Anyone seen the game between the Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz? what happened?

Was watching it when the Jazz was making a run, but I have to make some errands and then spoke to one of my friends about, of all the topic, about gambling. And when I come back, Mavs won already by a big lead 13 points.

But the announcer says that at one point the Jazz lead by 15? So it's a complete turn around? Kudos for the Dallas team for winning against a tough team in the road without Luka Doncic.
Honestly, Dallas was leading all of fourth quarter, they got an easy win. The real issue starts for them now, with Doncic and Kyrie playing together and everyone is saying the same thing; usage rate. Kyrie is a ball dominant guard, and Doncic is a ball dominant superstar as well, put them two at the same time on the floor and there will be at least one of them unhappy, maybe both of them.

If you give the ball too much to Doncic, Irving will be unhappy about it, and if you give it to Kyrie then Doncic will be unhappy, if you share between them then both won't get much and be unhappy together. Which is why this is going to suck for them for a long time, and bet they won't renew contracts with Kyrie this summer.

@KipaCrypto I have said it multiple time’s and I’ll say it again that Klopp should go, his decision not to retain Mane was a foolish one and so far it’s clear to see that the team is not responding to his tactics hence the board should act now. Lastly I believe that Liverpool’s board could target Tuchel or Poch as these two are currently available, and I’m sure either one of them can revive Liverpool and help them dominate the champions league and premier league again.
Was it just because of Mane, or was it coincidental since Mane left for Bayern Munich?
I don't think Liverpool's bad form this season is due to Mane leaving for Bayern, that's not the only reason in my opinion.
I assume that overall Liverpool have dropped this season and it's not just about their strikers. Players' injury problems have damaged their form, while the new arrivals have not been able to prove their best so far.

Liverpool need really good midfielder to push more power in midfield instead of being so focused on improving attack. The proof is, since Darwin Nunez and Gakpo filled Liverpool's line-up, they weren't really able to contribute much to victory. Is it because of Klopp's incompetence, I think that's bad reason too.
Klopp should go? Really? That quickly? I mean this was the guy who took the team from being around Spurs level, to having a title, having one UCL, and having multiple second position finishes, and don't get me even started on FA cup.

So, I believe that this dude deserved one year of not playing as well as they should, I agree that this year they have sucked, and next year won't be that great neither because they will be placed badly this year, but that doesn't change the fact that he could maybe go for a title next year, or at least be top four next year. If he is still bad next year I would understand, but not even giving him a full year? Kick him out even before the season ends? That would be too harsh.
1383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you interested in bitcoin? on: February 07, 2023, 12:35:04 PM
Because I'm still a beginner here, and still don't know much about bitcoin. So, I want to learn more about bitcoin from you guys. I want to ask you guys. Why are you interested in investing in bitcoin?
For sure, a lot of people will say because of the profit, as we all need money, and we see that its value is very high. Also, others are using it as a payment method for their business to attract new customers who are curious about BitCoin and want to try to pay using it. Others also use it for transactions like sending and receiving as well as buying things online. But mostly, I noticed that it was because of the profit, as people need money or extra income.
That is why most people are interested in any investment ever, but if you see it as investment of course, if you see it as an asset then all you care about is the profit you could make from it. However, I think the people who work for it are the real engine of bitcoin, people who work like me and get paid in bitcoin are the people who provides some sort of reason why it even exists and spent everyday, otherwise it would be just rich people buying and holding bitcoin and there wouldn't be a reason to use it.

But thanks to workers and people who are employed by many and hired with bitcoin payments make it interesting and that is why the price goes up, because it's used.
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I liked this project let me know about your thoughts on this on: February 06, 2023, 08:15:32 PM

It's been just a few minutes of reading new threads in the forum and i can already tell organized shilling for this $SUGAR.
obviously, the yields are too good to be true. we wouldn't be able to stop you from investing even iff we say NO.

