1121  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: September 02, 2015, 07:10:33 PM
Another way of earning Bitcoins is to scam someone to get their coins, although is not a recommend path to choose right now.  Roll Eyes

Your life wouldn't happy if you're going to do that
so many job out there that you can make much money more than you ripped someone,
how about if you get ripped?

I know how hard it is to rip someone (including myself) stealing their money is not a good idea. It is the fastest way to earn Bitcoins, but as I said before it is not recommend. I'd just rather offer my services in exchange for Bitcoins (I'm pretty good in IT related stuff)  Cheesy

Lol what a way Tongue, how fun is to steal someone's money? I don't know if anybody scammed you.
But it is a terrible feeling when you understand that you have been scammed.
In another way you will loose these money as it is not yours.

Yes I've been scammed many times especially when I first started with Bitcoin. Most of them were cloud mining sites such as: Hashprofit, GAW Miners, Cointellect and most recently, cloudminr.io  I've lost too many Bitcoins and that's why I'm holding them and trading alt coins to recoup my losses  Sad

i would just focus the current fiat form, to recoup your loss. and focus with having a job or know how to make money on the side for more fiat.

do whatever you can do to buy back in dollars, since the price point is lower now.

just a tip, do a 5 min search on what youre trying to launch..  theres a known seller whos already have your market share.

most of his customers are already drawn to his vouches, so not sure how you`ll do unless you beat their price.

^ thats your competitor.
1123  Economy / Goods / Re: Sell my apartment for 500btc. on: September 02, 2015, 07:00:33 PM
awesome apartment, i love the view..

op, you really need to edit your thread with virtal information if you were any serious about selling it lol.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: September 02, 2015, 06:58:26 PM

It's in a museum now so I would say so.   Grin

I think tulip mania only lasted for maybe two years or less?  Bitcoin is still going on strong hitting year 7 and it technically won't die as long as someone hosts a NODE for it.  Still I don't see Bitcoin going anywhere since the media's FUD campaign against it is very effective.  They even resorted to lies like "Bitcoin CEO kills herself" or saying Mark Karepeles invented Bitcoin.  A lot of yellow journalism against Bitcoin.

at least now, you can say legit youre part of a historic event.

since its in a "museum" lol. This just reinforces that this can be a potential new version of the tulip mania, just lasting a bit longer.
1125  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 02, 2015, 06:55:32 PM
anyone paying for bitcoin despite the cheap relative price points in your own view, is based on their own risk.

i think the price point is a delliusional concept in itself, its like predict on if the stock market basis.

but i rather save my money and earn the btc for free.
1126  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: September 02, 2015, 06:52:48 PM
i have holdings in both, but i find bitcoin far more exciting. i wouldnt touch much else as a stable investment

you say this i assume because you barely see any price movments with gold lol.

and with bitcoin you see a whole bunch of volatility everyday to a few months a major price swings. screw the excitment, I rather see the secure price point.. its good youre in both though.
1127  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: September 02, 2015, 06:50:00 PM
lol in a decade or more fiat will worth almost nothing, i dont think people will trade their bitcoin for worthless paper...

looks like no one remember how many things people buy decades ago with their salary in fiat and how much time they needed to pay their house  Grin

some people think despite with all the praise with bitcoin.

bitcoin is actually broken in many ways that dont see it. One of them being the bitcoin needing to be split. Some point out here in the article.

1128  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: September 02, 2015, 06:44:15 PM
I think, bitcoin prices in 2016 will decrease due to the emergence of new coins that will exceed bitcoin
in 2016 we will hit 500$ i sure it

i hope we can hit something better than a mere 500, which was feasible this year at least in theory

if by the end of 2016 we are still at 500 something went utterly wrong, it seems that many cannot still consider how a joke the marketcap of bitcoin is, at the moment...

i hope more people interesting to use bitcoin, and we can use bitcoin to pay daily cost like restaurant caffe motel tax etc.
bitcoin price is actually not so important that the most important is that it can be used everyday

yes, the complete idea of not cashing out bitcoins and spending them while its worth increases fascinates me, I love the fact that you can buy things without telling people who you are, where you live, etc. I've never had problems with transactions too and I've rather benefited from bitcoin, little losses don't matter once you know bitcoin's potential and yours together Smiley

if you compare bitcoin with other payment like paypal , okpay, payeer
you can find high fee and can be tracked who you are Smiley

I don't really think bitcoin and paypal can be compared. They might perform similar actions but their features are varied. Bitcoin transaction fees could be as much as 10-20 satoshi as compared to paypal, which could be averaged to 0.29$. On paypal's website, they also go further and state that the standard rate for receiving payments for goods and services is 3.4% + $0.45 NZD. Bitcoin > Paypal

It cant be compared because despite the services aim for a same goal, one function trumps paypal.

And thats like paypal freezing your account or stealing your funds in other "rules of terms" in their own words. This goes for both innocent business and the wrongful ones.

Move to poland and try to find the "Nazi gold train"  Cheesy

Quote
Polish authorities have blocked off a wooded area near a railway line after scores of treasure hunters swarmed south-west Poland looking for an alleged Nazi gold train.

