016, 09:08:37 PM
We will need a miracle to see the price even pass beyond 500 dollars. So why even think about 5000? That's over 11 times the current price, how can such an event happen 'soon'
Exactly not!

ROFL

just shut up, you have no idea.

How exciting speed in this new run towards $5000! I hope at least $800 at the end of this month, and $5000 will be reached on June or July.

my bet would be on august

but yeah, $5000 is very likely by the latter half of the year.

That is too optimistic. There is little possibility that we will see $500 later this year, maybe in two years.

Youre trolling too hard man lol.

The price hit a couple few days ago and its at $540 which most people already know.

Unless youre assuming that the ETH effects the price point for bitcoin to make it stay at $500 then thats a different discussion.
547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Amount in wallet too small? on: May 30, 2016, 09:00:55 PM
I suppose its just listening to people say its good for the unbanked and for small loans for those people etc etc.
In fact Ive been around bitcoin since 2012 and a lot of what was said then isnt true like its anonymous and you can send money for free etc.

I've transferred more money to it and am then going to withdraw the total amount, which is a waste of my bitcoin really as it would have been more financially sensible to forget it, at this stage at least. But as people are losing bitcoin for ever all the time it just doesnt seem right.

This falls back on the amount being send to the actual wallet.

So if you keep on sending micro transactions you will get cut up by fees and long unknown times for the miner to find your block - based on importance.

Which is why most who do the paperwallet route are usually people sending .1 btc or more eventually adding up to a bigger balance.

As for the last comment on people losing bitcoin all the time - this is based on how you proceed since there is a $34 dollar ledger wallet which is a smart chip usb that acts like a coldwallet which is more tangible like a plug and play(see balance).

Its really your approach assuming you already know this cause you been around 2012.
548  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Touched $500 just now on: May 30, 2016, 08:50:44 PM
That was a good feeling to watch bitcoin price just crossing $500 on c-cex and coinbase  Grin Grin
Wish if i had a lots of bitcoin Undecided Undecided
Honestly didn't expect to see +$500 soon but what I really hope is that the price keep this level or even more before the halving  Smiley

Its prehalving prices so its more like a temporary price.

I`d like to see the average after the halving has died down and if it retains anywhere near that # or more.
549  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: help help on: May 30, 2016, 08:46:45 PM
I do not recommend using faucets as you will spend a lot of time claiming small amounts of satoshi every day for a very small amount of satoshi withdrawed.

I recommend doing services for other members, joining signature campaigns (which can be found in the services section) or selling digital goods. You can also learn to trade and begin with it, because it's the best method for earning.

You can also farm accounts (post on the forums and bring up to a high rank) and then sell the account.

Regards

It depends on the persons education to bitcoin being the 1st time.

I would recommend it, to see for the educational purpose but intially youre right since it does take away too much time. But the signature campaign shouldnt be really focused on, since most campaigns are closed off now unless they have room.

Farming accounts should be pointed out that it encourages scamming behavior and also takes a big time load and the price is not really that great due to limited campaigns.

The only advice I can give to make btc, is if you trade before the halving and focus on the fiat form to make money like fiverr, and any other online things out there besides on this forum.
550  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mobile phones and cancer. on: May 30, 2016, 08:34:46 PM
The chances of this I would say our food has more chances then mobile phones.

The crap in the food we intake everyday causes more likely then anything else. You can easily tell when someones been eating a poor diet, and switch to a new the body heals itself and people eventually get off meds.
551  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: May 30, 2016, 08:30:23 PM
I prefer holding bitcoins because it is still at its early stage and in the future their is a good potential that the price will increase in substantial amount. The good thing is you can use it on a daily basis which would results to maximizing your profit.
bitcoin prices are very volatile, and sometimes a very high price increases abruptly, so it makes a profit from hold bitcoin. so i also prefer holding bitcoin

Security is the new and old sexy so in my eyes I`m with gold not bitcoin. Bitcoin is more of a testing what I can spare to lose.

I would be more happy to get a 1% return knowing I will get it then a price flux like you mention here. Again, prices can jump or go down which is something I rather not see but this is based on someones risk tolerance in general.
552  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do I make money with $100 USD BTC on: May 30, 2016, 08:25:32 PM
There are allot of manners to make money with 100 dollar of bitcoins. you can simply invest them into many companys or you can invest them in a gambling website. There are allot of ways to get money with the coin.