DEFI is really great source of income since 2020, so i have no doubt there will be more projects that will also work the same as it was. as long as you can sell the tokens you hold before all comes crashing again, why not.
If the OP is truly shilling it then he isn't the one that will invest on it but he is only encouraging the public to do so by proposing how good this project are. At first glance the APR is huge. It was a million percent but if you keep on reading, there is a catch about it and that is the more the people that will invest on the project, the lower the APR can go.

Now, will you still say that it was too good to be true? I bet not anymore. Defi is one of the hottest craze that we have here in crypto but I think their shine isn't bright anymore as before. Defi isn't the first and it's not going to be the last to be a profitable thing here in crypto but new trends can just come and go but not the original or the classical cryptos.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 06, 2023, 07:49:52 PM
I think the biggest transition in Indian sports happened in the 2015-2018 period. Because a lot of sports like Kabaddi, Badminton and others got very popular. But I think eventually the one sport for which India is known all around the world is cricket.

I do not say that changing anytime soon. As far as I know, India has refused to take part in the Olympics. But I think they can afford to do that because now in cricket India is more self-sufficient compared to any other cricket board. So, I think it is better for India if they do participate in the Olympics. But it is not going to cost them anything if they do not as well.
I agreed about this Indian done amazing progress and have good changes but sadly due to RED CARPET policies and domestic corruption they are unable to take good advantage of this all and still having no results which they deserved in this all just two decades back USA, Germany and Russia were the dominating powers in Olympics, but now China is having good development, and they are ahead of the USA as well because they are doing their homework properly and bringing changes in their domestic setup and having amazing results, so India can also do things like these, but we all know these are no possible like this all happen in China.

Right now main topic is IPL and cricket which is surely good, but we need to be had space for other sports as well which is need of the time in team sports they were good in field hockey as well, but now they ended 9th at home why they are not giving proper facilities and coverage which are they giving to cricket which is creating space and mostly youths want to stay in cricket which is never been good idea.
1386  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: February 06, 2023, 06:14:33 PM
Having a wide range of games seems like the most important aspect for any casino. To remain profitable long term a casino needs to keep their existent playerbase happy and not only focus on getting new customers with new promotions and advertising. Introducing new games on a regular basis is one way to remain interesting and keep the customers excitet. Another way would be if a casino is doing something good with their earnings than we should support them. It's the same when choosing where to buy our clothes or our food, in case a company is  supporting charities I would always choose them over a company that is only trying to get the most money for themselves. In my opinion any business that makes a lot of money should support people in need.
Well, I don't really focus on games but a casino having only the main and original games such as dice and Plinko is already enough. They only need to make the games smoother because I always hate a laggy game especially when I play Plinko. The rest would be is to focus on their site design and then offer some great bonuses.

Local lotteries on our town do also helps a charity but I dont know if other local lotteries are like this but I know that online crypto lotteries aren't like that. It's just they have a different nature but there are still a couple of crypto casinos who are known to donate some of their earnings to the charities and other organizations.
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 05, 2023, 09:24:32 PM
It is now that Manchester United defence is complete. Before now it is either Varane is injured and Martinez is available or more stories. But now Dallot and Wanbissaka are available. Linderlof and Martinez are also available. Maguire and Varane is also available. Malacia and Luke Shaw also available. So, there is total availability in all the Manchester United defence. It is the midfield of Manchester United that looks like shaking
I agree that United defense definitely matters in this situation, if they could come out with Varane and Martinez at the same time, that would be more than enough for them for sure, that should give them some chances to beat Barcelona. Or at the very least, even if they end up losing, isn't it better to lose with all of your players are playing and you are giving your 100% and you still lose?

