1262  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you expect from the halving in 2016? on: July 29, 2015, 09:08:53 PM
traders are dumping and buying 100k per day? can you point me the source of this? i don't really care about the demand and supply but only the supply so i can compare better the reduction in the "mining supply"

if it's indeeded 100k per day than ok 1800 is nothing to that lower than 2% and will cause a 4% up in demand like you said

You're looking at it the wrong way, I think. It doesn't matter how many coins are flipped by traders each day. What matters is the net demand and net supply.

If we are talking about demand and supply.

Wheres the new volume of demand going to come from? geminis new exchange when it launches? its a shame i ask about bitcoin and my friends still give me a blank stare.
1263  Economy / Speculation / Re: $350+ within 2 weeks on: July 29, 2015, 09:02:45 PM
The reason is simple. I will soon have to sell a double digit amount to pay for certain expenses, which I will later have to buy back. Every single time something like this happens the market moves against me. You are welcome.

More than that, check out the 3 day chart on bitcoin and you'll see the classic cup and handle forming.  Maybe it will take just over 2 weeks to play out but expecting us to break $600 someime in next month.

You Sir, made my day.
I see the delusion is still strong in the community.  My job is not done yet.

your job is not done yet? what job are you exactly talking about. creating plenty of brand new accounts to spam the forum with ultra bearish nonsense?

well you gotta give him some credit here lol.

cause actually some newbies can get influenced on these type of threads and end up denting a small fraction, you never know.
1264  Economy / Speculation / Re: how many people in the world own any amount of Bitcoin? on: July 29, 2015, 08:58:48 PM
You gotta factor the loss coins too!

And the stolen ones as well, but overall you can see it based on the top richest address page or circulation tab on blockchain.
1265  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price about to explode..at 296.74 now.... on: July 29, 2015, 08:52:22 PM
the price has been hanging just a few bucks below the $300 level. looks like no one yet is willing to give bitcoin the push to go over $300 and potentially trigger a small rally.

We've touched $300 in March and came back down to $220. This time hopefully will be different. Prices rose to $310 middle of this month and we did not trace down, but stayed above $275! May be it will be 3rd time lucky, $350 may be?  Smiley

well the rise to over $310 this month was due to greece. currently there is no reason of why the price should go over $300. and it shows as it is pushed down again.

I wouldnt rely on greece too much. Unless western union still close their doors for business and people still cant get funds moved.

Then yeah, but greece is generally the influence in price right now outside from the typical whale manipulation, etc.
1266  Economy / Economics / Re: Your thoughts on Greece? What's the most likely outcome in your opinion? on: July 29, 2015, 08:17:39 PM
I think that after the Greece default, it gets kicked out of Euro zone. Followed by that, more countries leave as euro has always been about more money than just more support. The economy of Greece faults destroyed, they keep losing power and faith of people keeps fluctuating from one leader to another each promising a better future. The euro zone asks an important asset or a part of the country as a payment of the dues and Greece has a fall out if it isn't rescued by another country.

If they kicked out how will germany and other european nations gets its funds back in what form?

wouldnt make sense to kick out someone when they owe you money. Also greece`s problem is similar to any state problem on how a city goes broke its just their on a global level. They wont get a rescue, but im sure they will have to be settled down with a reasonable # to come back from if their country ever does grow.
1267  Economy / Digital goods / Re: netflix membership for 1$ reviews needed on: July 29, 2015, 08:13:08 PM
just a recommendation, if its low as $1, you should just have a couple people to test and vouch for you.

Then charge at a reasonable price of your setting since most people are sketched out on even if its a $1 loss on their part.
1268  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Dadice level 50 account for sale on: July 29, 2015, 04:45:52 AM
How much is the waiting time?

Waiting time is 300 seconds, he already said this. But don't misunderstand this thing - it's a gambling faucet! You can claim only if your balance is 0, that's shitty :/

Isnt that how it is on most of the gambling sites...

I mean if you do primedice its the same, where your balance needs to be zero in order to re-claim the faucet credit. Or did you expect something like freebitco.in
1269  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling Amazon Gift Cards for BTC on: July 29, 2015, 04:44:15 AM
If you want the percentage and expect a sale, you need to mention "escrow" with a repped person like: quickeseller, tomatocage and so on.

You also have to be flexible since most assume the cards are going to be not a legit source, plus most will just buy from gyft.com
1270  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 29, 2015, 04:41:41 AM
for me, saving and invest is like 50:50 saving in the bank 50% and the rest i use to buy bitcoin. but it just 20$ since i have no job...

50 savings is decent, but I wouldnt keep a large principal in there since you never know when a new bank can take over.

