1061  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: January 26, 2016, 06:08:54 AM
I would absolutely love to! Which is exactly why I'm currently working on learning a few coding languages (and honing the skills of those I already know) So that I can work from home as a remote programmer of some sort Smiley  At which time a multiscreen pc setup allows me to code and watch my BTC/ALTS at the same time Wink

Its sort of a dream, unless the prices we know become real solid like $1,000 value. I only say this because, what if the price drops $100 then recovers a month later, thats $100 deducted automatically.

That would make a huge impact, cause only then you`ll be certain on how much you`ll be paid way more then the job youre working at. But, since youre at home anyways I guess thats the trade off too.
1062  Economy / Economics / Re: US Debt Has Exploded on: January 25, 2016, 11:25:40 PM
yup crypto has been planned for ages the debt bomb was all a big joke

China is screwed

Not entirely, hasnt china been buying up our precious metals to serve their overpopulated country.

Trying to replace u.s. currency making known world currency like u.s. did to their own as official denomination.

I feel like if anything we`ll just keep kicking the can, by still printing more fiat till and I wont live around to see it.
1063  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: January 25, 2016, 11:22:32 PM
If you want to earn extra money, then invest. If you don't want extra money, save.
who people do not want extra money? i think all people want it. but most people take too many risks as investing in ponzi site. because it wants to increase revenue

just keep in mind, just because bitcoin is creating opportunities like those ponzis or any other form investment form doesnt mean its the best scenario.

often most people think too hard or rational to get a safe return. I would still stick with traditional forms, then btcjam or any other form bitcoin has created.

and then hedge it back buying bitcoin when its low.
1064  Economy / Speculation / Re: You guys need to relax on: January 25, 2016, 10:27:00 PM
Lol, OP speaks the truth, well at least I'm on the same page really. Bought back some months ago at $230 and I'm just holding and growing my share. I don't really care about price fluctuations. Bitcoin has grown every year, but there were always a lot of bumps along the road. So unless you are very good at trading (which in Bitcoin I don't think it's really possible, there are no rules) you should just hold and buy when you see an opportunity.

I`m in the same boat sort of.

I got bitcoin around mid high of $200ish. So just been sitting on it, and you have to really walk away from price swings like you and I did. Dont care about the price, but just continue doing your daily grind and check back a month later which I do.

Its a gamble to some, but I`m willing to hedge time, based on so many VC money pumped to make bitcoin happen.
1065  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Whole Foods - Fast Delivery on: January 25, 2016, 10:23:02 PM
I suggest you build a reputation 1st, no ones going to take a hit.

Take vouches, then work your way up. But most likely this wont be the case.
1066  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Have some member and jr member accounts to sell (bitcointalk accs) on: January 25, 2016, 10:21:29 PM
I suggest anyone going to buy accounts, they use a trusted escrow.

Regardless, you dont know if these accounts are under someones loans, etc, doing the homework.
1067  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ₪₪MEGA Gift cards shop® huge discounts - VOUCHED - ESCROW accepted ₪₪ on: January 24, 2016, 05:22:31 AM
are most of your cards e-gift card? or is it physical cards?

if you can pm me that would be great. Im a on-going buyer depending whats available.

And obviously if cards dont die out, which assuming from your rep and other peoples response they dont.
1068  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: 💰 Buying BTC @ Bitstamp Spot →→Exchange your BTC for Cash In Hand [Instant] 💰 on: January 24, 2016, 02:23:45 AM
Just curious are you near california, if we do cash in mail?

Prob the most risk option, but Id rather get cash then through some of the options above.

Pm`d you.
1069  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: $35 Bitcoin on: January 24, 2016, 01:38:06 AM
If youre asking bitcoin with absurd fee rates, anyone can easily just go take the time and do cash deposit.

And do a in person transaction, which most of time I do because the absurd fees and reversible method.
1070  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Safe way to buy my first S7? on: January 11, 2016, 09:05:21 PM
congrats, on your 1st thread / post and stopped being a lurker  Cheesy

But as you know most of the miners are usually bought on this forum using a escrow with trusted rep + symbol in dark green.

So shying away from this forum is at your own risk. I would take the same concept, go google research for escrow services which they are out there in your own state and usually serves more then one location.

Just remember to do your homework, which avoids all your problem.
1071  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ****Starbucks E-gift cards for 42.5% of the value!! **Never Dies**** on: January 07, 2016, 03:09:05 AM
Are your wholefoods card able to check on their website for balance check?

if not, where do I go to verify.
1072  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [H] $365 eBay gift card [W] .40 BTC on: December 21, 2015, 12:24:12 AM
I wouldnt take my chances, if the person already has a rep on scamming someone for $50.

And $50 is a pretty low amount just to scam someone..
1073  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Will buy your utility bills. on: December 21, 2015, 12:21:16 AM
Sold utiltity bill to OP. I asked op if picture was ok as i do not have access to scanner he said picture is fine as long as it is clear . Sent picture to oP, op said yes it is clear however he needs a scan. i reminded him he said picture was fine because i do not have access to scanner he then said he said that just to pursuade me to trade? Anyway, op will not pay me.
If you are going to do this deal with him, Use escrow.

Why would you even do this? No good can come from it
im hungry

Seriously?

You hungry, so thats the excuse to go wanting to scam someone? you have no idea how to make a profit? buy something for cheap, and sell it for more then what you got it for..

Edit: Sorry, read it wrong, meant to direct to the op.
1074  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Safest way to Sell or Buy Coins in Ebay? on: December 16, 2015, 11:17:10 PM
Your best bet here, is to sell the e-code here, and have a vouch.

And establish your thread with a reasonable rate "preev.com". If you go plan on buying bitcoin they will or can suspend your account on buying limits if you spend abnormally do on ebay since its against their "Terms of Service".

1075  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ****Starbucks $25.00 E-gift for $10.00**** on: December 01, 2015, 08:13:38 PM
A huge bump to this thread.

If youre not buying cards from this guy, youre missing out.

Super fucken nice guy, just had some minor issues. And got all sorted out within 5 mins.  Smiley

1077  Economy / Digital goods / Re: I'm buying bitgold with btc. on: November 02, 2015, 04:37:23 PM
Op, are you accepting payments they bought gold through debitcard - since its not the same as a credit card.

debit cards are only attached to a checkings account at a bank .

1078  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [Selling] STARBUCKS E-GIFTCARDS @ 35% - LONG TERM USE on: November 02, 2015, 03:41:21 PM
Theres been several suppliers, I would recommend to start doing vouches if what you say is true.

Most people look at these things assuming the card is already skimmed.
1079  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in Stocks With Bitcoin on: October 19, 2015, 04:07:12 AM
Well, not big of a trading, not sure how you would like it, but you can have a go and look at cryptostocks.com

I`m not a big fan of trading either.

I have a friend who trade stocks in day trading on the exchange not bitcoin. But he lost $30,000 but now doing it succesfuly making $80,000 now.

I dont think I can handle the emotion.
1080  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in Stocks With Bitcoin on: October 19, 2015, 04:05:31 AM
Try 1broker.com like others suggest. I am a member for the past few months and only once I faced an issue when my order was executed at wrong price. Support responded in timely manner and corrected it on the same day.

I never heard of that site before, but if most have already then id assume its safe?

Anyways, I suggest people who have bitcoin to cash out then invest the tradtional stock exchange instead, but this is my view.