Because, if players were missing that would look like "if we were 100% we may have gotten them" and that regret will be bad, in this case there is no regret and they end up playing as well as possible with all their players and if they fall short then they could try to be better next season at least.
1388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Deal with Volatility? on: February 05, 2023, 08:41:22 PM
Yes, it is definitely better to invest on Bitcoin. Investing in Cryptocurrencies is however risky then investing in Bitcoin is much less than that of Altcoins. If the Bitcoin market is dumping, there is a possibility of recovery later. We have seen the Bitcoin market pump and then dump after that but the market recovers. In this regard, no matter how dumping the Bitcoin market is, there will be a recovery. But there are some altcoins that are dumped and may not rise again in the market later. So I would say whatever you do don't invest unnecessarily in different altcoins. You will fall into loss.
Yes, this is the first mistake newbies make. The one easy way to get your hands on some crypto is some giveaway or airdrop. And most of the time they pay you with alts. So the first thing you get is altcoins. From this direction, newbies choose to stick with alts and not focus on Bitcoin. By the time they understand the value of bitcoin, they already lose a lot in alts. Not everyone does this, but majority of them fall for this. But a smart investor or trader will always choose BTC over any shitcoins.
I think this mostly applies to the newbies of this generation but back when most of us pioneers are still a newbie, there are no other popular cryptos that time than Bitcoin so this is the first coin that we approach.

There are less or no losses at all but only regrets for not hodling our BTC longer and not buying more. Losses are normal but lots of it can be painful though it's still great if the newbies realize that BTC is much safer than some random alts. They can still possibly recover what they have lost before if they buy and HODL BTC harder. For us experienced users, many of us can still play around with altcoins and it's not wrong either because we already know how to play their game.

Lens have lost a lot of momentum recently. There was another point loss for them today against Brest this time. Brest aren't a team that can steal any point from Lens while Lens are having a good season normally. But Lens must have lost their concentration these days. Actually they were quite dominant in this match but couldn't show it in the score. They have only one win in their last five matches which has helped Marseille a lot.

Marseille are quite likely to make the point gap with Lens three tonight. They have a home match against Nice. Nice are also one of the in-form teams recently but I have big doubts they can deal with Marseille's attacking strength. Marseille should be winning this.
Right now, Lens is second top team which is having the worst time after having amazing start of this season now struggling badly and have chance to go down with their poor run as we have Lorient which was at the three ranks and now having 7th rank with their last few poor matches same results and performance level is also with Lens which is now having just five points from their last five games and can drop out of the top five spots.

Next week we have few interesting matches as Lyon vs Lens and the Monaco vs PSG which will surely going to bring good changes in league table and this could be beneficial in case of Monaco will hold leaders PSG because this will cut the points gape, and they will be able to have better response for staying closer to leaders for title race.

Juventus seem like they are willing to part ways with Pogba one way or another.

They are thinking of terminating his contract or finding a team to sell him. It would be understandable because Pogba hasn't played in a single game since he arrived here as far as I know. What can Juventus do with a player like this? It doesn't matter whether he is a big name or not. It is difficult to expect to get efficiency from him even after he recovers. I haven't seen such an injury-prone player like him for a long time.  Grin  Juventus are just wasting their money on his salary now.
A very bad career for Paul Pogba, after at Manchester United he contributed less and hoped that Juventus could restore his performance again, but he was plagued by endless injuries and that must have made him very frustrated. Moreover, Juventus is also having a difficult time because of various problems that continue to arise internally at the club. It seems that even if Paul Pogba parted ways with Juventus, it would be good enough because if he was only injured for one season, Juventus would certainly swell his finances greatly.
I think it is quite clear that we are talking about a guy who has been injured. And I understand that everyone expected him to be healed by now and he is still not healed and Juventus suspects that he is just not wanting to play, but in that case why did he even go there if he doesn't want to play there? This is why I believe that we should probably be expecting him to make a return.

Even if he is kicked or sold, he should be playing to show how great he is and that should be an important situation for him. This is my understanding, the better you play, the better teams will want you. Pogba always had an issue with himself, and not how he plays, he is a good player but a hard person to handle.
1391  Economy / Economics / Re: I don't see this changing anytime soon on: February 04, 2023, 08:18:31 PM
I don't see people leaving centralised exchange because of what happened with FTX, some moved their funds out of exchanges but after all the bad news cool off they go back, it seems centralised exchanges will always be people's favorite, they are doing very well. Look at Binance, after the FUD cleared deposits start coming in, look at Crypto.com, the FUD is no more and people are screaming the name.

