Why delisting BCH? I was not in favor of the hard fork but many users benefitted by having a new currency deposit in their wallets which was free and the price started at like $500 and went on to reach $4k and that time even bitcoin was doing well. But it really was no different than BTC though it claimed to provide faster transactions with its increase block size solution, it completely failed but it can just be treated as another altcoin then.

Insurance is the only thing currently that I want and expect from an exchange. It could be hacked anytime but if it has an insurance, there is a possibility we could get back our investments. KYC is not such a problem if the exchange does have an insurance.

I don't advise investing in bitcoins right now as wait till it drops to 3k-4k as it always has the potential to reach 6k but don't buy it for a higher price. The market won't improve for a long time. It's better to go for a bunch of altcoins when they are popular and then sell them off for a small profit as a start. Altcoins are always more profitable than bitcoins or even ether.

I wonder which are these exchanges that return the money sent by a user to a wrong wallet/address? Exchanges sometimes don't even return coins sent to an address which is owned by them but for another coin (Their ETH addresses sometimes don't accept altcoins). They may refund if coins are sent to their old wallet and if they have the private keys but never in case the coins are sent to a wrong one.

I agree. Rather than complaining, it's better to suggest a solution. However, this isn't the first time it's happening and it won't be the last. Those making attacks use their alt accounts as they can't use their real one and attack the DT members. The merit system has been made to make it easy to rank up so I don't get why people have a problem with them when they are new as it's some added bonus. I don't believe all alt accounts are not in search of a solution.

It just goes to a wallet that can never be accessed unless someone is lucky (unlucky for the one who lost his/her coins) enough to get that particular address (changes are very less) when they create a new account or someone manages to hack it (which again is nearly impossible if it is not already owned). It's like ICOs send their coins to an address that can never be accessed.
