1841  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCMaze.com - The Bitcoin Maze - MINI BOARD & 50% GAME ADDED! on: January 11, 2014, 06:44:17 PM
I'm still trying to figure out how you make money.

For example, if the 102nd box opened on the big board (which is roughly 50% of the boxes) and it has the btc inside of it, AND none of the other prizes have been found, you lose .3 BTC.

The absolute most you could make from a given game is .28611 BTC, and that is if the 199th bet gets the jackpot, and the other unopened boxes all hold smaller prizes.

The smaller board isn't as bad, but if the 11th bet out of 20 gets the big prize, you lose about .18 BTC.

Are these numbers going to change in the future?

Sorry if I come across as overly skeptical, I really want to play this game and I am waiting eagerly for the smaller boards. I have just been thinking about how the owner profits off of this game and I just can't come up with an answer.

Please respond to this. How does this site make money?

I understand I don't have 50 activity but my user ID is relatively old (as it is a low number)  and I am active on it, so I hope you can realize I'm not exploiting anyone here.

It's me again...

I was finally able to insert coins into tetris.

All was well, until I got to about 15k score. The website told me I was "cheating" and that "they have traps set up all over to see how I intend to play." I was not cheating, and I'm not sure how I "set off a trap." It then locked me out of game for about 15 seconds. When I got in I had a tower to deal with but I still managed to get 22k~ The default hiscore is 2.5k, so I was well over it. After I was finished there was a submit button at the bottom, I clicked the submit button. At first it was unresponsive but then it reverted to the "insert 4 tokens" button and underneath it it said I had 3 minutes to submit my score. I already submitted it... There was no other way I could find on the webpage to submit my score. My score was not submitted, and I lost my tokens. I'm getting tired of all the constant bugs, there have been bugs every step of the way. I would like a refund on my tokens please and a promise that next time I play I will be able to submit my score and win the pot. If this happens I will be happy and continue to play on here, if this cannot be done I will be really dissapointed.

If you made the ROI double of the reset chance I think that would be a really good idea. I haven't looked into the numbers myself but if you really do profit more when it doesn't reset I don't see a reason to not make the reset % at like 5 and the ROI at 25 or 30. If large increases from transaction to transaction is a problem you could decrease the profit house-end which would allow for more transactions and although you may not make as much in the short run it might actually be beneficial in the long run.

I don't have an xbox one or a ps4, the grabbit games don't seem to work and neither does tetris. There is literally nothing I can do. I just wanted to play tetris for some btc.

Can you explain how the 50% game works ?
You send 0.501 to #1, you lose
Then you send 0.501 to #2 you won 1
that's a lose of 0.002
then you retry again, you send 0.501 to #1, you won = profit.
Or when a box is opened, the 50% game reset?

I was wondering the same thing, this game is starting to look fishy to me.

1852  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Chain Game] Coin Controller ~~ easy to play, provably fair! on: January 04, 2014, 01:00:19 AM
Well now I understand why the resets are in place, but the ratios for me are just too high. Why would anyone by the gold or silver coin? For example, the gold coin gives a %10 profit, but a 15% chance to lose your bet, I don't see why anyone would do that. Surely the reset percentage could be lowered, or I would even rather have a 24 hour window to resell my coin and lose my ENTIRE bet after that window is up. If you guys don't even make an extra profit from the reset trigger, I'm sure there can be a better way to keep the bets resetting every so often. without the aid of the reset trigger. Because for me, and probably many other people, the only reason why I'm not playing, is because the reset chance is just too scary for me.
1853  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Chain Game] Coin Controller ~~ easy to play, provably fair! on: January 03, 2014, 05:41:02 PM
What is the point of the coin reset? Just to make more money or something? Because you guys already profit from each transaction, and shouldn't the priced reduction after a certain time period take care of the coin not resetting or whatever?

I played it a couple of times, I would play more if there was no reset chance.
1854  Economy / Gambling / Re: $1 Bitcoin on: January 03, 2014, 04:53:33 AM
Okay I got my tokens, but what can I actually use for them?

The tetris game tells me there is a bug and I'm not allowed to insert tokens, and there i no reason to play the payed grabbit 5$ game when there is a 5$ and 10$ one for free.
1855  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCMaze.com - The Bitcoin Maze - MINI BOARD ADDED! on: January 03, 2014, 04:50:24 AM
This game looks really fun, I would definitely play if I had more btc.

Any chance of a micro board? Maybe playing for .1 or .01 btc? If it was something I could afford I would totally play!