Am I evil for wanting to see CEX go or at least become less important?
Centralized exchanges has been becoming too big these days just because of the people who are able to afford some cryptocurrencies even bankruptcy or hacking happens to their exchanges. I mean for individuals such funds are seeming small (I mean considering the majority of crypto people who are ready to risk by trusting exchanges even after so many such services gone in last one decade of time), but due to the ever increasing the userbase of cryptocurrencies, those small amount's sum up leads every exchanges to grow bigger.

These days, exchanges are not just providing only basic trading functionalities but they offer many other services like letting their clients to lend out, hosting away periodic giveaways from new listing, platform for running tested bots for automated profit generation etc. So, I am also sceptical about what you want. Probably when more exchange services are coming up and proving them then we have less important to one particular exchange but exchanges will stay with us for sure.
1392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: February 04, 2023, 07:48:03 PM
the best players should always play, regardless of age.
Who can say that Messi, Benzema and Modric are too old and should stop playing.
Real regularly wins the Champions League with such old players, and the Croatian football team won two medals at the last 2 world championships with Modric as the main player.
I sincerely hope that Modrić will finish his football career at EURO 2026, and to win any title in football, the experience and mental strength of the team is always important in addition to the individual quality of the football players.
It's difficult for me to say why Germany lost to Japan, but I think the reason is not only weak defense but also ineffectiveness in attack and it is obvious that this team needs some changes and new players in the team.
I am not entirely sure if Croatia would be able to get a title, but it is true that they have managed to shock the world with Modric as their best player and he is considered "old" for football. I get that if you are going to buy a player for a club team, you would prefer a younger player, why not get a 25 year old who has a bigger potential than a 35 year old, but when we are talking about national teams, that means you are going to need that player for a maximum of 5-10 games and that doesn't really matter if they are old or not.

This is why it's quite unimportant how old a player is, as long as we are talking about players that could end up with something decent in the end and provide for the club.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: February 04, 2023, 07:04:30 PM
even though in the composition of the players, Toulouse lost far but in a football game nothing is impossible. Toulouse's chances of holding PSG to a draw or beating PSG are also still there

of all the meetings between toulouse vs PSG, toulouse has almost never won against PSG, and in the match that will occur in the next few hours, it will also be like that, PSG will continue to repeat their positive results against toulouse
In this match, Kylian Mbappe will not be strengthened by PSG due to the injury he experienced in the previous match. This makes PSG lose one of its strengths in attack and Mbappe's position is likely to be replaced by Hugo Ekitike. As for the results, I'm not sure how many scores the two teams will score, but it looks like PSG will narrowly win this match later.
Anytime you miss your superstar is a big trouble, even if he is just relaxing, doesn't matter if you end up winning or losing or getting a draw and that is why unless he is injured like now, they try to play him in every game. Plus they paid nearly half a billion dollars for that guy, which means he should be capable of playing in every game he can, I get that injuries and bookings may happen time to time, but fatigue shouldn't be an issue when you are paid that much.

Moreover, PSG is a good team, and as long as they do not miss more than just him, then we should be considering them as a good team and should be doing very well without a doubt, because they are much better than all the other teams.
1394  Economy / Economics / Re: Is renting an inevitable waste of money? on: February 04, 2023, 03:41:32 PM
The cost of production has increased so as the cost of equipment, materials, and cost of workmanship in raising a square wall of rooms. Building a house is beneficiary in the long run but let's make a comparison with the amount you will spend to build your desired house and what it will take to rent a house. To be honest, it is easier to afford a house rent of your choice but you can't build that type if you want to build one yourself, it will take years and if one is not financially buoyant to build a house, the two have an advantage they play but building yours has more on the long run, I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a house because there is a probability of using poor materials for construction.
We also need to remember that rent goes up due to inflation as well. If the price of bread goes up, the electricity bill goes up, the apple new iphones are more expensive, the meal you had is higher, and the workers people hire are more expensive, then what would be the case to keep the rent the same price? That's not going to happen.