But for me, if I have that 100$ worth of btc, I'm just going to hold just to make earn for the upcoming halving. As of today, base on yobit.net
the price for bitcoin already reached to $475.9  Shocked
That's a way far pump since yesterday that was $440 something.

Its already at $540 lol.

So just holding it today you made profit in the difference since thats another $100 right there, so you can cash out if you need it.
553  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Selling a method to earn $70-$100 per day through Clickbank. on: May 30, 2016, 08:23:11 PM
I dont get why you would saturate your own market - if this supposedly makes you $100 per day.

That would make no sense.. esp on a business level why create any marketshare.
554  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Get many Steam Prepaid Cards as you want.. [Short as Steam Balance Method] on: May 30, 2016, 08:19:26 PM
By now its safe to say, based on the response here you should look elsewhere to get a discount from a legit place.

The only way to get discount on games is sites that are known like g2a, anything else is sketch.
555  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: May 30, 2016, 08:07:18 PM
You would need a price of 10 000$/BTC, which is fare from being impossible. My thought : possible but still hard.

Atleast we are getting there some what in slow movements.

We already broke $540 barrier so seeing the $1k marker will be a huge thing to the hard goal.
556  Economy / Speculation / Re: 50 shades of kwukduck on: May 30, 2016, 07:59:09 PM
ETH will take over bitcoin because it addresses problems that the bitcoin community fails to do.
The bitcoin community and developers stick their heads in the sand and act if there are bo problems.
I'm a big proponent of bitcoin itself over ETH but the community is killing bitcoin.

I'll probably get another ban again for saying this , so be it, the only way bitcoin can survive and grow is if we recognize and acknowledge its problems and try to address them.

I`m sure the volume of orders will go back up, once coinbase actually launches their eth on their exchange.

I only know recently they said they planned to re-market it on their exchange which is a huge impact for the US.
557  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: May 30, 2016, 07:51:12 PM
If you want to get rich then work hard and smart and that is the only way to get rich in future as its not a film story where you will get reach overnight, its an real life scenario.

The problem is because theres too many distractions that really achieve our goal.

You got tv, news, twitch, new games, all these are eating the time to really build something - and see the 1st lesson anyone should be is time value / time management.

Also creating their own "team" and your time savers.
558  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 30, 2016, 07:42:27 PM
If you want to earn some money later than it will be smarter that you are going to make a smart investment so you can later after a long time sell it with a lot of profit and that is nice.
But of course it will be really hard to know what the value will be and when you can sell it but that is just the risk that you should take.

Every investment is risky and you have to take that risk in order to earn good profits in future, because saving will never make you rich in long run.

This varies on peoples approaches on how they see money.

To mention savings will never make you rich is pretty absurd - if the person clears a good amount in business and they apply the basic principal of a large amount to 1-2% return, thats a easy $3k a month (depending on the principal). So if they do this alone it means they dont have to break any more sales of profit.
559  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: May 30, 2016, 07:35:19 PM
I buy bitcoins to finance my gambling habits, very simple. That's the main use of my bitcoins actually, next is for investment and savings.

Now thats a rare comment lol.

Someone admitting to a gambling addiction lol. I myself gamble but not too much these days, I usually just buy bitcoin to protect from fiat money thats about it.
560  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 30, 2016, 07:31:41 PM
governments simply aren't interested in incorporating bitcoin. they can't deal with the fact that it is something they can't control. paper money will stay at least for another 10-20 years.
Paper money is going to stay for another couple of years because it is going to be a whole process to make everything digital. I think that it is going to be different per country because not every country can afford it.

Paper money will always survive and it will always be used by majority of people and bitcoin can never take over paper money in future too.

No, paper money will be gone in a decade. When asked, Christine Lagarde said that she doesn't believe cash will exist in 10 years, so do the math. We are going to a society with no physical cash, this is why Bitcoin will be worth thousands of not millions of dollars a coin. I don't understand how many times I have to say this until people realize.

People don't really want to use digital money and goverment will not do smth like this without agreement of others. And after poll i think we will still use paper money.

Yeah people dont really use digital money cause you know, credit cards arent digital right lol.

I dont see the debate here, cause government can be involved if they passed some fincen money transmitter law which can be accepted if they wanted.