And then your money gets complicated, so it depends on the size of your bank who youre with.
1271  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price about to explode..at 296.74 now.... on: July 29, 2015, 04:40:17 AM
...

I was NEVER able to predict future prices (short term) of anything.  Not Bitcoin, not stocks or options, not gold.

That's why I don't trade.  Some people can trade, others not.

If you see me make a speculation recommendation, you wold do better to take the OTHER SIDE OF THE TRADE!

I doubt that someone is able to do this ( to predict the price of bitcoin). To many try and someone find something but I think that the guy who find do this occasionally and not because there is some scientific analyse made.

So, not only your recommendations but the everyone recommendations, according to me, are useless and pure speculation and without any value.

Its always going to be a speculation lol.

Last time I checked no one can read the future.. but making estimates but the TA - technical analysis on levels will never always be right all the time.
1272  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: July 29, 2015, 04:37:52 AM
Yes, I agree. You should also have a fair distribution in mind. In the long run the rich people shouldn't have more than 50 bitcoin per person. Institutions maybe up to 1000.

But that is the point when human greed comes into play, and you can't blame anyone who tries to pile up as much as he can while a full bitcoin is still affordable - even for the poor.

Fuck your wealth redistribution, every single market looks like 60% held by top 5%, and rest 40% held by 95%.

Its always like that, because the early folks are risk takers, and their risk taking is rewarded by alot of share %.

Your fucking communist idea to redistribute the stuff will descourage people taking risks, and everyone will become a crybaby 40 year olds in diapers.

Well you cant complain at the guy since we see our banks more of a non true capitalistic form.

Back in 2008 if true capitalism worked, it means we actually let them fail with no bail out. We have more of a socialism where we dont let it fail at all.

1273  Economy / Speculation / Re: ETA for the ETF? (and Gemini Exchange speculation) on: July 29, 2015, 04:33:55 AM
Any update on this? Any estimated date of opening for trading? The last 'newsworthy' thing I saw related to Gemini was a dumb ass pic of some donuts on their official instagram page. I don't think there's been anything official for a while. They're certainly taking their time Sad

The latest is that they've been in Monaco per his Twitter. Looks like they're living it up.

Sounds about right.

I mean they got a ton of cash from facebook, and then they do these bitcoin launch as side projects so its not really like they need money or anything.

Heck, gemini could fail and they be still be good on money.  Roll Eyes
1274  Economy / Economics / Re: Are recessions good for the economy? on: July 29, 2015, 04:25:43 AM
It just means we really broke as hell. And that means less jobs, less movement.

Since majority of the middle class move the economy, the less jobs the cost of goods are just the same and lending also becomes harder for new home owners.

Not much of a good thing, you want everything to be flowing.. not halting in a sense. And things become more expensive.
1275  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: how much can you make weekly? on: July 29, 2015, 04:21:09 AM
Around 1$ I think

that pretty sad to hear... only $1 per week?

no way.. even as a newbie coming onto this forum you read enough, then go buy an account then sign up on a signature campaign you can make at least $20 per week then $1.
1276  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will Ethereum's launch affect BTC's price? on: July 29, 2015, 04:19:13 AM
No effect.

All alts are not big enough to affect BTC prices, and Ethereum is not the biggest guy around

Sounds about right..

I never seen an altcoin really heavily influence the main core coin since every alt coin seems to be super bad and no benefit of holding it.
1277  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 29, 2015, 04:16:45 AM
To get rich, you need to work at least 16 hours a day constantly and that is not for 1 job.

And while you are doing that you need to search every better job opportunity there is.

I think i dont even need to say that you can not get rich by working for someone.

Build your own business.

absolutely right, build your own business...
first make some money and invest on creative works. you need luck also.

Haahh own bussines , need a lot of capital for its own business, while capital from where? Get from your mom ? Hahaha

Its easier said being done obviously.

But now days you can launch regardless either if its saving your moms allowance money or crowdsource funding on kickstarter or something similar.  Theres more projects being launched all the time on those crowd source sites. Then get further funding if it does produce sales.
1278  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 29, 2015, 04:13:51 AM
Why expect to buy and wait for the price to drop significantly?

I`d do the exact oppposite, when the price declines measurements of $10-30 and slow decline thats when I buy small amounts at a time.
1279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: July 29, 2015, 04:06:52 AM
I dont think the op has any idea what the comparison is about really.

Also, based on observing the obvious its just for post count for the newbie account I assume.
1280  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] CHEAP ebay account ready to sell on: July 29, 2015, 04:01:25 AM
He stated cheap.. so I`d assume anything no less then $50.

Or expecting way way lower like dirty cheap like $5 per account maybe? op should re-edit on the price point.
