I wish I could sell!  I’ve sent 1btc to Coinbase to sell it but it has been over 40 min now and there still isn’t a single confirmation!  I’ve tried the ViaBtc pools accelerator as well but it says submissions are beyond limit please try again later!  Any idea how else I can get this transaction confirmed faster guys?

Thanks! Smiley

If you have an account with on antpool they have one as well

688  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is Syan a real deal? on: October 11, 2017, 11:22:45 AM
I have sent them a message to request a visit to their showroom, lets see if they reply

Looks like their "showroom" is in a virtual office, I doubt that will work.

Come on guys, even people who should know better are giving this more credence than it deserves, you are all so desperate for an alternative to the current suppliers.

This is a SCAM, if it wasn't a SCAM then they would have pictures of working miners, come on, they have three months till launch, you think they wouldn't have working hardware or even pics of chips and boards and prototype miners by now? Sidehack called it.

This is 100% scam of the worst type. And I feel 100% justified in saying it because if I am wrong then nothing there is no downside for anyone. But if I am right the fallout is catastrophic for anyone who gets suckered into it, and there are a lot of people who are going to get suckered into this, and every person who sends them money and gets suckered is going to be subsidising the continuance of the scam for months and months and years to come.

You
Hi Philip,

I noticed that you had added a unit to your cart.

As I said, it's impossible for us to ship you a unit free of charge. As I said in my last email, we will refund the full amount including shipping if you do not wish to keep the unit after you have finished your review. Blah blah blah..

Translation:

It's impossible for us to ship you something that doesn't and will never exist.

Just say how you really feel LOL

But what I was saying is that you can't judge a pool after 24 hours, or even a week. You need to mine for at least a month.

If you are desperate to watch the clock every second of the day, then yes go mine somewhere else where the variance is less than a month.

This pool has been delivering greater than 100% PPS results for month after month, only the past two months have been 1-5% lower than 100%

I have decide to try Kano, is been 24 hour almost nothing found,  no reward, no payment,  is it okey?

Because you need to mine for at least one month possible two before you can make a serious assessment of a pools performance at this hash rate and difficulty level.

Please take note, and PM me if you have any helpful info, and keep it off this thread.

I had to stop using Coinbase in January because the Hawai'i banking board invoked a new reg that caused Coinbase to close all Hawai'i accounts. I had CEX.IO as a backup, so moved to there. However, CEX.IO then changed their profile so that if I want to withdraw in USD, I have to go through Crypto Capital.

Fine...so some months later I actually need USD, CEX.IO buys my BTC and moves my USD to CryptoCapital. Then I try to move it from CryptoCapital into my bank account, and I get rejections because of an "authorisation code" that I never received, and as per the site's instructions, I sent an e-mail to support to get that code reset...and now several e-mails, and phone messages, have gone unanswered for 10 days. I've noticed a string of similar comments from other folks on a related board.

Anyway...if you are in the US, and not in Hawai'i, and NOT with Coinbase, I'd really like to know what exchange(s) you use to sell your coin into USD when you need to.

PM me, please. Thanks for understanding.

Bitstamp seem good

If you do something like mine coin to an online wallet then make sure you move it out into a wallet where you control the private keys as soon as you can. Remember if you don't control the private keys to the wallet you don't control the coins in the wallet. Ask anyone who had coin in their mtgox wallet or more recently their btc-e wallet.

698  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What will happen to the chinese BTC miners ? on: September 16, 2017, 08:48:28 AM
It's not mining that's been affected in china, just trading exchanges. They can still exchange that btc for currency at exchanges in other countries.
699  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: KANO open for all to mine at? on: September 15, 2017, 05:09:02 PM
S9's yes
D3 or L3+ no

And why create a new thread when there is a thread for kano pool already? kano hangs out in there all the time so best place to catch him.