So if you own a house, you will want the rent to go up as much as the inflation, so if your nation has an inflation of 10%, then the rent you want to take from the people should go up 10%, if you do more than that's bad, if you do less than it's bad for the owner of the house. This is why I doubt it would be fair for anyone if it's anything but the inflation rate.
1395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your plans for the 2022 crypto market? on: February 03, 2023, 09:25:21 PM
In 2021 the market was good and enhanced in price but in 2022 the market was very harsh it was not according to the hopes but it was such a bad year that lots of people loss their greater part of money. Now the market is very well and it will go more successful in recent year.

The market fluctuates there is no surety that what will be the price in coming week or month, sometime a person think that now the price is affordable and it will give you profit but certainly it goes in dump so I want to say that prediction of market is somewhat impossible.

Those who wait and hold their coins will be increasing in worth but those who have sell at dump market will be in big trouble because they have not gain anything from the trading. At dump market waiting and holding is consider the key for getting successful outcomes.
A bear market is normal and is expected to occur right after the bull run but indeed that the bear that we had in 2022 is a bit harsh because it lasted for almost a year and I think even up to this date, it's effects are still there but the market is trying one more time to recover. Those who expect for more pumps last time are only greedy because $69k for BTC is already too much and it can be one of the reason on why many of them have lost but the rest have just invested on a wrong project.

I hope they learned their lesson now and create a better plan this year. On 2022 most of our plans might be to stocked up more coins. Congrats for those who did it. We are now close from getting our reward.
1396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: February 03, 2023, 09:18:42 PM
I agree with the argument that most of the players will be in their late 20s or 30s. But in the previous editions, most of the European teams had good players in their early 20s. However this time (Qatar 2022) only a few of the European teams had such players. Some of the teams do have players who are 20 or 21 years old, but they are no match for the more experienced players. Players of the calibre of Erling Håland or Ronaldo of 2006 are extremely rare nowadays. Let's take the example of Germany. They have a few - Karim Adeyemi, Youssoufa Moukoko and Lukas Nmecha. But these players are not even regulars in the playing XI. Most of the attack is being done by Müller, Gnabry and Gündoğan.
That's why all teams have coaches who decide if experienced players should play or younger players. But when you look at the game against Japan that Germany lost, their worst players were Musiala who is 19 years old and Havertz who is 23 (I still count him as a young player). Maybe they would have won the game if their coach put more experienced players into the game from the start. Who knows. But every coach must think about introducing young players and that's best done by combining few young players with experienced players. If they keep playing with experienced players, the time will come when those players won't be competitive anymore and those younger players won't have experience in playing important games.
I think experienced players or young players argument doesn't matter and only better player should play. Doesn't matter how old a player is, if they are the best option for that position then they are the best option for that position, there is nothing else about it.

You could be 18 years old, you could be 38 years old and if you are the player that your nation should play because you are the best, then they should put you in there. Old or young shouldn't have mattered and sometimes it unfortunately did, like in Germany case. I am sure that most managers don't do that though, they probably pick the best players and do not consider age to be an issue at all.
1397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 03, 2023, 07:44:42 PM
Nice to see the Lakers get the win but LeBron only scored 26 so he’s going to need a big game against the Pelicans on Saturday if he’s going to break the record against the Thunder like people think. Personally, I think he gets the record against the Bucks easily and puts up similar scoring efforts in the next two games. Nice to see AD back and the Lakers winning.
He started slow in this game, not sure if it is because of the good defense they put on him or he wanted to involved his team more. So in the process he didn't score 30 points or more.

Might be good to see him break it against the Bucks, remember Kareem played too with Milwaukee early on his career. So still there could be some connections if he break it against Giannis team.
There is definitely no pressure on him breaking it anytime soon, dude could break it the very next game by scoring insane points, or could break it 5 games down the line, who cares? He will be the person with the most points, I think it shouldn't be really that much of an issue when he does it, because whenever that happens, it will be a huge deal without a doubt.