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/aug/31/nazi-gold-train-draws-treasure-hunters-to-south-west-poland

alright, so whos with us on this .1% chance on finding this! lol.

if you do get it we can all split, and then buy bitcoin and still have physical gold. But just know you`ll have a guilty mind knowing its from the holocaust and all the jews that were killed.
1130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 02, 2015, 06:37:36 PM
when gambling you always gotta be careful to not get addicted on it, if you start to loose , never think you will win big hehe

youre talking about the form of addiction, which applys to everything.

so in a sense too much of that particular thing is bad is a general sense.
1131  Economy / Economics / Re: Low BTC price is good for Bitcoins at the moment. on: September 02, 2015, 06:35:16 PM
just make bitcoin mainstream itll make price rising

can you imagine only 21millions coin compare to xx billions people in the world, ahhaa

thats the reason why satoshi make 1 BTC =100.000.000 satoshi
 Grin Grin

uh, it takes more then that to have a valuation like that.

the biggest hurdle would be having each person wanting bitcoin over their normal purchases like using their traditional methods.

Its like saying everyone will use apple pay, but in reality some people stick with what they know already.
1132  Economy / Economics / Re: What can greece central bank do? on: September 02, 2015, 06:33:21 PM
They can't do much. The whole situation with Greece will implode  in the future. The EU will keep lending money until the rest of the EU gets fed up and starts Riot in order to block further loans to Greece. Only the people can stop this whole mess, but since people get a paycheck, house, car etc they won't care at all once one of this is in risk to disappear the people will wake up and say enough is enough with the greek loans.

I dont know. The EU can afford to lose anymore money, but cutting off the supply should help them.

Theres the whole situation where if EU will no longer consider greece as the euro. And who knows they might try to sell their debt to other countries like u.s. or buy some of it.
1133  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is dropping fast, but don't panic! on: September 02, 2015, 06:30:06 PM
I think Bitcoin's price is stable now and we will see rest of the year at 210-250$ range.I don't think price will drop any further.Actually price are in this range for month except two pumps which took them at around 300 $.No need to worry about price.

We can't go sideways for 4 more months straight. We'll definitely see some action this fall.

you never know lol.

I seen boring times back in 2012 before the whole mt.gox situation. And it was several months, I guess it was a bit longer back then because bitcoin barely got any word of publicity.
1134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Percentage of XT nodes... on: September 02, 2015, 06:28:46 PM
Loads of fake nodes and multiple nodes coming from the same source. I assume they were intended to light a fire that never caught on. We'll see what happens with the upcoming scalability conference but it looks like they've run out of steam for now.

so its safe to assume, that we still stick with the same bitcoin client?

Im aware of the whole situation, but I have yet to be proactive enough to go help out the merge.
1135  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTB A FULL MEMBER ACCOUNT on: August 31, 2015, 09:41:04 PM
you should mention several things in your thread like:

1. Price
2. Escrow
3. Signatures that can be proven on the account

The list goes on, but the 3 mentioned are critical.
1136  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS Walmart code on: August 31, 2015, 09:39:07 PM
Why dont you just buy something thats over $45 dollars or around price but a bit over and use your card as well.

Then return the item to walmart, and ask the amount to all be returned on the card or ask to verify that in person.

1137  Economy / Speculation / Re: We will break $200 again on: August 31, 2015, 09:33:53 PM
Yes . we will break $200 very soon and i will buy some coins at $130 very soon ...... i am so happy that i have not any coin at now

good luck with waiting. i hope you have plenty of time as we probably will never see the price reach $130 again. but you're probably trolling.

after down to 160$ im not sure bitcoin will be down lower than it so for people who waiting under 160$ please cancel your buy order and place it to 170-190 $  Wink

For seeing price $100 we just need another 40k selling ...........

And you know that 40k selling can come from a whale right lol.

This is why the price movements can be manipulated almost by anything or some exchange doing some more insider stuff like we saw bitfnex.
1138  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: August 31, 2015, 09:30:29 PM
Buy all the lucky charms you can think off. And then play craps and bet on black you'll be rich in no time. If that doesn't work I don't know what is.

I say avoid all what you just said, and focus on building a business that can leverage.

Leverage meaning that if you put all your time into, that eventually it scales on its own + pay wise as well.

Anything that doesnt focus on a hrly rate like a job, you`ll be rich.
1139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 31, 2015, 09:27:47 PM
Of course gambling is wrong. It's nothing but a good way to lose lots of money. The idea of gambling differ from one person to the next. The two possibilities I see are...

A.) To have fun.
B.) To make money.

Having fun while gambling isn't an issue I have with it. I think that should be the idea of gambling. Having a bit of competition or enjoyment of betting a little money. Using it as a way to make money, however, I feel is "wrong".

Its supposed to be fun right.. until you lose.

Thats where most emotions boil up, and make you explode which determines the level of the individuals self control lol. And most people I know just "rage bet" afterwards since they already lost something, they say the "fuck it" mentality.

eg: $20 loss turns to $100
1140  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 31, 2015, 09:24:03 PM
Its already a global money transmitter, but it wont be a currency format I see.

It challenges the usd dollar to replace, and if its the world reservce currency and if the usd failed, then another country can step in its fiat form.