Everyone wants to see it before the all-star break, and basically just celebrate the deal during the all-star break and have it being a talking point, so having it afterwards would be bad, like if an injury or something happened and he missed some games, but so far it looks like it will be beforehand and we will love it for sure.

I think bad impact happening for Mason Greenwood after all charges dropped and right now Manchester United have filled his name in the list for English Primer League squad. Its seems good news because Manchester United can use again his service and his potential as the best young player, but have little bad thing because he was absent for several months with Manchester United after his accusation.

Right now opportunity for Mason Greenwood after his name remaining back in Manchester United squad list how he can back to the top performance, still left several matches in Primer League and Mason Greenwood have chance show his potential to public and his career still not over yet.
Yes, that will be a problem, because he has been absent for so long without playing due to all the accusations directed at him. It will definitely take time for a player who has been out for a long time to find his best form in the game again. He still has time to restore his performance which was disturbed by what he experienced some time ago. If he can get his game back quickly I think Erik Ten Hag will also consider making him an option to play a lot.
I do not think that he was just sitting at home eating pizzas during this time neither, sure it will take a while before he gets back on form, but they can make him play in the training sessions as much as they possibly could and that would be lovely start, then they could give him like 10-20 minutes of playing time on games that are already decided give or take (easily winning or easily losing) and even give him full hour or so during FA cup (are they even still in it?) and so forth.

All these combined, by the end of the season he would be ready to play for full 90 minutes. However, they don't even need him for that long, just playing last 20 minutes with fresh legs would be enough.
1399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why most of airdrops don't pay participants with tokens in these days?? on: February 02, 2023, 06:28:33 PM
Hello, i was watching for few months now and got that most of airdrop campaigns specially airdrop bots on telegram  don't pay participants with tokens. it's a nature that many airdrop bots don't pay or scam participants after getting them promoted through users. but this time it's different i think. before few moths i received at least 10 airdrops per month and now it has been reduced to 2-3 drops per month although i worked even more harder on airdrop campaign.

What could be the reason ?? comment your ideas specially OGs. this is for you.
Having some sort of issues with airdrops during bear market is common. This was a thing all the way back in ICO period as well, which was like 2018, so nearly 5 years ago and we were having this trouble. So, it is not really a shock to me that we end up with anything similar like that, it's quite normal and shouldn't be a new thing to anyone.

We should focus on the fact that airdrops are not way of making money, and instead we should gain some skills and do some free work at first to grow our follower base and influence and then we can charge for it. I have done it before and it worked out, and I think it would be very difficult for me to start over because I am very tired and old now, but younger people could do it.
1400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 01, 2023, 08:18:25 PM
In this match, Real Betis could become a stumbling block for Barcelona to keep going with its positive trend. the reason is, currently Barcelona will not be strengthened by Dembele who suffered an injury against Girona. based on the predicted starting line-up that I read from several sources, Torres and Raphinha will be installed in this match. Pedri, De Jong, Gavi, are still the mainstays of the midfield. the rest, not much change in defense.

Meanwhile, Real Betis will play the full starting line-up for this game. however, if we refer to the last match of their meeting. I think the Supercopa de Espana match is different from La Liga. I mean, yesterday's match was a semifinal battle which motivated Betis to put up a tough fight against Barcelona. however, in this match I think that Barcelona will dominate the entire course of the match. my estimation, Barcelona will win this match with a score of 2-1.
I think just because they are missing Dembele doesn't mean that they are going to end up with a loss, doesn't mean they are going to get a win, but it also doesn't mean they won't lose if Dembele was there neither. It's football and you play it with 11 players, and just because you miss one player doesn't mean that you are going to suddenly su*k.

Haaland is a marvellous striker, he has already scored more than last years top goal scorer, and yet without him City still ends up winning games anyway. That's the type of situation good teams are in and that is why it matters. I believe that we should not be really expecting anything more from Barcelona or anything less.
